A novel pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid bridged Co(II) phen complex 2 ∞ [Co- ... A novel pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid bridged Co(II) phen complex 2 ∞ [Co- (phen)(μ-L)3/3]?H2O (H2L = pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid) has been hydrothermally synthesized, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis shows that it crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 11.480(2), b = 11.885(2), c = 12.939(3) ?, β = 110.55(3)°, V = 1653.1(6) ?3, Mr = 423.25, Dc = 0.425 g/cm3, Z = 4, R = 0.0361 and wR = 0.1011. The title complex consists of 2D 2 ∞ [Co(phen)(μ-L)3/3] layers and crystal water molecules. Each Co atom is octahedrally coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms to form 2D 2 ∞ [Co(phen)(μ-L)3/3] polymeric layers. Furthermore, such 2D layers are stacked into 3D supramolecular frameworks via Van der Waals’ intermolecular forces, strong and weak hydrogen-bond interactions. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group PI with a = 11.199(2), b = 11.593(2), c = 11.865(3)/A, α= 99.330(1), β = 111.506(1), γ = 104.804(1)^o, V= 1328.4(5)A^3, Dc= 1.722 g/cm^3, Z = 1, Mr = 1377.82, F(000) = 692,μ(MoKa) = 2.306 mm^-1, S = 1.093, R= 0.0281 and wR = 0.0756 for 4179 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(/)). The coordination polyhedron around Zn(II) can be described as a tetrahedron, trigonal bipyramid and octahedron. A new two-dimensional cobalt coordination polymer has been prepared and fully characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound [Co(C2O4)(bix)]n 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 11.549(3), b = 15.700(3), c = 9.260(2) A, β = 102.984(3)°, V = 1636.0(6) A^3, C16HIaCON4O4, Mr= 383.23, Dc = 1.556 g/cm^3, μ(MoKa) = 1.078 mm^-1, F(000) = 780, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0455 and wR = 0.1286 for 1483 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Of the compound, the Co center is octahedrally coordinated with oxalate acting as a tetra-dentate ligand coordinated to the cobalt atom and each bix serving as a bridging ligand by employing two N-donors to coordinate with the Co center. An infinite {Co2(C2O4)2}∞ chain is formed along the α axis. Furthermore, the 1D chains are held together via bix ligands to generate a two-dimensional network structure with 1D coronal-like channels (ca. 5.691A × 15.700A). 展开更多

A new complex [Cd(H2biim)2(H2O)2]·(ino)2·4H2O (H2biim = 2,2'-biimidazole, ino = isonicotinate-N-oxide) has been prepared and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, IR and fluorescence spectra analysis. The crystal is of triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.5380(6), b = 8.0402(7), c = 13.5094(11) , α = 104.269(1), β = 93.604(1), γ = 98.349(1)°, V = 780.93(11) 3, Mr = 765.00, Dc = 1.627 g/cm3, F(000) = 390, μ = 0.776 mm-1 and Z = 1. The final R = 0.0322 and wR = 0.0825 for 7038 observed reflections with I 2σ(I) and R = 0.0341 and wR = 0.0832 for all data. The title complex exhibits an infinite chain-like structure through bridging isonicotinate-N-oxide. Strong interchain hydrogen bonds between isonicotinate-N-oxide and H2biim result in the robust 3-D supramolecular architecture. Moreover, the complex shows strong photoluminescence with emission maximum at λ = 401 nm upon λex = 330 nm. 展开更多

In the crystal structure, the zinc atom is five-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms from different dpas, one coordinated water molecule and two nitrogen atoms from bipy ligands, showing a slightly distorted triangular bipyramidal geometry. Furthermore, it exhibits a zero-dimensional network structure with a sixteen-membered ring and shows yellow photoluminescent property at room temperature. 展开更多

A novel manganese coordination polymer [Mn2(sfdb)2(biyb)2(H2O)2]n (1, H2sfdb = 4,4′-sulfonyldibenzoic acid, biyb = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benze) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray determination, IR and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group Pi with a = 10.138(4), b = 11.187(5), c = 13.582(6) A, α = 69.146(7), β = 89.628(7), γ = 77.076(7)°, MnzC56H48N8O14S2, Mr= 1231.02, V= 1398.5(10) A3, Dc= 1.462 g/cm3, F(000) = 634,μ = 0.600 mm-1, S = 1.088 and Z = 1. The final refinement gave R = 0.0570 and wR = 0.1229 for 4889 observed reflections with 1 〉 2σ(I). Interestingly, in complex 1, the sfdb2 and biyb ligands connect the Mn(Ⅱ) ions into two-dimensional 2-fold interpenetrating layers, and such layers are further connected with each other to generate a 3D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonding interaction. 展开更多

The novel complex [Zn2(Mba)3(Phen)2EtOH)]·ClO4 (Hrnba = methoxybenzoic acid, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, EtOH = ethanol) was synthesized by hydrothermal reactions, and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group Pi with a = 1.15362(1), b = 1.3655(3), c = 1.61451(1) nm, α= 72.842(2), β = 83.259(3), y = 72.083(2)°, V = 2.3112(6) nm3, Z = 2,μ(MoKa) = 11.71 cm-1, F(000) = 1120, R = 0.0552 and wR = 0.1157 (I 〉 2σ(I)). The two centric zinc(H) ions in the complex locate in a distorted octahedral coordination geometry and a distorted trigonal bipyramid coordination geometry, respectively. Two bridging bidentate carboxyl groups and a μ2-O carboxyl group from three methoxybenzoic acids act as the bridge to link two Zn(Ⅱ) ions. The asymmetric units are connected by π-π packing interactions between aromatic rings to form a three-dimensional supramolecular network.
