Effects of Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction on Uterine Energy Metabolism and Serum Inflammatory Factors in Rats with Acute Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

[Objectives]To observe the effects of Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction on uterine energy metabolism and serum inflammatory factors in the acute pelvic inflammatory disease(APID)model.[Methods]75 Wistar rats(females)were randomly divided into control group,model group and Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction low,medium and high dose groups(n=15).Except for the control group,the rat APID model was established by right uterine inoculation.On the fifth day after inoculation,the low,medium and high dose groups of Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction were administered at 4,8 and 16 g/kg,and the control group and model group received normal saline.Rats were killed 12 h after nondose administration,blood was collected from the abdominal aorta and measured by ELISA for serum interleukin-6(interleukin-6,IL-6),IL-8,and C-reactive proteins(CRP);the right uterus of rats was tested for high-energy phosphate adenosine phosphate(AMP),adenosine diphosphate(ADP),adenosine triphosphate(ATP)and total adenine nucleotides(TAN)level to evaluate the uterine energy metabolism.[Results]AMP,ADP,ATP and TAN were significantly higher in the Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction of low,medium and high dose than the model group,while the serum IL-6,IL-8 and CRP were significantly lower than the model group,and the difference between the low,medium and high doses(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction can dose-dependent promote uterine energy metabolism and inhibit inflammatory response in APID model rats. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Osteoarthritis is a chronic degenerative disease with an incidence of 50%in people over 65 years old and 80%in people over 80 years old worldwide.It is the second leading reason of loss of working capacity after cardiovascular diseases and severely affects the society and families.Therefore,finding biological markers related to the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis is of great significance in clinical practice.AIM To observe the changes and clinical value of serum inflammatory factors and miR-145 expression in patients with osteoarthritis before and after treatment.METHODS Eighty-three patients with knee osteoarthritis(observation group)who were admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to June 2015,and 60 healthy people(control group)during the same period were selected.After 4 wk of treatment,the levels of miR-145,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-6,and IL-10 were compared between the control group and the observation group before treatment.The correlation of miR-145,TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-10 levels with visual analogue scale(VAS),Lysholm,and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)scores was assessed by Pearson correlation analysis.The correlation of the expression of miR-145,TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-10 with Kellgren-Lawrence(K-L)grades was assessed by Spearman correlation analysis.The critical levels of miR-145,TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-10 in distinguishing different K-L grades were determined by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis.RESULTS The expression level of miR-145 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression level of miR-145 in the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of IL-10 was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and IL-I0 level was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).VAS and WOMAC scores were both positively correlated with miR-145,TNF-α,and IL-6(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with IL-10(P<0.05),while Lysholm scores were negatively correlated with miR-145,TNF-α,and IL-6(P<0.05),and positively correlated with IL-10(P<0.05).K-L grades were positively correlated with miR-145,TNF-α,and IL-6(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with IL-10(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve(AUC)and specificity of TNF-αin differentiating K-L grades I-II were the highest,which were 0.785 and 97.45%,respectively,and miR145 had the highest sensitivity of 94.59%;the AUC and sensitivity of IL-6 in differentiating K-L grades II-III were the highest,which were 0.766 and 97.30%,respectively,and TNF-αhad the highest specificity of 86.68%.CONCLUSION MiR-145 and inflammatory factors have certain diagnostic value in osteoarthritis,and they are expected to become potential indicators for the diagnosis and evaluation of osteoarthritis in the future. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effects of intravenous thrombolysis therapy with alteplase on neurological function,coagulation function and serum inflammatory factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 patients in each group.The control group(n=48)received routine treatment,and the observation group received intravenous thrombolysis therapy with alteplase on the basis of routine treatment.The neurological deficit score,prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),tumor necrosis factor-a level(TNF-α),and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were compared between the two groups after 15 days of treatment.Results:After treatment,NIHSS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment;PT levels were increased,while APTT,TNF-αand hs-CRP levels were all decreased in both groups,and the changes in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:Intravenous thrombolysis therapy with alteplase can improve the neurological function,coagulation function and serum levels of inflammatory factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction,which is worthy of clinical application. