External disturbance is an important cause of underground pressure pipeline damage,which leads to accidents,and it is crucial to study the risk of damage caused by external disturbance and come up with proper prevention and control measures.We reviewed literature on risk identification of underground pressure pipelines damage due to external disturbance was conducted,and a list of risk factors was formed.Based on the list of risk factors,fault tree analysis was carried out on underground pressure pipelines damage caused by external disturbances,and risk prevention and control measures were proposed through the calculation of minimum cut sets,minimum path sets,and structural importance,in hopes of providing reference for the normal operation of underground pressure pipelines. 展开更多

At present,the biggest obstacle that growing enterprises may encounter in their development process is insufficient funds.Private equity financing does not only solve the capital problem of enterprises,but also provide enterprises with professional management concepts and even help growing enterprises to go public in advance.However,high returns must be accompanied by high risks.For example,private equity financing has information asymmetry risks,principal-agent risks,etc.,and these risks make it impossible to maximize the advantages of private equity financing.Therefore,in order to reduce the risks brought by financing,investment and financing parties should choose to sign gambling contracts to reduce the risk.In recent years,the use of VAM agreements has become more in China.However,according to incomplete statistics,less than 30%of VAM agreements are successful,and this result is mainly due to the insufficient depth and breadth of research on VAM agreements.Therefore,this article will comprehensively analyze the problems that need to be paid attention to when signing a gambling agreement by introducing the case of Anda Technology,and the issue of targeted risk prevention will also be discussed in this paper. 展开更多

To assist the Department of Emergency Management in understanding the overall risk characteristics and situation of an urban agglomeration for a reasonable risk prevention and control strategy,this study developed a comprehensive multi-hazard risk assessment model for an urban agglomeration with multiple factors.The proposed model includes disaster probability and disaster loss sub-models.The model evaluated four types of disaster risk in urban agglomerations:natural disasters,accidental disasters,public health incidents,and social security incidents.In addition,a variety of factors were integrated into the model,including the socioeconomic foundation of urban agglomerations,the oligopoly effect of core cities,historical disaster losses,the effect of disaster chains,the ability of disaster prevention and mitigation,and intercity coordinated rescue capabilities.Finally,the risk assessment model was applied to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.The assessment results were compared to the distribution of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic in the target urban agglomeration.The results showed that after analyzing the risk characteristics and evaluating the risk levels,the model not only showed the comprehensive risk levels and distribution of urban agglomerations but also revealed the high-risk areas and the key points of risk prevention and control.More importantly,the results obtained through the model can facilitate the strategic planning of disaster prevention and mitigation for urban agglomerations. 展开更多
