Objective:To analyze the basis and medication rules of Chinese herbs in the regulation of necroptosis.Methods:With the help of GeneCards,DrugBank,TTD,DisGeNET,OMIM database to collect the action targets of necroptosis...Objective:To analyze the basis and medication rules of Chinese herbs in the regulation of necroptosis.Methods:With the help of GeneCards,DrugBank,TTD,DisGeNET,OMIM database to collect the action targets of necroptosis,the TCMSP database to obtain the target‑related compounds and Chinese herbs,and the ADME criteria and Lipinski rule as the conditions for screening,to build the target‑compound,target‑compound‑Chinese herbs network.The information of Chinese herbal medicine's sexual taste and meridian was collected,and the drug use pattern was analyzed.The information on the property,flavor and channel tropism of Chinese herbs was collected to analyze the medication laws.Molecular docking of core targets and compounds in the network with AutoDockTools software,and PyMOL software was used to display the combinations with good docking results.Results:A total of 12 potential targets acting on necroptosis were obtained,matching to 191 candidate compounds and 366 herbal medicines.Quercetin,wogonin,triptolide,licochalcone a,ellipticine are more important and may be the main small molecule substances underlying the regulation of necroptosis.The more important Chinese herbs are Licorice,Forsythia,Salivae Miltiorrhizae,Ginkgo Leaf,Eucommia ulmoides Oliv,etc.The herbal medicines are mainly bitter and pungent,with cold and warm taste,which were attributed to the liver and lung meridians.BCL2‑beta‑sitosterol、MAPK14‑luteolin、MAPK14‑formononetin、TP53‑formononetin are better molecular docking results,which have strong docking activity.Conclusion:The study systematically analyzes the material basis of regulating necroptosis and summarizes the general rule of regulating necroptosis in Chinese medicine,which provides ideas for clinical development of agents to interfere with necroptosis.展开更多
Background:To summarize the concerted application and prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pre diabetes.Methods:Microsoft Excel 2010 was used to summarize the categories,nature,flavou...Background:To summarize the concerted application and prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pre diabetes.Methods:Microsoft Excel 2010 was used to summarize the categories,nature,flavour and channel tropism of drugs.The cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs was carried out by SPSS 22.0,and the association rules of high-frequency drugs were analyzed by Apriori algorithm provided by SPSS modeler 14.0.Results:One hundred and forty-six references were included,including 153 prescriptions and 131 drugs.Their frequency of use is listed in the following order.The top 3 categories of drugs were“Tonifying,Heat-Clearing”,diuresis and“Diffusing Dampness”drugs.The top 5 drugs were Huangqi(Astragali radix),Fuling(Poria),Huanglian(Coptidis rhizoma),Shanyao(Dioscoreae rhizoma),Gegen(Puerariae lobatae radix).The top 3 channel tropism of drugs were spleen,stomach and lung.The top 3 nature of drugs were cold,warm and calm.The top 3 flavour of drugs were sweet,bitter and pungent.The cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs showed that it could be classified into 4 categories:“Benefiting Qi”for promoting production of fluid,“Clearing Heat”and“Eliminating Dampness”,“Nourishing Yin”and“Clearing Heat”,and“Invigorating Spleen”for“Diffusing Dampness”.The results of association rule analysis showed that the combination with the highest degree of confidence and support was Poria-Chenpi(Citri reticulatae pericarpium)-Banxia(Pinelliae rhizoma)-Baizhu(Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma)and the combination with the highest frequency was Astragali radix-Puerariae lobatae radix.Conclusion:The pre diabetes is due to deficiency.The disease location is spleen and stomach and the pathological factor is phlegm-damp,that is why benefiting qi and invigorating spleen is regarded as the key link of clinical treatment.展开更多
Background:To explore the medication rules in traditional Chinese medicine for treating postpartum abdominal pain by using data mining technology.Methods:First,according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,the prescri...Background:To explore the medication rules in traditional Chinese medicine for treating postpartum abdominal pain by using data mining technology.Methods:First,according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,the prescriptions for treating postpartum abdominal pain were collected and screened by referring to the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions,CNKI,Wanfang,Vip database,Chaoxing database,CBM and other databases.Then,the traditional Chinese medicinal materials were analyzed by ancient and modern medical cases cloud platform.Results:295 first prescriptions were included,involving 248 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,and the usage frequency of traditional Chinese medicine reached 2,189 times.The efficacy of the top 22 herbs with the highest use frequency is mainly tonic drugs and drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,mainly with the nature of warmness and spiciness,and the channel tropisms mainly include liver meridians,spleen meridians,and heart meridians.The association rule analysis shows 17 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine combinations with the support≥0.1 and the confidence≥0.8.Three new drug combinations were obtained through cluster mining;both of them took supplementing qi and nourishing blood,promoting blood circulation,and removing stasis as the main treatments.Conclusions:The basic principle of treatment is strengthening the body’s resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors.Therefore,when treating postpartum abdominal pain to promote postpartum recovery,it mainly combines the drugs for benefiting Qi and nourishing blood,invigorating blood circulation,and eliminating stasis.展开更多

