As a kind of biopolymer, hydrolysates of fish swim bladder, safer than those of land mammals, are widely used in food, cosmetics as well as pharmaceutical and biomedical fields for their biocompatibility, biodegradability, and weak antigenicity. To enhance hydrolysate production,in this paper, the papain and alcalase hydrolysis processes of larimichthys polyactis swim bladder were optimized with orthogonal experiments. With 89.5%hydrolysate yield, the optimal processing conditions for alcalase were solid-liquid ratio of 1:30,enzyme concentration of 0.7%,and extraction time of 6 h.As for papain, under the optimal processing conditions:solid-liquid ratio of 1:20,enzyme concentration of 0.5%,and extraction time of 8 h,the hydrolysate yield was 65.1%.To obtain higher hydrolysate yields, the ultrasonic pretreatments were implemented before the optimal enzyme hydrolysis processes. With ultrasonic waves of 100 W for 50 min,the hydrolysate yields were increased 2.1%(alcalase)and 4.5%(papain),respectively.The Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR)spectroscopic analysis revealed that the hydrolysates extracted by papain exist in triple-helical forms. The Ultra-Violet(UV)absorption spectra indicated that the aromatic amino acids in the hydrolysates had strong absorptions in the wavelength range of 240 nm–300 nm.The results of this research demonstrate that the alcalase hydrolysates have better solubility in water and the solution is more stable under ambient temperature. However, the hydrolysates extracted by papain have a gel property and are insoluble in weak acid at room temperature, which is more suitable for applications in feedstock of biomedical. 展开更多

The levels of fluoride in various ground water sources in East Africa are above the World Health Organization upper limit of 1.5 mg/L. Research on diverse defluoridation technologies has proven that adsorption stands out as an affordable, efficient, and facile technology. Fish swim bladder-derived porous carbon (FBPC) activated by KOH and surface oxidized by nitric acid was successfully investigated as an adsorbent for defluoridation at portable water pH. The FBPC was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). Batch methods were used to study physiochemical parameters viz., initial fluoride concentration, temperature, adsorbate dosage, contact time and pH. Freundlich, Temkin, Langmuir and Dubinin-Radushkevich isotherms were plotted and analyzed to understand the adsorption process. Bangham, Weber Morris, pseudo first and second-order models were used to elucidate the kinetics of adsorption. Optimal conditions for fluoride removal were found to be: pH of 6, FBPC adsorbent dose of 5.0 g/L and contact time of 50 min. Flouride adsorption followed pseudo second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm best describes the adsorption process. 展开更多

A novel enzymatic method for extraction and preparation of fish collagen from swim bladder revealed the occurrence of α, β and γ bands with approximately 12.1 g/100g collagen corresponding to 89% of collagen and thus confirmed the nativity and purity of the fish collagen. FT-IR studies confirmed the retention of all three amide bands of I, II and III, and triple helixcity. UN-crosslinked and UV-crosslinked fish collagen membrane records a very high temperature of helix denaturation at 197℃ and 215℃, shrinkage temperature at 50℃ ± 3.2℃ and 62℃ ± 2.7℃ and tensile strength at 16.89 ± 2.5 and 120.02 ± 1.0 Kg/cm2 respectively. Fish collagen matrix promoted NIH 3T3 and L6 cellular growth and proliferation. The study indicates that availability of pure fish collagen could replace bovine collagen in tissue engineering applications. 展开更多

Fish in nature exhibit a variety of swimming modes such as forward swimming, backward swimming, turning, pitching, etc.,enabling them to swim in complex scenes such as coral reefs. It is still difficult for a robotic fish to swim autonomously in a confined area as a real fish. Here,we develop an untethered robotic manta as an experimental platform, which consists of two flexible pectoral fins and a tail fin, with three infrared sensors installed on the front, left, and right sides of the head to sense the surrounding obstacles. To generate multiple swimming modes of the robotic manta and online switching of different modes,we design a closed-loop Central Pattern Generator(CPG)controller based on distance information and use a combination of phase difference and amplitude of the CPG model to achieve stable and rapid adjustment of yaw angle. To verify the autonomous swimming ability of the robotic manta in complex scenes,we design an experimental scenario with a concave obstacle. The experimental results show that the robotic manta can achieve forward swimming, backward swimming,in situ turning within the concave obstacle, and finally exit from the area safely while relying on the perception of external obstacles, which can provide insight into the autonomous exploration of complex scenes by the biomimetic robotic fish. Finally, the swimming ability of the robotic manta is verified by field tests. 展开更多

