Interleukin-6 and ratio of plasma interleukin-6/interleukin-10 as risk factors of symptomatic lumbar osteoarthritis 被引量:7

AIM To determine the role of cartilage oligomeric matrix protein(COMP), interleukin(IL)-6, IL-10 and ratio of IL-6/IL-10 as risk factors of symptomatic lumbar osteoarthritis(OA) in postmenopausal women with estrogen deficiency.METHODS Case-control study had been conducted in Sanglah General Hospital from October 2015 until March 2016. The blood samples were obtained and analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).RESULTS From 44 pairs of samples which divided into 44 samples as case group and 44 samples as control group showed that high level of COMP in estrogen deficiency postmenopausal women were not at risk(OR = 0.7; 95%CI: 0.261-1.751; P = 0.393) for symptomatic lumbar OA(cut-off point 0.946). Estrogen deficiency in postmenopausal women with the high level of IL-6 had 2.7 times risk(OR = 2.7; 95%CI: 0.991-8.320; P = 0.033) for symptomatic lumbar OA from the low level of IL-6(cut-off point 2.264). At lower level of IL-10, there was no risk for symptomatic lumbar OA(OR = 0.6; 95%CI: 0.209-1.798; P = 0.345) than with the higher level of IL-10(cut-off point 6.049). While the high ratio of IL-6/IL-10 level in estrogen deficiency postmenopausal women gave 3.4 times risk(OR = 3.4; 95%CI: 1.204-11.787; P = 0.011)for symptomatic lumbar OA than the low ratio of IL-6/IL-10 level(cut-off point 0.364).CONCLUSION High ratio of IL-6/IL-10 plasma level was the highest risk factor for causing symptomatic lumbar OA in postmenopausal women with estrogen deficiency. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Dry eye is a common eye disease.Artificial tears supplements are widely used for the treatment of dry eyes.However,multiple adverse effects have been observed in patients receiving long-term treatment with artificial tears,which may affect the therapeutic effect.AIM To analyze the characteristics of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)levels in patients with dry eye and the therapeutic effect of artificial tears combined with cyclosporine A.METHODS A total of 124 dry eye patients treated at The First People’s Hospital of Xining from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the observation group,while 20 healthy individuals served as the control group during the same period.Levels of inflammatory markers,including IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α,were analyzed.The observation group was further divided into a study group and a control group,each consisting of 62 patients.The control group received artificial tears,whereas the study group received a combination of artificial tears and cyclosporine A.Inflammatory markers,Schirmer’s test(SIT),tear break-up time(TBUT),corneal fluorescein staining(CFS),National Eye Institute Visual Function Questionnaire-25(NEI-VFQ-25)scores,and adverse events(AEs)were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The observation group exhibited significantly elevated serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αin comparison to the healthy group.Following treatment,the study group demonstrated substantial reductions in IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αlevels relative to the control group.Moreover,after treatment,the study group experienced a marked decrease in CFS scores and significant increases in both SIT and BUT levels when compared to the control group.Additionally,significant improvements were observed in the primary symptom of dry eye and secondary symptoms such as photophobia,foreign body sensation,fatigue,red eye,and burning sensation within the study group.Furthermore,post-treatment NEI-VFQ-25 scores across all dimensions exhibited significant enhancements in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05).It is noteworthy that significant AEs were reported in both groups throughout the treatment period.CONCLUSION Cyclosporine A combined with artificial tears is effective in treating dry eye,yielding enhanced outcomes by improving SIT and TBUT levels,reducing CFS scores,and ameliorating vision-related quality of life. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis(sHLH)triggered by Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium is rare in pediatric patients.There is no consensus on how to treat S.typhimurium-triggered sHLH.CASE SUMMARY A 9-year-old boy with intermittent fever for 3 d presented to our hospital with positive results for S.typhimurium,human rhinovirus,and Mycoplasma pneumoniae infections.At the time of admission to our institution,the patient’s T helper 1/T helper 2 cytokine levels were 326 pg/mL for interleukin 6(IL-6),9.1 pg/mL for IL-10,and 246.7 pg/mL for interferon-gamma(IFN-γ),for which the ratio of IL-10 to IFN-γwas 0.04.In this study,the patient received meropenem,linezolid,and cefoperazone/sulbactam in combination with high-dose methylprednisolone therapy(10 mg/kg/d for 3 d)and antishock supportive treatment twice.After careful evaluation,this patient did not receive HLH chemotherapy and recovered well.CONCLUSION S.Typhimurium infection-triggered sHLH patient had a ratio of IL-10 to IFN-γ≤1.33,an IL-10 concentration≤10.0 pg/mL,and/or an IFN-γconcentration≤225 pg/mL at admission.Early antimicrobial and supportive treatment was sufficient,and the HLH-94/2004 protocol was not necessary under these conditions. 展开更多

