针对PCB表面缺陷分辨率低、小目标性以及多样性等问题,提出了一种基于YOLOv5_4layers的PCB小目标缺陷识别方法。该方法在YOLOv5架构的基础上,通过新增采样层的方式添加小目标检测层,优化特征金字塔模型,提升小目标特征提取性能,实现小... 针对PCB表面缺陷分辨率低、小目标性以及多样性等问题,提出了一种基于YOLOv5_4layers的PCB小目标缺陷识别方法。该方法在YOLOv5架构的基础上,通过新增采样层的方式添加小目标检测层,优化特征金字塔模型,提升小目标特征提取性能,实现小目标缺陷识别。在调整合适的锚框规格后,改进后的模型在输入640像素×640像素图像时,相较原模型识别精确率提升了7.5%。在输入736像素×736像素图像时,识别精确率提升了1.3%,有效地提升了对PCB小目标缺陷的识别能力,对提高PCB制造过程的质量控制和产品可靠性具有实际意义。 展开更多

However,the problem of how to control graphene to form desired Gr/Cu composite is not well solved. This paper aims at exploring the best parameters for preparing graphene with different layers on Cu foil by chemical vapor deposition(CVD)method and studying the effects of different layers graphene on Gr/Cu composite’s electrical conductivity. Graphene grown on single-sided and double-sided copper was prepared for Gr/Cu and Gr/Cu/Gr composites. The resultant electrical conductivity of Gr/Cu composites increased with decreasing graphene layers and increasing graphene volume fraction. The Gr/Cu/Gr composite with monolayer graphene owns volume fraction of less than 0.002%,producing the best electrical conductivity up to59.8 ×10^(6)S/m,equivalent to 104.5% IACS and 105.3% pure Cu foil. 展开更多

The mathematical formulation of flow configuration is presented in terms of differential systemthat isnonlinear in nature. The thermal aspects of the flow field are also investigated by assuming the surface is a heatedsurface with a constant temperature T. Numerical solutions to the governing mathematical model are calculatedby the RK45 algorithm. The results based on the numerical solution against various flow and thermal controllingparameters are presented in terms of line graphs. The dynamic responses and generated voltage in a curved sandwich beam with glass reinforced laminate(GRL)layers and a pliable core in the presence of a piezoelectric layer under low-velocity impact(LVI)are investigated.The current study aims to carry out a dynamic analysis on the sandwich beam when the impactor hits the top face sheet with an initial velocity.For the layer analysis,the high-order shear deformation theory(HSDT)and Frostig's second model for the displacement fields of the core layer are used.The classical non-adhesive elastic contact theory and Hunter's principle are used to calculate the dynamic responses in terms of time.In order to validate the analytical method,the outcomes of the current investigation are compared with those gained by the experimental tests carried out by other researchers for a rectangular composite plate subject to the LVI.Finite element(FE)simulations are conducted by means of the ABAQUS software.The effects of the parameters such as foam modulus,layer material,fiber angle,impactor mass,and its velocity on the generated voltage are reviewed. 展开更多

The c-axis oriented hcp-Co_(81)Ir_(19)magnetic films were prepared on different seed layers(Ni,Cu,Ir,Pt,Au,and No seed).We systematically investigated the impact that surface-free energy and strain energy have on the orientation and defects and/or internal stress of the grains by increasing the lattice mismatch ratio.Moreover,the initial permeability and the natural resonance frequency were discussed in great detail using a comparison between calculated values and experimental values.We found that the almost unchanged 4πM_(s) andμ_(i) are not affected,while the changed H_(c),intrinsic K_(grain),and f_(r) are strongly dependent on the seed layer and seed layer material.Moreover,the extracted damping constant is sensitive to the defects and/or internal stress and orientation of the grains.Therefore,the soft magnetic properties and microwave properties are adjusted and optimized by seed layers with different materials. 展开更多

Restructuring tilth layers(RTL)is a tillage method that exchanges the 0–20 and 20–40 cm soil layers that can be applied during cotton cultivation to increase cotton yield,eliminate weeds and alleviate severe disease,including Verticillium wilt.However,the mechanism by which RTL inhibits Verticillium wilt is unclear.Therefore,we investigated the distribution of microbial communities after rotary tillage(CK)and RTL treatments to identify the reasons for the reduction of Verticillium wilt in cotton fields subjected to RTL.Illumina high-throughput sequencing was used to sequence the bacterial and fungal genes.The disease incidence and severity of Verticillium wilt decreased by 28.57%and 42.64%,respectively,after RTL.Moreover,RTL significantly enhanced bacterial richness and evenness at 20–40 cm and-reduced the differences in fungal evenness and richness between soil depths of 0–20 and 20–40 cm.The number of Verticillium dahliae decreased,while the relative abundance of biocontrol bacteria such as Bacillus and Pseudoxanthomonas increased significantly following RTL.Overall RTL improved bacterial diversity,decreased the number of Verticillium dahliae and increased the relative abundance of biocontrol bacteria,which may have suppressed the occurrence of Verticillium wilt in cotton fields. 展开更多

