为了探讨饲料脂肪水平对梭鱼(Chelon haematocheilus)脂肪沉积、脂肪代谢酶及抗氧化酶活性的影响,选取360尾平均体质量为(5.4±0.2)g的梭鱼鱼种,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼,分别投喂脂肪含量为2.71%、5.79%、8.23%、11... 为了探讨饲料脂肪水平对梭鱼(Chelon haematocheilus)脂肪沉积、脂肪代谢酶及抗氧化酶活性的影响,选取360尾平均体质量为(5.4±0.2)g的梭鱼鱼种,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼,分别投喂脂肪含量为2.71%、5.79%、8.23%、11.85%、14.39%、16.91%的6组等氮饲料,饲养60 d,测定相应生物学指标及酶活。研究结果表明,随着脂肪水平的升高,肝体指数、脏体指数显著升高(P<0.05),肥满度8.23%组最大,其显著高于2.71%组(P<0.05);梭鱼全鱼、肝脂肪含量显著升高(P<0.05),14.39%组全鱼脂肪含量最高,16.91%组肝脂肪含量最高。饲料脂肪水平对肝脂肪代谢酶有显著影响(P<0.05),其中脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)、肝酯酶(HL)、总酯酶(GE)活性随着饲料脂肪水平的升高显著增高(P<0.05),16.91%组显著高于2.71%、5.79%、8.23%组(P<0.05);苹果酸脱氢酶活性呈显著下降趋势(P<0.05);血液中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)、游离脂肪酸(EFA)有升高趋势,但各组差异不显著(P>0.05);脂肪水平16.91%组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)含量最高,显著高于脂肪水平2.71%的组(P<0.05);肝胰脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性随着饲料脂肪水平的升高呈先上升后下降的趋势,8.23%组活性最高,丙二醛(MDA)含量16.91%组显著高于其他5组(P<0.05)。结果显示,肝是梭鱼脂肪沉积的主要场所,肝脂肪沉积比肌肉更敏感,高脂肪饲料还使脂肪分解酶的活性增强,血脂含量增加;适宜的饲料脂肪水平可提高梭鱼的抗氧化能力,脂肪水平过高则会导致抗氧化能力下降。 展开更多

目的研究黑果小檗提取物对高脂血症大鼠血脂、血液流变学和脂质过氧化水平的影响。方法将50只SD大鼠随机分成模型组,辛伐他汀组(5mg/kg),黑果小檗提取物低、中、高剂量组(100、200,400mg/kg),每天灌胃给予高脂乳剂(10mL/kg),连续灌胃20d... 目的研究黑果小檗提取物对高脂血症大鼠血脂、血液流变学和脂质过氧化水平的影响。方法将50只SD大鼠随机分成模型组,辛伐他汀组(5mg/kg),黑果小檗提取物低、中、高剂量组(100、200,400mg/kg),每天灌胃给予高脂乳剂(10mL/kg),连续灌胃20d;另取10只SD大鼠作为正常对照组,灌胃给予蒸馏水(10mL/kg),连续灌胃20d。各组大鼠给药6w后腹主动脉取血,全血采用全自动血流变仪测定全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、聚集指数、变形指数、刚性指数,分离血清采用全自动生化仪测定胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),并采用全自动酶标仪测定丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)。结果与模型组比较,黑果小檗提取物低、中、高剂量组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、ALT、AST、全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、MDA降低,HDL-C、红细胞变形能力、SOD、GSH-Px升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中黑果小檗提取物高剂量组作用最为明显:TC(2.87±0.36)mmol/L、TG(0.67±0.06)mmol/L、LDL-C(0.93±0.19)mmol/L、ALT(42.28±6.36)U/L、AST(89.25±9.31)U/L、全血粘度-低切(8.22±1.96)mPa/s、全血粘度-中切(3.88±0.86 mPa/s)、全血粘度-高切(3.45±0.65)mPa/s、血浆粘度(1.19±0.12)mPa/s、红细胞压积(52.49±7.56)%、MDA(5.19±0.46)mmol/L、HDL-C(0.95±0.13)mmol/L、SOD(183.64±22.51)U/L、GSH-Px(42.80±6.36)pmol/L。结论黑果小檗提取物对高脂血症大鼠具有降血脂作用,可改善血液流变学并减轻脂代谢紊乱的过氧化损伤。 展开更多

