Objective:To study the effective value of introducing the concept of early oral exercise in the process of nursing intervention for preterm infants in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods:96 cases of preterm...Objective:To study the effective value of introducing the concept of early oral exercise in the process of nursing intervention for preterm infants in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods:96 cases of preterm infants diagnosed from January 2022 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the general practice group(general nursing intervention),and the early practice group(early oral exercise intervention),and the effect of intervention on preterm infants in the two groups was observed.Results:After nursing care,the mean value of the non-nutritive sucking ability assessment(76.54±5.82),the mean value of the intellectual development degree assessment(104.57±8.45),the mean value of the psychomotor development degree assessment(102.33±6.74),and the mean value of behavioral neural reflexes ability assessment(38.71±2.40)in the early practice group were better than that as compared to the general practice group(P<0.05);the mean value of oral feeding start time of preterm infants in the early practice group(35.42±7.63)weeks,the mean value of all oral feeding time(34.12±5.28)weeks,and the mean time of hospital intervention(15.33±4.25)days were lesser than compared to those of the general practice group at 37.4±5.82 weeks,37.46±3.55 weeks,and 20.46±2.91 days,respectively(P<0.05);the rate of adverse reactions in preterm infants in the early practice group significantly lower than that of the general practice group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of the concept of early oral exercise intervention among NICU nurses improved the feeding effect,sucking ability of preterm infants,and intellectual development.Hence,early oral motor care should be popularized.展开更多
Singing,as a method of combining respiratory function exercise and vocal intonation therapy,provides a new direction for respiratory function exercise in patients with spinal cord injury.This randomized controlled tri...Singing,as a method of combining respiratory function exercise and vocal intonation therapy,provides a new direction for respiratory function exercise in patients with spinal cord injury.This randomized controlled trial investigated the effects of oral motor respiratory exercise and vocal intonation therapy on respiratory function and vocal quality in patients with spinal cord injury.Among 31 included patients with spinal cord injury,18 completed the treatment.These 18 patients were randomly assigned to undergo music therapy(intervention group,30 min/d,5 times a week,for a total of 12 weeks;n=9,7 males and 2 females;30.33±11.74 years old)or normal respiratory training(control group,n=9;8 males and 1 female;34.78±11.13 years old).Both patient groups received routine treatment concurrently.Before and at 6 and 12 weeks after intervention,a standard respiratory function test,a voice test,the St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire,and a quality of life questionnaire were administered.The results showed that the inspiratory capacity,forced expiratory volume in 1 second,forced vital capacity,maximal mid-expiratory flow rate,sing-loud pressure level,and sustained note length were significantly increased in the intervention group compared with the control group.The St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire and quality of life results of patients in the intervention group were significantly superior to those in the control group.These findings suggest that oral motor respiratory exercise and vocal intonation therapy,as respiratory training methods in music therapy,are effective and valuable for improving respiratory dysfunction and vocal quality in patients with spinal cord injury.This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of China Rehabilitation Research Center(approval No.2019-78-1)on May 27,2019 and was registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry(registration number:Chi CTR1900026922)on October 26,2019.展开更多
目的:系统评价口腔运动干预对促进早产儿神经行为发育的有效性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、中华医学期刊全文数据库、维普数据库,搜集关于口腔运动干预对早产儿神...目的:系统评价口腔运动干预对促进早产儿神经行为发育的有效性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、中华医学期刊全文数据库、维普数据库,搜集关于口腔运动干预对早产儿神经行为发育影响的随机对照研究(RCT),检索时限为建库至2023年4月14日。根据文献纳入与排除标准,由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取数据并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入7个RCT,涉及746例早产儿。Meta分析结果显示:干预组新生儿行为神经测定NBNA量表得分[MD=2.32,95%CI(1.13,3.51),P<0.001]、心理运动发育指数(PDI)得分[MD=6.44,95%CI(1.62,11.26),P=0.009]高于对照组,至矫正胎龄3月龄和矫正胎龄6月龄时,干预组神经系统发育正常的比例高于对照组[矫正至3月龄:OR=2.17,95%CI(1.38,3.41),P<0.001;矫正至6月龄:OR=2.80,95%CI(1.69,4.64),P<0.001]。结论:当前证据显示,口腔运动干预可促进早产儿神经行为发育,有效改善近期发育结局。展开更多
目的:探讨早产儿口腔运动干预(premature infant oral motor intervention,PIOMI)对出生胎龄28~34周的早产儿经口喂养能力的影响。方法:回顾性分析2020年2月—2023年2月中山大学附属第七医院收治的60例出生胎龄28~34周早产儿的临床资料...目的:探讨早产儿口腔运动干预(premature infant oral motor intervention,PIOMI)对出生胎龄28~34周的早产儿经口喂养能力的影响。方法:回顾性分析2020年2月—2023年2月中山大学附属第七医院收治的60例出生胎龄28~34周早产儿的临床资料,其中进行PIOMI及常规基础护理的30例早产儿为干预组,仅接受常规基础护理的30例早产儿为对照组。比较两组患儿经口喂养能力、喂养表现、喂养进程和不良反应发生情况。结果:干预组在PIOMI干预后第5、10天的早产儿准备经口喂养评估量表评分[分别为(27.83±2.28)、(31.10±1.65)分]均高于对照组[分别为(26.40±1.48)、(29.07±1.68)分,均P<0.05];干预组在全量经口喂养时的喂养效率、5 min摄入奶量百分比[分别为(9.09±1.03)mL/min、(85.03±5.57)%]均高于对照组[分别为(8.15±1.07)mL/min、(80.37±7.49)%,均P<0.05],全量经口喂养过渡时间短于对照组[(15.33±7.13)d比(18.90±6.50)d,P<0.05],两组体重增长率、住院时间、胃肠道不良反应发生率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:PIOMI可改善出生胎龄28~34周早产儿的经口喂养能力,缩短管饲喂养向经口喂养的过渡时间。展开更多
