[Objectives]Based on the related literature of benefit finding in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),this paper analyzes the research status,hot spots and trends in this field.[Methods]To search for the rel...[Objectives]Based on the related literature of benefit finding in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),this paper analyzes the research status,hot spots and trends in this field.[Methods]To search for the related literature on benefit finding in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and use Citespace software to visually analyze the number of papers,authors,institutions and keywords.[Results]A total of 204 related papers were obtained,and the annual number of published papers showed a gradual increasing trend.The authors of published papers were represented by Zhang Fenglan,Liu Zhunzhun and Zhang Ting,and the Nursing College of Anhui Medical University published the most papers.The research focus was on social support,coping method and other influencing factors,and qualitative research was the main research type.The key population was breast cancer,stroke patients and their caregivers,and the development trend focused on reliability and validity test and correlation analysis.[Conclusions]The field of benefit finding in China is in the initial exploration stage,and there is little cooperation and exchange between authors and institutions.In the future,academic exchanges and multidisciplinary assistance should be strengthened to promote the rapid development of this field.展开更多

BACKGROUND The lack of specific symptoms of gastric cancer(GC)causes great challenges in its early diagnosis.Thus it is essential to identify the risk factors for early diagnosis and treatment of GC and to improve the...BACKGROUND The lack of specific symptoms of gastric cancer(GC)causes great challenges in its early diagnosis.Thus it is essential to identify the risk factors for early diagnosis and treatment of GC and to improve the survival rates.AIM To assist physicians in identifying changes in the output of publications and research hotspots related to risk factors for GC,constructing a list of key risk factors,and providing a reference for early identification of patients at high risk for GC.METHODS Research articles on risk factors for GC were searched in the Web of Science core collection,and relevant information was extracted after screening.The literature was analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2019,CiteSpace V,and VOSviewer 1.6.18.RESULTS A total of 2514 papers from 72 countries and 2507 research institutions were retrieved.China(n=1061),National Cancer Center(n=138),and Shoichiro Tsugane(n=36)were the most productive country,institution,or author,respectively.The research hotspots in the study of risk factors for GC are summarized in four areas,namely:Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection,single nucleotide polymorphism,bio-diagnostic markers,and GC risk prediction models.CONCLUSION In this study,we found that H.pylori infection is the most significant risk factor for GC;single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)is the most dominant genetic factor for GC;bio-diagnostic markers are the most promising diagnostic modality for GC.GC risk prediction models are the latest current research hotspot.We conclude that the most important risk factors for the development of GC are H.pylori infection,SNP,smoking,diet,and alcohol.展开更多
Coconut oil contains a rich amount of medium-chain fatty acids,including lauric acid,decanoic acid,and octanoic acid,as well as the corresponding medium-chain triglycerides.It possesses functional attributes such as f...Coconut oil contains a rich amount of medium-chain fatty acids,including lauric acid,decanoic acid,and octanoic acid,as well as the corresponding medium-chain triglycerides.It possesses functional attributes such as facile digestion and absorption,as well as antibacterial and antioxidant properties.The study utilized the Citespace and VOSviewer visual analysis software to examine the quantity of published papers,authors,publishing institutions,research hotspots and frontiers of 3442 effective literatures on the theme of"coconut oil"in the Web of Science(WoS)Core Collection database.The research on coconut oil can be condensed into four primary sections:(1)investigation and utilization of physiochemical characteristics of coconut oil,(2)analysis of nutritional composition and study of the effectiveness of coconut oil,(3)identification of adulteration in coconut oil,(4)evaluation of the impact of coconut oil as a dietary supplement on animal metabolism.Additionally,research focal points have evolved in three distinct phases.Prior to 2008,numerous studies were conducted to investigate the precise fatty acid makeup of coconut oil and its potential for lowering cholesterol levels.From 2009 to 2016,significant emphasis was placed on examining the impact of coconut oil on methane production in ruminants.Between 2018 to 2023,the main focus will be on investigating how nanoparticles can alter the properties of coconut oil.In the future,the anticipated research areas of interest are expected to focus on the rapid detection method of coconut oil,the efficacy of coconut oil and the advancement of coconut resources.The objective of this review is to provide researchers with relevant information about coconut oil,aiming to foster the continued growth of the coconut oil industry.展开更多