BACKGROUND The interplay between inflammation,immune dysregulation,and the onset of neurological disorders,including epilepsy,has become increasingly recognized.Interleukin(IL)-6,a pro-inflammatory cytokine,is suspected to not only mediate traditional inflammatory pathways but also contribute to neuroinflammatory responses that could underpin neuropsychiatric symptoms and broader psychiatric disorders in epilepsy patients.The role of IL-6 receptor(IL6R)blockade presents an intriguing target for therapeutic intervention due to its potential to attenuate these processes.neuropsychiatric conditions due to neuroinflammation.METHODS Mendelian randomization(MR)analysis employing single nucleotide poly-morphisms(SNPs)in the vicinity of the IL6R gene(total individuals=408225)was used to evaluate the putative causal relationship between IL6R blockade and epilepsy(total cases/controls=12891/312803),focal epilepsy(cases/controls=7526/399290),and generalized epilepsy(cases/controls=1413/399287).SNP weights were determined by their effect on C-reactive protein(CRP)levels and integrated using inverse variance-weighted meta-analysis as surrogates for IL6R effects.To address potential outlier and pleiotropic influences,sensitivity analyses were conducted employing a variety of MR methods under different modeling assumptions.RESULTS The genetic simulation targeting IL6R blockade revealed a modest but significant reduction in overall epilepsy risk[inverse variance weighting:Odds ratio(OR):0.827;95%confidence interval(CI):0.685-1.000;P=0.05].Subtype analysis showed variability,with no significant effect observed in generalized,focal,or specific childhood and juvenile epilepsy forms.Beyond the primary inflammatory marker CRP,the findings also suggested potential non-inflammatory pathways mediated by IL-6 signaling contributing to the neurobiological landscape of epilepsy,hinting at possible links to neuroinflammation,psychiatric symptoms,and associated mental disorders.CONCLUSION The investigation underscored a tentative causal relationship between IL6R blockade and decreased epilepsy incidence,likely mediated via complex neuroinflammatory pathways.These results encouraged further in-depth studies involving larger cohorts and multifaceted psychiatric assessments to corroborate these findings and more thoroughly delineate the neuro-psychiatric implications of IL-6 signaling in epilepsy.The exploration of IL6R blockade could herald a novel therapeutic avenue not just for seizure management but also for addressing the broader psychiatric and cognitive disturbances often associated with epilepsy. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Alveolar bone defects caused by inflammation are an urgent issue in oral implant surgery that must be solved.Regulating the various phenotypes of macrophages to enhance the inflammatory environment can significantly affect the progression of diseases and tissue engineering repair process.AIM To assess the influence of interleukin-10(IL-10)on the osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)following their interaction with macrophages in an inflammatory environment.METHODS IL-10 modulates the differentiation of peritoneal macrophages in Wistar rats in an inflammatory environment.In this study,we investigated its impact on the proliferation,migration,and osteogenesis of BMSCs.The expression levels of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)and its activated form,phos-phorylated-STAT3,were examined in IL-10-stimulated macrophages.Subsequently,a specific STAT3 signaling inhibitor was used to impede STAT3 signal activation to further investigate the role of STAT3 signaling.RESULTS IL-10-stimulated macrophages underwent polarization to the M2 type through substitution,and these M2 macrophages actively facilitated the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs.Mechanistically,STAT3 signaling plays a crucial role in the process by which IL-10 influences macrophages.Specifically,IL-10 stimulated the activation of the STAT3 signaling pathway and reduced the macrophage inflammatory response,as evidenced by its diminished impact on the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs.CONCLUSION Stimulating macrophages with IL-10 proved effective in improving the inflammatory environment and promoting the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs.The IL-10/STAT3 signaling pathway has emerged as a key regulator in the macrophage-mediated control of BMSCs’osteogenic differentiation. 展开更多