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the changes and significance of serum inflammatory factors, uric acid (UA), homocysteine (Hcy) and small dense low-density lipoprotein (sdLDL-C) levels in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: A total of 152 patients with CHD were selected as the CHD group, including stable angina pectoris (SAP group, n=48), unstable angina pectoris (UAP group, n=55), and acute myocardial infarction (AMI group, n=49), according to the Gensinis score, it can be divided into mild group (n=88), moderate group (n=43) and severe group (n=21), at the same time 55 healthy people were selected as control group. The serum inflammatory factors [hypersensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor -α (TNF-α)], UA, Hcy and sdLDL-C levels were compared between patients with different CHD and different degree of coronary artery lesions. Results: The levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, UA, Hcy and sdLDL-C in the CHD group were significantly higher than those in the control group;In the CHD group, the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, UA, Hcy and sdLDL-C in the UAP group and AMI group were significantly higher than those off the SAP group, and the level of AMI group [(7.96±1.49) mg/L, (92.87±14.50) ng/L, (417.75±43.88) mol/L, (23.25±7.33) and mol/L (1.31±0.53) mmol/L] was significantly higher than that of UAP group [(6.15±0.97) mg/L, (73.88±9.27) ng/L, (393.63±68.29) mol/L, (19.67±7.26) mol/L and (1.08±0.44) mmol/L];Compared with mild group hs-CRP, TNF-α, UA, Hcy and sdLDL-C levels, the levels of the moderate group and severe group were significantly increased, and the level of severe group was significantly higher than that of moderate group. Conclusion: The levels of serum inflammatory factors, UA, Hcy and sdLDL-C in patients with coronary heart disease are significantly increased, and the detection of the levels has a great significance for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and the assessment of the severity of coronary heart disease. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the correlation of coronary CTA calcification score (CACS) with serum inflammatory factors and plaque stability-related indexes in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 228 patients with possible coronary heart disease who were examined in this hospital between November 2014 and March 2017 were selected, and the CACS levels as well as the serum contents of inflammatory factors and plaque stability indexes in patients with different lesions were determined. Pearson test was used to assess the correlation between CACS level and disease severity in patients with coronary heart disease. Results: The CACS level of triple vessel disease group was higher than that of double vessel disease group and single vessel disease group, and the CACS level of double vessel disease group was higher than that of single vessel disease group;serum sICAM-1, IL-6, IL-18, CRP, PTX3, Lp-PLA2 and Cat K contents were higher than those of double vessel disease group and single vessel disease group;serum sICAM-1, IL-6, IL-18, CRP, PTX3, Lp-PLA2 and Cat K contents of double vessel disease group were higher than those of single vessel disease group;serum Cys C content of triple vessel disease group was lower than that of double vessel disease group and single vessel disease group, and serum Cys C content of double vessel disease group was lower than that of single vessel disease group. Pearson test showed that the CACS level in patients with coronary heart disease was directly correlated with serum contents of inflammatory factors and plaque stability indexes. Conclusion: The CACS levels in patients with coronary heart disease increase with the aggravation of disease, and the specific CACS level is directly correlated with the degree of inflammatory response and the stability of the plaques. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the changes of serum inflammatory factors, adipokines and oxidative stress in patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods: A total of 130 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into 41 cases with diabetic retinopathy (NDR), 44 cases with nonproliferative retinopathy (NPDR) and 45 cases with proliferative retinopathy group (PDR), another 40 healthy volunteers in our hospital were selected as control group (NC), and the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP, leptin, adiponectin, MDA and SOD were detected. Results: There were significant differences in the levels of IL-6, TNF-α and hs-CRP in groups, PDR group was the highest, which were respectively (18.19 ± 3.84) pg/mL, (197.48 ± 13.78) ng/L and (8.13 ± 0.74) mg/L, significantly higher than that of NC group, NDR group and NPDR group, NPDR group followed, respectively (14.07 ± 3.62) pg/mL, (115.29 ± 20.08) ng/L and (5.62 ± 0.83) mg/L, which were significantly higher than that of NC and NDR groups. NDR group were (12.67 ± 3.93) pg/mL, (89.49 ± 10.49) ng/L and (3.91 ± 0.49) mg/L respectively, significantly higher than the NC group, the difference was statistically significant. There were significant differences among groups of leptin and adiponectin, the leptin level in PDR group was the highest, (23.19 ± 6.48) μg/mL, which was significantly higher than NC group, NDR group and NPDR group, adiponectin was the lowest (3.70 ± 1.02) g/mL, lower than that in NC group, NDR group and NPDR group, the levels of leptin in NPDR group were higher than NC group and NDR group while adiponectin were lower than the two groups. Leptin levels in NDR group were significantly higher than those in NC group while adiponectin were lower than those in NC group, the differences were statistically significant. The levels of MDA and SOD in each group were significantly different. MDA in PDR group was the highest, (17.77 ± 4.33) nmol/mL, which was higher than NC group, NDR group and NPDR group, SOD was the lowest (62.35 ± 11.43) U/mL, lower than that in NC group, NDR group and NPDR group, MDA in NPDR group is higher than NC group and NDR group, and SOD in NPDR group is lower than NC group and NDR group, MDA level in NDR group were higher than those in NC group and SOD in NDR group were lower than those in NC group. Conclusion: Diabetic retinopathy is closely related to inflammatory factors, adipokines and oxidative stress. