Modeling constitutive relationship of 6013 aluminum alloy during hot plane strain compression based on Kriging method 被引量:5

Hot plane strain compression tests of 6013 aluminum alloy were conducted within the temperature range of 613?773 K and the strain rate range of 0.001?10 s?1. Based on the corrected experimental data with temperature compensation, Kriging method is selected to model the constitutive relationship among flow stress, temperature, strain rate and strain. The predictability and reliability of the constructed Kriging model are evaluated by statistical measures, comparative analysis and leave-one-out cross-validation (LOO-CV). The accuracy of Kriging model is validated by the R-value of 0.999 and the AARE of 0.478%. Meanwhile, its superiority has been demonstrated while comparing with the improved Arrhenius-type model. Furthermore, the generalization capability of Kriging model is identified by LOO-CV with 25 times of testing. It is indicated that Kriging method is competent to develop accurate model for describing the hot deformation behavior and predicting the flow stress even beyond the experimental conditions in hot compression tests. 展开更多

The neutral zinc sulfate solution obtained from hydrometallurgical process of Angouran zinc concentrate has cadmium, nickel and cobalt impurities, that must be purified before electrowinning. Therefore, cadmium and nickel are usually cemented out by addition of zinc dust and remained nickel and cobalt cemented out at second stage with zinc powder and arsenic trioxide. In this research, a new approach is described for determination of effective parameters and optimization of zinc electrolyte hot purification process using statistical design of experiments. The Taguchi method based on orthogonal array design(OAD) has been used to arrange the experimental runs. The experimental conditions involved in the work are as follows: the temperature range of 70-90 ℃ for reaction temperature(T), 30-90 min for reaction time(t), 2-4 g/L for zinc powder mass concentration(M), one to five series for zinc dust particle size distributions(S1-S5), and 0.1-0.5 g/L(C) for arsenic trioxide mass concentration. Optimum conditions for hot purification obtained in this work are T4(85 ℃), t4=75 min, M4=3.5 g/L, S4(Serie 4), and C2=0.2 g/L. 展开更多

Thermal conductivity is an important material parameter of silicon when studying the performance and reliability of devices or for guiding circuit design when considering heat dissipation, especially when the self-heating effect becomes prominent in ultra-scaled MOSFETs.The cross-plane thermal conductivity of a thin silicon film is lacking due to the difficulty in sensing high thermal conductivity in the vertical direction.In this paper, a feasible method that utilizes an ultra-fast electrical pulse within 20 μs combined with the hot strip technique is adopted.To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work that shows how to extract the cross-plane thermal conductivity of sub-50 nm(30 nm, 17 nm, and 10 nm)silicon films on buried oxide.The ratio of the extracted cross-plane thermal conductivity of the silicon films over the bulk value is only about 6.9%, 4.3%, and 3.8% at 300 K, respectively.As the thickness of the films is smaller than the phonon mean free path, the classical heat transport theory fails to predict the heat dissipation in nanoscale transistors.Thus, in this study, a ballistic model, derived from the heat transport equation based on extended-irreversible-hydrodynamics(EIT), is used for further investigation, and the simulation results exhibit good consistence with the experimental data.The extracted effective thermal data could provide a good reference for precise device simulations and thermoelectric applications. 展开更多

The experimental results of the thermal conductivities of xonotlite-type calcium silicate insulation materials were presented at different temperatures and pressures. Two appropriative surroundings, i.e. an elevated temperature surrounding from ambient temperature to 1450 K and a vacuum surrounding from atmosphere pressure to 10-3 Pa, were designed for the transient hot-strip (THS) method. The thermal conductivities of xonotlite-type calcium silicate with four densities from ambient temperature to 1000 K and 0.045 Pa to atmospheric pressure were measured. The results show that the thermal conductivity of xonotlite-type calcium silicate decreases apparently with the fall of density, and decreases apparently with the drop of pressure, and reaches the least value at about 100 Pa. The thermal conductivity of xonotlite-type calcium silicate increases almost linearly with T0, and increases more abundantly with low density than with high density. The thermal conductivity measurement uncertainty is estimated to be approximately 3% at ambient temperature, and 6% at 800 K. 展开更多

