Objective:To explore the application effect of remote ultrasound teaching in the standardized training of residents.Methods:42 students who participated in the standardized residency training in the Department of Ultr...Objective:To explore the application effect of remote ultrasound teaching in the standardized training of residents.Methods:42 students who participated in the standardized residency training in the Department of Ultrasonography of our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=21)and the observation group(n=21)by using the random number table method.The control group was taught routinely,and the observation group was taught with remote ultrasound on the basis of the control group.The general data,teaching effect,ultrasound diagnostic compliance rate,and teaching satisfaction of the participants in the two groups were observed.Results:The baseline data of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the theoretical and practical assessment scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(t=2.491,t=2.434,P=0.05);the ultrasound diagnostic compliance rate of the participants in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.33%)(χ2=33.574,P=0.000<0.001);the overall satisfaction rate of students in the observation group(20/95.24%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(14/66.67%)(χ2=3.860,P=0.049<0.05).Conclusion:In standardized residency training,remote ultrasound teaching can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of students,enhance diagnostic accuracy,and improve students’teaching satisfaction.展开更多

BACKGROUND Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a common inflammatory disease of the pancreas with high mortality rates.It is of great significance to take scientific intervention measures for patients with AP in time.AIM To expl...BACKGROUND Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a common inflammatory disease of the pancreas with high mortality rates.It is of great significance to take scientific intervention measures for patients with AP in time.AIM To explore the effect of standardized nursing combined with mindfulness stress reduction training on the curative effect,negative emotion,and quality of life in patients with acute pancreatitis.METHODS A total of 80 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to The First People's Hospital of Jiangxia District Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group(n=40).Patients in control group were given the standardized nursing intervention,and the observation group were given standardized nursing plus mindfulness stress reduction training intervention.The time of clinical symptom disappeared or improved,complication occurrence rate,emotional state,and quality of life score of the two groups were observed and compared.RESULTS In comparison with the control group,the bowel sound recovery time,ventosity and abdominal pain improvement time,and venting and cacation time in observation group were shorter,and the total incidence rate of complications was reduced,showing statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Serum levels of tumour necrosis factor alpha,interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1βand IL-8 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of life quality in physiology,psychology,environment and social relations in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The application of standardized nursing intervention combined with mindfulness stress reduction training in patients with acute pancreatitis has a definite effect,which can help to ameliorate the clinical symptoms,anxiety and depression of patients,reduce the incidence rate of complications,and improve the prognosis of patients.展开更多

Methods: The study used the experimental control method. The study lasted from September to November 2022. The subjects of this study were 49 students of standardized training for resident doctors of traditional Chinese Medicine from grades 2020, 2021 and 2022 of Dazhou integrated TCM & Western Medicine Hospital. They were randomly divided into experiment group (25) and control group (24). The experiment group adopted flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method, and the control group adopted traditional teaching method. The teaching content was 4 basic clinical skill projects, including four diagnoses of traditional Chinese Medicine, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, dressing change procedure, acupuncture and massage. The evaluation method was carried out by comparing the students’ performance and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the students’ evaluation of the teaching method. Results: The test scores of total scores in the experimental group (90.12 ± 5.89) were all higher than those in the control group (81.47 ± 7.96) (t = 4.53, P P Conclusions: The teaching process of the flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method is conducive to improving the efficiency of classroom teaching, cultivating students’ self-learning ability, and enhancing students’ willingness to learn.展开更多
Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of participatory teaching method in the standardized training of respiratory medicine residents.Methods:The study period was from May 2022 to May 2023.20 doctors...Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of participatory teaching method in the standardized training of respiratory medicine residents.Methods:The study period was from May 2022 to May 2023.20 doctors in the standardized training of respiratory medicine residency in our hospital were taken as research subjects and grouped into the participatory group(n=10)and the routine group(n=10)by using the random number lottery method.The participatory group practised participatory teaching methods,and the routine group practised routine teaching methods.The results of discharge assessment,teaching evaluation,and mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(mini-CEX)assessment were compared between the groups.Results:The theoretical assessment,operational assessment,and total scores of the participatory group were significantly higher than those of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching evaluation of independent learning,theoretical mastery,teamwork,clinical thinking,communication,and learning interest of the participatory group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mini-CEX assessments of history inquiry,organizational effectiveness,professionalism,physical examination,clinical diagnosis,communication skills,and overall clinical competence of the participatory group were significantly better than those of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the participatory group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Participatory teaching methods can improve the overall level of doctors in the respiratory medicine residency standardized training,and the teaching satisfaction is improved.展开更多