Methods: Collect relevant literatures on cervical cancer in Chinese National Knowledgey Ifrastructure (CNKI), use TCM inheritance platform system (TCMISSV2.5) for association rules and complex system entropy clustering analysis;use BATMAN-TCM online analysis tools to construct target-pathway-disease network to reveal the underlying mechanisms of action. Results: Among the 78 prescriptions selected, a total of 172 Chinese medicines were used, and the five most frequently used herbs were Huang-bo (Phellodendri Chinrnsis Cortex), Fu-ling (Poria Cocos), Huang-qi (Hedysarum Multijugum Maxim.), Bai-hua-she-she-cao (Hedyotis Diffusae Herba) and Gan-cao (Licorice). Bai-hua-she-she-cao (Hedyotis Diffusae Herba) and Huang-qi (Hedysarum Multijugum Maxim.), Bai-hua-she-she-cao (Hedyotis Diffusae Herba) and Fu-ling (Poria Cocos), Bai-zhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz.) and Fu-ling (Poria Cocos) are the three most commonly used medicine match. In addition, through cluster analysis, a total of 4 core herbs compatibility and 2 new prescriptions were excavated. Herbs in the new prescriptions which are used to clearing heat-toxin and removing dampness were most frequently used. Through the analysis of the signal pathway of high frequency Chinese medicines, we found that neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway may play important roles. Conclusion: The core Chinese medicines for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer are mainly clearing heat-toxin and removing dampness. The core Chinese medicines may play their anti-cervical cancer by interfering with the neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction signaling pathway.展开更多

Methods:The outpatient medical records of Professor Hua Baojin from June 2015 to October 2020 in Guang’anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were collected. TCM Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5)was used to analyze high-frequency drugs,drug properties,flavors,channel tropism,common drug combinations,core combinations and new prescriptions. Results:A total of 500 prescriptions were included,involving 222 traditional Chinese medicines and 38 high-frequency(≥100)medicines,including Atractylodes,Poria cocos,ginger,etc. The most common medicinal properties of drugs were warm,cold and mild,and flavors were sweet,bitter and pungent,channel tropism included spleen,stomach,liver and lung meridians. 36 groups of common drug combinations and 20 association rules were obtained by data mining,and 18 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions were evolved.Conclusion:Professor Hua Baojin takes recuperating spleen and stomach as the core in the treatment of colorectal cancer,attaching importance to regulating the rise and fall of qi,adding and subtracting on the basis of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction,flexibly selecting the drugs of dispelling blood stasis,resolving phlegm,detoxification and loose knots,and using both cold and warm in the prescription,tonifying and reducing at the same time.展开更多

Methods: The CNKI, WANFANG, and VIP were taken as data sources, and "restless legs syndrome, RLS" as the key words, and "Chinese medicine, Chinese materia medica, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), traditional Chinese and Western medicine" as sub key words, the data was extracted from the journals and literature related to the treatment of RLS by TCM from the establishment of the database to 2020, and data mining techniques(frequency analysis, cluster analysis, association rules) were used to analyze the core drugs and drug pair(group) rules. Results: A total of 87 prescriptions met the requirements of this study, involving 142 Chinese herbal medicines. The top 5 Chinese herbal medicines with a higher frequency of use were Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Fructus Chaenomelis and Radix Astragali seu Hedysari. The four Qi(气) of the medicine were mainly warm and neutral, the five flavors were mainly sweet, bitter, and pungent. The main channels of the meridian were mainly the liver meridian, spleen meridian and heart meridian. The medication categories were mainly tonifying deficiency herbs, blood activating and removing blood stasis herbs, and eliminating wind and dampness herbs. The association rule analysis yielded 24 Chinese medicine combinations with high support, and the hierarchical cluster analysis yielded a total of 5 clusters. Conclusion: TCM treatment of RLS is based on tonifying deficiency herbs, especially to replenish Qi and blood throughout the course of the disease, supplemented by herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and herbs for eliminating wind and dampness, as well as combined with herbs for reliving superficies and herbs for calming the liver to stop the wind.展开更多

Objective:By data mining,to analyze the characteristics of Professor Han Fei’s medication in the treatment of children with epilepsy,to explore the rules of medication,in order to provide reference for clinical treat...Objective:By data mining,to analyze the characteristics of Professor Han Fei’s medication in the treatment of children with epilepsy,to explore the rules of medication,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of children with epilepsy by Chinese medicine.Methods:From January 2008 to March 2021,we collected the diagnosis and treatment data of the children with epilepsy who were treated by Professor Han Fei in the outpatient department of Guang’Anmen Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.Using the software of IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,the characteristics and rules of Professor Hanfei’s Chinese materia medica used were summarized through the descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis of drug cumulative frequency,drug flavor,drug channel tropism and efficacy.Results:A total of 224 cases were included in this study,excluding 1 case with other neurological disorders.Finally,223 prescriptions were included,involving 176 kinds of Chinese materia medica and the total medication frequency was 4712.The first 10 highfrequency Chinese materia medica were Chaihu(95.52%),Bombyx batryticatus(94.17%),keels(83.41%),oysters(72.65%),earthworm(72.20%),fructus aurantii(66.37%),Scorpion(64.57%),Gastrodia elata(60.99%),Acorus gramineus(59.19%)and Dannan Xing(58.30%).The main Chinese materia medica used were mainly for suppressing hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind,relieving exterior syndromes and tranquillizing mind.The medicine properties were mainly to be flat,slight cold,pungent,bitter and willing,and they were mainly for liver,lung and heart meridian tropism.Correlation Analysis:Bupleurum chinense,Bombyx batryticatus,Dragon Bone,oyster as its core medicine group,Semen Ziziphi spinosae and semen platycladi are effective strong correlation medicine pair.Three medicine combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:Hanshi has the characteristics of“calming liver,tranquilizing mind,calming endogenous wind,removing the phlegm and extravasated blood”in treating epilepsy.展开更多