Ferroptosis,a type of regulated cell death driven by iron-dependent lipid peroxidation,is mainly initiated by extramitochondrial lipid peroxidation due to the accumulation of iron-dependent reactive oxygen species.Ferroptosis is a prevalent and primitive form of cell death.Numerous cellular metabolic processes regulate ferroptosis, including redox homeostasis, iron regulation, mitochondrial activity, amino acid metabolism, lipid metabolism, and various disease-related signaling pathways.Ferroptosis plays a pivotal role in cancer therapy, particularly in the eradication of aggressive malignancies resistant to conventional treatments.Multiple studies have explored the connection between ferroptosis and bladder cancer, focusing on its incidence and treatment outcomes.Several biomolecules and tumor-associated signaling pathways, such as p53,heat shock protein 1,nuclear receptor coactivator 4,RAS-RAF-MEK,phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase-AKT-mammalian target of rapamycin, and the Hippo-tafazzin signaling system, exert a moderating influence on ferroptosis in bladder cancer.Ferroptosis inducers, including erastin, artemisinin, conjugated polymer nanoparticles, and quinazolinyl-arylurea derivatives, hold promise for enhancing the effectiveness of conventional anticancer medications in bladder cancer treatment.Combining conventional therapeutic drugs and treatment methods related to ferroptosis offers a promising approach for the treatment of bladder cancer. In this review,we analyze the research on ferroptosis to augment the efficacy of bladder cancer treatment. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Epithelioid malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor(EMPNST)of the bladder is a rare entity with devastating features. These tumors are thought to originate from malignant transformation of pre-existing schwannomas of pelvic autonomic nerve plexuses, and unlike the conventional malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor(MPNST),are not associated with neurofibromatosis. The tumor has dis-tinctive morphological, immunohistochemical and molecular features.Addi-tionally,it tends to be more aggressive and have a higher mortality. This is the first case that presents with a synchronous urothelial carcinoma of the bladder and the epithelioid variant of MPNST in the literature. It’s also the second re-ported case of EMPNST originating from the bladder wall.CASE SUMMARY In this case report,we present the detailed clinical course of a 71-year-old patient with EMPNST of the bladder alongside a literature review.CONCLUSION During the management of EMPNST cases, offering aggressive treatment moda-lities to the patient, such as radical cystectomy,is appropriate for the best chance to contain the disease, regardless of the tumor stage and the extent of local disease at initial diagnosis. 展开更多

Introduction:Bladder cancer(BC)has a high incidence and mortality rate worldwide.Suppressor anaphasepromoting complex domain containing 2(SAPCDC2)is over-expressed in a variety of tumors. Objectives:This study investigated the effects of SAPCD2 knockdown on BC cells.Methods:T24 and UMUC3 cell models and the xenografted BC tumor model with SAPCD2 knockdown were established to observe the malignant phenotype of BC cells by cell counting kit-8 assay, colony formation test, wound healing, and Transwell assay,mRNA and proteins expressions were measured with quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction, western blotting, and tissue immunohistochemistry.Lithium chloride agonist on the Wnt/β-catenin pathway was used to clarify the molecular mechanism of SAPCD2 knockdown.Results:SAPCD2 expression was significantly higher in BC cell lines than in SVHUC-1 cells.SAPCD2 knockdown inhibited viability and cloning, hindered the G0/G1 phase of the cell cycle in UMUC3 and T24 cells, and decreased the migration and invasiveness of BC cells.SAPCD2 knockdown inhibited expression levels of cyclin D1,cyclin B1,N-cadherin,vimentin,Snail,β-catenin,c-Myc,and cyclin-dependent kinase 4,while the P21 and E-cadherin were raised by SAPCD2 knockdown.Furthermore, lithium chloride reversed the effects of SAPCD2 knockdown on the expression levels of the above proteins in UMUC3 and T24 cells. In vivo,SAPCD2 knockdown inhibited the volume, weight, and expression of Ki-67 andβ-catenin in tumors and increased the E-cadherin expression.Conclusion:SAPCD2 knockdown inhibits the malignant phenotype of BC via a pathway involvingβ-catenin. 展开更多

