Silk scaffold nano-fibers made by electro-spinning technology can be used in regenerated tissue applications. The purpose of the research is to prepare a silk-fibroin nano-fiber solution for potential applications in tissue engineering. Using a degumming process, pure silk fibroin protein is extracted from silk cocoons. The protein solution for fibroin is purified, and the protein content is determined. The precise chemical composition, exact temperature, time, voltage, distance, ratio, and humidity all have a huge impact on degumming, solubility, and electro-spinning nano-fibers. The SEM investigates the morphology of silk fibroin nano-fibres at different magnifications. It also reveals the surface condition, fiber orientation, and fiber thickness of the silk fibroin nano-fiber. The results show that regenerated silk fibroin and nano-fiber can be used in silk fibroin scaffolds for various tissue engineering applications.展开更多

文摘Distributed System Course is a professional computer course of Harbin Institute of Technology.With the guidance of the education strategy under the background of New Engineering,we adhere to the concept of cultivating diverse and innovative outstanding engineering and technology talents.This course conducts research on the teaching content,teaching mode,and evaluation system.It combines the traditional teaching mode with the online teaching mode,as well as problem-driven theories with practice,and adopts a diversified evaluation system.The research of the course has fully mobilized students’learning enthusiasm,improved teaching quality,and achieved significant teaching results.
文摘Software engineering is an engineering discipline that guides software developers to carry out software development,software maintenance,and software management.The traditional evaluation methods of software engineering courses do not highlight the training goal of outcomebased education(OBE).This paper systematically studies the evaluation methods for practical courses in software engineering from three aspects:course evaluation guidelines,course evaluation methods and course evaluation effects;establishes a comprehensive,scientific,and objective system of course evaluation;effectively measures students’learning effect;promotes teachers to continuously improve the teaching process;and thus improves the teaching quality of software engineering courses.Besides the general approach,this paper also takes software project construction practice as an example to demonstrate the effect of the proposed approach.

文摘This paper explores the reform and practice of software engineering-related courses based on the competency model of the Computing Curricula,and proposes some measures of teaching reform and talent cultivation in software engineering.The teaching reform emphasizes student-centered education,and focuses on the cultivation and enhancement of students’knowledge,skills,and dispositions.Based on the three elements of the competency model,specific measures of teaching reform are proposed for some professional courses in software engineering,to strengthen course relevance,improve knowledge systems,reform practical modes with a focus on skill development,and cultivate good dispositions through student-centered education.The teaching reform’s attempts and practice are conducted in some courses such as Advanced Web Technologies,Software Engineering,and Intelligent Terminal Systems and Application Development.Through the analysis and comparison of the implementation effects,significant improvements are observed in teaching effectiveness,students’mastery of knowledge and skills are noticeably improved,and the expected goals of the teaching reform are achieved.

文摘Environmental Microbiology is a professional basic course in the curriculum system of Environmental and Ecological Engineering major,which follows the requirements of ideological and political theories teaching in the course in higher education,and should be implemented in every course.Therefore,the construction of ideological and political theories teaching in the course should be an important task in the course construction of Environmental Microbiology.In view of the curriculum characteristics of Environmental Microbiology,such as multi-disciplinary feature,wide coverage and rapid development,it is an effective method for the construction of ideological and political theories teaching in the course of Environmental Microbiology by fully tapping the ideological and political elements of the curriculum,such as patriotism,scientific spirit and practical innovation,and integrating the ideological and political theories teaching in the course into the whole curriculum design and classroom teaching construction.

文摘With the arrival of the intelligence era of Industry 4.0,social development has shown complex and diversified characteristics,gradually forming an innovation ecological environment constructed by vertical interaction of multi-layer innovation systems and horizontal collaboration of multiple organizations and departments,which has posed extremely challenging requirements for higher engineering education to cultivate engineering talents with comprehensive engineering qualities who can solve complex engineering problems.However,practical engineering problems may involve a complex knowledge chain of interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary cross-coupling.Therefore,higher engineering education needs to form a new interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary integrated engineering innovation talent training system.Based on the characteristics of the mechanical and electronic engineering major,we will reshape and reconstruct the core courses of the mechanical and electronic engineering major.Two core courses are formed:Drive and Measurement and Control I and Drive and Measurement and Control II,with information flow and energy flow as the main lines,following up with the comprehensive practical curriculum system based on the unity of knowledge and practice and ability-oriented thinking,supporting teaching objectives,promoting students’individual development,and providing guidelines for relevant curriculum reforms.
文摘In this paper, the main goal is to prepare silk fibroin nano-fiber, which is used for regenerated tissue applications. Silk scaffold nano-fibers made by electro-spinning technology can be used in regenerated tissue applications. The purpose of the research is to prepare a silk-fibroin nano-fiber solution for potential applications in tissue engineering. Using a degumming process, pure silk fibroin protein is extracted from silk cocoons. The protein solution for fibroin is purified, and the protein content is determined. The precise chemical composition, exact temperature, time, voltage, distance, ratio, and humidity all have a huge impact on degumming, solubility, and electro-spinning nano-fibers. The SEM investigates the morphology of silk fibroin nano-fibres at different magnifications. It also reveals the surface condition, fiber orientation, and fiber thickness of the silk fibroin nano-fiber. The results show that regenerated silk fibroin and nano-fiber can be used in silk fibroin scaffolds for various tissue engineering applications.
文摘Engineering surveying is an important course for road and bridge engineering technology majors in higher vocational colleges.With the advancement of science and technology,engineering surveying technology is also constantly developing,so the theoretical knowledge and professional skills that students need to master are also becoming increasingly complicated.To stimulate the students’interest in learning the course,it is necessary to continuously introduce innovative teaching methods into the course.In this paper,the importance of teaching innovation in engineering surveying courses of road and bridge engineering technology majors in higher vocational colleges and the knowledge system that students need to master are analyzed.Subsequently,innovative strategies are proposed to help improve the students’mastery of engineering surveying.
