Objective:This article summarizes the experience in the prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic in non-isolated areas in a general hospital.Methods:Based on refined management theory,we pr...Objective:This article summarizes the experience in the prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic in non-isolated areas in a general hospital.Methods:Based on refined management theory,we professionally developed the standards for prevention and control of COVID-19 in non-isolated areas,systematically implemented various prevention and control measures,performed gridding audits,effectively communicated among teams and between medical staff and patients assisted by information techniques,and reported results for quality improvement.Results:There was no hospital-acquired COVID-19 infections among staff in the hospital.The rates of mask-wearing,epidemiological history screening,and the medical supplies disinfection were all 100%in the hospital.The accuracy rate of mask-wearing of patients and their families was 73.79%and the compliance rate of their hand hygiene was 40.78%.Conclusion:Refined management strategies for the prevention and control of COVID-19 infection in non-isolated areas of the general hospital are effective.The accuracy rate of mask-wearing and hand hygiene compliance of patients and their families need to be further improved.展开更多
Objective:To evaluate the application value of a refined quality control management model for a sterilization supply center.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the work situation of the sterilization sup...Objective:To evaluate the application value of a refined quality control management model for a sterilization supply center.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the work situation of the sterilization supply center from January 2021 to January 2023.The work situation before January 31,2022,was classified as the control group;a routine quality control management model was implemented,and the work situation after January 31,2022,was classified as the observation group.The quality of medical device management and department satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The timely recovery and supply rate,classification and cleaning pass rate,disinfection pass rate,packaging pass rate,sterilization pass rate,and department satisfaction score in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing a refined quality control management model in the sterilization supply center can improve the quality management level of medical devices and department satisfaction and is worthy of promotion.展开更多
In this paper,we propose an iterative,problem-and task-driven refined classroom management method for informatization teaching,dubbed Rcm2IT,based on data analysis of students’learning process.More specifically,Rcm2I...In this paper,we propose an iterative,problem-and task-driven refined classroom management method for informatization teaching,dubbed Rcm2IT,based on data analysis of students’learning process.More specifically,Rcm2IT firstly classifies the teaching resources and elements in the unit of classroom sections,and designs the corresponding fine-grained templates and examples of teaching elements.Meanwhile,Rcm2IT divides students into different levels according to their previous classroom performance,and teaches students at different levels according to their aptitude.Finally,we implement the refined classroom management and assessment of students’learning process via our customized precise micro classroom platform(PMcP)based on the previous two stages.The designed PMcP can carry out real-time analysis and teaching evaluation,objectively and accurately measure and feedback the students’learning results,further iteratively optimize the teaching objectives.The course practice in“digital image processing”shows that Rcm2IT can not only support teachers to dynamically adjust the teaching content,but also teach students according to their aptitude,and improve the teaching quality and efficiency.展开更多
Objective:To strengthen the standardized management of hospital medical consumables,combined with national policies and regulations,to explore the access process of medical consumables in line with hospital process ma...Objective:To strengthen the standardized management of hospital medical consumables,combined with national policies and regulations,to explore the access process of medical consumables in line with hospital process management.Methods:By formulating the management system of medical consumables,establishing medical consumables applied through different channels,adopting appropriate audit standards and optimizing different application processes,we can better refine the management of consumables access.Results:The establishment of the standard can well cover the access audit of all medical consumables to be admitted to the hospital.Conclusion:By strengthening the audit of medical consumables before entering the hospital,the access principle of medical consumables is well standardized,the repeated admission of medical consumables is reduced,and the unnecessary admission of medical consumables is avoided.展开更多