BACKGROUND:The high morbidity,high mortality and low survival rate of cardiac arrest(CA)cause a heavy global burden.We aimed to analyze the changes in scientific output related to CA over the past two decades.METHODS:...BACKGROUND:The high morbidity,high mortality and low survival rate of cardiac arrest(CA)cause a heavy global burden.We aimed to analyze the changes in scientific output related to CA over the past two decades.METHODS:We analyzed the scientific output related to CA from 2000 to 2020 via the Web of Science.The data were analyzed using CiteSpace software.RESULTS:In total,28,312 articles relating to CA were identified in the Web of Science.The volume of scientific research output in the field of global CA research was mainly distributed in the Americas,Europe and Asia,covering a wide range.Of the 28,312 articles,the research content of the highly cited literature mainly focused on CA,mild hypothermia treatment,and prognosis of CA patients.CONCLUSION:Various scientific methods were applied to reveal scientific productivity,collaboration,and research hotspots in the CA research field.Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO),survival and target temperature management are research hotspots.Future research on CA will continue to focus on its treatment and prognosis to improve the survival rate of CA patients.展开更多
Background:The main points of focus of bibliometric analysis of acupuncture treatment of diseases include pain(headache,low back pain),insomnia,and knee osteoarthritis,for example.In this paper,we analyze the frontier...Background:The main points of focus of bibliometric analysis of acupuncture treatment of diseases include pain(headache,low back pain),insomnia,and knee osteoarthritis,for example.In this paper,we analyze the frontiers,hotspots,and research trends of acupuncture over the past 30 years and compare them for each of three 10-year periods.Methods:All the studies on acupuncture research in three different periods(1990–1999,2000–2009,2010–2019)were collected from the Web of Science database.The evolution of the research,hotspots,and trends in acupuncture were explored intuitively by analyzing the frequency,betweenness centrality,and subject word clustering of the three periods.Results:(1)1990–1999,the main content relating to research was the mechanism of research of acupuncture treatment of pain.Naloxone was the high-frequency subject word,and centrality included,for example,the spinal cord,enkephalin,smoking cessation,and detoxification.The results of keyword cluster analysis showed that the main research content included capsaicin-induced neurogenic edema,chemical dependency treatment,afferent fiber,and sufferers from xerostomia.(2)2000–2009,during this stage,the frequency of keywords appeared in new research content such as randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and low back pain,but pain still dominated the main research content.From the perspective of intermediary centrality,along with the rise in randomized controlled trials,there were many important meta-analyses,as well as the management of acupuncture treatment.The main elements of the keyword cluster analysis included,for example,systematic review,randomized controlled pilot study,add-on therapy,brief overview,and ovarian morphology.(3)2010–2019,during this period,compared with the previous two stages,there was increased frequency of keywords,a growth in clinical randomized controlled trials,and distribution of centrality was evident in the emergence of acupuncture in care,osteoarthritis treatment,and breast cancer research.The keyword clustering covered,for example,neural specificity,inflammatory reaction,chronic pain,sleep pattern,and consort statement.Conclusion:This article summarizes the trend of development of acupuncture from 1990 to 2019 and compares the main research categories and hotspots in each of three different 10-year periods within this span,thereby helping elucidate the research direction within the field.展开更多
BACKGROUND Insulin resistance is a risk factor for metabolic syndromes and is associated with a wide variety of metabolic illnesses,including obesity,type 2 diabetes,and cardiovascular disease.AIM To investigate and m...BACKGROUND Insulin resistance is a risk factor for metabolic syndromes and is associated with a wide variety of metabolic illnesses,including obesity,type 2 diabetes,and cardiovascular disease.AIM To investigate and map global insulin resistance studies.METHODS A bibliometric methodology was applied to the literature retrieved from the Scopus database and Reference Citation Analysis(https://www.referencecitationanalysis.com)by using a validated search strategy.The study period was limited from 2002 to 2021.Bibliometric indicators and mapping were presented.RESULTS A total of 26808 articles on the topic of insulin resistance were included in the Scopus database.The articles included research articles(n=21918;81.76%),review articles(n=2641;9.85%),and letters(n=653;2.44%).During the study period,136 countries contributed to the research on insulin resistance.The highest number of articles was from the United States(n=7360;27.45%),followed by China(n=3713;13.85%),Japan(n=1730,6.45%),Italy(n=1545;5.54%),and the United Kingdom(n=1484;5.54%).The retrieved articles identified two main research themes:“inflammatory mechanisms in the regulation of insulin resistance”and“mechanisms linking obesity to insulin resistance”.CONCLUSION Our data show that insulin resistance has steadily gained interest from researchers,as evidenced by the number of citations and yearly publications.Publications have grown significantly in the last decade,while low-income countries with greater burdens continue to produce fewer publications in this field.This approach might assist researchers in choosing new research areas and recognizing research hotspots and frontiers.In the future,perhaps high-quality clinical evidence will be acquired.展开更多

