The flexible materials exhibit more favorable properties than most rigid substrates in flexibility,weight saving,mechanical reliability,and excellent environmental toughness.Particularly,flexible graphene film with un...The flexible materials exhibit more favorable properties than most rigid substrates in flexibility,weight saving,mechanical reliability,and excellent environmental toughness.Particularly,flexible graphene film with unique mechanical properties was extensively explored in high frequency devices.Herein,we report the characteristics of structure and magnetic properties at high frequency of Co2FeAl thin film with different thicknesses grown on flexible graphene substrate at room temperature.The exciting finding for the columnar structure of Co2FeAl thin film lays the foundation for excellent high frequency property of Co2FeAl/flexible graphene structure.In-plane magnetic anisotropy field varying with increasing thickness of Co2FeAl thin film can be obtained by measurement of ferromagnetic resonance,which can be ascribed to the enhancement of crystallinity and the increase of grain size.Meanwhile,the resonance frequency which can be achieved by the measurement of vector network analyzer with the microstrip method increases with increasing thickness of Co2FeAl thin film.Moreover,in our case with graphene film,the resonance magnetic field is quite stable though folded for twenty cycles,which demonstrates that good flexibility of graphene film and the stability of high frequency magnetic property of Co2FeAl thin film grown on flexible graphene substrate.These results are promising for the design of microwave devices and wireless communication equipment.展开更多

We proposed an automatic segmentation...Numerous methods have been published to segment the infarct tissue in theleft ventricle, most of them either need manual work, post-processing, or suffer from poorreproducibility. We proposed an automatic segmentation method for segmenting the infarct tissue irleft ventricle with myocardial infarction. Cardiac images of a total of 60 diseased hearts (55 humanhearts and 5 porcine hearts) were used in this study. The epicardial and endocardial boundariesof the ventricles in every 2D slice of the cardiac magnetic resonance with late gadoliniumenhancement images were manually segmented. The subsequent pipeline of infarct tissuesegmentation is fully automatic. The segmentation results with the automatic algorithm proposed inthis paper were compared to the consensus ground truth. The median of Dice overlap between ourautomatic method and the consensus ground truth is 0.79. We also compared the automatic methodwith the consensus ground truth using different image sources from diferent centers with diferentscan parameters and different scan machines. The results showed that the Dice overlap with thepublic dataset was 0.83, and the overall Dice overlap was 0.79. The results show that our method isrobust with respect to different MRI image sources, which were scanned by different centers withdifferent image collection parameters. The segmentation accuracy we obtained is comparable toor better than that of the conventional semi-automatic methods. Our segmentation method may beuseful for processing large amount of dataset in clinic.展开更多
Light absorption and radiation are fundamental processes in optical science and engineering.Materials with perfect absorption properties play an important role in numerous optical applications.Following the meteoric r...Light absorption and radiation are fundamental processes in optical science and engineering.Materials with perfect absorption properties play an important role in numerous optical applications.Following the meteoric rise of MoS_(2)material,global opportunities and challenges coexist due to its extremely weak light-matter interaction capability beyond its energy band.In this work,we designed a kind of sandwich resonance structure and investigated MoS_(2)as a perfect absorber in the infrared spectrum that should be transparent according to the optical band theory.The infrared absorption properties of W or Au/MoS_(2)/Au models at 800 nm-2400 nm were systematic simulated.By optimizing the structural parameters,the resonant wavelength of perfect absorption can be modulated from 830 nm to 1700 nm with angle insensitivity and polar independence.Moreover,we discovered that the bandwidth of absorption exceeding 50%of the W-top model reaches500 nm,while that of the Au-top model is less than 100 nm,indicating that the top metal material has a great influence on the resonance absorption spectrum.Our work provides a practical route for enhancing and manipulating the light-matter interactions of low-dimensional materials beyond their own band gaps,which will be critical in the future design and implementation of optoelectronic devices and systems.展开更多