Meanwhile, we contrasted hot-ethanol method with specification. I Result] It was simple to use hot-ethanol method to extract chlo- rophyll a from phytoplankton, and it was safe and reliable. When extraction temperature was 75℃ , extraction efficiency of the chlorophyll a was the highest using hot ethanol to hot for 3 min. Chlorophyll a extracted by specification presented significant positive correlation with that by hot-ethanol method. Extraction efficiency of the hot-ethanol method was higher than that of the specification. [ Condusion] The research could provide theoretical reference for extraction of the chlorophyll a from phytoplankton in surface water. 展开更多

With the help of numerical simulation, experiments were carried out on the self-designed device. Except for the control on residual stress and distortion us-welded, the experimental results also show its effect on the prevention of hot cracks, thus this method can make up for the disadvantage of the conventional pre-stress method. Hot cracks disappear when the value of pre-stress surpasses 0. 2 σs(yield limit). Welded thin plates with low-level residual stress, little distortion and no hot cracks are obtained with longitudinal pre-tensile stress level between 0. 6σsand 0. 7σs and precompressive stress between 0. 2 σs and 0. 3 σs in transverse direction. 展开更多

A new method,the stream surface strip element method,for simulating the three-dimensional deformation of plate and strip rolling process was proposed.The rolling deformation zone was divided into a number of stream surface(curved surface)strip elements along metal flow traces,and the stream surface strip elements were mapped into the corresponding plane strip elements for analysis and computation.The longitudinal distributions of the lateral displacement and the altitudinal displacement of metal were respectively constructed to be a quartic curve and a quadratic curve,of which the lateral distributions were expressed as the third-power spline function,and the altitudinal distributions were fitted in the quadratic curve.From the flow theory of plastic mechanics,the mathematical models of the three-dimensional deformations and stresses of the deformation zone were constructed.Compared with the streamline strip element method proposed by the first author of this paper,the stream surface strip element method takes into account the uneven distributions of stresses and deformations along altitudinal direction,and realizes the precise three-dimensional analysis and computation.The simulation example of continuous hot rolled strip indicates that the method and the model accord with facts and provide a new reliable engineering-computation method for the three-dimensional mechanics simulation of plate and strip rolling process. 展开更多

This paper proposes a voltage-based hot-spot detection method for defective cells in PV module using projector. The presence of internal crystal defects is one of the main causes of hot-spot phenomenon in PV modules. Authors previously investigated the physical characteristics of hot-spot phenomenon referring to internal crystal defect. Based on it, a hot-spot detection method named as current-based SRC (self reverse current) detection method is developed. However, it becomes extraordinarily complicated to determine the defective cells under low illumination. In order to avoid this disadvantage, authors improve the SRC detection method by applying voltage. From the feasibility experiment results, it is confirmed that by calculating cell HSI (hotspots index) with voltage, the PV modules with defective cells can be prospectively excluded even under low illumination. 展开更多

该研究旨在探究不同干燥方式对贮藏期柠檬片品质的影响。分别采用真空冷冻干燥(vacuum freeze drying,VFD)、热风干燥(hot air drying,HAD)、微波干燥(microwave drying,MD)3种方式加工制备柠檬片,并研究了3种干燥方式对柠檬片色泽、基... 该研究旨在探究不同干燥方式对贮藏期柠檬片品质的影响。分别采用真空冷冻干燥(vacuum freeze drying,VFD)、热风干燥(hot air drying,HAD)、微波干燥(microwave drying,MD)3种方式加工制备柠檬片,并研究了3种干燥方式对柠檬片色泽、基础品质、营养物质和风味的影响。结果表明,柠檬片经过真空冷冻干燥、热风干燥、微波干燥不同干燥处理后品质与风味不同。冻干组柠檬片具有较小的收缩率(11.65%),较高的复水比(5.14)、亮度值(48.6)和V_(C)含量(3.13 mg/g DW),电子鼻各传感器的响应值较高,即其色泽、品质、风味都优于热风干燥与微波干燥方式。因此,使用冻干工艺可以保证品质。 展开更多