The coupling constraint in STN_A is updated, and buffer constraints are added toSTN_A so that themodel STN_B is built.As the size of the problem increases, the solution speed of CPLEX becomesthe bottleneck. So a heuristic method containing three groups of heuristic rules is designed to obtain a near-optimalsolution quickly. Experimental results showthat the computation time of STN_A is shortened by 49.47% on averageand the gap is reduced by 1.69% on average compared with the original model. The gap between the solution ofthe heuristic rules and the solution of CPLEX is less than 3.50%, and the solution time of the heuristic rules is onaverage 99.85% less than the solution time of CPLEX. Objective:To explore existing practices and challenges in the delivery of geriatric home medication review(HMR).The study was part of a larger study aimed to offer solution to expand the range of geriatric HMR.Methods...Objective:To explore existing practices and challenges in the delivery of geriatric home medication review(HMR).The study was part of a larger study aimed to offer solution to expand the range of geriatric HMR.Methods:This study employed qualitative exploratory design through semi-structured individual in-depth interviews with the public pharmacists involved in the delivery of geriatric HMR at public hospitals.The purpose of the interviews was to explore challenges faced by them in the delivery of geriatric HMR.Results:Based on the emerging themes from the qualitative data,the study reveals that geriatric HMR in Malaysia is integrated as part of multidisciplinary home care visits,encompassing a diverse patient population with various healthcare needs.However,it faces challenges such as the lack of outcome monitoring,formal training,and workforce constraints.Despite these hurdles,there is a pressing need for the expansion of this service to better serve the community,and collaboration with community pharmacists holds potential to broaden its scope.Ultimately,the findings suggest that pharmacist-led HMR is both warranted and feasible within the Malaysian healthcare context.In order to optimize medicine-use among older people living in the community,approaches for expanding geriatric HMR services in Malaysia must be developed.Conclusions:This study holds profound implications as it attempts to illuminate policy makers in developing countries,enabling them to formulate effective HMR plans.By considering the challenges highlighted within this research,policy makers can design a comprehensive HMR service that caters adeptly to the healthcare needs of the mass population.展开更多

Objective:To apply and verify the application of intelligent audit rules for urine analysis by Cui et al.Method:A total of 1139 urine samples of hospitalized patients in Tai’an Central Hospital from September 2021 to...Objective:To apply and verify the application of intelligent audit rules for urine analysis by Cui et al.Method:A total of 1139 urine samples of hospitalized patients in Tai’an Central Hospital from September 2021 to November 2021 were randomly selected,and all samples were manually microscopic examined after the detection of the UN9000 urine analysis line.The intelligent audit rules(including the microscopic review rules and manual verification rules)were validated based on the manual microscopic examination and manual audit,and the rules were adjusted to apply to our laboratory.The laboratory turnaround time(TAT)before and after the application of intelligent audit rules was compared.Result:The microscopic review rate of intelligent rules was 25.63%(292/1139),the true positive rate,false positive rate,true negative rate,and false negative rate were 27.66%(315/1139),6.49%(74/1139),62.34%(710/1139)and 3.51%(40/1139),respectively.The approval consistency rate of manual verification rules was 84.92%(727/856),the approval inconsistency rate was 0%(0/856),the interception consistency rate was 12.61%(108/856),and the interception inconsistency rate was 0%(0/856).Conclusion:The intelligence audit rules for urine analysis by Cui et al.have good clinical applicability in our laboratory.展开更多
Objective:To explore the effect of community pharmacy services on rational medication use in elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods:Between November 2022 and December 2023,80 elderly patients with hyp...Objective:To explore the effect of community pharmacy services on rational medication use in elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods:Between November 2022 and December 2023,80 elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes were selected and randomly divided into a control group(routine medication guidance)and an observation group(community pharmacy services),with 40 subjects each.The medication effect scores,blood pressure,blood sugar levels,and quality of life scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparison of pharmaceutical knowledge,medication compliance,and safe medication behavior scores showed that the observation group had higher scores as compared to the control group(P<0.05);blood pressure(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate)and blood sugar(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin)index levels were compared,and the observation group’s index levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of physical health,mental health,social relationships,and environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community pharmacy services improved the rational medication effect of elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes,and improved their blood pressure,blood sugar control levels,and quality of life.展开更多