Objective: To determine the effect of flurbiprofen combined with prednisolone on interleukin-6 in elderly surgery patients. Methods: In this double-blind randomized controlled study, patients aged 65 to 80 who were undergoing spinal fusion surgery for disc herniation were administered flurbiprofen 100 mg (P group, flurbiprofen group), prednisolone 0.6 mg/kg (D group, prednisolone group), prednisolone 0.6 mg/kg plus flurbiprofen 100 mg (P + D group, flurbiprofen + prednisolone group) or normal saline (S group, saline group) 15 minutes before the induction of anesthesia. Plasma samples were collected before surgery (T0) and on day 1 (T1), day 2 (T2) and day 3 (T3) following surgery. At the same time, systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) was assessed by SIRS criteria. The levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and C-reactive protein (CRP) for collected samples were measured. Results: Other groups had significantly lower levels of IL-6, CRP and occurrence of SIRS than S group (p < 0.05). Compared to groups P and D, the levels of IL-6 and CRP in P + D group were significantly lower on T1 (p < 0.05). Peak levels of IL-6 in all groups were presented on T1 (p 0.05). The levels of CRP within three days were significantly different but did not show peak levels (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Compared to prednisolone or flurbiprofen, combining flurbiprofen with prednisolone in elderly surgery patients led to an increased suppression of IL-6. 展开更多

Objective:To analyze the value of D-dimer(D-D),interleukin-6(IL-6),and IL-18 in the differential diagnosis of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(RMPP).Methods:The medical records of 92 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)treated in the hospital were selected for retrospective analysis from January 2023 to January 2024.After comprehensive examinations such as computed tomography examination of the chest,48 children with general Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(GMPP)were put in the GMPP group and 44 children with RMPP were grouped in the RMPP group.The IL-6,IL-18,and D-D levels were compared between the two groups,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were plotted to analyze their value for differential diagnosis of RMPP.Results:The levels of IL-6,IL-18,and D-D in the RMPP group were higher than those in the GMPP group(P<0.05);the ROC curves showed that the specificity of the differential diagnosis of IL-6,IL-18,and D-D was higher,and their diagnostic value was significant.Conclusion:Determination of IL-6,IL-18,and D-D levels in children with MPP can further diagnose the children’s condition,which can help physicians formulate targeted treatment plans,and is of great significance to the improvement of the children’s condition,which is worthy of attention. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of patients with gallstones and its effect on the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-a).Methods:A total of 82 patients with gallstones admitted from July 2020 to July 2023 were recruited and allocated into control and observation groups using the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The patients were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,with the anterior triangle anatomical approach to the gallbladder in the control group and the posterior triangle anatomical approach to the gallbladder in the observation group.The treatment effect and inflammatory factor levels of both groups were observed and compared.Results:When comparing the clinical outcomes of both patient groups,the key parameters evaluated included time to mobilization,duration of surgery,extubation time,and intraoperative bleeding.The observation group exhibited a significant advantage in these parameters compared to the control group(P<0.05).Regarding the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in values before treatment.However,following treatment,patients in the observation group showed significantly lower levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and C-reactive protein(CRP)compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones can benefit from the implementation of the posterior triangular anatomical approach to the gallbladder,which not only enhances therapeutic efficacy but also offers significant advantages in reducing levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and CRP.Therefore,it is recommended for the widespread adoption of this treatment approach in clinical practice. 展开更多