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of rhodiolae treating chronic myocardial infarction with heart failure on left ventricular remodeling and serum inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 100 cases of chronic myocardial infarction with heart failure were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group, the control group was treated with strong heart, dehydration, nutrition myocardium, infection prevention and western comprehensive treatment, the treatment group was given rhodiola treatment based on the western medicine treatment, compared the changes of left ventricular remodeling indexes and serum inflammatory factors of two group patients before treatment (T0), 1 months of treatment (T1), 3 months of treatment (T2).Results: (1) There was statistical significance difference at different time points LVEF, LVEDD, LVESD, LVSTD, LVPWTD. LVEF, LVSTD, LVPWTD: T2 > T1 > T0, LVEDD, LVESD: T2 < T1 < T0;In treatment group LVEF, LVSTD and LVPWTD increased, and the decline rate of LVEDD and LVESD was higher than that of control group;(2) There was statistically significant difference in different time points of IL-6, hs-CRP, and NT-proBNP, serum IL-6, hsCRP and NT-proBNP levels: T2 < T1 < T0;The serum IL-6, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP levels of treatment group decreased more than control group.Conclusion: Rhodiolae is helpful to improve the left ventricular remodeling and serum inflammatory factors in patients with chronic myocardial infarction and heart failure. 展开更多

[Objectives] To explore the efficacy of Danlou Tablet( DLT) in the treatment of coronary heart disease( CHD) with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and its effects on serum inflammatory factors. [Methods]One hundred and ninety-seven patients with CHD and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group( n =98) treated with aspirin plus atorvastatin,and research group( n =99) treated with DLT and aspirin plus atorvastatin for one month. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Serum secretory phospholipase A2( s PLA2),lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2( LP-PLA2),oxidized low-density lipoprotein( ox-LDL),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1( MCP-1) and World Health Organization Quality of Life( WHOQOL-100) scores were compared before and after one month of treatment. [Results] The total effective rate was93. 94% in the research group,which was higher than that in the control group( 79. 59%,P < 0. 05);the levels of serum s PLA2,LP-PLA2,ox-LDL and MCP-1 in the research group were lower than those in the control group after one month of treatment( P < 0. 05). There was no statistical significance of the difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the research group and the control group( P > 0. 05).After one month of treatment,WHOQOL-100 scores were higher in two groups,which were higher in the research group than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupotomology in the treatment of cervical and shoulder myofascial pain trigger point for cervical radiculopathy,and to detect its effect on COX-2,PGE2,5-HT,TNF-α and other inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 110 CSR patients were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group(Acupotomology to release the trigger points of myofascial pain in neck and shoulder combined with"three-stage"dialectical traction method)and control group(conventional acupuncture combined with"Stage 3"dialectical traction)with 55 cases.Before and after treatment,the two groups were compared by improving the efficacy of MacNab,simplifying the SCORE of Mc Gill Pain Scale,measuring cervical curvature and serum levels of inflammatory factors such as COX-2,PGE2,5-HT and TNF-α.Results:After two weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%,higher than that of the control group(83.63%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,PRI,VAS,PPI and other scores of the two groups were all lower than those before the treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in PRI,VAS and PPI scores between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The serum inflammatory factors of coX-2,PGE2,5-HT and TNF-αin the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).However,the comparison of cox-2,PGE2,5-ht and TNF-αbetween the two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).The cervical curvature values measured after treatment were significantly increased compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acumotomology and"three-stage"dialectical traction method can significantly improve the pain and discomfort of patients with cervical radiculopathy,significantly reduce the symptoms,restore the physiological curvature of cervical vertebra,and reduce the inflammatory factors in serum. 展开更多

