The partial steel is locate... A beam-column joint of precast and partial steel reinforced concrete( PPSRC) is proposed for precast reinforced concrete frames. The PPSRC consists of partial steel and reinforced concrete. The partial steel is located in the core joint region and the connections between concrete members. This paper presents an experimental study of a series of PPSRC specimens. These specimens are tested under low cyclic loading.Experimental results demonstrate that the bearing capacity of the PPSRC specimens is 3 times that of the ordinary reinforced concrete( RC) beam-column joints. The strength and stiffness degradation rates are slower compared with that of the RC beam-column joints. In addition,the strength of the core joint region and the connections is higher than other parts of the PPSRC specimens. Beam failure occurs firstly for the PPSRC specimens,followed by column failure and connections failure. The failure of the core joint region occurs finally.Test results show that the seismic performance of the PPSRC is better than that of the ordinary RC beam-column joints. 展开更多

To investigate the feasibility and seismic performance of the horizontal joints in an innovative precast shear wall system, two test walls were fabricated, and the monotonic and cyclic loading tests were performed on the two test walls, respectively. Then, the lateral load-top displacement curves, load beating capacity, ductility, lateral stiffness, strains of steel bars, strain distribution on the connecting steel frame (CSF), and relative slippages between the CSF and embedded limbic steel frame (ELSF) were discussed in detail. The test results show that the load bearing capacity and ductility of the test wall are both favorable with a displacement ductility factor of more than 3.7. The normal and shear stresses in the CSF except for the compression end are far smaller than the yield stresses throughout the test procedure. Certain slippages of about 1.13 mm occurs between the CSF and ELSF on the compression side of the test wall, while almost no slippages occurs on the tension side. The seismic performance of the test wall is favorable and the new-type scheme of the horizontal joints is both feasible and reliable. 展开更多

An experimental investigation was conducted to study the performance of precast beam-column concrete connections using T-section steel inserts into the concrete beam and joint core,under reversed cyclic loading.Six 2/3-scale interior beam-column subassemblies,one monolithic concrete specimen and five precast concrete specimens were tested.One precast specimen was a simple connection for a gravity load resistant design.Other precast specimens were developed with different attributes to improve their seismic performance.The test results showed that the performance of the monolithic specimen M1 represented ductile seismic behavior.Failure of columns and joints could be prevented,and the failure of the frame occurred at the flexural plastic hinge formation at the beam ends,close to the column faces.For the precast specimens,the splitting crack along the longitudinal lapped splice was a major failure.The precast P5 specimen with double steel T-section inserts showed better seismic performance compared to the other precast models.However,the dowel bars connected to the steel inserts were too short to develop a bond.The design of the precast concrete beams with lap splice is needed for longer lap lengths and should be done at the beam mid span or at the low flexural stress region. 展开更多

Since most current seismic capacity evaluations of reinforced concrete (RC) frame structures are implemented by either static pushover analysis (PA) or dynamic time history analysis, with diverse settings of the plastic hinges (PHs) on such main structural components as columns, beams and walls, the complex behavior of shear failure at beam-column joints (BCJs) during major earthquakes is commonly neglected. This study proposes new nonlinear PA procedures that consider shear failure at BCJs and seek to assess the actual damage to RC structures. Based on the specifications of FEMA-356, a simplified joint model composed of two nonlinear cross struts placed diagonally over the location of the plastic hinge is established, allowing a sophisticated PA to be performed. To verify the validity of this method, the analytical results for the capacity curves and the failure mechanism derived from three different full-size RC frames are compared with the experimental measurements. By considering shear failure at BCJs, the proposed nonlinear analytical procedures can be used to estimate the structural behavior of RC frames, including seismic capacity and the progressive failure sequence of joints, in a precise and effective manner. 展开更多