文摘Objective:To analyze the basis and medication rules of Chinese herbs in the regulation of necroptosis.Methods:With the help of GeneCards,DrugBank,TTD,DisGeNET,OMIM database to collect the action targets of necroptosis,the TCMSP database to obtain the target‑related compounds and Chinese herbs,and the ADME criteria and Lipinski rule as the conditions for screening,to build the target‑compound,target‑compound‑Chinese herbs network.The information of Chinese herbal medicine's sexual taste and meridian was collected,and the drug use pattern was analyzed.The information on the property,flavor and channel tropism of Chinese herbs was collected to analyze the medication laws.Molecular docking of core targets and compounds in the network with AutoDockTools software,and PyMOL software was used to display the combinations with good docking results.Results:A total of 12 potential targets acting on necroptosis were obtained,matching to 191 candidate compounds and 366 herbal medicines.Quercetin,wogonin,triptolide,licochalcone a,ellipticine are more important and may be the main small molecule substances underlying the regulation of necroptosis.The more important Chinese herbs are Licorice,Forsythia,Salivae Miltiorrhizae,Ginkgo Leaf,Eucommia ulmoides Oliv,etc.The herbal medicines are mainly bitter and pungent,with cold and warm taste,which were attributed to the liver and lung meridians.BCL2‑beta‑sitosterol、MAPK14‑luteolin、MAPK14‑formononetin、TP53‑formononetin are better molecular docking results,which have strong docking activity.Conclusion:The study systematically analyzes the material basis of regulating necroptosis and summarizes the general rule of regulating necroptosis in Chinese medicine,which provides ideas for clinical development of agents to interfere with necroptosis.
文摘Background:To summarize the concerted application and prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pre diabetes.Methods:Microsoft Excel 2010 was used to summarize the categories,nature,flavour and channel tropism of drugs.The cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs was carried out by SPSS 22.0,and the association rules of high-frequency drugs were analyzed by Apriori algorithm provided by SPSS modeler 14.0.Results:One hundred and forty-six references were included,including 153 prescriptions and 131 drugs.Their frequency of use is listed in the following order.The top 3 categories of drugs were“Tonifying,Heat-Clearing”,diuresis and“Diffusing Dampness”drugs.The top 5 drugs were Huangqi(Astragali radix),Fuling(Poria),Huanglian(Coptidis rhizoma),Shanyao(Dioscoreae rhizoma),Gegen(Puerariae lobatae radix).The top 3 channel tropism of drugs were spleen,stomach and lung.The top 3 nature of drugs were cold,warm and calm.The top 3 flavour of drugs were sweet,bitter and pungent.The cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs showed that it could be classified into 4 categories:“Benefiting Qi”for promoting production of fluid,“Clearing Heat”and“Eliminating Dampness”,“Nourishing Yin”and“Clearing Heat”,and“Invigorating Spleen”for“Diffusing Dampness”.The results of association rule analysis showed that the combination with the highest degree of confidence and support was Poria-Chenpi(Citri reticulatae pericarpium)-Banxia(Pinelliae rhizoma)-Baizhu(Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma)and the combination with the highest frequency was Astragali radix-Puerariae lobatae radix.Conclusion:The pre diabetes is due to deficiency.The disease location is spleen and stomach and the pathological factor is phlegm-damp,that is why benefiting qi and invigorating spleen is regarded as the key link of clinical treatment.
文摘Background:To explore the medication rules in traditional Chinese medicine for treating postpartum abdominal pain by using data mining technology.Methods:First,according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,the prescriptions for treating postpartum abdominal pain were collected and screened by referring to the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions,CNKI,Wanfang,Vip database,Chaoxing database,CBM and other databases.Then,the traditional Chinese medicinal materials were analyzed by ancient and modern medical cases cloud platform.Results:295 first prescriptions were included,involving 248 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,and the usage frequency of traditional Chinese medicine reached 2,189 times.The efficacy of the top 22 herbs with the highest use frequency is mainly tonic drugs and drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,mainly with the nature of warmness and spiciness,and the channel tropisms mainly include liver meridians,spleen meridians,and heart meridians.The association rule analysis shows 17 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine combinations with the support≥0.1 and the confidence≥0.8.Three new drug combinations were obtained through cluster mining;both of them took supplementing qi and nourishing blood,promoting blood circulation,and removing stasis as the main treatments.Conclusions:The basic principle of treatment is strengthening the body’s resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors.Therefore,when treating postpartum abdominal pain to promote postpartum recovery,it mainly combines the drugs for benefiting Qi and nourishing blood,invigorating blood circulation,and eliminating stasis.