Objective:To analyze the hotspots of the Orem self-care model research from the construction of CNKI database to May 2019,and to understand the research status in this field and to explore its development trend.Method...Objective:To analyze the hotspots of the Orem self-care model research from the construction of CNKI database to May 2019,and to understand the research status in this field and to explore its development trend.Methods:"Orem self-care model"was used as the search term to search CNKI database,and the Bibliographic Items Co-occurrence Matrix Builder(BICOMB)was used to perform bibliometric analysis on the annual distribution,authors,keywords,etc.in related articles,and SPSS 23.0 was utilized to cluster analysis of high-frequency keywords.Results:A total of 1845 associated articles were included.The annual change of Orem self-care model literatures showed an increasing trend and a total of 1604 first authors were extracted.Today Nurse published the most relevant literatures.The research extracted 56 high-frequency keywords,accounting for 50.88%of the total frequency.Co-word cluster analysis obtained five research hotspots:clinical application effect and patient satisfaction of Orem self-care model;self-care ability and quality of life of breast cancer patients;self-care behaviors for the elderly and community care;rehabilitation nursing of stroke and spinal cord injury;Orem self-care model,nursing theory.Conclusion:Analyzing the research hotspots of Orem self-care model in recent years is helpful to understand the current status in this field and future development trends,and provide references for future nursing clinical practice work and education and scientific research.展开更多

In order to track the footprint of groundwater science teaching and research in China during the past years, a bibliometric analysis was conducted based on the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)...In order to track the footprint of groundwater science teaching and research in China during the past years, a bibliometric analysis was conducted based on the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), which covered the time span from 1984 to present and included more than 2.6 million master and doctoral dissertations from hundreds of institutions of China's Mainland. The bibliometric analysis summarized output, geographical, and institutional patterns, as well as research directions and hotspots in groundwater studies in China in the period of 1984-2014. A total of 1 396 groundwater-related dissertations including 1 161 master dissertations and 235 doctoral dissertations, contributed by 128 institutions distributed in 53 cities nationwide, were searched out in the database. It can be seen obviously that, the groundwater science teaching and research in China has experienced a notable growth in the past three decades especially during 2000-2014. Groundwater modeling, resource, and exploitation were the top three major subject categories; China University of Geosciences(Beijing), Jilin University and Chang’an University were the top three productive institutions together accounting for more than one third of the total dissertations and 50% of the doctoral dissertations, which further prompted the cities(Beijing, Changchun, and Xi’an) to become the top three productive cities. The dissertations generally covered all the international research topics, which indicated that hydrogeologists in China have tracked the international frontier closely during the past decades. The keywords analysis revealed that,(1) numerical modeling was still the hottest topic and PHREEQC, MODFLOW, GMS, and FEFLOW were the four most used softwares;(2) the topics related with groundwater pollution and quality developed steadily and rapidly;(3) environmental isotopes and GIS were frequently used tools for hydrogeological condition analysis, and spatial data processing respectively; and(4) the unsaturated zone as an integral part of aquifers attracted more and more attentions from hydrogeologists focus on saturated zone.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND The lack of specific symptoms of gastric cancer(GC)causes great challenges in its early diagnosis.Thus it is essential to identify the risk factors for early diagnosis and treatment of GC and to improve the survival rates.AIM To assist physicians in identifying changes in the output of publications and research hotspots related to risk factors for GC,constructing a list of key risk factors,and providing a reference for early identification of patients at high risk for GC.METHODS Research articles on risk factors for GC were searched in the Web of Science core collection,and relevant information was extracted after screening.The literature was analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2019,CiteSpace V,and VOSviewer 1.6.18.RESULTS A total of 2514 papers from 72 countries and 2507 research institutions were retrieved.China(n=1061),National Cancer Center(n=138),and Shoichiro Tsugane(n=36)were the most productive country,institution,or author,respectively.The research hotspots in the study of risk factors for GC are summarized in four areas,namely:Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection,single nucleotide polymorphism,bio-diagnostic markers,and GC risk prediction models.CONCLUSION In this study,we found that H.pylori infection is the most significant risk factor for GC;single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)is the most dominant genetic factor for GC;bio-diagnostic markers are the most promising diagnostic modality for GC.GC risk prediction models are the latest current research hotspot.We conclude that the most important risk factors for the development of GC are H.pylori infection,SNP,smoking,diet,and alcohol.