Background:Snakebites can lead to lifelong consequences and is one of the main causes of death among military troops worldwide.However,few Chinese military medics know the proper first aid procedures for snakebites.Th...Background:Snakebites can lead to lifelong consequences and is one of the main causes of death among military troops worldwide.However,few Chinese military medics know the proper first aid procedures for snakebites.Therefore,this study aimed to explore the impact of the Standard Operation Procedure(SOP)and checklist on Chinese military medics’ability to manage snakebite first aid.Methods:This study was a prospective single-blind randomized controlled trial conducted in a military medical university of China from May to June 2017.A questionnaire-based survey was performed to collect the participants’socio-demographic profiles before the baseline measurement.During the baseline measurement,participants were requested to provide corresponding first aid that was responsive to the simulative situation portrayed by the standardized patients(SPs)and the evaluators then scored their performances according to a checklist for snakebite first aid scoring table.After the baseline measurement,they were randomly assigned to one of three intervention groups after stratification according to their baseline performance scores:group A received a self-learning course with textbooks(n=27),group B received a self-learning training on the SOP and checklist(n=27)and group C was engaged in an interactive discussion panel regarding the SOP and checklist(n=26).After the interventions,participants received outcome measurements about snakebite first aid key points capability from the same evaluator and SP for each group to avoid observational error.The reviewers were blinded about the grouping in the trial.Results:The baseline measurement yielded no significant difference(H=1.647,P=0.439)among the three groups.The post-intervention scores were higher than the pre-intervention scores for all three(A,B and C)groups(P=0.008,P<0.001 and P<0.001,respectively).There was significant difference of the post-intervention scores among the three groups(F=8.841,P<0.001).Both post-intervention scores of group B and group C were higher than that of group A(P<0.001 and P=0.001,respectively),but no difference was found between group B and C(P=0.695).The acceptance questionnaire score of SOP and checklist was mostly very satisfied,as the final scores of group B and group C were 4.62±0.61 and 4.82±0.45,respectively.Conclusions:In this study,the implementation of an SOP and checklist for snakebite first aid was shown to update and improve first aid treatment concepts in military medics.These intervention methods played an important role in improving the medics’cognition and understanding of snakebite first aid.Therefore,this finding suggests that SOP and checklist training should be further implemented in Chinese troops for snakebite care.展开更多

文摘Medical graduates are not fully trained physicians when they leave medical school.Currently,standardized training for resident doctors in most hospitals in China is carried out according to the Ministry of Health guidelines.However,these guidelines provide only outline guidance,and specific resident training is managed independently by and varies with individual institutions.Therefore,it is important to study training demand to learn about the content and emphasis of training.
文摘We have made a summary for Chongqing Standardized Nurse Training Class at several aspects, including the basic information of trainees, the configuration of teachers, the setting of courses, and the effect analysis. Meanwhile, some improvement measures are proposed according to the comments and suggestions. This study provides a reliable basis for cultivating the management cadres of standardized nurse training.
文摘In recent years,there are increasingly more standardized trainings for doctors based on the standardized training outline that is suitable for different grades.Hierarchical training has gradually formed a relatively sound training mode.In reflecting students’learning effect,there is a need for an ideal quality feedback system in the standardized practical skills training for clinical pathology residents.This feedback system can help students achieve the training objectives through understanding and grasping the learning content.

文摘As an important part of postgraduate education,Standard Resident Training(STR)plays a crucial role in the process of culturing a competent dental care provider who can independently treat the common oral infectious diseases.A systematic and comprehensive evaluation system is desiderating for realization of high-quality Endodontics resident training due to its discipline characteristics of highly specialized and strict operation.This paper analyzes the current status of resident training in our Endodontic Department and discusses how to improve the clinical skills and reasoning ability of residents,in order to construct a comprehensive resident training formative evaluation system in China.

