Isight is introduced as an integration platform. The construction of this platform is based on the user programming and several commercial software including UG6.0, GAMBIT2.4.6 and FLUENT12.0. An intelligent parameter optimization method, the particle swarm optimization, is incorporated into the platform. To verify the strategy proposed, a simulation is conducted on the underwater robot model 5470, which originates from the DTRC SUBOFF project. With the automatic optimization platform, the minimal resistance is taken as the optimization goal;the wet surface area as the constraint condition; the length of the fore-body, maximum body radius and after-body's minimum radius as the design variables. With the CFD calculation, the RANS equations and the standard turbulence model are used for direct numerical simulation. By analyses of the simulation results, it is concluded that the platform is of high efficiency and feasibility. Through the platform, a variety of schemes for the design of the lines are generated and the optimal solution is achieved. The combination of the intelligent optimization algorithm and the numerical simulation ensures a global optimal solution and improves the efficiency of the searching solutions.展开更多
Recent studies of the space debris environment in Low Earth Orbit(LEO)have shown that the critical density of space debris has been reached in certain regions.The Active Debris Removal(ADR)mission,to mitigate the spac...Recent studies of the space debris environment in Low Earth Orbit(LEO)have shown that the critical density of space debris has been reached in certain regions.The Active Debris Removal(ADR)mission,to mitigate the space debris density and stabilize the space debris environment,has been considered as a most effective method.In this paper,a novel two-level optimization strategy for multi-debris removal mission in LEO is proposed,which includes the low-level and high-level optimization process.To improve the overall performance of the multi-debris active removal mission and obtain multiple Pareto-optimal solutions,the ADR mission is seen as a Time-Dependant Traveling Salesman Problem(TDTSP)with two objective functions to minimize the total mission duration and the total propellant consumption.The problem includes the sequence optimization to determine the sequence of removal of space debris and the transferring optimization to define the orbital maneuvers.Two optimization models for the two-level optimization strategy are built in solving the multi-debris removal mission,and the optimal Pareto solution is successfully obtained by using the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II(NSGA-II).Two test cases are presented,which show that the low level optimization strategy can successfully obtain the optimal sequences and the initial solution of the ADR mission and the high level optimization strategy can efficiently and robustly find the feasible optimal solution for long duration perturbed rendezvous problem.展开更多

Firstly,considering some factors like primary user's( PU's) collision limitations,non-synchronization between SU and PU,and SU's limited buffer size, the short-term optimization problem was formulated as a mixed integer non-linear program( MINLP) to minimize the block probability of video packets. Secondly,combining the minimum packet block probability obtained in shortterm optimization and SU's constraint on hardware complexity,the partially observable Markov decision process( POMDP) framework was proposed to learn PU's statistic information over DCRNs.Moreover,based on the proposed framework,joint optimization strategy was designed to obtain the minimum packet loss rate in long-term video transmission. However, the housing economy is closely related to people's life, which directly affects people's normal life and social stability. 文摘In recent years, with the continuous growth of social and economic level, no matter the production of all walks of life or people's daily life for the computer demand has been increasing, in this context, the power plant to bear the production pressure is more difficult. Steam turbine is one of the important production equipment in power plant, its safe and stable operation is related to the quality and efficiency of power plant production. Based on this, this paper focuses on the analysis of the operation optimization strategy of steam turbines in the process of centralized control operation of power plants, aiming to extend the service life of steam turbines, improve its production and operation efficiency, and then help the growth of centralized control operation level of power plants, and greatly improve the power generation efficiency and safety.

In addition, due to a series of reasons, such as imperfect supervision system, there are still many shortcomings and problems in the heavy metal treatment work, which also hinders the heavy metal environmental treatment work in China. 文摘In the process of education and teaching, the relationship between teachers and students is the most important one, which includes their position, role and treatment, mutual support and interdependence. In the era of scarce educational resources, teachers are the owners of knowledge. However, when the emergence of the Internet puts a huge amount of knowledge in front of people, what is scarce in education is no longer the amount of knowledge, but the selection, carding, promotion and internalization of knowledge. The traditional teaching method is transforming into learner centered individualized teaching and learning. In the process of teaching and learning, the proportion and focus of knowledge transfer and knowledge internalization have also changed. Under the new environment, teachers need to change the habits of teaching and learning for thousands of years, and carry out teaching in innovative mode through new technical means, so as to achieve higher results. However, in the new technology environment, if there is no complete teaching logic and the organic connection and cooperation between man and machine, classroom teaching will not present an orderly and efficient situation. If there is no good teaching design and the new educational technology is used freely, the teaching effect may not be as good as the traditional blackboard teaching mode.
文摘With the advancement of the new medical reform,public hospitals face numerous challenges and opportunities,making the optimization of human resource allocation a critical priority.This paper analyzes the requirements imposed by the new medical reform on human resource allocation in public hospitals,examines existing issues such as an unbalanced personnel structure,unscientific job design,and an inadequate talent mobility mechanism,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies.These strategies include improving the recruitment and selection process,scientifically planning job structures,and establishing a flexible talent mobility mechanism.The goal is to enhance the quality of medical services,improve hospital operational efficiency,and promote the sustainable development of public hospitals.

文摘Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP)has garnered great attentions as a prospective cathode material for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)by virtue of its decent theoretical capacity,superior ion conductivity and high structural stability.However,the inherently poor electronic conductivity and sluggish sodium-ion diffusion kinetics of NVP material give rise to inferior rate performance and unsatisfactory energy density,which strictly confine its further application in SIBs.Thus,it is of significance to boost the sodium storage performance of NVP cathode material.Up to now,many methods have been developed to optimize the electrochemical performance of NVP cathode material.In this review,the latest advances in optimization strategies for improving the electrochemical performance of NVP cathode material are well summarized and discussed,including carbon coating or modification,foreign-ion doping or substitution and nanostructure and morphology design.The foreign-ion doping or substitution is highlighted,involving Na,V,and PO_(4)^(3−)sites,which include single-site doping,multiple-site doping,single-ion doping,multiple-ion doping and so on.Furthermore,the challenges and prospects of high-performance NVP cathode material are also put forward.It is believed that this review can provide a useful reference for designing and developing high-performance NVP cathode material toward the large-scale application in SIBs.

文摘In this paper,we study the optimal investment problem of an insurer whose surplus process follows the diffusion approximation of the classical Cramer-Lundberg model.Investment in the foreign markets is allowed,and therefore,the foreign exchange rate model is incorporated.Under the allowing of selling and borrowing,the problem of maximizing the expected exponential utility of terminal wealth is studied.By solving the corresponding Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equations,the optimal investment strategies and value functions are obtained.Finally,numerical analysis is presented.

文摘In recent years,managing rural living environments has become a vital component of the rural revitalization strategy.Jiangsu Province,rich in economic and cultural resources,has accumulated valuable experience in exploring rural environmental governance by integrating culture and tourism.This research analyzes the practical logic of rural environmental governance in Jiangsu from both theoretical and practical perspectives.It emphasizes the importance of integrating culture and tourism to enhance environmental governance while addressing the associated challenges.The results show that the integration of culture and tourism not only enhances rural ecological environments and living facilities but also boosts regional economic development and the preservation of cultural resources.Nevertheless,there are still challenges in aspects such as the collaboration of stakeholders,the establishment of long-term mechanisms,and the application of digital technologies.Based on real cases in Jiangsu,this study suggests optimization strategies and policy recommendations to improve rural environmental governance within the framework of cultural and tourism integration.