文摘Objective: To summarize the rule of application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer, and to explore the molecular mechanism of the compatibility of core herbs. Methods: Collect relevant literatures on cervical cancer in Chinese National Knowledgey Ifrastructure (CNKI), use TCM inheritance platform system (TCMISSV2.5) for association rules and complex system entropy clustering analysis;use BATMAN-TCM online analysis tools to construct target-pathway-disease network to reveal the underlying mechanisms of action. Results: Among the 78 prescriptions selected, a total of 172 Chinese medicines were used, and the five most frequently used herbs were Huang-bo (Phellodendri Chinrnsis Cortex), Fu-ling (Poria Cocos), Huang-qi (Hedysarum Multijugum Maxim.), Bai-hua-she-she-cao (Hedyotis Diffusae Herba) and Gan-cao (Licorice). Bai-hua-she-she-cao (Hedyotis Diffusae Herba) and Huang-qi (Hedysarum Multijugum Maxim.), Bai-hua-she-she-cao (Hedyotis Diffusae Herba) and Fu-ling (Poria Cocos), Bai-zhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz.) and Fu-ling (Poria Cocos) are the three most commonly used medicine match. In addition, through cluster analysis, a total of 4 core herbs compatibility and 2 new prescriptions were excavated. Herbs in the new prescriptions which are used to clearing heat-toxin and removing dampness were most frequently used. Through the analysis of the signal pathway of high frequency Chinese medicines, we found that neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway may play important roles. Conclusion: The core Chinese medicines for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer are mainly clearing heat-toxin and removing dampness. The core Chinese medicines may play their anti-cervical cancer by interfering with the neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction signaling pathway.

文摘Objective:Based on data mining software,applying frequent itemsets,association rules,hierarchical clustering,complex networks and other data mining methods to analyze the usage and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)patent compound for functional dyspepsia.Method:Use the Chinese patent database to search the compound for the treatment of functional dyspepsia,exclude traditional Chinese medicine extracts,single drugs,combined use of Chinese and Western medicines,etc.,screen the patented compound of TCM,establish an Excel data table,and apply data mining software to The data is subjected to frequency statistics,association rules,cluster analysis and complex network analysis.Result:A total of 238 prescriptions for functional dyspepsia were screened.The four qi of the drugs were mainly warm and calm,the five flavors were mainly sweet and spicy,and the spleen and stomach were the main meridians.The top 10 Chinese medicines with higher frequency are Shanzha、Chenpi、Gancao、Maiya、Jineijin、Fuling、Baizhu、Shenqu、Houpo、Banxia;frequent itemsets show that the drugs are mainly compatible with qi and spleen,qi and digestion;association rules The analysis shows that the common drug pairs used in the treatment of functional dyspepsia include Chenpi-Shanzha、Maiya-Shanzha、Jineijin-Shanzha,etc.;cluster analysis found that there are 4 types of drugs for functional dyspepsia,mainly including drugs for regulating qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach,drugs for soothing liver and promoting Qi,drugs for eliminating food and resolving accumulation,drugs for benefiting qi and strengthening spleen;the 22-flavor Chinese medicine in the core drug network,the core compatibility is mainly to eliminate stagnation and spleen.Conclusion:Data mining research provides a reference for the clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia and the development of TCM formulas;Clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia should grasp the basic principles of strengthening vital energy and eliminating pathogenic factors to benefit qi,strengthen the spleen,and eliminate food.It is a basic treatment method,taking into account the methods of regulating qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach,soothing the liver and relieving depression,relieving dampness and dampness,and combining the specific conditions of patients with syndrome differentiation and treatment.

文摘Objective:Study on medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in treating Meniere's disease based on data mining technology.Methods:Computer retrieval with since establishment of the“CNKI”,“WF”,“VIP”,there have been literatures on the treatment of Meniere syndrome with Traditional Chinses medicine.Memory preprocessing in accordance with inclusion criteria.Then,EXCLE 2010,SPSS Statistics(ver.25)and SPSS Modeler(ver.18.0)were adopted respectively for frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rules analysis.Result:A total of 133 references were included in this study,146 prescriptions,192 kinds of drugs,and the total frequency of drugs was 1702.The high frequency Meniere syndrome types were spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome,wind phlegm syndrome,gallbladder depression and phlegm disturbance syndrome,hyperactivity of liver yang syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.The efficacy of drug frequency≥25 were summarized as follows,antiasthmatic drugs for relieving phlegm and relieving cough,diuresis-removing dampness,Tonic drugs,etc.High frequency meridian of drugs are:lung,liver,spleen,etc.High frequency drug properties are:temperature,cold,flat etc.High frequency drug taste:bitter,sweet,pungent,etc.Core drugs:Pinellia,Atractylodes,Poria,Gastrodia,etc.The main prescriptions werealisma soup,Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction,Zhengan Xifeng Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction.Conclusion:In this study,data mining was used to sort out the treatment of Meniere's disease by traditional Chinese medicine.It was found that the treatment of Meniere's disease was mainly to calm the liver and strengthen the spleen,supplemented by regulating qi and activating blood,clearing heat and opening orifices,tonifying deficiency and tranquilizing mind.