目的探讨术前白细胞介素-6/白介素-10表达对腰椎间盘突出症术后椎间隙感染的预测价值。方法采用病例对照研究,收集医院2021年1月至2023年1月收治的24例腰椎间盘突出症术后发生椎间隙感染患者的临床资料,纳入发生组,另收集医院同期48例... 目的探讨术前白细胞介素-6/白介素-10表达对腰椎间盘突出症术后椎间隙感染的预测价值。方法采用病例对照研究,收集医院2021年1月至2023年1月收治的24例腰椎间盘突出症术后发生椎间隙感染患者的临床资料,纳入发生组,另收集医院同期48例未发生术后椎间隙感染的腰椎间盘症患者临床资料,纳入未发生组。通过查阅腰椎间盘突出症患者病历资料记录基线资料,同时收集所有患者术前白介素-6、白介素-10值,并计算白介素-6/白介素-10值。通过受试者工作曲线(ROC),探讨术前白细胞介素-6/白介素-10表达对腰椎间盘突出症术后椎间隙感染的预测价值。结果发生组住院时间、术前白细胞介素-6、术前白细胞介素-10、术前及术后白细胞介素-6/白细胞介素-10水平大于未发生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经点二列相关性结果显示,术前白介素-6、术前白介素-10、术前白介素-6/白介素-10与腰椎间盘突出症术后椎间隙感染发生呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。绘制ROC曲线,结果显示,术前白介素-6/白介素-10预测腰椎间盘突出症术后椎间隙感染发生的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.723,具有一定预测效能。结论术前白细胞介素-6/白介素-10表达对腰椎间盘突出症术后椎间隙感染发生具有较好预测效能,其值越高术后椎间隙感染发生可能性越大。 展开更多

目的分析药物性肝损伤患者血清白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素10(IL-10)水平与肝损伤程度的关系。方法2021年6月—2023年6月在沭阳县中医院进行治疗的96例药物性肝损伤患者设为观察组,依据其肝功能损伤程度分为轻度肝... 目的分析药物性肝损伤患者血清白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素10(IL-10)水平与肝损伤程度的关系。方法2021年6月—2023年6月在沭阳县中医院进行治疗的96例药物性肝损伤患者设为观察组,依据其肝功能损伤程度分为轻度肝损伤48例,中度肝损伤37例,重度肝损伤11例。另选同期于我院体检中心体检的84名肝功能正常人群设为健康组。比较两组血清IL-6、TNF-α、IL-10水平,比较不同程度肝损伤患者引发药物性肝损伤的药物种类,比较不同程度肝损伤患者IL-6、TNF-α、IL-10水平,对所有肝损伤患者给予护肝等对症治疗,比较治疗后不同程度肝损伤患者IL-6、TNF-α、IL-10水平,采用斯皮尔曼(Spearman)秩相关分析血清IL-6、TNF-α、IL-10水平与肝损伤程度的相关性。结果观察组IL-6、TNF-α水平[(29.8±6.4)pg/mL、(13.6±3.5)pg/mL]均高于健康组[(12.4±3.7)pg/mL、(3.8±1.3)pg/mL],IL-10(1.3±0.4)pg/mL低于健康组(4.9±0.8)pg/mL(P<0.05);不同程度肝损伤患者引发药物性肝损伤的药物种类比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);重度肝损伤组IL-6、TNF-α[(37.6±10.5)pg/mL、(23.1±5.6)pg/mL]水平高于中度肝损伤组[(31.5±8.1)pg/mL、(15.9±3.4)pg/mL],IL-10(1.1±0.3)pg/mL低于中度肝损伤组(1.6±0.6)pg/mL,中度肝损伤组IL-6、TNF-α水平高于轻度肝损伤组[(26.6±3.7)pg/mL、(11.3±1.1)pg/mL],IL-10低于轻度肝损伤组(2.7±0.6)pg/mL(P<0.05);治疗后重度肝损伤组IL-6、TNF-α[(23.5±3.7)pg/mL、(8.9±3.6)pg/mL]水平高于中度肝损伤组[(19.4±3.5)pg/mL、(6.2±1.4)pg/mL],IL-10(2.9±0.9)pg/mL低于中度肝损伤组(3.7±0.8)pg/mL,中度肝损伤组IL-6、TNF-α水平高于轻度肝损伤组[(16.5±2.9)pg/mL、(4.7±1.2)pg/mL],IL-10低于轻度肝损伤组(4.2±1.1)pg/mL(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,血清IL-6、TNF-α水平与药物性肝损伤患者的肝损伤严重程度呈正相关,IL-10水平与其呈负相关(r=0.753、0.814、-0.792,P<0.05)。结论血清IL-6、TNF-α、IL-10水平与药物性肝损伤患者的肝损伤程度密切相关,可将其作为临床评估病情严重程度及治疗效果,预测预后的生物学指标,具有较高的应用价值。 展开更多