BACKGROUND Indentifying predictive factors for postoperative recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)has great significance for patient prognosis.AIM To explore the value of gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriami...BACKGROUND Indentifying predictive factors for postoperative recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)has great significance for patient prognosis.AIM To explore the value of gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid(Gd-EOB-DTPA)enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with clinical features in predicting early recurrence of HCC after resection.METHODS A total of 161 patients with pathologically confirmed HCC were enrolled.The patients were divided into early recurrence and non-early recurrence group based on the follow-up results.The clinical,laboratory,pathological results and Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI imaging features were analyzed.RESULTS Of 161 patients,73 had early recurrence and 88 were had non-early recurrence.Univariate analysis showed that patient age,gender,serum alpha-fetoprotein level,the Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage,China liver cancer(CNLC)stage,microvascular invasion(MVI),pathological satellite focus,tumor size,tumor number,tumor boundary,tumor capsule,intratumoral necrosis,portal vein tumor thrombus,large vessel invasion,nonperipheral washout,peritumoral enhancement,hepatobiliary phase(HBP)/tumor signal intensity(SI)/peritumoral SI,HBP peritumoral low signal and peritumoral delay enhancement were significantly associated with early recurrence of HCC after operation.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that patient age,MVI,CNLC stage,tumor boundary and large vessel invasion were independent predictive factors.External data validation indicated that the area under the curve of the combined predictors was 0.861,suggesting that multivariate logistic regression was a reasonable predictive model for early recurrence of HCC.CONCLUSION Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI combined with clinical features would help predicting the early recurrence of HCC after operation.展开更多

Aim:The aim of the present study was to evaluate the characteristics of the magnetic resonance imaging features of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)that developed early after the eradication of hepatitis C virus(HCV)by di...Aim:The aim of the present study was to evaluate the characteristics of the magnetic resonance imaging features of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)that developed early after the eradication of hepatitis C virus(HCV)by direct-acting antiviral(DAA)treatment.Methods:This study included 26 patients who achieved sustained viral response with DAA and developed HCC thereafter within one year(DAA-SVR HCC).The radiologic characteristics of these patients were evaluated by contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging,including diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)and T2-weighted imaging(T2WI).For comparison,80 HCC patients with positive HCV RNA(HCV-positive HCC)were included.Among 42 patients where tumor biopsy was available,histological grade and radiologic findings were compared.Results:The rates of high intensity on DWI and T2WI were significantly higher in DAA-SVR HCC compared to HCV-positive HCC(DWI:100%vs.67.5%,P<0.001T2WI:92.6%vs.67.5%,P=0.01).HCC with high intensity on DWI or T2WI was more likely to have moderately or poorly differentiated HCC compared to well-differentiated HCC(DWI:69.7%vs.30.3%,P=0.02;T2WI:66.7%vs.27.3%,P=0.03).Conclusion:High intensity on DWI and hyperintensity on T2WI were distinctive features of HCC that developed within one year after the end of DAA treatment.展开更多
Molecular harmonic spectra of H+2driven by the linearly polarized laser pulses with different polarized angles have been theoretically investigated through solving the two-dimensional time-dependent Schr¨odinger ...Molecular harmonic spectra of H+2driven by the linearly polarized laser pulses with different polarized angles have been theoretically investigated through solving the two-dimensional time-dependent Schr¨odinger equation.(i) Below-threshold harmonic spectra show a visible enhanced peak around the 7th harmonic(H7), which produces a red-shift phenomenon as the internuclear distance increased. Theoretical analyses show the red-shift enhanced peak is caused by the laser-induced electron transfer between the ground state and the 1st excited state of H+2.(ii) Due to the two-centre interference phenomenon, the above-threshold harmonic spectra exhibit many maxima and minima.(iii)With the introduction of the polarized angle, the anomalous elliptically polarized harmonics can be found. But, with the introduction of the spatial inhomogeneous effect, not only the ellipticities of the harmonics are equal to a stable value of ε~ 0.1–0.3, but also the harmonic cutoffs are extended. As a result, four super-bandwidths of 407 e V, 310 e V,389 e V, and 581 e V can be obtained. Time profiles of the harmonic generations have been shown to explain the harmonic characteristics. Finally, a series of elliptically polarized(ε~ 0.1–0.3) attosecond X-ray pulses with durations from 18 as to 25 as can be directly produced through Fourier transformation of the spectral continuum.展开更多
