By constructing a model,this study seeks to provide suggestions for strengthening pre-service teachers’informatization teaching ability.It aims to answer the following research questions:(1)What do the pre-service te...By constructing a model,this study seeks to provide suggestions for strengthening pre-service teachers’informatization teaching ability.It aims to answer the following research questions:(1)What do the pre-service teachers know about informatization instruction?What is their level of informatization teaching ability?(2)What factors influence pre-service teachers’ability to deliver informatization instruction?How to overcome the obstacles?The inquiry focuses on the theoretical exploration of informatization teaching ability,questionnaire,and interview analysis on the current condition and improvement of pre-service teachers’informatization teaching ability.The data from the questionnaire and interview of the pre-service teachers were evaluated from three dimensions:awareness and attitude towards informatization teaching,knowledge of informatization teaching,and the ability to apply informatization teaching skills innovatively and comprehensively.The 3S-7D(Three Subjects and Seven Duties)model consisting of three subjects and the seven duties that go with them is established.The three subjects include pre-service teachers,teacher educators,and higher education schools.The seven duties involve pre-service teachers demonstrating learning motivation,cross-discipline thinking,and information and communications technology mastery;teacher educators actively constructing informatization teaching practice and formative assessment;and higher education schools providing adequate hardware and software equipment while offering cooperative opportunities with primary and junior schools through institutionalization.展开更多

文摘According to the characteristics of agricultural informatization development in Gansu Province from 2001 to 2010,the evaluation indicator system for agricultural informatization development level is established for 20 indicators from 5 aspects,including information network construction,agricultural information technology application,agricultural information resources,agricultural information human resources,and agricultural informatization development environment. Indicator weight in indicator system is determined by analytic hierarchy process. Evaluation results of agricultural informatization development level in Gansu Province are obtained using weighted linear function. The difference of agricultural informatization development level is analyzed in different time periods in Gansu Province. According to the evaluation and analysis results,recommendations are put forward for promoting agricultural informatization development in Gansu Province.
文摘In June 2012,the UN conference on sustainable development "Rio+20" summarized the work of the world community in this direction for last 20 years and outlined the tasks for the future.The UN website contains enough information to estimate the importance of global problems and "green economy," taking into account a very complicated state of the global and Russian markets which are balancing on the verge of crisis.Unfortunately,the website does not contain the materials of the 6th civilization forum "Long-Term Strategy for Sustainable Development on the Basis of Partnership of Civilizations:Concepts,Strategy,Programs and Projects" within the bounds of "Rio+20" which has considered the problems of a dialogue and partnership in conditions of extensive globalization.These problems are covered in the Partnership of Civilizations Journal which is issued in the Russian,English and Arabian languages,including its Internet version.The International Informatization Academy (it has the general consultative status at the Economic and Social Council of the UN) and its 20-year activity in the sphere of informatization of the world and Russia on the way to the partnership of civilizations,are presented there[1].

文摘In this paper,we propose an iterative,problem-and task-driven refined classroom management method for informatization teaching,dubbed Rcm2IT,based on data analysis of students’learning process.More specifically,Rcm2IT firstly classifies the teaching resources and elements in the unit of classroom sections,and designs the corresponding fine-grained templates and examples of teaching elements.Meanwhile,Rcm2IT divides students into different levels according to their previous classroom performance,and teaches students at different levels according to their aptitude.Finally,we implement the refined classroom management and assessment of students’learning process via our customized precise micro classroom platform(PMcP)based on the previous two stages.The designed PMcP can carry out real-time analysis and teaching evaluation,objectively and accurately measure and feedback the students’learning results,further iteratively optimize the teaching objectives.The course practice in“digital image processing”shows that Rcm2IT can not only support teachers to dynamically adjust the teaching content,but also teach students according to their aptitude,and improve the teaching quality and efficiency.