目的 探讨血清和脑脊液白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)在新生儿化脓性脑膜炎(NPM)中的临床意义。方法 采用病例对照研究的方法,分析2021年9月至2022年11月昆明市儿童医院新生儿科收治的有腰椎穿刺指征的95例患儿。根据入院2... 目的 探讨血清和脑脊液白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)在新生儿化脓性脑膜炎(NPM)中的临床意义。方法 采用病例对照研究的方法,分析2021年9月至2022年11月昆明市儿童医院新生儿科收治的有腰椎穿刺指征的95例患儿。根据入院24 h内第1次腰椎穿刺脑脊液检查结果将95例患儿分为NPM组和脓毒症组。分别检测所有患儿入院后第1天血清和脑脊液IL-6、IL-10水平;NPM组治疗后第3、10天进行腰椎穿刺复查,收集脑脊液,除进行脑脊液常规及生化检查外,还采集血液标本,检测血清和脑脊液中IL-6、IL-10水平。比较脓毒症组和NPM组患儿第1天血清和脑脊液IL-6、IL-10的水平;比较NPM组患儿入院第1、3、10天血清和脑脊液IL-6、IL-10水平。结果 NPM组45例和脓毒症组50例。脓毒症组和NPM组脑脊液白细胞计数及蛋白、葡萄糖水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院第1天,脓毒症组和NPM组患儿血清IL-6、IL-10水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);NPM组脑脊液IL-6、IL-10水平明显高于脓毒症组(P<0.05)。入院第1天,脓毒症组血清IL-6水平与脑脊液IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而血清IL-10水平明显高于脑脊液IL-10水平(P<0.05)。NPM组第1天血清IL-6、IL-10水平明显高于第10天(P<0.05);第1天与第3天脑脊液IL-6、IL-10水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第1天与第3天脑脊液IL-6、IL-10水平均明显高于第10天(P<0.05)。NPM组患儿入院第1、3、10天的脑脊液IL-6水平分别高于同期血清IL-6水平(P<0.05)。NPM组患儿入院第1、3天的脑脊液IL-10水平分别高于同期血清IL-10水平(P<0.05),但第10天血清IL-10水平与脑脊液IL-10水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。入院第1天血清IL-6、IL-10诊断NPM的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.544、0.552,对NPM的诊断效能低。入院第1天脑脊液IL-6和IL-10诊断NPM的AUC分别为0.897、0.883,对NPM有一定的诊断价值。结论 检测脑脊液IL-6、IL-10水平有助于辅助诊断NPM;动态监测脑脊液IL-6、IL-10水平对NPM治疗效果的判定有一定临床意义。 展开更多

目的 分析研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)肾病患者甲状腺功能指标、血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)与肾功能的关系。方法 选取2021年4月至2023年8月黄山首康医院收治的T2DM肾病患者为T2DM肾病组(n=65),单纯T2DM患者为T2DM组(n=65)。... 目的 分析研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)肾病患者甲状腺功能指标、血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)与肾功能的关系。方法 选取2021年4月至2023年8月黄山首康医院收治的T2DM肾病患者为T2DM肾病组(n=65),单纯T2DM患者为T2DM组(n=65)。比较两组血清甲状腺功能[促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)]、IL-6、IL-10与肾功能[血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)]水平。采用Pearson相关系数分析T2DM肾病患者TSH、FT3、FT4、IL-6、IL-10与Scr、BUN、eGFR的相关性。采用多因素Logistic回归分析T2DM肾病发生的影响因素,并绘制ROC曲线分析TSH、FT3、FT4、IL-6、IL-10水平对T2DM肾病发生的预测价值。结果 T2DM肾病组的TSH、IL-6、Scr、BUN水平均高于T2DM组(t=3.031、4.056、15.106、12.401,均P<0.05);T2DM肾病组的FT3、FT4、IL-10、eGFR水平均低于T2DM组(t=3.135、3.370、3.908、10.881,均P<0.05);Pearson相关系数分析显示,TSH、IL-6与Scr、BUN呈正相关,与eGFR呈负相关(均P<0.05);FT3、FT4、IL-10与Scr、BUN呈负相关,与eGFR呈正相关(均P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄>60岁、病程>10年、TSH水平升高、FT3水平降低、FT4水平降低、IL-6水平升高及IL-10水平降低均是T2DM肾病发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析显示,TSH、FT3、FT4、IL-6、IL-10水平及联合检测的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.832,联合检测优于单一检测(P<0.05)。结论 TSH、FT3、FT4、IL-6、IL-10水平与T2DM肾病患者肾功能相关,可能成为T2DM肾病发生的辅助预测指标。 展开更多