To study the seismic performance and load-transferring mechanism of an innovative precast shear wall(IPSW) involving vertical joints, an experimental investigation and theoretical analysis were successively conducted on two test walls. The test results confirm the feasibility of the novel joints as well as the favorable seismic performance of the walls, even though certain optimization measures should be taken to improve the ductility. The load-transferring mechanism subsequently is theoretically investigated based on the experimental study. The theoretical results show the load-transferring route of the novel joints is concise and definite. During the elastic stage, the vertical shear stress in the connecting steel frame(CSF) distributes uniformly; and each high-strength bolt(HSB)primarily delivers vertical shear force. However, the stress in the CSF redistributes when the walls develop into the elastic-plastic stage. At the ultimate state, the vertical shear stress and horizontal normal stress in the CSF distribute linearly; and the HSBs at both ends of the CSF transfer the maximum shear forces. 展开更多

This paper analyses the seismic performance of exterior beam-column joints strengthened with unconventional reinforcement detailing. The beam-column joint specimens were tested with reverse cyclic loading applied at the beam end. The samples were divided into two groups based on the joint reinforcement detailing. The first group (Group A) of three non-ductility specimens had joint detailing in accordance with the construction code of practice in India IS456-2000, and the second group (Group B) of three ductility specimens had joint reinforcement detailed as per IS13920-1993, with similar axial load cases as the first group. The experimental studies are proven with the analytical studies carried out by finite element models using ANSYS. The results show that the hysteresis simulation is satisfactory for both un-strengthened and ferrocement strengthened specimens. Furthermore, when ferrocement strengthening is employed, the strengthened beam-column joints exhibit better structural performance than the un-strengthened specimens of about 31.56% and 38.98 for DD-T1 and DD-T2 respectively. The analytical shear strength predictions were in line with the test results reported in the literature, thus adding confidence to the validity of the proposed models. 展开更多

为研究节段预制拼装综合管廊承插式接头扭转力学性能,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立预制拼装管廊节段与土体纵向三维模型,对管廊正向扭转与反向扭转进行模拟,分析管廊扭转承插式接头应力分布规律,得到管廊承插式接头扭矩随横向差异沉降变化... 为研究节段预制拼装综合管廊承插式接头扭转力学性能,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立预制拼装管廊节段与土体纵向三维模型,对管廊正向扭转与反向扭转进行模拟,分析管廊扭转承插式接头应力分布规律,得到管廊承插式接头扭矩随横向差异沉降变化规律及管廊横向极限差异沉降量。研究结果表明:管廊节段正向扭转与反向扭转沉降量相同时,承插式接头应力、最大主应力与切应力分布规律基本相同。管廊扭转接头插口端侧壁应力较大,接头顶底板中间与腋角处应力较小,接头最大主应力集中在承口端侧壁距顶板外侧1 m处与插口端顶底板,接头切应力在顶底板中间与侧壁中间最小,向两侧逐渐增大至腋角处切应力最大。管廊承插式接头横向极限差异沉降为1.2 mm,管廊插口端极限扭矩与采用箱型截面计算的结果相差不大,工程实际中可采用箱型截面对管廊插口端抗扭设计。研究结果为预制拼装管廊安全运营提供科学依据。 展开更多

套筒灌浆连接是预制混凝土框架结构中应用较广泛的连接方式。开展了6个套筒灌浆连接预制混凝土柱接头的抗剪试验,主要研究了轴压比(0,0.2,0.4,0.6)、混凝土强度等级(C30,C40,C50)对柱接头斜截面抗剪性能影响。研究表明:所有试件接头均... 套筒灌浆连接是预制混凝土框架结构中应用较广泛的连接方式。开展了6个套筒灌浆连接预制混凝土柱接头的抗剪试验,主要研究了轴压比(0,0.2,0.4,0.6)、混凝土强度等级(C30,C40,C50)对柱接头斜截面抗剪性能影响。研究表明:所有试件接头均发生斜截面剪切破坏,且斜截面破坏发生时接缝界面保持完好;柱接头抗剪承载力随着混凝土强度、轴压比的提高而增大;在轴压比0.4下,与C40试件相比,C30试件的抗剪承载力降低14%,C50试件的抗剪承载力提高13%;混凝土强度等级为C40时,轴压比为0,0.2试件的抗剪承载力分别比轴压比为0.4试件降低17%,8%,轴压比为0.6试件的抗剪承载力比轴压比为0.4试件提高7%;预制柱接头的初始刚度随轴压比的增大而增大。最后,基于试验结果,对中国GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》(2015年版)、欧洲规范《Eurocode 2:Design of Concrete Structures》中混凝土柱接头斜截面抗剪承载力计算公式进行了评价。 展开更多