Background:Chronic total occlusion(CTO)is a critical and unique subgroup of coronary lesions.This study aimed to investigate the correlation between the Selvester QRS score and late gadolinium enhancement cardiac magn...Background:Chronic total occlusion(CTO)is a critical and unique subgroup of coronary lesions.This study aimed to investigate the correlation between the Selvester QRS score and late gadolinium enhancement cardiac magnetic resonance imaging(LGE-CMRI)in quantifying myocardial scarring to provide a simple and feasible method for treating CTO.Methods:The medical records of 134 patients with absolute CTO who underwent coronary angiography between May 1,2014 and December 30,2017 were retrospectively reviewed.All patients were grouped according to the CTO location(right coronary artery[RCA]CTO,left artery descending[LAD]CTO,left circumflex[LCX]CTO,and multivessel CTO groups).The degree of myocardial scarring was determined according to the Selvester QRS score and using the LGE-CMRI.All patients were followed up for at least 12 months.Results:Among the 62 CTO patients,55 had occlusion of a single vessel and seven had occlusion of multiple vessels,of which 27(43.55%)were in the RCA CTO group,16(25.81%)in the LAD CTO group,12(19.35%)in the LCX CTO group,and 7(11.29%)in the multivessel CTO group.The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve for the QRS score that was used to determine the degree of myocardial scarring was 0.806,with a sensitivity and specificity of 94.7%and 42.1%,respectively.The Selvester QRS score and LGE-CMRI measures of scar size were correlated in the RCA CTO,LCX CTO,and multivessel CTO groups(r=0.466,0.593,and 0.775,respectively).Conclusion:The Selvester QRS score was feasible for detecting myocardial scarring in patients with CTO.展开更多

文摘Molecular harmonic spectra of H+2driven by the linearly polarized laser pulses with different polarized angles have been theoretically investigated through solving the two-dimensional time-dependent Schr¨odinger equation.(i) Below-threshold harmonic spectra show a visible enhanced peak around the 7th harmonic(H7), which produces a red-shift phenomenon as the internuclear distance increased. Theoretical analyses show the red-shift enhanced peak is caused by the laser-induced electron transfer between the ground state and the 1st excited state of H+2.(ii) Due to the two-centre interference phenomenon, the above-threshold harmonic spectra exhibit many maxima and minima.(iii)With the introduction of the polarized angle, the anomalous elliptically polarized harmonics can be found. But, with the introduction of the spatial inhomogeneous effect, not only the ellipticities of the harmonics are equal to a stable value of ε~ 0.1–0.3, but also the harmonic cutoffs are extended. As a result, four super-bandwidths of 407 e V, 310 e V,389 e V, and 581 e V can be obtained. Time profiles of the harmonic generations have been shown to explain the harmonic characteristics. Finally, a series of elliptically polarized(ε~ 0.1–0.3) attosecond X-ray pulses with durations from 18 as to 25 as can be directly produced through Fourier transformation of the spectral continuum.
文摘Background:Chronic total occlusion(CTO)is a critical and unique subgroup of coronary lesions.This study aimed to investigate the correlation between the Selvester QRS score and late gadolinium enhancement cardiac magnetic resonance imaging(LGE-CMRI)in quantifying myocardial scarring to provide a simple and feasible method for treating CTO.Methods:The medical records of 134 patients with absolute CTO who underwent coronary angiography between May 1,2014 and December 30,2017 were retrospectively reviewed.All patients were grouped according to the CTO location(right coronary artery[RCA]CTO,left artery descending[LAD]CTO,left circumflex[LCX]CTO,and multivessel CTO groups).The degree of myocardial scarring was determined according to the Selvester QRS score and using the LGE-CMRI.All patients were followed up for at least 12 months.Results:Among the 62 CTO patients,55 had occlusion of a single vessel and seven had occlusion of multiple vessels,of which 27(43.55%)were in the RCA CTO group,16(25.81%)in the LAD CTO group,12(19.35%)in the LCX CTO group,and 7(11.29%)in the multivessel CTO group.The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve for the QRS score that was used to determine the degree of myocardial scarring was 0.806,with a sensitivity and specificity of 94.7%and 42.1%,respectively.The Selvester QRS score and LGE-CMRI measures of scar size were correlated in the RCA CTO,LCX CTO,and multivessel CTO groups(r=0.466,0.593,and 0.775,respectively).Conclusion:The Selvester QRS score was feasible for detecting myocardial scarring in patients with CTO.
