This paper examines the current status and development dilemma of the children’s folk sports culture in the junction area between Chongqing and Hubei with reference to relevant literature.After the literature review ...This paper examines the current status and development dilemma of the children’s folk sports culture in the junction area between Chongqing and Hubei with reference to relevant literature.After the literature review and summary,the study finds there are several factors restricting the inheritance and development of the children’s folk sports culture in the area,including insufficiency of theoretical analysis,weak public support in cities,blind imitation of modern sports culture,and absence of policy support.To address the above problems,we put forward several suggestions to promote the inheritance and development of children’s folk sports game culture.First,we should focus on the theoretical research and cultural dissemination of children’s folk sports culture.Second,we should improve the basic rules of children’s folk sports games.Third,importance should be attached to government support in developing children’s folk sports game culture.Fourth,we should ensure the continuation and inheritance of children’s folk sports culture via school activities.Finally,we should carry forward children’s folk sports culture and explore ways to develop excellent cultural tourism.展开更多

The covers of booklets and books in folk documents primarily serve to protect the pages.Owing to long-term storage limitations,a considerable number of book covers have suffered varying degrees of damage.Following the...The covers of booklets and books in folk documents primarily serve to protect the pages.Owing to long-term storage limitations,a considerable number of book covers have suffered varying degrees of damage.Following the principles of restoration,a comparative analysis and restoration of folk document covers were conducted,selecting four different types of carriers from the Taihang Mountain Documents,ranging from the Qing dynasty to the Republican Era.These carriers included hemp,mulberry bark,and machinemade paper,and cotton blue cloth.Each cover type was matched with an appropriate restoration paper,and different methods were employed during the restoration process.Through restoration,the previously damaged document covers can continue to fulfill their role in protecting the books,thereby extending the lifespan of these four folk documents.展开更多

Learning the motivations and leisure constraints of foreign students' participation in local cultural and folk activities in Wenzhou is beneficial to promoting cultural adaptation, strengthening Chinese cultural self-confidence, and improving Wenzhou's international image. Based on the hierarchical model of leisure constraints (personal constraints, interpersonal constraints, and structural constraints), this study has tended to focus on the leisure constraints for foreign students participating in local folk and cultural activities in Wenzhou. Objective:To evaluate the possible antifertility activity of Enicostemma axillare(E.axillare) leaves and Urena lobata(U.lobata) root in adult male Wistar albino rats.Methods:Six groups of rats were treated with ethano...Objective:To evaluate the possible antifertility activity of Enicostemma axillare(E.axillare) leaves and Urena lobata(U.lobata) root in adult male Wistar albino rats.Methods:Six groups of rats were treated with ethanolic(70%v/v) extracts of E.axillare(375 and 750 mg/kg body weight) and U.lobata root(300 and 600 mg/kg body weight) once daily for 55 days.Control groups received the distilled water and vehicle.All the treated rats had corresponding recovery groups.At the end of each treatment periods,animals were killed and organ weights,sperm characteristics,testicular and epididymal biochemicals as well as testicular enzymes were assessed.Results:The E. axillare and U.lobata at tested doses did not decrease body weight,whereas the weight of testes, epididymides and seminal vesicles were significantly(P【0.01) reduced.Significantly(P【0.01) more reductions in the sperm motility,viability and counts,epididymal and testicular protein contents were noted in the rats treated with higher dose of both the plants.Both the plants at the higher dose caused a marked increase(P【0.01) in sperm morphological abnormalities,testicular cholesterol and ascorbic acid contents were remarkably increased(P【0.01),while,the activities of testicular glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G-6-PDH) andΔ~5-3β-hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase(Δ~5-3β-HSD) were significantly reduced(P【0.01).However,reversal of these changes occurred after 55 days of treatment withdrawal.Conclusions:This study suggests that the ? axillare leaves and U.lobata root reversibly inhibited spermatogenesis and steroidogenesis indicating reversible antifertility activity which could partially support the traditional of these plants as male contraceptives.展开更多

文摘Objective:To evaluate the possible antifertility activity of Enicostemma axillare(E.axillare) leaves and Urena lobata(U.lobata) root in adult male Wistar albino rats.Methods:Six groups of rats were treated with ethanolic(70%v/v) extracts of E.axillare(375 and 750 mg/kg body weight) and U.lobata root(300 and 600 mg/kg body weight) once daily for 55 days.Control groups received the distilled water and vehicle.All the treated rats had corresponding recovery groups.At the end of each treatment periods,animals were killed and organ weights,sperm characteristics,testicular and epididymal biochemicals as well as testicular enzymes were assessed.Results:The E. axillare and U.lobata at tested doses did not decrease body weight,whereas the weight of testes, epididymides and seminal vesicles were significantly(P【0.01) reduced.Significantly(P【0.01) more reductions in the sperm motility,viability and counts,epididymal and testicular protein contents were noted in the rats treated with higher dose of both the plants.Both the plants at the higher dose caused a marked increase(P【0.01) in sperm morphological abnormalities,testicular cholesterol and ascorbic acid contents were remarkably increased(P【0.01),while,the activities of testicular glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G-6-PDH) andΔ~5-3β-hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase(Δ~5-3β-HSD) were significantly reduced(P【0.01).However,reversal of these changes occurred after 55 days of treatment withdrawal.Conclusions:This study suggests that the ? axillare leaves and U.lobata root reversibly inhibited spermatogenesis and steroidogenesis indicating reversible antifertility activity which could partially support the traditional of these plants as male contraceptives.

文摘The promotion of precise poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas will inevitably lead to changes in local folk customs.The economic development may bring about greater development of folk customs,and may also lead to qualitative changes in folk customs.This paper mainly introduced the impact of the precise poverty alleviation on the folk customs.Based on the analysis,it came up with pertinent control measures,to better combine the folk customs with precise poverty alleviation measures,to promote common development of economy and culture in poverty stricken areas.