目的 研究预制柱纵筋间距放大后装配整体式T型节点和十字型节点的抗震性能,为工程设计提供依据。方法 对5个足尺梁柱节点试件进行低周往复荷载试验,通过对比各试件的滞回曲线、骨架曲线和位移延性等,研究了节点类型、柱纵筋间距和轴压... 目的 研究预制柱纵筋间距放大后装配整体式T型节点和十字型节点的抗震性能,为工程设计提供依据。方法 对5个足尺梁柱节点试件进行低周往复荷载试验,通过对比各试件的滞回曲线、骨架曲线和位移延性等,研究了节点类型、柱纵筋间距和轴压比对梁柱节点抗震性能的影响。结果 装配式节点均发生梁端弯曲破坏,预制柱和节点核心区未见明显破坏,破坏主要是预制梁端底部纵筋屈服和梁端底部混凝土压碎脱落;楼板加强了叠合梁的抗负弯矩能力,叠合梁上部现浇混凝土和预制混凝土交界面出现明显的水平剪切裂缝;柱纵筋间距放大后,与对比试件相比,T型节点的承载力提高了9.2%,十字型节点的承载力提高了1.3%。结论 柱纵筋间距放大试件的延性和耗能能力与对比试件相差不大,柱纵筋间距放大对梁柱节点的抗震性能影响不大;十字型节点和T型节点位移延性系数相差不大。 展开更多

采用钢管榫卯节点连接的节段预制拼装桥墩抗震性能研究

为分析钢管榫卯节点连接构造对节段预制拼装桥墩抗震性能的影响,以福建省某互通立交桥匝道桥为背景进行研究。首先进行钢管榫卯节点连接的足尺节段预制拼装桥墩试设计,采用MIDAS Civil软件建立实桥模型,对试设计的足尺节段预制拼装桥墩... 为分析钢管榫卯节点连接构造对节段预制拼装桥墩抗震性能的影响,以福建省某互通立交桥匝道桥为背景进行研究。首先进行钢管榫卯节点连接的足尺节段预制拼装桥墩试设计,采用MIDAS Civil软件建立实桥模型,对试设计的足尺节段预制拼装桥墩开展静力承载力验算;然后按1∶3.75比例缩尺,设计、制作1根整体现浇桥墩(RC)试件和1根钢管榫卯节点连接的节段预制拼装桥墩(PSBP-MTJ)试件,开展拟静力试验;最后对比分析两试件的破坏模式、滞回曲线、骨架曲线与延性、累积滞回耗能、刚度退化与残余位移。结果表明:两试件的破坏模式类似,均为整体压弯型破坏,PSBP-MTJ试件塑性铰区因墩底灌浆套筒的存在而上移;两试件滞回曲线饱满无捏缩,耗能能力相当;PSBP-MTJ试件水平承载能力较RC试件提高约19%;PSBP-MTJ试件的拼装节段之间无剪切滑移出现,预应力筋延缓了其刚度退化,显著提高了其自复位性能,其残余位移仅为RC试件的67%,且残余位移与最大位移比值显著小于未采用无粘结预应力筋连接试件。 展开更多