文摘Coconut oil contains a rich amount of medium-chain fatty acids,including lauric acid,decanoic acid,and octanoic acid,as well as the corresponding medium-chain triglycerides.It possesses functional attributes such as facile digestion and absorption,as well as antibacterial and antioxidant properties.The study utilized the Citespace and VOSviewer visual analysis software to examine the quantity of published papers,authors,publishing institutions,research hotspots and frontiers of 3442 effective literatures on the theme of"coconut oil"in the Web of Science(WoS)Core Collection database.The research on coconut oil can be condensed into four primary sections:(1)investigation and utilization of physiochemical characteristics of coconut oil,(2)analysis of nutritional composition and study of the effectiveness of coconut oil,(3)identification of adulteration in coconut oil,(4)evaluation of the impact of coconut oil as a dietary supplement on animal metabolism.Additionally,research focal points have evolved in three distinct phases.Prior to 2008,numerous studies were conducted to investigate the precise fatty acid makeup of coconut oil and its potential for lowering cholesterol levels.From 2009 to 2016,significant emphasis was placed on examining the impact of coconut oil on methane production in ruminants.Between 2018 to 2023,the main focus will be on investigating how nanoparticles can alter the properties of coconut oil.In the future,the anticipated research areas of interest are expected to focus on the rapid detection method of coconut oil,the efficacy of coconut oil and the advancement of coconut resources.The objective of this review is to provide researchers with relevant information about coconut oil,aiming to foster the continued growth of the coconut oil industry.

文摘Greenway is an organic part of urban ecological network system,and its construction is closely related to urban ecological civilization.Urban greenway not only provides elastic space for high-density cities,but also promotes the construction of low-carbon and resilient cities,thus constantly creating ideal living environment.Through visualization analysis of 1,315 literatures on China's urban greenway included in CNKI from 1986 to the first half of 2022,the paper analyzed the published papers,research strength,research hotspots and frontier trend of China's urban greenway research based on CiteSpace,in order to provide a reference for future research of urban greenway in China.

文摘BACKGROUND:The high morbidity,high mortality and low survival rate of cardiac arrest(CA)cause a heavy global burden.We aimed to analyze the changes in scientific output related to CA over the past two decades.METHODS:We analyzed the scientific output related to CA from 2000 to 2020 via the Web of Science.The data were analyzed using CiteSpace software.RESULTS:In total,28,312 articles relating to CA were identified in the Web of Science.The volume of scientific research output in the field of global CA research was mainly distributed in the Americas,Europe and Asia,covering a wide range.Of the 28,312 articles,the research content of the highly cited literature mainly focused on CA,mild hypothermia treatment,and prognosis of CA patients.CONCLUSION:Various scientific methods were applied to reveal scientific productivity,collaboration,and research hotspots in the CA research field.Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO),survival and target temperature management are research hotspots.Future research on CA will continue to focus on its treatment and prognosis to improve the survival rate of CA patients.