Anti-lipid peroxidation activity, reducing power and chelating power of flavonoid extracts from Oxytropis glabra DC, as well as their elimination effect on DPPH, superoxide anion and hydroxyl radicals were determined in the paper, so as to evaluate in vitro antioxidative activities of flavonoid extracted from O. glabra. The results showed that flavonoid from O. glabra had fairly strong anti-lipid peroxidation. The antioxidation effects on rapeseed oil successively were vitamin C 〉 sample 〉 vitamin E 〉 BHT 〉 CK; the effects on cottonseed oil successively were sample 〉 vitamin C 〉 BHT 〉 vitamin E 〉 CK; the effects on sunflower oil successively were sample 〉 vitamin C 〉 vitamin E 〉 BHT 〉 CK; the effects on lard successively were BHT 〉 vitamin C 〉 sample 〉 vitamin E 〉 CK. The samples had stronger clearance rate against DPPH, superoxide anion and hydroxyl radicals than control; the reducing power of sample was weaker than Vitamin C and stronger than Vitamin E ; chelating power of sample was weaker than EDTA. Oxidative effects of glyphosate on the lipophobic intracellular environment in the microalgae Chlorella vulgaris

The studied hypothesis is that the herbicide glyphosate(GLY)can affect the oxidative balance in the hydrophobic intracellular medium in non-target Chlorella vulgaris cells.Analytical GLY and RoundUp(RUP)supplementation,affected the growth profile.A significant 42%decrease in the cellular biomass in stationary(St)phase was observed in cultures supplemented with either 5μM of GLY or RUP,as compared to control cultures.The treatment with 0.3μM of GLY generated non-significant effects on the oxidation rate of 2’,7’dichlorofluorescein diacetate(DCFH-DA),neither in exponential(Exp)nor in St phase of development,as compared to control cultures.However,the treatment with either 5μM GLY or 0.3 and 5μM RUP lead to a significant decrease in the DCFH-DA oxidation rate,as compared to control cultures.The lipid radical(LR●)generation rate,detected by Paramagnetic Resonance Spectroscopy(EPR),was significantly increased in the presence of RUP,in Lag and Exp phase of growth.The non-enzymatic antioxidants,α-Tocopherol(α-T)andβ-Carotene(β-C),are aimed to protect membranes against the damage produced by the radical reactions.The content ofβ-C was not significantly affected,as compared to control cultures,by any of the treatments,in both growth phases of cellular development.The content ofα-T was significantly decreased by the supplementation with either 0.3 or 5μM of RUP or 5μM GLY.The LR●/α-T ratio,used as indicator of the oxidative balance in the hydrophobic cellular media,was significantly different between samples obtained from control and RUP-exposed microalgae in both,Exp and St phase of development,with either 0.3 or 5μM RUP.The data presented here showed evidence that suggested that oxidative balance in the hydrophobic environment was affected by either GLY or RUP. 展开更多

The Lactobacillus is of great interest as a natural antioxidant to ameliorate liver injury for its antioxidant capacity.In a previous experiment,Lactobacillus plantarum KLDS 1.0386 was excellent in adhesion and anti-inflammation.This research assessed the antioxidant capacity of L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 and how it ameliorates the LPS-induced acute liver injury.In vitro results showed that L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 had potential antioxidant capacity with 27 genes,and it had better capacities in hydroxyl radicals scavenging and lipid antioxidant than the reference strain L.plantarum WCFS1 (P < 0.05).In vivo results,L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 significantly reduced hepatic tissue injury,pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α,IL-6),myeloperoxidase (MPO) activities and biochemical indicators of hepatotoxicity (ALT,AST,ALP) (P < 0.05),compared with the LPS-treated mice.Moreover,L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 increased the relative abundance of the genera,including Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group,Muribaculaceae and Alistipes,which significantly increased the level of acetic acid and butyric acid (P < 0.05).The results also showed L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 significantly adjusted the expression of HO-1,NQO1,CAT,NF-κB,TLR4 and IκB-α in the liver (P < 0.05).Overall,these results indicated that L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 had great functionality in reducing LPS-induced acute liver injury. 展开更多

AIM: The hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects of the methanol extract of Brassica oleracea var. capitata(MEB) was evaluated in alloxan-induced diabetic rabbits. METHOD: The study was conducted on twenty-eight healthy white rabbits of either sex. All animals were equally divided into four groups. After confirmation of hyperglycemia, the animals of the treated and standard groups were administered MEB(500 mg·kg-1) and glibenclamide(10 mg·kg-1), respectively for 15 and 30 days. The animals of the normal and diabetic controls received normal saline 1 mL/day equivalent to the volume of doses given to the test and standard animals. Biochemical tests were performed at the end of dosing, i.e. the 16 th and 31 st days. RESULTS: The MEB revealed a decrease of 106.6 mg·dL-1 in fasting blood glucose as compared to diabetic control, which was almost comparable to glibenclamide; both of these changes were highly significant. The decrease in total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein was 94.3 and 96.5 mg·dL-1, respectively, whereas the high-density lipoprotein was increased by 26.7 mg·dL-1, as compared to diabetic control. All of the changes in lipid profile were statistically significant. CONCLUSION: These results suggest the potential of MEB as a hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic agent. 展开更多