文摘Objective:To explore the medication rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the treatment of sleep disorder after stroke by using data mining technology.Methods:A computer search was used to search the electronic database of clinical literature on the treatment of sleep disorders after stroke by TCM from January 2000 to January 2021.Excel was used to establish the database,and the prescription information was described and analyzed statistically.Using IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software,Apriori algorithm was used for TCM association analysis,and IBM SPSS 22.0 software was used for systematic cluster analysis of high-frequency TCM.Results:A total of 67 literatures were included,covering 131 traditional Chinese medicines.The medecines with a higher frequency of sodium use include Ziziphi Spinosae Semen(Suanzaoren),Angelicae Sinensis Radix(Danggui),Ligusticum(Chuanxiong),liquorice(Gancao),Poria cocos(Fuling),and so on.From the effect point of view,deficiency-tonifying medicine,sedative medicine and blood-activating and stasis-removing medicine are commonly used.The medicinal properties are mainly cold,mild and warm.The main medicine flavor are sweet and bitter.The medicines mostly belong to the liver,heart and spleen Meridian.Thirty-three association rules were obtained for medicine pairs and medicine groups from the correlation analysis,and the core combinations were"Ziziphi Spinosae Semen(Suanzaoren)-Tuber fleeceflower stem(Yejiaoteng)","Ziziphi Spinosae Semen(Suanzaoren)-Polygala(Yuanzhi)","Ziziphi Spinosae Semen(Suanzaoren)-Cortex albiziae(Hehuanpi)"and"Angelicae Sinensis Radix(Danggui)-Radix bupleuri(Chaihu)-Radix Paeoniae Alba(Baishao)"and so on.Seven medicine aggregation groups were obtained by medicine cluster analysis.Conclusion:In the treatment of sleep disorder after stroke by TCM,the main method is to calm the heart and mind.Meanwhile,according to different syndrome types,the treatment methods of tonifying the heart and spleen,nourishing the liver and kidney,soothing the liver and softening the liver,clearing heat and resolving phlegm,nourishing the blood and promoting blood circulation are selected,which provide certain reference for clinical treatment.

文摘Objective:To study the prescription and medication rule of Professor Hua Baojin in the treatment of colorectal cancer through data mining,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods:The outpatient medical records of Professor Hua Baojin from June 2015 to October 2020 in Guang’anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were collected. TCM Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5)was used to analyze high-frequency drugs,drug properties,flavors,channel tropism,common drug combinations,core combinations and new prescriptions. Results:A total of 500 prescriptions were included,involving 222 traditional Chinese medicines and 38 high-frequency(≥100)medicines,including Atractylodes,Poria cocos,ginger,etc. The most common medicinal properties of drugs were warm,cold and mild,and flavors were sweet,bitter and pungent,channel tropism included spleen,stomach,liver and lung meridians. 36 groups of common drug combinations and 20 association rules were obtained by data mining,and 18 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions were evolved.Conclusion:Professor Hua Baojin takes recuperating spleen and stomach as the core in the treatment of colorectal cancer,attaching importance to regulating the rise and fall of qi,adding and subtracting on the basis of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction,flexibly selecting the drugs of dispelling blood stasis,resolving phlegm,detoxification and loose knots,and using both cold and warm in the prescription,tonifying and reducing at the same time.

文摘Objective:Based on data mining,to explore the clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine ointment in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods:to search the literatures about the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer by traditional Chinese medicine ointment in CNKI,Wangfang and VIP.In this paper,the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine ointment in the literature of treating diabetic foot ulcer was extracted,and the database of prescription was established by using v2.5 to analyze and mine the rule of medication.Results:95 prescriptions for diabetic foot ulcer were sorted out,involving 158 prescriptions.Among them,dragon's blood and Lithospermum are the most frequently used drug combinations.The core combination of 10 groups and 5 new prescriptions are obtained by evolution.Conclusion:the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with traditional Chinese medicine ointment mainly includes clearing away heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and tonifying deficiency.

Methods: The CNKI, WANFANG, and VIP were taken as data sources, and "restless legs syndrome, RLS" as the key words, and "Chinese medicine, Chinese materia medica, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), traditional Chinese and Western medicine" as sub key words, the data was extracted from the journals and literature related to the treatment of RLS by TCM from the establishment of the database to 2020, and data mining techniques(frequency analysis, cluster analysis, association rules) were used to analyze the core drugs and drug pair(group) rules. Results: A total of 87 prescriptions met the requirements of this study, involving 142 Chinese herbal medicines. The top 5 Chinese herbal medicines with a higher frequency of use were Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Fructus Chaenomelis and Radix Astragali seu Hedysari. The four Qi(气) of the medicine were mainly warm and neutral, the five flavors were mainly sweet, bitter, and pungent. The main channels of the meridian were mainly the liver meridian, spleen meridian and heart meridian. The medication categories were mainly tonifying deficiency herbs, blood activating and removing blood stasis herbs, and eliminating wind and dampness herbs. The association rule analysis yielded 24 Chinese medicine combinations with high support, and the hierarchical cluster analysis yielded a total of 5 clusters. Conclusion: TCM treatment of RLS is based on tonifying deficiency herbs, especially to replenish Qi and blood throughout the course of the disease, supplemented by herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and herbs for eliminating wind and dampness, as well as combined with herbs for reliving superficies and herbs for calming the liver to stop the wind.