Objective: To compare the effect of ticagrelor and clopidogrel on serum inflammatory factor level in antiplatelet therapy for acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods: 113 cases of AMI underwent PCI in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into two groups. The experimental group (n=58) received the ticagrelor, while the control group (n=55) received the clopidogrel. Then the platelet aggregation, serum inflammatory factors, liver and kidney function, and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events at the post 6-mon follow-up were compared between groups. Results: The platelet aggregation rate had no difference between the two groups before PCI (P>0.05), which were higher in the control group than in the experimental group at the post-PCI 24 h and 7 d (P<0.05). The levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and interleukin-8 (IL-8) had no difference between the two groups before PCI (P>0.05), which were higher in the control group than in the experimental group at the post-PCI 24 h and 7 d (P<0.05). The preoperative glutamic pyruvic transaminase (ALT) had no difference with that at the post-PCI 24 h and 7 d in both groups (P>0.05). The serum creatinine (Scr) levels had no difference between the two groups before PCI (P>0.05), which were lower in the control group than in the experimental group at the post-PCI 24 h and 7 d (P<0.05). The incidence rate of the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events at the post 6-months follow-up of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group (14.55% (8/55) vs 5.17% (3/58), P<0.05)Conclusion: Compared with the clopidogrel treatment, the application of ticagrelor has a better effect in antiplatelet therapy for AMI patients underwent PCI, which can effectively control serum inflammatory factor levels, stabilize liver function, reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, and improve the prognosis. 展开更多

Control group received conventional + omeprazole treatment, combined group received conventional + somatostatin + omeprazole treatment and the treatment lasted for 1 week. The differences in serum levels of inflammatory factors, chemokines and intestinal mucosal barrier function indexes were compared between the two groups immediately after admission and after 1 week of treatment.Results: After 1 week of treatment, serum IL-1β, IL-8, IL-18, hs-CRP, MCP-1, FKN, CINC, D-Lactate, DAO, Endotoxin and FABP levels of both groups significantly decreased and serum IL-1β, IL-8, IL-18, hs-CRP, MCP-1, FKN, CINC, D-Lactate, DAO, Endotoxin and FABP levels of combined group were significantly lower than those of control group.Conclusion: Somatostatin combined with omeprazole therapy for severe acute pancreatitis can effectively alleviate the inflammatory response and protect the intestinal mucosal barrier function. 展开更多

Objective: To study the correlation of serum inflammatory factors with immune response and stress hormones in patients with cesarean incision infection. Methods: Puerperae who underwent cesarean section and got postoperative incision infection in Maternal and Child Health Care in Lintong between January 2014 and December 2016 were selected as the infection group of the research, and puerperae who underwent cesarean section and were without postoperative incision infection in Maternal and Child Health Care in Lintong during the same period were selected as the control group of the research. The contents of inflammatory factors and stress hormones in serum as well as the contents of immune cells and the levels of erythrocyte immunity indexes in peripheral blood were measured. Results:TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, IL-8, Cor, NE, INS and AT-II contents in serum of infection group were significantly higher than those of control group;CD3+CD4+T cell and CD16+CD25+NK cell contents as well as DTER, ATER, NTER and FEER levels in peripheral blood were lower than those of control group whereas CD3+CD8+T cell content and FEIR level were higher than those of control group. TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6 and IL-8 contents in serum of infection group were negatively correlated with CD3+CD4+T cell and CD16+CD25+NK cell contents as well as DTER, ATER, NTER and FEER levels in peripheral blood, and positively correlated with CD3+CD8+T cell content and FEIR level in peripheral blood as well as Cor, NE, INS and AT-II contents in serum. Conclusion: The abnormal activation of inflammatory response and the abnormal secretion of inflammatory factors are closely related to the immune response disorder and stress response activation. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on the immune function, serum inflammatory factors and hemodynamics in elderly patients with gastric cancer. Method: A total of 84 elderly patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from September 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each with 42 cases. The control group received intravenous infusion of Sodium Chloride Injection before anesthesia induction, and the observation group received dexmedetomidine intravenous infusion. The levels of hemodynamic indexes HR and MAP levels, serum inflammatory factors levels of CRP, IL-2, IL-10 levels and T lymphocyte subsets levels were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with induction of anesthesia before, the HR level of two groups were both significantly increased at 6 h after operation, the MAP level of control group was significantly increased at 6 h after operation while was not changed significantly in the observation group. According comparison between groups at 6 h after operation, the levels of HR, MAP in observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Compared with induction of anesthesia before, the CRP level was significantly increased at each postoperative time point in two groups;the IL-2 level at 24 h after operation of two groups were decreased significantly, while both increased back and significantly higher than that before induction of anesthesia;the IL-10 level at 24 h after operation of two groups were increased significantly, while both decreased back and significantly lower than that before induction of anesthesia. Compared with the control group at the same time point, the CRP, IL-10 level of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group and the IL-2 level of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Compared with induction of anesthesia before, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ of control group were significantly decreased at 6 h, 24 h, 72 h after operation and significantly decreased at 24 h after operation in observation group. 