文摘Background:The main points of focus of bibliometric analysis of acupuncture treatment of diseases include pain(headache,low back pain),insomnia,and knee osteoarthritis,for example.In this paper,we analyze the frontiers,hotspots,and research trends of acupuncture over the past 30 years and compare them for each of three 10-year periods.Methods:All the studies on acupuncture research in three different periods(1990–1999,2000–2009,2010–2019)were collected from the Web of Science database.The evolution of the research,hotspots,and trends in acupuncture were explored intuitively by analyzing the frequency,betweenness centrality,and subject word clustering of the three periods.Results:(1)1990–1999,the main content relating to research was the mechanism of research of acupuncture treatment of pain.Naloxone was the high-frequency subject word,and centrality included,for example,the spinal cord,enkephalin,smoking cessation,and detoxification.The results of keyword cluster analysis showed that the main research content included capsaicin-induced neurogenic edema,chemical dependency treatment,afferent fiber,and sufferers from xerostomia.(2)2000–2009,during this stage,the frequency of keywords appeared in new research content such as randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and low back pain,but pain still dominated the main research content.From the perspective of intermediary centrality,along with the rise in randomized controlled trials,there were many important meta-analyses,as well as the management of acupuncture treatment.The main elements of the keyword cluster analysis included,for example,systematic review,randomized controlled pilot study,add-on therapy,brief overview,and ovarian morphology.(3)2010–2019,during this period,compared with the previous two stages,there was increased frequency of keywords,a growth in clinical randomized controlled trials,and distribution of centrality was evident in the emergence of acupuncture in care,osteoarthritis treatment,and breast cancer research.The keyword clustering covered,for example,neural specificity,inflammatory reaction,chronic pain,sleep pattern,and consort statement.Conclusion:This article summarizes the trend of development of acupuncture from 1990 to 2019 and compares the main research categories and hotspots in each of three different 10-year periods within this span,thereby helping elucidate the research direction within the field.
文摘BACKGROUND Insulin resistance is a risk factor for metabolic syndromes and is associated with a wide variety of metabolic illnesses,including obesity,type 2 diabetes,and cardiovascular disease.AIM To investigate and map global insulin resistance studies.METHODS A bibliometric methodology was applied to the literature retrieved from the Scopus database and Reference Citation Analysis(https://www.referencecitationanalysis.com)by using a validated search strategy.The study period was limited from 2002 to 2021.Bibliometric indicators and mapping were presented.RESULTS A total of 26808 articles on the topic of insulin resistance were included in the Scopus database.The articles included research articles(n=21918;81.76%),review articles(n=2641;9.85%),and letters(n=653;2.44%).During the study period,136 countries contributed to the research on insulin resistance.The highest number of articles was from the United States(n=7360;27.45%),followed by China(n=3713;13.85%),Japan(n=1730,6.45%),Italy(n=1545;5.54%),and the United Kingdom(n=1484;5.54%).The retrieved articles identified two main research themes:“inflammatory mechanisms in the regulation of insulin resistance”and“mechanisms linking obesity to insulin resistance”.CONCLUSION Our data show that insulin resistance has steadily gained interest from researchers,as evidenced by the number of citations and yearly publications.Publications have grown significantly in the last decade,while low-income countries with greater burdens continue to produce fewer publications in this field.This approach might assist researchers in choosing new research areas and recognizing research hotspots and frontiers.In the future,perhaps high-quality clinical evidence will be acquired.

Through 4,728 papers on slow moving system in China from 2000 to 2020 included in CNKI, analysis and summary of literature publishing trend, research strength,research focus and development trend are conducted based on CiteSpace software. It is expected to provide reference for future research in this field.
文摘With the continuous development of science and technology, the academic communication of many scholars slowly shifts to the web, and people’s academic communication in social media gradually increases. Traditional metrics have a certain one-sidedness in the evaluation of disciplinary literature and cannot evaluate the impact of literature on the web;while Altmetrics can count how literature is followed and utilized on the web, which is a complement to the traditional measurement methods. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the impact of academic literature based on Altmetrics, and combining it with traditional citation indicators can strengthen the credibility and objectivity of academic evaluation and promote better dissemination and communication of academic results. Against this research background, this paper combed through the most influential articles in the field of library and information science in recent years, analysed the literature on library intelligence in the WOS database, identified current research hotspots in the field of library and information science, and predicted potential research hotspots in the future. This study may provide a reference for the research and development of the discipline.
文摘Based on CNKI database,the paper takes journal literatures with the theme of “sports tourism” as the research objects to draw knowledge map through bibliometrics method and CiteSpace software.Moreover,the paper draws knowledge map and analyses for 1,208 periodical literatures with the theme of “sports tourism” in CNKI from 2002 to 2022.The results show that the sports tourism research from 2002 to 2022 can be divided into three stages:The first is the accelerated development stage,which focuses on the industrialization development of sports tourism;The second is the rapid prosperity stage,which focuses on how to promote economic development,and constantly deepen and enrich the connotation of sports tourism industry;The third is the rising stage of fluctuation,which begins to explore new development opportunities of sports tourism from multiple perspectives.Based on keywords co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis,the research hotspots and changes of sports tourism in China are obtained.Five key research hotspots and three main directions are extracted to provide reference for the development of sports tourism research hotspots in the future.