Experimentation has come a long in helping researchers achieve breakthroughs in their different scientific areas and engineering happens to be one of those areas with the most impact from experimental advancement. The need for valid experimental results free from biases and confounding conclusions has prompted the development of new experimental techniques that takes consideration of all applicable factor and combinations in providing answers on a research topic, and the Factorial Experimental design credited to Sir Ronald Fisher is one technique yielding highly valid results. This paper uses the factorial design of experiments to research the flexural impact of polyvinyl acetate fiber and layered concrete in construction. The experiment considered two levels of fiber contents and two levels of layers, and prepared samples with all combinations of the variable factors. The samples were tested after 7 days from casting for flexural strength and an advance statistical analysis was performed on the flexural responses of the samples using R-program. The results from the analyses revealed the significance of the variables to the flexural strength of the samples, as well as their interactions. The experiment concluded that based on the number of layers and fiber content used for the experiment, casting concrete in layers does have a significant negative effect on the flexural strength of concrete, and the failure pattern of concrete members under flexural load in evidently influenced by the material composition of the concrete, and that it can be evidently influenced by casting the concrete in layers. 展开更多

Within the framework of the density functional theory and the pseudopotential method,the electronic structure calculations of the“metal-Si(100)”systems with Li,Be and Al as metal coverings of one to four monolayers(ML)thickness,were carried out.Calculations showed that band gaps of 1.02 eV,0.98 eV and 0.5 eV,respectively,appear in the densities of electronic states when the thickness of Li,Be and Al coverings is one ML.These gaps disappear with increasing thickness of the metal layers:first in the Li-Si system(for two ML),then in the Al-Si system(for three ML)and then in the Be-Si system(for four ML).This behavior of the band gap can be explained by the passivation of the substrate surface states and the peculiarities of the electronic structure of the adsorbed metals.In common the results can be interpreted as describing the possibility of the formation of a two-dimensional silicide with semiconducting properties in Li-Si(100),Be-Si(100)and Al-Si(100)systems. 展开更多

The high corrosion rate of magnesium and its alloys in chloride-containing solution significantly reduces the potential of this material for diverse applications.Therefore,the formation of a smart protective coating was achieved in this work to prevent degradation of the MA8 magnesium alloy.A porous ceramic-like matrix was obtained on the material by plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO).Further surface functionalization was performed using layered double hydroxides(LDH) served as nanocontainers for the corrosion inhibitor.Several methods of LDH intercalation with benzotriazole(BTA) were proposed.The composition and morphology of the formed coating were studied using SEM-EDX analysis,XRD,XPS,and Raman microspectroscopy.The corrosion behavior of the coated samples was evaluated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarization.The corrosion rate was estimated using volumetry and gravimetry methods.The formed composite coating provides the Mg alloy with the lowest corrosion activity(|Z|_(f)=0.1 Hz)=8.48·10^(5) Ω·cm^(2),I_(c)=1.4·10^(-8)A/cm^(2),P_(H)=0.21 mm/year) and improves the protective properties of the PEO-coated sample(|Z|_(f)=0.1 Hz)=8.37·10^(3) Ω·cm^(2),I_(c)=4.1·10^(-7)A/cm^(2),P_(H)=0.31 mm/year).The realization of the self-healing effect of the inhibitor-containing LDH/PEO-coated system was studied using localized electrochemical methods(SVET and SIET) with two artificial defects on the surface.A mechanism involving three stages for the active corrosion protection of the alloy was proposed.These findings contribute to the follow-up work of developing modified LDH/PEO-based structures that promote the Mg alloy with high corrosion resistance,superior electrochemical performance for applications in various fields of industry and medicine. 展开更多

A variety of coal room and pillar mining methods have been efficiently practiced at depths of up to 500 m with least strata mechanics issues.However,for the first time,this method was trialled at depths of 850 e900 m in CSM mine of Czech Republic.The rhomboid-shaped coal pillars with acute corners of 70,surrounded with 5.2 m wide and 3.5e4.5 m high mine roadways,were used.Pillars were developed in a staggered manner with their size variation in the Panel II from 83 m×25 m to 24 m×20 m(corner to corner)and Panel V from 35 m×30 m to 26 m×16 m.Coal seam inclined at 12was affected by the unusual slippery slickenside roof bands and sometimes in the floor levels with high vertical stress below strong and massive sandstone roof.In order to ensure safety,pillars in both the panels were continuously monitored using various geotechnical instruments measuring the induced stresses,side spalling and roof sagging.Both panels suffered high amounts of mining induced stress and pillar failure with side-spalling up to 5 m from all sides.Heavy fracturing of coal pillar sides was controlled by fully encapsulated steel bolts.Mining induced stress kept increasing with the progress of development of pillars and galleries.Instruments installed in the pillar failed to monitor actual induced stress due to fracturing of coal mass around it which created an apprehension of pillar failure up to its core due to high vertical mining induced stress.This risk was reduced by carrying out scientific studies including the three-dimensional numerical models calibrated with data from the instrumented pillar.An attempt has been made to study the behavior of coal pillars and their yielding characteristics at deeper cover based on field and simulation results. 展开更多