文摘Objective:To explore the characteristics of ZHANG Zhongjing's medication for constipation by analyzing the prescriptions of treatise on Shanghan Lun and Jingui Yaolue.Methods:the formulations that met the inclusion criteria were selected to establish a database,and the regularity of ZHANG Zhongjing's medication for constipation was analyzed by the methods of frequency,association rules and clustering.Results:In this study,11 prescriptions and 24 medicines were included.High-frequency use of drugs rhubarb,licorice,CortexMagnoliae Officinalis,fructus aurantii immaturus,mirabilis,ginger,jujube,white atractylodes rhizome,cassia twig,Chinese herbaceous peony.A total of 17 association rules(11 rules for 2 drugs and 6 rules for 3 drugs)were obtained by mining,including"Rhubarb+Mirabilite","fructus aurantii immaturus+Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis","Rhubarb+Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis","Rhubarb+Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis+fructus aurantii immaturus",and so on,and 7 groups of drug pair association group and 2 groups of multi-flavor drug association group were obtained.Network link analysis shows that there are 7 groups of strong link compatibility.Medium link compatibility 46 groups.Cluster analysis obtained 14 groups,including 8 single-taste drug groups,3 drug-pair polymerization groups and 3 multi-taste drug polymerization groups.Conclusions:ZHANG Zhongjing is not only good at using purgative medicine in treating constipation treating constipation,but also pays attention to invigorating qi and activating blood circulation,resolving the surface and regulating dampness,soothing the liver and regulating qi.

文摘Objective:By data mining,to analyze the characteristics of Professor Han Fei’s medication in the treatment of children with epilepsy,to explore the rules of medication,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of children with epilepsy by Chinese medicine.Methods:From January 2008 to March 2021,we collected the diagnosis and treatment data of the children with epilepsy who were treated by Professor Han Fei in the outpatient department of Guang’Anmen Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.Using the software of IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,the characteristics and rules of Professor Hanfei’s Chinese materia medica used were summarized through the descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis of drug cumulative frequency,drug flavor,drug channel tropism and efficacy.Results:A total of 224 cases were included in this study,excluding 1 case with other neurological disorders.Finally,223 prescriptions were included,involving 176 kinds of Chinese materia medica and the total medication frequency was 4712.The first 10 highfrequency Chinese materia medica were Chaihu(95.52%),Bombyx batryticatus(94.17%),keels(83.41%),oysters(72.65%),earthworm(72.20%),fructus aurantii(66.37%),Scorpion(64.57%),Gastrodia elata(60.99%),Acorus gramineus(59.19%)and Dannan Xing(58.30%).The main Chinese materia medica used were mainly for suppressing hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind,relieving exterior syndromes and tranquillizing mind.The medicine properties were mainly to be flat,slight cold,pungent,bitter and willing,and they were mainly for liver,lung and heart meridian tropism.Correlation Analysis:Bupleurum chinense,Bombyx batryticatus,Dragon Bone,oyster as its core medicine group,Semen Ziziphi spinosae and semen platycladi are effective strong correlation medicine pair.Three medicine combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:Hanshi has the characteristics of“calming liver,tranquilizing mind,calming endogenous wind,removing the phlegm and extravasated blood”in treating epilepsy.

文摘Objective:To analyze the medication rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TMC)in treating acute ischemic stroke(AIS)with phlegm-heat syndrome based on date mining.Methods:All clinical studies of TMC treatment for phlegm heatexcess pattern stroke at acute stage were searched from SinoMed,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,Pubmed.The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to 27 April 2020.Establish database through"Ancient and Modern Medical record Cloud platform(V2.2.3)"software.SPSS20.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to explore clustering analysis and drug association rule analysis of high frequency drugs.Results:60 articles were finally included and 59 prescriptions were collected.The result shows that the commonly used drugs are mostly warm and cold,and the taste is mainly sweet and bitter.The main distribution of meridian tropism is stomach,liver and spleen.In these prescriptions,the frequently used drug pairs were“Trichosanthis fructus”,“Rhei radix et rhizoma”and so on.The association analysis results showed that“Arisaema cum bile-Rhei radix et rhizoma”had the highest correlation.The clustering analysis figured out 2 groups of the herbs.Conlusion:The TCM treatment of AIS should be based on the drugs of clearing heat,resolving phlegm and dredging viscera.Because most of these drugs are bitter and cold,we should pay attention to taking care of the spleen and stomach while expelling evil.
文摘This paper reviewed the literature on medication rule of pulmonary nodules in recent years. It is found that contemporary doctors pay more attention to regulating Qi, clearing heat and detoxifying, eliminating phlegm, dissolving phlegm and dissipating masses. They use mild drugs, cold and warm treatments in parallel, combining the tastes of pungent, bitterness, and sweetness at the same time. The treatment focuses on the five viscera with emphasis on the lung meridian while also considering the spleen and stomach functions as well as soothing liver stagnation. This information aims to provide some reference for clinical treatment of pulmonary nodules.