血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8和IL-10对肠易激综合征患者预后不良的预测价值

目的探讨血清白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-6、IL-8和IL-10水平在肠易激综合征(IBS)患者预后评估中的价值。方法选取2020年2月—2022年12月青海省中医院IBS患者102例,对所有患者随访3个月,根据预后情况分为预后不良组和预后良好组。收集所有患... 目的探讨血清白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-6、IL-8和IL-10水平在肠易激综合征(IBS)患者预后评估中的价值。方法选取2020年2月—2022年12月青海省中医院IBS患者102例,对所有患者随访3个月,根据预后情况分为预后不良组和预后良好组。收集所有患者的一般资料,并检测治疗前的血常规[白细胞(WBC)计数、淋巴细胞绝对数(LYMPH#)、中性粒细胞绝对数(NEUT#)]和血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平。采用Spearman相关分析评估各项指标与IBS患者预后不良的相关性。采用Logistic回归分析评估IBS患者预后不良的危险因素。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8和IL-10判断IBS患者预后不良的效能。结果102例IBS患者中预后不良28例,预后良好74例。预后不良组治疗前血清IL-2、IL-6和IL-8水平均显著高于预后良好组(P<0.01),血清IL-10水平显著低于预后良好组(P<0.001)。2个组之间WBC计数、LYMPH#、NEUT#、CRP、PCT水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。IL-2、IL-6、IL-8与IBS患者预后不良均呈正相关(r值分别为0.445、0.445、0.343,P<0.01),与IL-10呈负相关(r=-0.402,P<0.01)。IL-2、IL-6、IL-8升高和IL-10降低均是IBS患者预后不良的独立危险因素[比值比(OR)值分别为1.803、1.379、1.133、0.769,95%可信区间(CI)分别为1.307~2.488、1.152~1.651、1.001~1.282、0.651~0.908,P<0.05]。血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8和IL-10单项检测和联合检测判断IBS患者预后不良的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.788、0.788、0.722、0.760、0.945。结论血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8和IL-10联合检测有助于IBS患者预后不良的评估。 展开更多

目的采用倾向评分匹配法(PSM)探究白介素-6(IL-6)/白介素-10(IL-10)比值与重症肺炎(SP)患者预后的关系。方法选取2016年5月至2022年6月石家庄市人民医院收治的肺炎患者550例作为研究对象,其中SP患者450例为SP组,轻症肺炎患者100例为轻症... 目的采用倾向评分匹配法(PSM)探究白介素-6(IL-6)/白介素-10(IL-10)比值与重症肺炎(SP)患者预后的关系。方法选取2016年5月至2022年6月石家庄市人民医院收治的肺炎患者550例作为研究对象,其中SP患者450例为SP组,轻症肺炎患者100例为轻症组,并选取同期100例体检健康者为健康组。比较3组对象IL-6、IL-10水平及IL-6/IL-10比值;以同期体检健康者IL-6/IL-10比值的中位数(0.96)为界限,将SP组患者分为IL-6/IL-10低比值组(n=76)和IL-6/IL-10高比值组(n=374),比较两组SP患者临床指标及生存情况。利用倾向评分匹配法(PSM)均衡两组SP患者其他临床指标的差异,比较PSM后IL-6/IL-10低比值组(n=75)、IL-6/IL-10高比值组(n=75)生存情况;COX回归模型分析PMS后IL-6/IL-10比值与SP患者预后的关系。结果SP组患者血清IL-6、IL-10水平及IL-6/IL-10比值高于轻症组、健康组(P<0.05),且轻症组高于健康组(P<0.05)。PSM前,IL-6/IL-10高比值组患者应用抗菌药物时间长于IL-6/IL-10低比值组,行机械通气治疗、死亡比例高于IL-6/IL-10低比值组(P<0.05);PSM后,IL-6/IL-10高比值组患者死亡比例高于IL-6/IL-10低比值组(P<0.05)。IL-6/IL-10比值是SP患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论SP患者IL-6/IL-10比值较高,经PMS平衡混杂因素后,IL-6/IL-10比值仍是评估SP患者预后的独立危险因素。 展开更多