文摘With the promulgation of the National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the state has made clear regulations on the standard for the cultivation of Chinese pharmacy talents. Based on their own actual conditions, major colleges and universities have implemented different talent training modes, including talent training modes of running talent classes, "2+1+1", "Chinese Medicine Research Practice Class", employment-oriented professional talent training mode, three-level three-type diversified talent training mode, and talent training mode oriented with adapting to the characteristics of ethnic regions. Various talent training modes have different training objectives, and corresponding training programs are formulated to meet the requirements of the National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities. In addition, according to the notice on Solidly Promoting Labor Education into the "National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities" issued by the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, the introduction of labor education to the teaching of Chinese pharmacy majors will be a trend, and Chinese pharmacy professionals are required to achieve comprehensive and coordinated development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty, and labor. How to integrate labor education with high quality and high efficiency into the training of Chinese pharmacy professionals is a problem that major universities will think about.

文摘Background:Snakebites can lead to lifelong consequences and is one of the main causes of death among military troops worldwide.However,few Chinese military medics know the proper first aid procedures for snakebites.Therefore,this study aimed to explore the impact of the Standard Operation Procedure(SOP)and checklist on Chinese military medics’ability to manage snakebite first aid.Methods:This study was a prospective single-blind randomized controlled trial conducted in a military medical university of China from May to June 2017.A questionnaire-based survey was performed to collect the participants’socio-demographic profiles before the baseline measurement.During the baseline measurement,participants were requested to provide corresponding first aid that was responsive to the simulative situation portrayed by the standardized patients(SPs)and the evaluators then scored their performances according to a checklist for snakebite first aid scoring table.After the baseline measurement,they were randomly assigned to one of three intervention groups after stratification according to their baseline performance scores:group A received a self-learning course with textbooks(n=27),group B received a self-learning training on the SOP and checklist(n=27)and group C was engaged in an interactive discussion panel regarding the SOP and checklist(n=26).After the interventions,participants received outcome measurements about snakebite first aid key points capability from the same evaluator and SP for each group to avoid observational error.The reviewers were blinded about the grouping in the trial.Results:The baseline measurement yielded no significant difference(H=1.647,P=0.439)among the three groups.The post-intervention scores were higher than the pre-intervention scores for all three(A,B and C)groups(P=0.008,P<0.001 and P<0.001,respectively).There was significant difference of the post-intervention scores among the three groups(F=8.841,P<0.001).Both post-intervention scores of group B and group C were higher than that of group A(P<0.001 and P=0.001,respectively),but no difference was found between group B and C(P=0.695).The acceptance questionnaire score of SOP and checklist was mostly very satisfied,as the final scores of group B and group C were 4.62±0.61 and 4.82±0.45,respectively.Conclusions:In this study,the implementation of an SOP and checklist for snakebite first aid was shown to update and improve first aid treatment concepts in military medics.These intervention methods played an important role in improving the medics’cognition and understanding of snakebite first aid.Therefore,this finding suggests that SOP and checklist training should be further implemented in Chinese troops for snakebite care.
文摘In maritime industry, personnel’s training is considered by shipping companies as a top priority matter on the list of factors affecting competitiveness in operating vessels. This paper presents the importance and the effects of training Electro-Technical Experts in the context of latest developments, particularly the advent of the “Electric Ship” and the “Communicative Ship” analyzing the feedback received from several relevant two-days seminars for “Ship Electrical and Electronic Systems for Electro-Technical Officers”, in North East European countries. The pre-test and post-test self assessment method that has been used for more efficient interaction between trainers and trainees is analyzed using t-statistics. The attendees have had diverse basic backgrounds, yet company experts Fleet Engineers on merchant or war ships. The training’s effectiveness and gain is discussed in this paper and further proposals for the Electrical and Electronic training are presented through the valuable feedback for improvement.
文摘The article examines the world experience of e-learning as well as distance education technologies within the education process organization on higher and post-higher education programs.There have been listed the results of the most popular e-learning platforms analysis.Furthermore,there have been looked through the core legislative background of the development of the mentioned technologies in Russia and worldwide among the universities,specialized in seafarers training.There have been also drawn up the points of the Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping(Admiral Makarov SUMIS)design of the distance education system LMS"FARWATER"in compliance with the International Convention on Standards of Training,Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers(STCW Convention).The practical application of distance education system to the advanced professional training has been discussed in the article.
