Cross-region innovation is widely recognized as an important source of the long-term regional innovation capacity.In the recent past,a growing number of studies has investigated the network structure and mechanisms of cross-region innovation collaboration in various contexts.However,existing research mainly focuses on physical effects,such as geographical distance and high-speed railway connections.These studies ignore the intangible drivers in a changing environment,the more digitalized economy and the increasingly solidified innovation network structure.Thus,the focus of this study is on estimating determinants of innovation networks,especially on intangible drivers,which have been largely neglected so far.Using city-level data of Chinese patents(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan Province of China),we trace innovation networks across Chinese cities over a long period of time.By integrating a measure on Information and Communications Technology(ICT)development gap and network structural effects into the general proximity framework,this paper explores the changing mechanisms of Chinese innovation networks from a new perspective.The results show that the structure of cross-region innovation networks has changed in China.As mechanisms behind this development,the results confirm the increasingly important role of intangible drivers in Chinese inter-city innovation collaboration when controlling for effects of physical proximity,such as geographical distance.Since digitalization and coordinated development are the mainstream trends in China and other developing countries,these countries'inter-city innovation collaboration patterns will witness dramatic changes under the influence of intangible drivers. 展开更多

Research on enterprise innovation and corporate social responsibility issues, it is conducive to the development of enterprise itself and the transformation of Chinese economy. This paper reviewed the research status of relationships between innovation and corporate social responsibility, through comb the aspects of the definitions and evolution of enterprise innovation and social responsibility, also include both the relationship and the new way(responsible innovation) of combination of them, we found the presence of index system is not perfect, and lack of in-depth comprehensive study and opportunities for future research is prospected. 展开更多

The Relationship between Water Resources Use Efficiency and Scientific and Technological Innovation Level: Case Study of Yangtze River Basin in China

The Yangtze River Basin’s water resource utilization efficiency(WUE)and scientific and technological innovation level(STI)are closely connected,and the comprehension of these relationships will help to improve WUE and promote local economic growth and conservation of water.This study uses 19 provinces and regions along the Yangtze River’s mainstream from 2009 to 2019 as its research objects and uses a Vector Auto Regression(VAR)model to quantitatively evaluate the spatiotemporal evolution of the coupling coordination degree(CCD)between the two subsystems of WUE and STI.The findings show that:(1)Both the WUE and STI in the Yangtze River Basin showed an upward trend during the study period,but the STI effectively lagged behind the WUE;(2)The CCD of the two subsystems generally showed an upward trend,and the CCD of each province was improved to varying degrees,but the majority of regions did not develop a high-quality coordination stage;(3)The CCD of the two systems displayed apparent positive spatial autocorrelation in the spatial correlation pattern,and there were only two types:high-high(H-H)urbanization areas and low-low(L-L)urbanization areas;(4)The STI showed no obvious response to the impact of the WUE,while the WUE responded greatly to the STI,and both of them were highly dependent on themselves.Optimizing their interaction mechanisms should be the primary focus of high-quality development in the basin of the Yangtze River in the future.These results give the government an empirical basis to enhance the WUE and promote regional sustainable development. 展开更多

The investigation centers on sheet pile design, examining two primary methodologies: Limit Equilibrium Methods (LEM) and Soil-Structure Interaction Methods (SSIM). While LEM methods, grounded in classical principles, provide valuable insights for preliminary design considerations, they may encounter limitations in addressing real-world complexities. In contrast, SSIM methods, including the SSI-SR approach, introduce precision and depth to the field. By employing numerical techniques such as Finite Element (FE) and Finite Difference (FD) analyses, these methods enable engineers to navigate the dynamics of soil-structure interaction. The exploration extends to SSI-FE, highlighting its essential role in civil engineering. By integrating Finite Element analysis with considerations for soil-structure interaction, the SSI-FE method offers a holistic understanding of how structures dynamically interact with their geotechnical environment. Throughout this exploration, the study dissects critical components governing SSIM methods, providing engineers with tools to navigate the intricate landscape of geotechnical design. Abstract: Innovation is a process of taking an original idea and converting it into a business value, in which the engineers face some inventive problems which can be solved hardly by experience. TRIZ, as a new theory for companies in China, provides both conceptual and procedural knowledge for finding and solving inventive problems. Because the government plays a leading role in the diffusion of TRIZ, too many companies from different industries are waiting to be trained, but the quantity of the trainers mastering TRIZ is incompatible with that requirement. In this context, to improve the training effect, an interactive training model of TRIZ for the mechanical engineers in China is developed and the implementation in the form of training classes is carried out. The training process is divided into 6 phases as follows: selecting engineers, training stage-l, finding problems, training stage-2, finding solutions and summing up. The government, TRIZ institutions and companies to join the programs interact during the process. The government initiates and monitors a project in form of a training class of TRIZ and selects companies to join the programs. Each selected companies choose a few engineers to join the class and supervises the training result. The TRIZ institutions design the training courses and carry out training curriculum. With the beginning of the class, an effective communication channel is established by means of interview, discussion face to face, E-mail, QQ and so on. After two years training practices, the results show that innovative abilities of the engineers to join and pass the final examinations increased distinctly, and most of companies joined the training class have taken congnizance of the power of TRIZ for product innovation. This research proposes an interactive training model of TRIZ for mechanical engineers in China to expedite the knowledge diffusion of TRIZ. 展开更多