72 h after operation, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ of observation group increased back and were not changed significantly compared with induction of anesthesia before. Compared with the control group at the same time point, 6 h, 24 h, 72 h after operation, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ of observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: Dexmedetomidine for elderly patients with gastric cancer assisted anesthesia can reduce the stress caused by surgical trauma, improve the immune level, reduce the inflammatory response, and stabilize hemodynamics of patients in the perioperative period significantly. Objective:To explore the value of fluid dynamic parameters and inflammatory factors in the prediction of early atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 126 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to July 2016 were selected as study subjects and divided into non atherosclerotic group (61 cases) and atherosclerosis group (65 cases)according to carotid artery IMT. At the same time, 60 healthy persons were selected as the control group. The fluid dynamics indexes (PSV, EDV and MV) and serum inflammatory factors (MCP-1, TNF-α and hs-CRP) were detected in the three groups.Results: There were no significant differences in PSV, EDV and MV between left and right carotid arteries in non-atherosclerotic group and control group. PSV, EDV and MV of left and right carotid artery were significantly lower in atherosclerosis group than those in control group. The carotid artery PSV, EDV and MV of left and right in atherosclerosis group were also significantly lower than those of non-atherosclerosis group. The MCP-1, TNF-α and hs-CRP levels in the non-atherosclerosis group were respectively (417.10±78.54), (85.72±9.97) and (3.73±0.61), significantly higher than those in the control group. The MCP-1, TNF-αand hs-CRP levels in atherosclerosis group were respectively (532.95±97.48), (123.56±12.85) and (5.39±0.74) , significantly higher than those in the control group and non-atherosclerosis group.Conclusion:Hydrodynamic parameters and serum inflammatory factors can be used as diagnostic criteria for carotid atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetic patients, and provide guidance for the early diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. 展开更多

Objective:To determine the serum inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress parameters of diabetic retinopathy (DR) patients to explore their possible role in the DR.Methods: 116 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were selected from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital as research subjects, divided into diabetic Diabetes without retinopathy (NDR group,n = 63) and diabetic with retinopathy patients (DR group,n = 53). And 60 cases of healthy check-ups of the same period in our hospital medical center were selected as normal control group (NC). The VEGF, IL-6, TNF-α , MDA and SOD levels of three groups of patients were detected. Results:The IL-6 levels of NC group, NDR group and DR group were increased gradually, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The TNF-α levels of NC group, NDR group and DR group were increased gradually, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VEGF levels of NC group, NDR group and DR group were increased gradually, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The malondialdehyde (MDA) levels of NC group, NDR group and DR group increased gradually, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels of NC group, NDR group and DR group were decreased gradually, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: DR patients express high levels of IL-6, TNF-α and VEGF, and there exists significant oxidative stress in DR, which shows that the inflammation occurrence and oxidative stress state play an important role in the development of DR. 展开更多

Objective:To study the influence of tacrolimus combined mometasone furoate on serum inflammatory factors and immune function in children with eczema.Methods: A total of 122 children with eczema based on random data table method were divided into control group (n=58) and observation group (n=64) The control group were given 0.1% mometasone furoate ointment treatment and the observation group of patients were given 0.03% tacrolimus ointment treatment on the basis of the control group. After 3 weeks, the serum levels of inflammatory factors and index of immune function before and after treatment were compared. Results:Before the treatment, the levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, INF-γ, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ were similar in two groups, there was no statistically significant difference. Comparing the levels of inflammatory after treatment, IL-2, INF-γ levels of two groups were significantly higher than those of the same group before treatment, and IL-2, INF-γ levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. After treatment, IL-4 IL-5 levels of the two groups were significantly declined and IL-4 IL-5 levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Immune function indicators level detection indicated that the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+of control group before and after treatment had no significant change. After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ of observation group were significantly increased and were significantly higher than those of the control group, whereas the levels of CD8+ were significantly reduced and significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusions:Tacrolimus combined moetasone furoate is an effective therapy to adjust the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines and improve immune function of children eczema Indeed, it has a certain clinical value. 展开更多