文摘Improving the cooperative scheduling efficiency of equipment is the key for automated container terminals to copewith the development trend of large-scale ships. In order to improve the solution efficiency of the existing spacetimenetwork (STN) model for the cooperative scheduling problem of yard cranes (YCs) and automated guidedvehicles (AGVs) and extend its application scenarios, two improved STN models are proposed. The flow balanceconstraints in the original model are decomposed, and the trajectory constraints of YCs and AGVs are added toacquire the model STN_A. The coupling constraint in STN_A is updated, and buffer constraints are added toSTN_A so that themodel STN_B is built.As the size of the problem increases, the solution speed of CPLEX becomesthe bottleneck. So a heuristic method containing three groups of heuristic rules is designed to obtain a near-optimalsolution quickly. Experimental results showthat the computation time of STN_A is shortened by 49.47% on averageand the gap is reduced by 1.69% on average compared with the original model. The gap between the solution ofthe heuristic rules and the solution of CPLEX is less than 3.50%, and the solution time of the heuristic rules is onaverage 99.85% less than the solution time of CPLEX. Compared with STN_A, the computation time for solvingSTN_B increases by 58.93% on average.

文摘Objective:To explore existing practices and challenges in the delivery of geriatric home medication review(HMR).The study was part of a larger study aimed to offer solution to expand the range of geriatric HMR.Methods:This study employed qualitative exploratory design through semi-structured individual in-depth interviews with the public pharmacists involved in the delivery of geriatric HMR at public hospitals.The purpose of the interviews was to explore challenges faced by them in the delivery of geriatric HMR.Results:Based on the emerging themes from the qualitative data,the study reveals that geriatric HMR in Malaysia is integrated as part of multidisciplinary home care visits,encompassing a diverse patient population with various healthcare needs.However,it faces challenges such as the lack of outcome monitoring,formal training,and workforce constraints.Despite these hurdles,there is a pressing need for the expansion of this service to better serve the community,and collaboration with community pharmacists holds potential to broaden its scope.Ultimately,the findings suggest that pharmacist-led HMR is both warranted and feasible within the Malaysian healthcare context.In order to optimize medicine-use among older people living in the community,approaches for expanding geriatric HMR services in Malaysia must be developed.Conclusions:This study holds profound implications as it attempts to illuminate policy makers in developing countries,enabling them to formulate effective HMR plans.By considering the challenges highlighted within this research,policy makers can design a comprehensive HMR service that caters adeptly to the healthcare needs of the mass population.

文摘The objective principles of shiology are mainly reflected in three fields as food acquisition, eaters' health and shiance order. Most of the objective principles in the field of food acquisition have been revealed by agronomy and foodstuff science. This research mainly focuses on 10 principles in the field of eaters' health and shiance order and in addition, there are also five lemmas that extend from the above principles. The 10 principles are the core theory of the shiology knowledge system, which play an important role in the objective principles revealed by human beings and constitute one of the basic principles of human civilization. Compared with the scientific principles of mathematics, physics, chemistry and economics, the principles of shiology have three characteristics as popularity, practicability and survivability. The principles of shiology in the field of eaters' health are all around us, and everyone can understand and master them. Using the principles of shiology can improve the healthy life span of 8 billion people. The principles of shiology in the field of shiance order is an important tool of social governance, which can reduce human social conflicts, reduce social involution, improve overall efficiency of social operation, and maintain the sustainable development of human beings.
文摘Objective:To apply and verify the application of intelligent audit rules for urine analysis by Cui et al.Method:A total of 1139 urine samples of hospitalized patients in Tai’an Central Hospital from September 2021 to November 2021 were randomly selected,and all samples were manually microscopic examined after the detection of the UN9000 urine analysis line.The intelligent audit rules(including the microscopic review rules and manual verification rules)were validated based on the manual microscopic examination and manual audit,and the rules were adjusted to apply to our laboratory.The laboratory turnaround time(TAT)before and after the application of intelligent audit rules was compared.Result:The microscopic review rate of intelligent rules was 25.63%(292/1139),the true positive rate,false positive rate,true negative rate,and false negative rate were 27.66%(315/1139),6.49%(74/1139),62.34%(710/1139)and 3.51%(40/1139),respectively.The approval consistency rate of manual verification rules was 84.92%(727/856),the approval inconsistency rate was 0%(0/856),the interception consistency rate was 12.61%(108/856),and the interception inconsistency rate was 0%(0/856).Conclusion:The intelligence audit rules for urine analysis by Cui et al.have good clinical applicability in our laboratory.
文摘Objective:To explore the effect of community pharmacy services on rational medication use in elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods:Between November 2022 and December 2023,80 elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes were selected and randomly divided into a control group(routine medication guidance)and an observation group(community pharmacy services),with 40 subjects each.The medication effect scores,blood pressure,blood sugar levels,and quality of life scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparison of pharmaceutical knowledge,medication compliance,and safe medication behavior scores showed that the observation group had higher scores as compared to the control group(P<0.05);blood pressure(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate)and blood sugar(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin)index levels were compared,and the observation group’s index levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of physical health,mental health,social relationships,and environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community pharmacy services improved the rational medication effect of elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes,and improved their blood pressure,blood sugar control levels,and quality of life.
