Biao Hu was one of the eight famous traditional crafts in the late Qing dynasty.This skill involved decorating the interiors of ancient buildings such as ceilings,walls,and windows and creating burial objects.It was p...Biao Hu was one of the eight famous traditional crafts in the late Qing dynasty.This skill involved decorating the interiors of ancient buildings such as ceilings,walls,and windows and creating burial objects.It was primarily used for wooden buildings in northern China during the early Qing dynasty.For example,there is white-patterned wallpaper in the Forbidden City utilizing both traditional and nontraditional patterns.Moreover,there was wallpaper with a special pattern in the Lodge of the Bamboo Fragrance(Zhuxiang Guan).Its structure and composition were studied via morphological observations and spectral analyses,the pigments and dyes were analyzed by Raman spectroscopy and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrum(UPLC-MS).Traditional technology and exchanges between China and the West were discussed by the study of patterned wallpapers in other buildings of the Forbidden City.展开更多

As heritage tourism,a museum must continually innovate to attract visitors.Not just the heritage collection in the museum but also what to do and experience in the museum are those that need to be considered.Museum So...As heritage tourism,a museum must continually innovate to attract visitors.Not just the heritage collection in the museum but also what to do and experience in the museum are those that need to be considered.Museum Sonobudoyo in Yogyakarta,Indonesia keeps improving its strategy to be the preferred tourism destination.This study is implemented with a modified Delphie method to find the best innovative strategy to attract more people to visit the museum and the risk management strategy that should be undertaken to prevent mistakes and support innovation during the pandemic.The primary respondents were Pentahelix elements in the society which consist of government,academic institutions,media,business,and entrepreneurship,as well as professionals and students to gain more profound knowledge and expectation.The result of this study is a list of priority that needs to be included in the proper marketing strategy,such as promotion and technology which extend the theory of Nechita(2022)that museum should have required activities such as promoting the institution’s activity in a professional manner which is with technology.Appropriate communication and coordination are also needed to maintain the implemented strategy’s success.展开更多
With the advent of the information age,augmented reality technology can enhance the sense of reality in the virtual world and immerse people in the real and virtual world.People have always been interested in virtual ...With the advent of the information age,augmented reality technology can enhance the sense of reality in the virtual world and immerse people in the real and virtual world.People have always been interested in virtual space or augmented reality technology,especially in the face of historical development trends.Museums have always been open to the public,they are not just a collection,but also an exhibition for the public.Through analyzing different museums,it is found that museums with augmented reality technology exhibitions are non-profit museums for the purpose of emotional experience.In order to find out the immersion factors of virtual reality in museums,on the basis of previous research,this paper divides immersion in augmented reality into story immersion,five-sense experience immersion,and spatial interaction immersion.Through the analysis of different museums,it is found that immersion through five-sense experience is the most commonly used method when all display media are included.This method provides educational content for museum visitors and projects virtual presentations through monitors and portable IT devices,thereby increasing visitors’viewing pleasure.展开更多

For th...The works of Alvaro Siza have been referred that they were not the theoretical architecture but the sensual and experiential one. His works were designed on the base of their locality that each of them located. For the study, I selected a work of him, which was the Mimesis Art Museum at Paju in South Korea, and reviewed existing literatures to understand how he controlled the light and created the architectural spaces and forms in relation with the light, and I measured the illumination levels of the inside areas of the Mimesis Art Museum, and then, I surveyed the visitors’ responses on the lighting conditions of the Mimesis Art Museum. The results of the measurements showed that the illumination levels of the Mimesis Art museum on the first floor were effectively controlled to display the art works. The illumination levels on the third floor, however, were much higher than recommended illumination values for museum because of less controlled natural light. Therefore, more considerations to control the natural light are needed to secure stable environment in the exhibition spaces. Meanwhile, the answers of questionnaires concerning the quality of lighting conditions in the Mimesis Art Museum showed that the natural light was so effective to light the museum although the natural light illuminated some areas of the museum with high illumination levels.展开更多

The pedagogy employed in health care education must continually be questioned and expanded. Student nurses must be prepared for nursing practice that continually changes, consequently alternative concepts in nurse edu...The pedagogy employed in health care education must continually be questioned and expanded. Student nurses must be prepared for nursing practice that continually changes, consequently alternative concepts in nurse education must be considered. The aims were to provide student nurses with reflection skills and to evaluate the potential of studying the reflective process using visual art at a museum as an enriched activity in education. A pedagogical program with Gibbs’ reflection model was used as a complement. The study was conducted at a University College of Health Sciences in Sweden in collaboration with a visual art museum. Data were collected during a period of three years. A random sample (n = 35 of n = 98 students’ reports) was selected for qualitative analysis. The painting by George-Pierre Seurat, Seated woman was used as a source of inspiration. Analysis was conducted of the excerpts generated from the steps in Gibbs’ reflection model and from students’ evaluations of the teaching-learning structure. The results show that students were able to build hypothetical situations around the character depicted in the painting. They observed and described a great many aspects of the reflective process. The chosen painting was regarded as suitable for its purpose, and a source of inspiration. It could be interpreted as a patient you might meet in clinical practice. The students′ evaluations show that they became aware of knowledge they had not thought of before, and a way of taking a step closer to clinical practice. It could be concluded that art museum could be regarded as a stimulating environment that nurtured the reflective process. Consequently, visual art museums have to be considered as possible teaching learning milieus to be used in nurse education. It is to be hoped that this study will contribute to further development of visual art museums as teaching learning settings.展开更多

文摘Architectural design of Dongting Lake Museum takes "River dolphin ripples in the Dongting Lake" as the theme, tries to integrate into the local wetland environment and ecological resources of the Dongting Lake, in order to realize the dream of "making a great museum for the most gorgeous lake". The overall layout follows the concept of "coexistence of real and virtual, integration of exterior and interior", and the architectural image symbolizes "the river dolphin ripples", which is extremely harmonious in the whole natural environment. The design integrates planning, building, landscape and interior spaces, adopts technical means and ecological green to integrate the building into the environment, and presents us a tremendous ecological wetland museum that floats on the lake like a fish, an islet, a sail or a hill.
文摘With the application of virtual reality technology to realize interactive display of virtual museum as content of study,we analyze the problems in the current virtual museum system.Taking Daqing Museum for example,we develop a 2.5D(between 2D and 3D) architectural modeling technology,and combine it with virtual reality technology,to create the virtual museum simulation platform.By establishing the virtual simulation platform of Daqing Museum,we verify the feasibility of using 2.5D architectural modeling technology to build the virtual museum system,create a virtual simulation platform with practical value,and show the bright future of virtual museum based on 2.5D virtual reality technology.
