This paper summarizes the important progress in the field of oil and gas production engineering during the"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan"period of China,analyzes the challenges faced by the current oil and gas production engineering in terms of technological adaptability,digital construction,energy-saving and emission reduction,and points out the future development direction.During the"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan"period,series of important progresses have been made in five major technologies,including separated-layer injection,artificial lift,reservoir stimulation,gas well de-watering,and workover,which provide key technical support for continuous potential tapping of mature oilfields and profitable production of new oilfields.Under the current complex international political and economic situation,oil and gas production engineering is facing severe challenges in three aspects:technical difficulty increases in oil and gas production,insignificant improvements in digital transformation,and lack of core technical support for energy-saving and emission reduction.This paper establishes three major strategic directions and implementation paths,including oil stabilization and gas enhancement,digital transformation,and green and low-carbon development.Five key research areas are listed including fine separated-layer injection technology,high efficiency artificial lift technology,fine reservoir stimulation technology,long term gas well de-watering technology and intelligent workover technology,so as to provide engineering technical support for the transformation,upgrading and high-quality development of China’s oil and gas industry. 展开更多

Chinas offshore areas abound in oil & gas resources, but both the intensity of prospecting and the produced outputs are low, as a result, there exists a lot of development potential. Our pursuit to develop offshore marginal oilfields relies on up to date scientific and technological progress as well as modern development management and innovative technologies. China has developed domestically the designed technologies for beach and shallow water areas oil field operations. These technical and engineering systems have been adapted to meet Chinas characteristic, operational features and requirements. Despite of our ongoing efforts, it has not yet met the top international quality standards with regard to the demand for special oil gas bearings and project developments in the middle deep sea areas. The author will analyze the technical shortcomings of beach and shallow water areas exploration engineering, attempts to improve the recovery efficiency, offshore surface engineering technologies, production safeguards etc. A prognosis for the direction and innovate approach used in future management planning and project designs will be given. 展开更多

Since the 1970's, frozen ground has been developing near the Tokyo Bay area around liquefied natural gas(LNG) inground storage tanks. For disaster prevention purposes, the tanks are constructed below the ground surface. Since the temperature of the liquid stored in the tanks is -162℃ the soil surrounding the tanks freezes. Since this frozen ground has existed for almost half a century, we have permafrost near Tokyo. The development of artificial frozen ground may cause frost heaving, resulting in frost heave forces that may cause structural damage of adjacent LNG in-ground storage tanks.Therefore, the demand for frozen ground engineering increased and consequently we now have advanced technology in this area. Fortunately, we use this engineering technology and artificial ground freezing for civil engineering, especially in big and crowded cities like Tokyo. In this paper, a wild boar head was taken as the bionic research object for the development of new ridgers, a kind of plough. The reverse engineering technology was adopted to obtain the surface geometrical information of the head. Several three-dimensional (3D) point clouds of the head were captured first using a non-touch laser scanner, and an integrated point cloud was generated by aligning these point clouds using UG/Imageware. Then, the digital surface model of the head was rebuilt by means of CATIA. The characteristic curves of the surface model were analyzed. The results show that the average error between the rebuilt surface and the point cloud is ?0.431 mm. The max curvature of the ridge on the neb of the head is 0.187 mm?1, and the max and min Gauss curvatures on the surface are 0.008 mm?2 and ?0.002 mm?2. These geometrical information are the essential parameters for biomimetics study of the ridger. 展开更多

[Objective] The disulfide-rich conotoxin MrVIB was produced by simple and fast genetic engineering method,to find new efficient ways for the synthesis of natural active conotoxins.[Method] Primers of conotoxin gene MrVIB were synthesized to construct expression vectors pET22b(+)/His-Xa-MrVIB and pE T32a/Trx-EK-MrVIB,which were transformed into BL21(DE3)pLysS and expressed under induction by IPTG.Recombinant proteins were purified by affinity chromatography using Ni-NTA agarose column,and the expression of the recombinant proteins was analyzed by Tricine-SDS-PAGE electrophoresis.[Result] The recombinant conotoxins His-Xa-MrVIB and Trx-EK-MrVIB were effectively expressed in E.coli,and purified by one-step affinity chromatography,and the purity of the recombinant conotoxins was greater than 90%.[Conclusion] The conotoxin MrVIB was effectively secreted and expressed by genetic engineering method,which could solve the problems in chemical synthesis of conotoxins including low yield,high cost and difficult purification. 展开更多

Graphite tailings produced by natural graphite is usually regarded as garbage to be buried underground,which would result in a certain waste of resources.Here,in order to explore the utilization of natural graphite tailings(NGT),a liquid-polyacrylonitrile(LPAN)is used to modify the NGT fragments and aggregate them together to form secondary graphite particles with low surface area and high tap density.Moreover,the modified NGT show much better electrochemical performances than those of original one.When tested in full cells coupled with NMC532 cathode,the material achieves a high rate capability and cycle stability at the cutoff voltage of 4.25 V as well as 4.45 V,which maintains 84.32%capacity retention after 500 cycles at 1 C rate(4.25 V),higher than that of the pristine one(73.65%).The enhanced performances can be attributed to the use of LPAN to create a unique carbon layer upon graphite tailings to reconstruct surface and repair defects,and also to granulate an isotropic structure of secondary graphite particles,which can help to weaken the anisotropy of Li^(+)diffusion pathway and form a uniform,complete and stable solid-electrolyte-interface(SEI)on the surface of primary NGT fragments to promote a fast Li+diffusion and suppress lithium metal dendrites upon charge and discharge. 展开更多

The surrounding geological conditions and supporting structures of underground engineering are often updated during construction,and these updates require repeated numerical modeling.To improve the numerical modeling efficiency of underground engineering,a modularized and parametric modeling cloud server is developed by using Python codes.The basic framework of the cloud server is as follows:input the modeling parameters into the web platform,implement Rhino software and FLAC3D software to model and run simulations in the cloud server,and return the simulation results to the web platform.The modeling program can automatically generate instructions that can run the modeling process in Rhino based on the input modeling parameters.The main modules of the modeling program include modeling the 3D geological structures,the underground engineering structures,and the supporting structures as well as meshing the geometric models.In particular,various cross-sections of underground caverns are crafted as parametricmodules in themodeling program.Themodularized and parametric modeling program is used for a finite element simulation of the underground powerhouse of the Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station.This complicatedmodel is rapidly generated for the simulation,and the simulation results are reasonable.Thus,this modularized and parametric modeling program is applicable for three-dimensional finite element simulations and analyses. 展开更多