For control group, Hydrocortisone butyrate onitment therapy was utilized. For observation group, 1% Pimecrilimus cream was used for treatment. Variations of interferon inflammation factors-γ (IFN-γ), interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-10 (IL-10) levels and immune function (T lymphocyte subsets CD3+, CD4+, CD8+) relevant indexes in two groups of patients before and one month after treatment were observed and compared.Results:Comparison of inflammatory factor levels: IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-10 levels in two groups of patients after treatment were decreased with different extent comparing with the same group before treatment, differences were significant. IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-10 levels in observation group (31.27±6.45, 30.54±5.64, 38.66±4.73) ng/L were lower than levels in control group after treatment (37.49±5.69, 36.44±5.51, 55.31±4.62) ng/L, differences were significant;Comparison of immune function levels: CD3+ and CD4+ levels in two groups of patients after treatment were significantly increased comparing with the same group before treatment, CD3+, CD4+ levels in observation group after treatment (65.53±3.31, 34.55±2.27)% were higher than levels in control group after treatment (60.38±3.16, 32.65±2.16)%, differences were significant;Levels of CD8+ concentration in two groups of patients after treatment were significantly decreased comparing with the same group before treatment. CD8+ levels in observation group after treatment (24.17±2.05)% were lower than control group after treatment (27.63±2.46)%, differences were significant.Conclusion:1% Pimecrilimus cream treatment could effectively improve serum inflammatory factor levels and immune function of patients with eczematous dermatitis, which deserved clinical expansion. 展开更多

Methods: According to urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), a total of 158 cases of diabetic patients were divided into T2DM group (Simple diabetes group, n=52) and DN group (diabetic nephropathy group, n=106), group DN were divided into microalbuminuria group (n=54) and macroalbuminuria group (n=52);At the same time, 50 healthy subjects were selected as control group, the levels of serum inflammatory factors (hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α), vWf, VEGF and adhesion molecules (sVCAM-1, sICAM-1 and E- selectin) in these four groups were compared. Results: The levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, vWf, VEGF, TNF-α, sVCAM-1, sICAM-1 and E- selectin in the T2DM group and DN group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and DN group was significantly higher than that in T2DM group, the difference was statistically significant;In the DN group, compared with microalbuminuria group, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, vWf, VEGF, TNF-α, sVCAM-1, sICAM-1 and E- selectin in the macroalbuminuria group were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Serum inflammatory factors, vWf, VEGF and adhesion molecules may play important roles in the course of the genesis and development of DN. CD3+, CD4+ level were significantly decreased when it compared with the control group. Level of IgM in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference between two groups was not significant. Before treatment, compared inter-class, level of IL-2, IL-6, TNF-α, ICAM-1, CD8+, IgA and IgG in the observation group were significantly lower, but all of these indexes level were still remarkable higher than the control group. It was statistical significant difference;After treatment, the level of CD3+, CD4+ in the observation group were dramatically increased, but both level were still significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant;Level of IgM after treatment compared with control group and before treatment respectively was no statistical significant difference.Conclusion: The level of inflammatory factors and ICAM-1 always were abnormal in epileptic and they were always with immune dysfunction. Oxcarbazepine was capable of effectively reducing inflammatory factor and ICAM-1 level and positively regulating immune dysfunction. 展开更多

The level of the serum inflammatory factor, oxidative stress and immune function before and after surgery were compared.Results:The levels of serum hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, MDA, SOD, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant. The level of serum hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups were increased firstly and then decreased, which at 1 d and 3 d after operation were significantly higher than those in the same group before operation and the observation group levels were significantly higher than those in the control group at same time point. The level of serum MDA increased first and then decreased in both groups, and the level of SOD decreased firstly and then increased in two groups;the level of MDA in the two groups after 1 d and 3 d of operation were significantly higher than those before operation, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group at the same time;the levels of SOD in the two groups after operation of 1 d and 3 d were significantly lower than those before operation, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group at the same time. The levels of T lymphocyte: serum CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups were decreased at first and then increased, which at 1 d, 3 d after operation were significantly lower than those in the same group before operation;the observation group level were significantly higher than those in the control group after 1 d and 3 d, there was statistical significant difference. The levels of serum CD8+ in the two groups were increased at first and decreased subsequently, which at 1 d and 3 d after operation were significantly higher than those in the same group before operation and the observation group levels were significantly lower than those in the control group at same time point, the difference was statistical significant.Conclusion: Compared with traditional open surgery, laparoscopic resection can reduce patient's inflammation, stress response and immune suppression, and the overall effect is better and with important clinical value. 展开更多