Due to environmental damage and natural resource scarcity,the promotion of industrial green development to spur the industrial economy is of concern to many countries.We construct a theoretical framework of technological innovation,market proximity,and industrial green development and subsequently test it empirically.First,the results reveal that technological innovation is beneficial to industrial green development;technological innovation has a positive impact on industrial green development in adjacent regions through technology spillover,but human capital spillover has the opposite effect;the international market can effectively promote industrial green development,but the domestic market does the opposite.Second,the interaction between technology spillover,human capital spillover,and domestic and international markets is beneficial to industrial green development.However,the interaction between domestic and international markets imposes an inhibitive effect on industrial green development.Based on the findings,we make recommendations to improve the level of industrial green development. 展开更多

Based on this theoretical backdrop, this study focuses on KTS's approach to utilize technical events to develop its business model and contribute to the company's earnings and operating cost expenditure. 大数据驱动的企业与用户互动创新已成为企业洞察市场和用户动态、提升创新敏捷性和适应性的重要模式,其关键因素和作用机制日益成为创新、营销和信息系统等领域的热点议题。结合系统性综述设计和关键词共现分析,梳理大数据情境下企业与... 大数据驱动的企业与用户互动创新已成为企业洞察市场和用户动态、提升创新敏捷性和适应性的重要模式,其关键因素和作用机制日益成为创新、营销和信息系统等领域的热点议题。结合系统性综述设计和关键词共现分析,梳理大数据情境下企业与用户互动创新的研究洞见。针对情境和工具如何影响领先用户与普通用户关系及二者的相互作用机制两个研究缺口,提出大数据驱动的企业与用户互动创新“条件—路径—绩效”理论框架。依据该理论框架,结合文献和案例证据,重点阐述在什么情境和工具条件下企业与领先用户、普通用户以何种互动创新路径影响创新产品和大数据合作资产,由此形成理论创新。分析结果表明,互动创新路径选择本质是在异质性情境和工具条件下,企业在创新新颖性—泛用性以及数据分析成本—收益之间的动态权衡;两类创新路径的动态变化由互动创新工具成熟度、创新主导权的变更所触发。最后,进一步提炼出大数据驱动的企业与用户互动创新理论研究的三类前沿课题,并讨论其理论和实践意义。 展开更多

目的解决目前养老中因服务组织参与度不高及智能交互产品利用率低下而导致的养老服务质量欠佳的问题。方法通过对当前社区居家养老服务现状进行分析,结合群智创新的发展及特点,分析养老服务设计的群智创新过程,提出了群智创新时代下基... 目的解决目前养老中因服务组织参与度不高及智能交互产品利用率低下而导致的养老服务质量欠佳的问题。方法通过对当前社区居家养老服务现状进行分析,结合群智创新的发展及特点,分析养老服务设计的群智创新过程,提出了群智创新时代下基于用户的养老服务新组织,借助KANO模型原理对养老服务需求项目进行群体用户分析,并对分析数据结果进行优先顺序排序,获得老年用户群体对养老服务设计的真实需求情况。结果构建了以用户为中心的社区居家养老服务设计框架,并结合服务设计工具进行智能交互界面设计。结论对交互设计界面的测评显示,老年人对其满意度极高,该养老服务新模式有别于传统养老模式,顺应当今群智创新时代下大数据、互联网、云平台等科技的发展需求,在提高养老服务满意度的同时,使养老服务质量达到最优的效果。 展开更多