辐射型反射隔热涂料在夏热冬冷地区居住建筑中的应用案例越来越多,其节能设计方法备受关注。等效热阻法是目前反射隔热涂料热工设计的标准方法,但相关文献研究指出,涂覆于非透明材料上的隔热涂料应采用太阳光直接反射比作为隔热评价指标... 辐射型反射隔热涂料在夏热冬冷地区居住建筑中的应用案例越来越多,其节能设计方法备受关注。等效热阻法是目前反射隔热涂料热工设计的标准方法,但相关文献研究指出,涂覆于非透明材料上的隔热涂料应采用太阳光直接反射比作为隔热评价指标,不宜用等效热阻来评价。通过上海某6层住宅建筑探讨了夏热冬冷地区居住建筑外墙采用辐射型反射隔热涂料的节能效果及其传热系数、太阳辐射吸收系数和表面发射率之间的关系,对比分析了采用参数直接计算与等效热阻法计算能耗结果,结果表明:1)辐射型反射隔热涂料隔热机理与反射隔热涂料差异明显;2)辐射型反射隔热涂料节能效果不适宜采用等效热阻法进行节能效果评价;3)辐射型反射隔热涂料墙体冬季保温热阻设计应充分考虑其对墙体温度的负面影响。 展开更多

钢-PPUC组合正交异性钢桥面板疲劳性能

为有效解决传统钢桥面病害,提出了钢-聚酯型聚氨酯(钢-PPUC)混凝土组合桥面板结构,开展了正交异性钢桥面板的疲劳性能研究。以马鞍山公铁两用大桥为工程背景,建立局部有限元模型,采用热点应力法获得车轮荷载作用下钢桥面易疲劳开裂部位... 为有效解决传统钢桥面病害,提出了钢-聚酯型聚氨酯(钢-PPUC)混凝土组合桥面板结构,开展了正交异性钢桥面板的疲劳性能研究。以马鞍山公铁两用大桥为工程背景,建立局部有限元模型,采用热点应力法获得车轮荷载作用下钢桥面易疲劳开裂部位的应力响应,基于疲劳应力幅进行疲劳强度评估。考虑不同温度、不同铺装层厚度和不同结构形式条件下PPUC铺装层对正交异性钢桥面板疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:高弹性模量的PPUC铺装层对正交异性钢桥面板典型疲劳细节处的应力具有明显的改善作用;顶板与纵肋连接部位疲劳细节应力幅降幅最大,顶板与纵肋连接处桥面板细节、纵肋与横隔板连接处纵肋细节和纵肋对接焊缝细节均满足抗疲劳开裂要求;不同温度作用下的弹性模量变化对典型疲劳细节等效应力幅的影响是非线性的,铺装层厚度变化对典型疲劳细节等效应力幅的影响是近似线性的;为兼顾正交异性钢桥面板受力性能和行车舒适性两方面要求,提出了单层和双层复合型PPUC结构形式,计算得到2种结构形式对各疲劳细节应力幅最大降幅为21%~56%,最小降幅为8%~36%,为钢-PPUC组合桥面板抗疲劳设计提供理论依据。 展开更多

Hot spinning process has attracted significant attention because it can be used to manufacture complex parts, extend the forming limit of materials, decrease forming forces and reduce process chains. In this paper, we review researches on lightweight metals spun at elevated temperatures since they are difficult to deform at room temperature. These metals include light alloys, such as titanium, magnesium and aluminum alloys, and metal composites. Then, the heating methods used in the hot spinning process and the treatment methods employed for the temperature boundary condition in finite element analyses for the process were discussed. Finally, the future development directions for the hot spinning process of lightweight but difficult-to-deform alloys were highlighted. 展开更多