装配式混凝土墙板新型键槽接缝受剪性能研究

为研究适用于低多层装配式混凝土(PC)墙板的新型键槽接缝界面的受剪性能,设计并制作2组共8个键槽式接缝连接的PC墙板试件,开展单向推剪加载试验和扩展参数数值分析,分别探讨轴压比、结合面砂浆强度及键槽构造形式等因素对键槽界面受剪... 为研究适用于低多层装配式混凝土(PC)墙板的新型键槽接缝界面的受剪性能,设计并制作2组共8个键槽式接缝连接的PC墙板试件,开展单向推剪加载试验和扩展参数数值分析,分别探讨轴压比、结合面砂浆强度及键槽构造形式等因素对键槽界面受剪性能的影响;提出新型键槽接缝界面的受剪承载力计算公式,并构建键槽接缝界面的剪力-滑移模型。研究结果表明:轴压比对接缝破坏形态和受剪承载力均具有显著影响,增大轴压比后,裂缝发展更为充分,局部混凝土出现剥落甚至压溃,接缝的受剪承载力与轴压比近似呈线性关系。提高结合面砂浆强度可较大幅度地提升接缝的受剪承载力,对比普通填充砂浆,采用高强砂浆连接试件的受剪承载力提高了57.2%。合理的键槽界面构造可有效提高接缝的受剪承载力,相较于传统的平直缝界面,深度为50 mm、倾斜倒角为11.3°的键槽界面的受剪承载力提升了16.5%。本文所提公式受剪承载力计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,所提模型能准确预测键槽界面的受剪行为。 展开更多

为掌握带UHPC接缝的桥面板受弯状态下的力学特点,进一步探究UHPC接缝的合理宽度及在接缝宽度相同情况下,不同接缝截面形式、钢筋搭接形式对带UHPC接缝的桥面板抗弯性能影响,设计制作了一块现浇整体板和3块不同湿接缝构造的UHPC预制桥面... 为掌握带UHPC接缝的桥面板受弯状态下的力学特点,进一步探究UHPC接缝的合理宽度及在接缝宽度相同情况下,不同接缝截面形式、钢筋搭接形式对带UHPC接缝的桥面板抗弯性能影响,设计制作了一块现浇整体板和3块不同湿接缝构造的UHPC预制桥面板,并分别进行四点弯曲试验评估接缝处抗弯性能,对荷载-跨中位移曲线、荷载-主裂缝宽度曲线、混凝土荷载-拉应变曲线、混凝土荷载-压应变曲线、荷载-受拉钢筋应变曲线、极限抗弯承载能力、裂缝发展状况展开相关研究。结果表明:由于UHPC优异的力学性能,4组试验板的荷载-跨中挠度曲线基本相近,带UHPC接缝的桥面板极限承载力优于整体板;接缝宽度、钢筋连接方式相同的情况下,漏斗形或楔形接缝截面形式不会影响预制桥面板的极限承载力,彼此刚度差异不大;在保证桥面板整体性和承载力的前提下,预制桥面板UHPC湿接缝可减小为15 cm宽;UHPC接缝连接的整体性良好,不会影响现浇接缝区段及连接界面的抗拉性能,带UHPC接缝的预制拼装桥面板的初始裂缝和主裂缝均位于普通混凝土区域,UHPC的高弹性模量使得接缝区域局部刚度提高,相较于接缝周围混凝土区域,接缝处的受压区混凝土压应变与受拉区钢筋的拉应变都较小,接缝区域未出现裂缝,UHPC湿接缝与混凝土预制板界面处的裂缝扩展速度缓慢。 展开更多

结合钢筋混凝土结构和钢结构的优势,设计一种型钢-螺栓-后浇混凝土装配式剪力墙型钢混合连接。基于ABAQUS有限元软件建立混合连接的剪力墙模型,探究低周往复荷载作用下该混合连接预制剪力墙的受力性能,主要分析模型的破坏形态、受力机... 结合钢筋混凝土结构和钢结构的优势,设计一种型钢-螺栓-后浇混凝土装配式剪力墙型钢混合连接。基于ABAQUS有限元软件建立混合连接的剪力墙模型,探究低周往复荷载作用下该混合连接预制剪力墙的受力性能,主要分析模型的破坏形态、受力机制、变形曲线、特征承载力等,并扩展分析了材料强度、轴压比、连接件数量、型钢截面高度等参数对模型受力性能影响。结果表明:装配式剪力墙破坏形态为压弯破坏,破坏时钢连接件仍保持完整,符合“强连接,弱墙肢”的基本设计理念;装配式剪力墙具有较好的承载力、延性和刚度;轴压比对结构承载力影响显著,型钢混合连接间距的增大能有效提升剪力墙延性。建立了型钢混合连接抗剪需求承载力计算模型和公式,并与国内外规范计算值对比分析,公式计算值和BS EN 1992欧洲规范计算值分别与模拟值的误差在15%和20%以内,均可用于型钢混合连接剪力墙竖缝受剪承载力设计参考。 展开更多

