目的观察益肾胶囊对慢性肾小球肾炎(慢性肾炎,chronic glomerulonephritis,CGN)患者血浆可溶性内皮细胞蛋白C受体(soluble endothelium protein C receptor,sEPCR)、P-选择素(P-selectin,CD62P)及血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)、补体3水平的影响...目的观察益肾胶囊对慢性肾小球肾炎(慢性肾炎,chronic glomerulonephritis,CGN)患者血浆可溶性内皮细胞蛋白C受体(soluble endothelium protein C receptor,sEPCR)、P-选择素(P-selectin,CD62P)及血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)、补体3水平的影响。方法分别采用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法、流式细胞仪及免疫比浊法检测了40例健康查体者和78例患者治疗前后血浆sEPCR、CD62P及血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)、补体3水平的改变。结果治疗前慢性肾炎患者血浆sEPCR、CD62P及血清IgA水平均明显升高(P<0.01),血清IgG、IgM及补体C3水平明显降低(P<0.01),经过3个月的治疗,治疗组患者血浆sEPCR、CD62P及血清IgA水平明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),IgG、IgM及补体C3明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论益肾胶囊治疗CGN患者的作用机制之一可能与降低血浆sEPCR、CD62P水平及调节血清IgAI、gGI、gM和补体C3水平有关。展开更多
