Based on the four dimensions of PCK,this paper investigates the professional development of rural PE teachers in Huaiji County by using the research methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.Based on PCK related theories,this paper analyzes the current situation of professional development of rural PE teachers in Huaiji County,explores the problems existing in the process of professional development,and provides an optimal path for the professional development of rural PE teachers,so as to improve the teaching ability and classroom quality of rural PE teachers,and promote the further development of rural PE education under the background of new curriculum reform.Through the research,it is found that the shortcomings of rural PE teachers are:lack of situational knowledge;lack of understanding of the course content;not flexible use of teaching representation;low ability to identify the differences of students learning styles;lack of understanding of social environment,etc. 展开更多

Based on the theoretical perspective of educational ecology,the basic situation of professional development of rural physical education teachers in Deqing County and the restricting factors in the process of professional development were investigated and analyzed by using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistic analysis,aiming to find out the problems existing in the professional development of rural physical education teachers in Deqing County.The targeted optimization strategies were explored,so as to achieve the effects of enriching the research theory of professional development of rural physical education teachers,improving the quality of physical education in rural schools,inheriting excellent rural sports culture,driving the development of rural mass sports,promoting the construction of rural material and spiritual civilization,and improving the quality of rural human capital.According to the research,the gender structure of rural physical education teachers in Deqing County was unreasonable;the teachers were undertaken heavy teaching task;there was a shortage of highly educated people;some teachers lacked understanding and attention to the connotation of professional development;the teachers had insufficient knowledge of educational science;teachers’sense of responsibility needed to be strengthened;schools did not pay enough attention to teachers’continuing education and training,and teachers were less satisfied with training. 展开更多

Purpose This study elucidates the rationale,implementation,values,and challenges of the Synergized Quality Improvement Program in Teacher Education(SQIPTE)—the first policy specifically dedicated to the development of teaching staff since the founding of the People's Republic of China.Design/Approach/Methods After introducing the primary structure and rationale of the SQIPTE,this study reviews the existing data and research to explain why the program focuses on local normal colleges and determine how it could be implemented more effectively.Findings In establishing group-based assistance under the principle of“1+M+N”(M≥N),the SQIPTE seeks to make normal colleges the primary force in the education of rural teachers and explores a collaborative operating mechanism to this end.Evidence suggests that this innovative program will provide new practical experience for the collaborative development and quality improvement of teachers.Originality/Value This study reviews the SQIPTE as a new Chinese intervention to improve the quality of rural teachers.There is strong evidence to suggest that this innovative program will inspire the construction of collaborative operating mechanisms incorporating multiple resources for teacher education systems across different areas. 展开更多

提升农村幼儿园教师地位认同是农村幼儿园教师“下得去、留得住、教得好”的关键路径。本研究基于课题组对10省22县(市)农村幼儿园教师的调查数据分析发现,我国农村幼儿园教师普遍缺乏主观社会地位认同,75.36%的教师认为自身社会地位处... 提升农村幼儿园教师地位认同是农村幼儿园教师“下得去、留得住、教得好”的关键路径。本研究基于课题组对10省22县(市)农村幼儿园教师的调查数据分析发现,我国农村幼儿园教师普遍缺乏主观社会地位认同,75.36%的教师认为自身社会地位处于中层及以下。描述统计表明,农村幼儿园教师地位认同在年龄段、婚姻状况、职称、编制身份、行政职务、有无教师资格证、是否为师范专业毕业等方面存在显著差异。本研究采用线性回归分析及夏普里值分解法探究农村幼儿园教师地位认同的影响因素及因素贡献率,发现经济收入、职业发展、尊师氛围和工作量四个维度的13个变量对农村幼儿园教师地位认同有显著影响作用,四个维度影响因素贡献率存在差异,其中经济收入是影响作用最大的维度。为提升农村幼儿园教师地位认同,应从提高经济收入、促进职业发展、营造尊师重教氛围、减轻过重工作负担方面综合发力。 展开更多

县域城乡师资均衡配置是义务教育优质均衡发展的重点,也是难点。网络研修为突破这一难点提供了数字化战略选择。如何推进县域城乡教师网络研修,是县域义务教育数字化转型不得不面对的问题,必须予以高度重视。县域城乡教师网络研修主要... 县域城乡师资均衡配置是义务教育优质均衡发展的重点,也是难点。网络研修为突破这一难点提供了数字化战略选择。如何推进县域城乡教师网络研修,是县域义务教育数字化转型不得不面对的问题,必须予以高度重视。县域城乡教师网络研修主要存在区域常规式网络研修、名师引领式网络研修和校际协同式网络研修三种样态。县域城乡教师网络研修“形象”虽已数字化,但“灵魂”依旧停留在工业化阶段,整体上还是依附于原有的教师研修体制机制,沿用了传统教师研修的方式、方法。数字化与工业化的矛盾引发了县域城乡教师网络研修的诸多困境。破解困境的根本出路在于实施供给改革,由原来的供给驱动转变为需求驱动;关键在于统筹规划,以教学实践为核心构建“教—研—训”一体化研修体系;落脚点在于以方法创新推进数字技术与教师研修深度融合。 展开更多