Electronic properties of two-dimensional(2D) materials can be strongly modulated by localized strain. The typical spatial resolution of conventional Kelvin probe force microscopy(KPFM) is usually limited in a few hundreds of nanometers, and it is difficult to characterize localized electronic properties of 2D materials at nanoscales. Herein, tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(TERS) is proposed to combine with KPFM to break this restriction. TERS scan is conducted on ReS2bubbles deposited on a rough Au thin film to obtain strain distribution by using the Raman peak shift. The localized contact potential difference(CPD) is inversely calculated with a higher spatial resolution by using strain measured by TERS and CPD-strain working curve obtained using conventional KPFM and atomic force microscopy. This method enhances the spatial resolution of CPD measurements and can be potentially used to characterize localized electronic properties of 2D materials. 展开更多

By varying absorber and buffer layer thickness, photovoltaic parameters (open circuit voltage, fill factor, short-circuit current density and efficiency) are determined. The highest efficiency achieved is 19.6% with WS<sub>2</sub> buffer layer. The impact of temperature on all CuO-based solar cells is also investigated. 展开更多

It is an important issue to numerically solve the time fractional Schrödinger equation on unbounded domains, which models the dynamics of optical solitons propagating via optical fibers. The perfectly matched layer approach is applied to truncate the unbounded physical domain, and obtain an initial boundary value problem on a bounded computational domain, which can be efficiently solved by the finite difference method. The stability of the reduced initial boundary value problem is rigorously analyzed. Some numerical results are presented to illustrate the accuracy and feasibility of the perfectly matched layer approach. According to these examples, the absorption parameters and the width of the absorption layer will affect the absorption effect. The larger the absorption width, the better the absorption effect. There is an optimal absorption parameter, the absorption effect is the best. 展开更多

For this, the present paper uses the concept of rock bolt supporting factor(RSF) for modification of RMR system to be used in such rock mass types. The proposed method also demonstrates the importance of rock bolting practice in such rock masses. The relationship between the unconsolidated layers thickness and surface movement laws was studied. Maximum surface subsidence, Maximum horizontal displacement and surface subsidence degree were obtained. Contours of surface subsidence/horizontal displacement and curves were drawn. Some laws of surface subsidence/horizontal displacement were analyzed. The role of the unconsolidated layers in surface subsidence was revealed. It is significant to predict surface subsidence of thick unconsolidated layers for coal mine and take effective measures to control surface subsidence. 展开更多

We describe a few mathematical tools which allow to investigate whether air-water interfaces exist(under prescribedconditions)and are mechanically stable and temporally persistent.In terms of physics,air-water interfaces are governed by theYoung-Laplace equation.Mathematically they are surfaces of constant mean curvature which represent solutions of a nonlinearelliptic partial differential equation.Although explicit solutions of this equation can be obtained only in very special cases,it is-under moderately special circumstances-possible to establish the existence of a solution without actually solving thedifferential equation.We also derive criteria for mechanical stability and temporal persistence of an air layer.Furthermorewe calculate the lifetime of a non-persistent air layer.Finally,we apply these tools to two examples which exhibit the symmetriesof 2D lattices.These examples can be viewed as abstractions of the biological model represented by the aquatic fernSalvinia. 展开更多

Perovskite-based photovoltaic materials have been attracting attention for their strikingly improved performance at converting sunlight into electricity.The beneficial and unique optoelectronic characteristics of perovskite structures enable researchers to achieve an incredibly remarkable power conversion efficiency.Flexible hybrid perovskite photovoltaics promise emerging applications in a myriad of optoelectronic and wearable/portable device applications owing to their inherent intriguing physicochemical and photophysical properties which enabled researchers to take forward advanced research in this growing field.Flexible perovskite photovoltaics have attracted significant attention owing to their fascinating material properties with combined merits of high efficiency,light-weight,flexibility,semitransparency,compatibility towards roll-to-roll printing,and large-area mass-scale production.Flexible perovskite-based solar cells comprise of 4 key components that include a flexible substrate,semi-transparent bottom contact electrode,perovskite(light absorber layer)and charge transport(electron/hole)layers and top(usually metal)electrode.Among these components,interfacial layers and contact electrodes play a pivotal role in influencing the overall photovoltaic performance.In this comprehensive review article,we focus on the current developments and latest progress achieved in perovskite photovoltaics concerning the charge selective transport layers/electrodes toward the fabrication of highly stable,efficient flexible devices.As a concluding remark,we briefly summarize the highlights of the review article and make recommendations for future outlook and investigation with perspectives on the perovskite-based optoelectronic functional devices that can be potentially utilized in smart wearable and portable devices. 展开更多
