The concept of OBE(outcome-based education)is more focused on designing and implementing teaching activities around expected learning outcomes than the traditional teaching model and enhancing the quality of education...The concept of OBE(outcome-based education)is more focused on designing and implementing teaching activities around expected learning outcomes than the traditional teaching model and enhancing the quality of education through clear and measurable learning outcomes,which has led to profound changes in the field of education.However,environmental design practice teaching faces a series of challenges in the implementation of the OBE concept,including the complexity of the assessment system,personalized learning and creative learning,and over-reliance on quantitative assessment.Therefore,in order to further deepen the professionalization of the OBE concept,we have conducted research on the design education practice models at home and abroad,explored the practice teaching models and their applications such as project system,studio model,practical internships,and technology-driven interdisciplinary integration,and took the practice innovative teaching models of Stanford d.school and Rhode Island School of Design(RISD)as examples to explore the characteristics of the curricula,cultivation modes,and the development of the environmental design professional practice teaching model.The characteristics of OBE and RISD are discussed to provide a global vision and local contextual reference for the practice teaching reform of environmental design majors.展开更多

Methods: 100 pediatric clinical interns from Dezhou Women and Childrens Hospital were randomly divided into two groups and 50 cases each, with different teaching modes to compare the teaching effect. Results: after the intervention, the DREEM, SRSSDL, theoretical and practical tests and teacher evaluation scores of the study group were significantly higher (P <0.05), and the overall teaching satisfaction was significantly higher compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: the PBL teaching method has a high value in the clinical practice teaching of pediatric neurological diseases, and can significantly improve the teaching environment and learning results of interns, which is worth popularizing.展开更多

The assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were analyzed and compared. Results: after the two groups received different teaching interventions, the examination results and teaching satisfaction of students in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant and statistically significant (P < 0.05). Methods: during the period from February 2021 to February 2022, there were 160 nursing students in secondary vocational schools. They were divided into groups by drawing lots. The experimental group received in-situ inverted classroom training, while the reference group selected traditional training. The training assessment included students training assessment results and self-directed learning ability score data. Results: the data collection shows that there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the reference group (P > 0.05). Compared with the result data of operating room nursing, wound nursing and enterostomy nursing, the data of the experimental group is better, while the data of the control group is poorer, the difference is more obvious, p 0.05;The final score of SRSSDL was higher in the experimental group and lower in the reference group (P 0.05). Compared with the reference group, the experimental group had better scores in learning consciousness, strategy, behavior, evaluation and interpersonal relationship, with significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion: the application of in-situ reversal classroom teaching model in surgical nursing practice teaching can help to cultivate medical students professional learning interest, strengthen their thinking and practical ability, and promote their doctors to standardize clinical nursing operation technology, so as to ensure the quality of practice teaching.展开更多

Compared with the result data of operating room nursing, wound nursing and enterostomy nursing, the data of the experimental group is better, while the data of the control group is poorer, the difference is more obvious, p 0.05;The final score of SRSSDL was higher in the experimental group and lower in the reference group (P 0.05). Compared with the reference group, the experimental group had better scores in learning consciousness, strategy, behavior, evaluation and interpersonal relationship, with significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion: the application of in-situ reversal classroom teaching model in surgical nursing practice teaching can help to cultivate medical students professional learning interest, strengthen their thinking and practical ability, and promote their doctors to standardize clinical nursing operation technology, so as to ensure the quality of practice teaching.

文摘With the advancement of science and technology as well as the rapid development of next generation information technologies,such as big data and artificial intelligence,smart classrooms have emerged as the times have demanded.Adopting innovative teaching modes in smart classrooms allows the realization of various teaching techniques that cannot be achieved in traditional classrooms.Especially for some courses in medical schools,due to changes in the medical environment and the improvement of patients’awareness of medical rights and interests,the traditional teaching methods are becoming more restricted.For example,in clinical surgery,due to the increasing number of medical students in recent years and requirements for strict aseptic principle adherence in operating rooms,practical teaching has encountered great restrictions,thus preventing it from meeting the needs of students.In order to solve this problem,this research constructs a smart classroom teaching model for surgical practice teaching based on hardware equipment,such as smart classrooms,interconnected surgical mobile broadcast equipment,and intelligent medical simulators.Through this teaching model,the teaching effect and quality are further analyzed,laying a foundation for smart teaching in future medical courses.

文摘[Objectives]In order to fully leverage the distinctive features of the top-tier national professional discipline of acupuncture and massage.[Methods]According to the characteristics of the scientific attributes of acupuncture and massage,combined with the top-tier na-tional professional AI practical teaching platform and artificial intelligence-related information technology,together with the teaching team with rich teaching experience.[Results]Innovative reforms and practical explorations are being conducted to integrate AI information technology into acupuncture and massage practical teaching under the background of new medicine.[Conclusions]Through practical research,the quali-ty of the practical teaching of students in acupuncture and massage major has been improved,playing a leading and exemplary role in related majors across the country.