促进“互联网+”企业创新生态系统可持续发展要求妥善处理好系统中的关系风险。目前“互联网+”企业创新生态系统的相关研究在关系治理、主体互动关系及其可能产生的关系风险和治理机制等方面仍不足。为此,基于共生理论,通过对现有文献... 促进“互联网+”企业创新生态系统可持续发展要求妥善处理好系统中的关系风险。目前“互联网+”企业创新生态系统的相关研究在关系治理、主体互动关系及其可能产生的关系风险和治理机制等方面仍不足。为此,基于共生理论,通过对现有文献的梳理汇总,探讨“互联网+”企业创新生态系统3种关系治理模式的互动方式、关系风险和治理机制,并以小米(小米科技有限责任公司)、抖音、微信小程序等典型案例分析验证。研究发现:偏利共生型关系治理模式下,机构型创新主体为主导者,以效率为导向,实现创新行为的控制,其治理机制为核心企业控治;寄利共享型关系治理模式下,社群型创新主体为主导者,以公平为导向,实现创新关系的扩散,其治理机制为“社群自治+核心企业同治”;互利共赢型关系治理模式下,创新主体间平等合作,以民主为导向,实现创新效能质的提升,其治理机制为社群与核心企业共治。此外,这3种关系治理模式均以技术和创意等资源作为生态系统战略利益的根本来源,并借助其向创新主体表达自己的价值导向。然而,不同的关系特征会引起不同的共生风险,主要包括创新资源投入不平衡、主体利益分配不公平、竞合关系维持不稳定。基于此,要明确“互联网+”企业创新生态系统中主体的角色,核心企业应根据情况选择不同的关系治理范式。 展开更多

产业链创新链(以下简称“双链”)融合发展是国内国际双循环格局下的必然要求,但链结构差异、网络碎片化、政策非协同等问题影响其流转效率及协同效果。在创新范式转变中,数字孪生技术展现出独特的动态过程映射和实时双向互动能力,为创... 产业链创新链(以下简称“双链”)融合发展是国内国际双循环格局下的必然要求,但链结构差异、网络碎片化、政策非协同等问题影响其流转效率及协同效果。在创新范式转变中,数字孪生技术展现出独特的动态过程映射和实时双向互动能力,为创新管理带来新思路。基于对“双链”内涵、融合现状与数字孪生技术特征、使能作用的系统性梳理,提出以数字孪生技术驱动“双链”融合发展的实现路径,在数字化标准表达与数据融合中实现全过程整合,跨越时间和空间的尺度实现互动与协同。具体来看,数字孪生技术在促进产业链创新链全过程整合与全时空交互中调节“双链”上下游各参与主体在运行机制、认知或目标上的结构性差异,控制产业网络和创新网络在发展过程中的碎片化趋向,转变产业政策与创新政策在设计布局、资源分配上的非协同问题,实现从单点优化范式到“双链”协同范式的重构与升级。然而,数字孪生技术仍存在技术实现、隐私安全、权责管理方面的不足,有待进一步探索和研究。 展开更多

能源资源特色一流创新人才本科生导师制培养机制构建与实践

结合当前矿业类本科生导师制导师功能定位不明确、实施成效评价趋于一般、师生间互动体验不佳的现状,提出能源资源特色一流创新人才本科生导师“五位一体”职能定位,优化多种渠道的沟通、多样化的学习体验和多元化就业支持和指导的“多... 结合当前矿业类本科生导师制导师功能定位不明确、实施成效评价趋于一般、师生间互动体验不佳的现状,提出能源资源特色一流创新人才本科生导师“五位一体”职能定位,优化多种渠道的沟通、多样化的学习体验和多元化就业支持和指导的“多对多”全过程式本科生导师制,明确多渠道透明化、跨学科多方向、大团队互助式师生互选机制,建立长效性、硕博制、梯队化跨学科培养与学习模式,打破矿业类专业传统本科生选导师的模式,充分发挥导师教、学生学的主动性,提高师生互选自由度和满意度,重点解决跨专业选导师的难点,创新矿业类师生互选机制。以中国矿业大学矿业工程学院的部分学生为实践对象,验证矿业类本科生导师制在对学生课程学习、科研竞赛、毕业设计等方面发挥积极作用,增强高等教育创新性能源资源特色一流人才培养质量。 展开更多