文摘Recreational space is a place for residents’ leisure and entertainment,and it is an important part of urban public space.Based on the literature visualization analysis software CiteSpace,with domestic literatures on recreational space included in CNKI as the research object,the hot spots and frontier of China’s research on recreational space are analyzed from six aspects:number of published papers,research authors,research institutions,keyword frequency,keyword co-occurrence and keyword burst.
文摘Objective:To analyze the hotspots of the Orem self-care model research from the construction of CNKI database to May 2019,and to understand the research status in this field and to explore its development trend.Methods:"Orem self-care model"was used as the search term to search CNKI database,and the Bibliographic Items Co-occurrence Matrix Builder(BICOMB)was used to perform bibliometric analysis on the annual distribution,authors,keywords,etc.in related articles,and SPSS 23.0 was utilized to cluster analysis of high-frequency keywords.Results:A total of 1845 associated articles were included.The annual change of Orem self-care model literatures showed an increasing trend and a total of 1604 first authors were extracted.Today Nurse published the most relevant literatures.The research extracted 56 high-frequency keywords,accounting for 50.88%of the total frequency.Co-word cluster analysis obtained five research hotspots:clinical application effect and patient satisfaction of Orem self-care model;self-care ability and quality of life of breast cancer patients;self-care behaviors for the elderly and community care;rehabilitation nursing of stroke and spinal cord injury;Orem self-care model,nursing theory.Conclusion:Analyzing the research hotspots of Orem self-care model in recent years is helpful to understand the current status in this field and future development trends,and provide references for future nursing clinical practice work and education and scientific research.

文摘In order to track the footprint of groundwater science teaching and research in China during the past years, a bibliometric analysis was conducted based on the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), which covered the time span from 1984 to present and included more than 2.6 million master and doctoral dissertations from hundreds of institutions of China's Mainland. The bibliometric analysis summarized output, geographical, and institutional patterns, as well as research directions and hotspots in groundwater studies in China in the period of 1984-2014. A total of 1 396 groundwater-related dissertations including 1 161 master dissertations and 235 doctoral dissertations, contributed by 128 institutions distributed in 53 cities nationwide, were searched out in the database. It can be seen obviously that, the groundwater science teaching and research in China has experienced a notable growth in the past three decades especially during 2000-2014. Groundwater modeling, resource, and exploitation were the top three major subject categories; China University of Geosciences(Beijing), Jilin University and Chang’an University were the top three productive institutions together accounting for more than one third of the total dissertations and 50% of the doctoral dissertations, which further prompted the cities(Beijing, Changchun, and Xi’an) to become the top three productive cities. The dissertations generally covered all the international research topics, which indicated that hydrogeologists in China have tracked the international frontier closely during the past decades. The keywords analysis revealed that,(1) numerical modeling was still the hottest topic and PHREEQC, MODFLOW, GMS, and FEFLOW were the four most used softwares;(2) the topics related with groundwater pollution and quality developed steadily and rapidly;(3) environmental isotopes and GIS were frequently used tools for hydrogeological condition analysis, and spatial data processing respectively; and(4) the unsaturated zone as an integral part of aquifers attracted more and more attentions from hydrogeologists focus on saturated zone.
文摘Objective:To understand the research status of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),analyze research hotspots and dynamic frontiers,and provide ideas for the research of COVID-19.Methods:Bibliometrics method was used to retrieve documents related to COVID-19 research through China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Web of Science,Pubmed databases,and the number of literature data,author,country,institution,source,keywords using CiteSpace,SPSS,Excel perform statistical analysis on other aspects,explain the current status and development trend of new coronavirus pneumonia research,and analyze and identify the research hotspots and dynamic frontiers of COVID-19 through the visual presentation of knowledge graph.Results:With the global spread of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,a large number of studies on COVID-19 have been performed worldwide.In this paper,a total of 7,647 articles were retrieved through a database search,and 5,182 documents that met the criteria were selected for bibliographic analysis,including 2,388 Chinese documents.Articles,2,794 English literature,a total of 94 countries,3,985 institutions,10,339 authors participated in the relevant research of COVID-19,involving 999 kinds of journals,the Chinese scientific research team played a major role in the COVID-19 research,providing an important epidemic situation related research results.Conclusion:The current research focus is primarily on disease recognition,epidemic prevention and control,traditional Chinese medicine,clinical diagnosis and treatment,and epidemiology.

文摘Soil science is an inherently diverse and multidisciplinary subject that cannot develop further without the continuous introduction and promotion of emerging technologies.One such technology that is widely used in biomedicine and similar research fields,microfluidics,poses significant benefits for soil research;however,this technology is still underutilized in the field.Microfluidics offers unparalleled opportunities in soil bacterial cultivation,observation,and manipulation when compared to conventional approaches to these tasks.This review focuses on the use of microfluidics for bacteria research and,where possible,pulls from examples in the literature where the technologies were used for soil related research.The review also provides commentary on the use of microfluidics for soil bacteria research and discusses the key challenges researchers face when implementing this technology.We believe that microfluidic chips and their associated auxiliary technologies provide a prime inroad into the future of soil science research.