针对预制装配式桥梁中桥面板湿接缝处的受力特点和现有接缝构造形式,提出一种以预埋波形钢板为底模的超高性能混凝土(Ultra-High Performance Concrete,UHPC)免模板湿接缝构造形式,解决接缝现场支模问题。为研究新型接缝的力学性能,设计... 针对预制装配式桥梁中桥面板湿接缝处的受力特点和现有接缝构造形式,提出一种以预埋波形钢板为底模的超高性能混凝土(Ultra-High Performance Concrete,UHPC)免模板湿接缝构造形式,解决接缝现场支模问题。为研究新型接缝的力学性能,设计了5片试验梁,以钢纤维含量为试验参数,开展四点弯曲全过程抗弯性能试验。结果表明:各试验梁主裂缝均位于预制段,发生弯曲破坏,接缝段未产生较大破坏;提高钢纤维含量可以增强UHPC-NC(Normal Concrete)界面黏结,提升接缝的抗裂性能,但对结构的抗弯承载力影响较小;钢纤维含量为1.0%的免模板接缝梁抗裂性能仅次于UHPC整体梁,同时具有结构简单、施工简化、造价经济等优点,说明该接缝构造形式运用于实际工程中是可行和可靠的;UHPC钢纤维含量建议取1.0%。 展开更多

SMA绞线预制梁-柱自复位耗能节点数值研究与参数优化

为了提高预制混凝土框架的抗震能力并控制震后残余变形,提出了一种新型的混合自复位预制混凝土梁柱节点(self-centring precast concrete beam-column connection,SC-PCBCC),其中采用了旋转摩擦阻尼器(rotational friction hinge damper... 为了提高预制混凝土框架的抗震能力并控制震后残余变形,提出了一种新型的混合自复位预制混凝土梁柱节点(self-centring precast concrete beam-column connection,SC-PCBCC),其中采用了旋转摩擦阻尼器(rotational friction hinge damper,RFHD)和形状记忆合金(shape memory alloy,SMA)并联的结构。重点探讨了使用SMA绞线控制的自复位装置对SC-PCBCC进行改进。首先,介绍了SC-PCBCC的结构和工作原理;其次验证对比了1.0%、1.5%、2%和2.0%预应变下的超弹性1×7 SMA绞线、RFHD和SC-PCBCC的有限元模型,并进行了初步验证。研究结果表明,该节点具有较高的刚度、承载力、耗能能力以及较好的复位性能;最后对SC-PCBCC中SMA绞线的关键参数:SMA绞线预应变、直径和长度进行了参数分析,以优化其抗震性能。建议SC-PCBCC使用的SMA绞线初始预应变、直径和长度范围分别为1.5%~2.0%、15~18 mm和175~205 mm,以实现SC-PCBCC的优异承载性能、能量耗散和自复位性能。此外,节点中的SMA绞线和RFHD可在震后快速更换,实现高效灾后修复。总体而言,所提出的SC-PCBCC表现出了卓越的减震能力、自复位能力和可修复性。 展开更多

Precast reinforced concrete buildings have been well received in some seismic zones worldwide due to advantages such as the ease and the speed of implementation,and the possibility of working in inappropriate atmospheric conditions.In this research,seismic fragility curves were developed for precast concrete frames with a cast-in-situ concrete shear-wall,concerning the important issues of modeling the precast beam-column joints,construction quality,and soil type effects.For this purpose,the incremental dynamic analysis(IDA)was conducted for three-dimensional models of 3-,5-,and 8-story buildings under two record sets corresponding to soil types C and D of the NEHRP code.Beam-column joints were modeled using nonlinear rotational springs with rigid links with respect to the finite size of the joint panel.Results demonstrate that the Weibull distribution can be fitted to the damage state capacities better than the lognormal distribution at the intensities that are more than one standard deviation away from the median damage capacity.The seismic vulnerability of precast structures increases at all damage states as the height of the building increases.It is also observed that soil type has almost no considerable effect on the fragility curve parameters for all damage states considered herein. 展开更多
