It is important for both scholars and policymakers to review the characteristics of China's economy in its present stage in accordance with economic principles-principles that reflect every aspect of economic and social life and macroeconomic regulation. In this paper, we attempt to unravel the characteristics of China's new era from three perspectives-historical materialism, dialectic materialism and epistemology, and in light of economic principles at the three levels of resource factors, modes of production and regulation of resource allocation. Based on these perspectives, this paper further identifies the characteristics of China's new era from nine aspects, including globalization, modernization, the primary stage of socialism, new development concepts, supply-side reforms, the guideline of seeking steady progress, the mentality of scope, bottomline mindset and strategic composure. From the three different levels, this paper summarizes and applies economic principles to propose solutions to the problems and challenges facing China in the new era. 文摘Labor has the core significance in the philosophy of historical materialism.Its concept of labor defines the nature of labor,affirms the decisive role of labor for human and social progress,demonstrates the form,intrinsic quality and inevitable result of labor under the capitalist economic system,and looks forward to the ultimate liberation of human beings brought by labor in Communist society in the future.The whole social life of each particular era is fundamentally determined by labor,and labor is the final basis for historical materialism to divide the times.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,historical materialism’s labor concept points out the fundamental way to realize individual value and all-round development,provides a reference path for the development of grassroots democracy,and guides the practice of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

文摘As China entered into a new era of development, the primary contradiction facing Chinese society has also evolved. It is important for both scholars and policymakers to review the characteristics of China's economy in its present stage in accordance with economic principles-principles that reflect every aspect of economic and social life and macroeconomic regulation. In this paper, we attempt to unravel the characteristics of China's new era from three perspectives-historical materialism, dialectic materialism and epistemology, and in light of economic principles at the three levels of resource factors, modes of production and regulation of resource allocation. Based on these perspectives, this paper further identifies the characteristics of China's new era from nine aspects, including globalization, modernization, the primary stage of socialism, new development concepts, supply-side reforms, the guideline of seeking steady progress, the mentality of scope, bottomline mindset and strategic composure. From the three different levels, this paper summarizes and applies economic principles to propose solutions to the problems and challenges facing China in the new era. The findings of the paper are also relevant to implementation of the guidelines CPC Central Committee General Secretary Xi Jinping noted in his report to the 19 th CPC National Congress.

文摘The purpose of this paper is to point out the urgency and importance of cultivating inter-disciplinary elderly care workers in the new era by analyzing the prominent problems facing the current pension industry in China.Based on data analysis,survey and summary,multi-disciplinary integration and other means,training methods for inter-disciplinary elderly care workers in the new era are put forward,including enhancing multi-disciplinary theoretical knowledge reserve,improving professional skills and psychological communication skills and improving nursing ability of elderly care workers.The coping strategies proposed in this article have certain reference value for cultivating inter-disciplinary elderly care workers in the new era.

文摘This paper first analyses the reasons for the low effectiveness of moral education in the current higher mathematics teaching,and then puts forward the contents,methods,and approaches of integrating moral education into higher mathematics teaching in the new era on this basis,and finally finds out the points for attention in the integration of moral education in higher mathematics teaching in the new era.Theoretically,the moral education content is innovated.We should set up the moral education idea of students as the foundation and moral education as the first,establish the attainable goals of moral education in different stages and levels,excavate the moral education resources contained in the current real life and social hot spots,and pay attention to the inheritance and enlightenment of Chinese excellent traditional culture,especially the mathematical culture and history in moral education.In practice,the moral education methods are improved and the moral education approaches are broadened.Moral education methods should be close to reality and life,should adapt to students’personality and hobbies,and should be diversified.Moral education can be carried out by improving the working mechanism of moral education management,publicity,and so on,strengthening the construction of moral education team and creating an atmosphere of full staff education.
文摘Traditional signaling based telecom service control architecture, intelligent network service control architecture, and even Next Generation Network (NGN) and IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) that are pictured as the fundamental of future services have become an obstacle for telecom service development because they are closed in service creation and service control and implemented on a centralized computing platform. As newest technologies in Internet, distributed computing and enterprise information services, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web services and Web 2.0 have been widely recognized in information and service industry in past years. According to the SOA definition of OASIS, SOA will bring tremendous changes in capability, service and service interface, compared with traditional telecom service architecture. Moreover, it adds a capability-service transform mechanism and greatly simplifies application development.

文摘Rural civilization is a pattern of human civilization that is profoundly linked with values.Rural revitalization means the rejuvenation of rural civilization under new historical circumstances.To that end,it is necessary to adopt a holistically interpreting mode that transcends individual cases,and to look through the wide-angle lens of civilization and grasp rural civilization's development trend of "prosperity-decline-rejuvenation," as well as its constructive route of "traditional construction-modern deconstructionneo-modern reconstruction." This paper analyzes the "three-in-one" value structure concerning rural civilization's being a cultural carrier,its subjective demands,and objective production,to understand and follow the diachronic evolution of the position and function of rural civilization values "from being a subject,through being an object,to being a subject." Based on this,this paper studies the construction of a subjective rural civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era and explores a possible approach to rural revitalization through the rejuvenation of rural civilization.Accordingly,the basic idea and strategy is to boost the rejuvenation of rural civilization through innovative time-space integration; to establish rural civilization's subjective status and to always prioritize agricultural and rural development; to rediscover and redefine the principles,values and functions of the rural civilization construction in the new era; and to further advance campaigns of rural civilization constructions to integrate the development of urban civilization with that of rural civilization.
