In addition to conventional antenna-based array,the reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)holds promise as an alternative technology for manufacturing massive multi-input multi-output(MIMO)array for beyond 5G communi...In addition to conventional antenna-based array,the reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)holds promise as an alternative technology for manufacturing massive multi-input multi-output(MIMO)array for beyond 5G communications.This paper designs a fast algorithm to optimize the RIS-based MIMO precoder for maximizing the spectral efficiency,which includes the digital precoder and the RIS reflection phases.We evaluate the optimality of the algorithm by deriving an RIS channel capacity upper bound utilizing majorization theory.Our scheme can work for an RIS in both frequency flat and frequency selective channels,with either continuously or discretely tunable phases.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve the capacity upper bound in some scenarios,which empirically proves its optimality.It is also shown that our algorithm is one-to-two orders of magnitude faster than the state-of-the-art methods in the literature.展开更多

To understand the current situation of institutional registration in Shaanxi Province after the implementation ofregistration system management in drug clinical trial institutions.Relevant information was collected on...To understand the current situation of institutional registration in Shaanxi Province after the implementation ofregistration system management in drug clinical trial institutions.Relevant information was collected on the“Announcement on the Accreditation of Drug Clinical Trial Institutions”issued by the National Medical Products Administration from 2005 to August 2022,the record management information system of drug and medical device clinical trial institutions,and the drug clinical trial registration and information publicity platform.A retrospective analysis was carried out in terms of institutional development,regional distribution,registered majors,principal investigators,and the number of drug clinical trials.After the implementation of institution registration,the number of drug clinical trial institutions in Shaanxi Province increased by 47.4%,884 principal investigators were registered,the number of registered majors expanded from 58 qualified to 117,and the professional scope increased by 50.4%.The policy of institution registration is conducive to promoting the rational use of medical resources and the development of drug clinical trial institutions and improving the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry in Shaanxi Province.展开更多

It is pointed out the widespread problem reflected in their writing is that the learners are lack of the consciousness of the thinking differences between Chinese and English, and a negative Chinese transfer brings about expressing barriers. Five main lexical problems are presented to illustrate. It is suggested that the learners' awareness of the thinking differences be raised so as to improve language output.
文摘This article aims at the discussion of cultural interferences in foreign language teaching and learning for Chinese non-English majors. It also calls for more attention from teachers, textbook compilers, and students themselves.
文摘With different learning purposes and environment, the attitude to western culture of English majors and non-English majors is hypothetically different. But after the study conducted with the method of questionnaire, the hypothesis is proved to be wrong. Thus, the writer analyses the reasons for the problem and suggests the pedagogic practice.