目的:探讨IL-6和IL-10及其基因多态性与新生儿感染性疾病(NID)之间的关系。方法:收集2022年10月至2023年6月在温州市人民医院诊断的50例NID患儿为病例组,20例健康对照样本为对照组。检测了IL-6、IL-10水平以及IL-6、IL-10基因区域的单... 目的:探讨IL-6和IL-10及其基因多态性与新生儿感染性疾病(NID)之间的关系。方法:收集2022年10月至2023年6月在温州市人民医院诊断的50例NID患儿为病例组,20例健康对照样本为对照组。检测了IL-6、IL-10水平以及IL-6、IL-10基因区域的单核苷酸多态性(SNP),并进行Hardy-Weinberg平衡性检验、等位基因频率分析、χ2检验及相关性分析等统计学处理,以评估SNP与疾病和炎症因子表达水平的关联。结果:在病例组中,IL-6表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,rs1518111和rs1554286等位基因频率与IL-6表达呈显著正相关(r=0.377,P=0.007;r=0.399,P=0.004)。进一步的基因型分析表明,携带rs1518111CC基因型和rs1554286AA基因型的个体表现出更高的IL-6表达水平(t=2.819,P=0.007;t=3.012,P=0.004)。结论:IL-6表达升高在NID的发生中起着重要作用。IL-6基因区域内的rs1518111和rs1554286位点多态性可显著影响IL-6的表达水平,调控炎症反应过程,从而可能改变新生儿对感染的易感性和病情严重程度。 展开更多

目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清炎症因子白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、IL-10和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α的水平与血管性认知功能障碍(VCI)的关系。方法选取2020年8月至2022年7月晋城市人民医院收治的ACI住院患者178例,根据蒙特利尔认知评定... 目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清炎症因子白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、IL-10和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α的水平与血管性认知功能障碍(VCI)的关系。方法选取2020年8月至2022年7月晋城市人民医院收治的ACI住院患者178例,根据蒙特利尔认知评定量表(MoCA)评分及《2019年中国血管性认知障碍诊治指南》分为认知功能正常组(NCI,84例)和血管性认知功能障碍组(VCI,94例),同时VCI组根据《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》(DSM)-Ⅴ诊断标准又分为非痴呆型血管性认知功能障碍组(VCIND,64例)和痴呆型血管性认知功能障碍组(VaD,30例)。分别在脑梗死急性期(1~14 d)、恢复期(15~30 d)及脑梗死6个月时,测定血清炎症因子IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α的表达水平。在6个月时再次进行MoCA评分,选出与急性期相比,评分变化≥4分的患者分为认知改善组17例,认知恶化组11例。比较和分析各组认知功能与血清炎症因子(IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α)水平的相关性。结果NCI、VCIND、VaD组在急性期和6个月时的MoCA评分总分呈递减趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与NCI组相比,VCI组在急性期和恢复期IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α水平均增加,在急性期均高度表达;在脑梗死6个月时,IL-1β和TNF-α水平恢复正常,IL-6水平仍上升(P<0.05),而IL-10水平则下降(P<0.01)。与VCIND组相比,VaD组IL-1β、IL-6水平在急性期、恢复期和6个月时均升高(P<0.05);而TNF-α水平仅在急性期和恢复期增加(P<0.05),6个月时恢复正常;相反,IL-10水平在急性期和恢复期无变化,在6个月时下降(P<0.05)。6个月时,与认知改善组相比,认知恶化组IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平升高,IL-10水平降低(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清炎症因子IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α的表达水平与血管性认知功能障碍密切相关,在VCIND转变为VaD的过程中发挥着重要作用。IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α可以作为VCI早期诊断及预后预测的生物标志物。 展开更多
