[Objective] The aim was to study the current situation and protection countermeasures of wild plant resources in Xishuangbanna National Nature Reserve. [Method] The current situation of wild plant resources in Xishuangbanna National Nature Reserve was researched by means of route survey, sample plot survey and literature survey, and then the main impact factors of wild plant resources were analyzed by using participatory rural appraisal and problem tree analysis, finally protection countermeasures were put forward according to current situation and main impact factors. [Result] There were 2 779 species of vascular plants belonging to 214 families and 1 012 genera (including subfamilies and varieties) in Xishuangbanna National Nature Reserve, among them, there existed 261 species of pteridophyte belonging to 41 families and 91 genera, 14 species of gymnosperm belonging to 6 families and 6 genera, and 2 504 species of angiosperm belonging to 167 families and 915 genera. Wild plant resources in reserve were mainly affected by planting under forest, habitat fragmentation, cutting trees, collection and utilization of no-timber products, development of animal husbandry, insufficient recognition of community residents to reserve management establishment and lots of floating population. In the future, wild plant resources in reserve could be protected through strengthening propaganda, education and management, enforcing the law strictly and other countermeasures. [Conclusion] The study could provide theoretical foundation for the protection of wild plant resources in Xishuangbanna National Nature Reserve. 展开更多

The Dajiu Lake is an important subtropical alpine wetland in central China. In May of 2019,an ecological investigation was conducted on water quality and aquatic organisms(phytoplankton, zooplankton and zoobenthos)of the Dajiu Lake in Shennongjia forest region. The results showed that parameters of water quality in No.5 and No.9 sub lakes of the Dajiu Lake corresponded with standard of class II water of the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002),while other sub lakes corresponded with standard of class III water.Diversity indexes of phytoplankton and zooplankton ranged from 2.0 to 3.0,and there were two families(Chironomidae and Libellulidae Rambur)of one phylum(Arthropoda)in zoobenthos.Comprehensive health index of entropy weight was used to evaluate water ecological status of the Dajiu Lake, and water quality of No.5,No.8 and No.9 sub lakes was in a healthy status, while other sub lakes were in sub-health status. Finally, corresponding countermeasures were proposed according to protection needs of the Dajiu Lake. 展开更多

In recent years, the protection of PSESP has gradually become a hot issue in biodiversity research.Through the investigation and analysis of PSESP in Xinjiang,it is shown that:①there are 75 species of PSESP in Xinjiang, including 22 species of trees,18 species of shrubs and 35 species of herbs. The habitats are mainly in extremely cold, extremely dry or extremely narrow conditions such as snow line, desert, mountain, wetland and so on.②53 species(70.67%)are listed as national or autonomous region protected plants, and 22 species of PSESP are not listed in the protection;there are 70 species of PSESP listed in the red list, accounting for 93.33%.③The PSESP in Xinjiang are mainly distributed in the Altai Mountains, western Tianshan Mountains,Pamir Plateau and Karakoram Mountains;they are distributed in all kinds of nature reserves, forest parks, wetland parks and other natural ecological protection areas in Xinjiang.Ammopiptanthus nanus(M.Pop.)Cheng F.,Cistanche tubulosa(Schenk)Wight,Calligonum roborovskii A.Los.and Prunus cerasifera Ehrhart have not been found in the literature, indicating that they are distributed in protected areas. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the conservation of biodiversity in Xinjiang, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the protection of PSESP. 展开更多

[Objective] The study aimed at assessing the ecological security of Red River basin in Guangxi. [Method] Firstly, the ecological security assessment index system of Red River basin was established based on the framework of "pressure-state-response" model, and index information of ecological security assessment was extracted by using RS and GIS technology; afterwards, the ecological security of Red River basin was divided into five grades according to ecological security index, and the distribution and characteristics of ecological security at various levels were analyzed; finally, the measures to maintain the ecological security of Red River basin were put forward on the basis of problems in ecological security. [Result] Most areas of Red River basin in Guangxi were in generally safe state, especially Lingyun County, Fengshan County, Du'an County, Dahua County, Shanglin County, Binyang County, Guiping City, etc., and the area accounted for 74.25% of total area; next came safer state (12.74%), the regions in the two states above were the most important environmental areas of Red River basin. The ecological security problems of Red River basin were mainly related to fragile ecological environment, lagging economic development, rapid population growth, excessive development and utilization of natural resources and so forth. [Conclusion] The research could provide scientific references for the rational development and utilization of land resources, protection and construction of ecological environment in Red River basin. 展开更多