Objective:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is currently the gold standard for treating symptomatic gallstone disease.Despite its success, approximately 10%of patients may experience persistent biliary symptoms, leading to the post-cholecystectomy syndrome.A remnant gallbladder with cystic duct or bile duct stones is one of the causes of this syndrome. The objective of this study was to shed light on the clinical manifestations, evaluation, therapeutic strategies, and outcomes associated with laparoscopic management of symptomatic remnant gallbladders. Methods:This was a retrospective study, conducted over a five-year period(January 2017 to December 2022)at Apollo Hospitals in South India. All patients who underwent laparoscopic completion cholecystectomy for a remnant gall bladder were included. The following data were collected:patient demographics, symptoms, preoperative investigations, intraoperative details and post operative outcomes. Results:In total,36 patients were included and analysed. The majority of patients were male(25,69.4%),with a mean age of 50.7±12.1 years. The most common presentation was pain in the upper abdomen or right upper quadrant region(24,66.7%).The laparoscopic approach was attempted in all patients, with a success rate of 94.4%.Two patients required conversion to open surgery.Cholecystoenteric fistula to the colon was observed in one patient.Choledocholithiasis was observed in 7 patients(19.4%),and stone clearance was successfully achieved using endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in all patients preoperatively. Conclusion:Incomplete gall bladder removal either intentionally or unintentionally leaves a remnant gall bladder that is at risk for stone formation and infection.Patients who have this clinical entity with symptoms require a redo or complete cholecystectomy,a complex procedure associated with certain risks. This study highlights the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic completion cholecystectomy for the management of remnant gallbladder with cystic duct or bile duct stones. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Multiple primary cancers are rare occurrences that can involve either metachronous or synchronous development. It is particularly rare for an individual to have more than two primary cancers. In this report,we present a case study of an elderly man who was diagnosed with three heterochronous cancers in the renal pelvis, bladder, and colon.CASE SUMMARY On December 30,2014,a 51-year-old Chinese man was admitted to our hospital with complaints of intermittent painless gross hematuria for the preceding week.A computed tomography(CT)scan revealed wall thickening in the left ureter’s upper segment, while a CT urography revealed a left renal pelvis tumor.A successful laparoscopic radical resection of the left renal pelvis tumor was subsequently performed at Shanghai Zhongshan Hospital in January 2015.The pathological findings after the surgery revealed a low-grade papillary urothelial carcinoma of the renal pelvis. The final pathological tumor stage was pT1N0M0.After surgery, this patient received 6 cycles of intravenous chemotherapy with gemcitabine and carboplatin,as well as bladder infusion therapy with gemcitabine. On December 18,2017,the patient was admitted once again to our hospital with a one-day history of painless gross hematuria.A CT scan showed the presence of a space-occupying lesion on the posterior wall of bladder.Cystoscopic examination revealed multiple tumors in the bladder and right cutaneous ureterostomy was performed under general anesthesia on December 29,2017.The postoperative pathological findings disclosed multifocal papillary urothelial carcinoma of the bladder(maximum size 3.7 cm×2.6 cm).The bladder cancer was considered a metastasis of the renal pelvis cancer after surgery. The pathological tumor stage was pT1N0M1.The patient refused chemotherapy after surgery. After another six years, the patient returned on February 28,2023,complaining of periumbilical pain that had lasted six days. This time,a CT scan of the abdomen showed a tumor in the ascending colon, but a subsequent colonoscopy examination indicated a tumor in the descending colon. On March 12,2023,a subtotal colectomy and an ileosigmoidal anastomosis were carried out under general anesthesia.Postoperative pathological findings revealed that all three tumors were adenocarcinomas. The final pathological tumor stage was pT3N0M0.The patient had an uneventful postoperative recovery and was discharged without complications.CONCLUSION The case of this elderly man presents a rare occurrence of metachronous primary cancers in the renal pelvis and colon.Bladder cancer is considered a metastasis of renal pelvis cancer after surgery.Optimal treatment can be implemented by evaluating the patient’s histological features, clinical history, and tumor distribution correctly. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Bladder cancer(BC)is the most common urological tumor. It has a high recur-rence rate, displays tutor heterogeneity, and resists chemotherapy.Furthermore, the long-term survival rate of BC patients has remained unchanged for decades, which seriously affects the quality of patient survival. To improve the survival rate and prognosis of BC patients,it is necessary to explore the molecular mechanisms of BC development and progression and identify targets for treatment and intervention.Transmembrane 9 superfamily member 1(TM9SF1),also known as MP70 and HMP70,is a member of a family of nine transmembrane superfamily proteins, which was first identified in 1997.TM9SF1 can be expressed in BC,but its biological function and mechanism in BC are not clear.AIM To investigate the biological function and mechanism of TM9SF1 in BC.Overexpression of TM9SF1 increased the in vitro proliferation, migration, and invasion of BC cells by promoting the entry of BC cells into the G2/M phase.Silencing of TM9SF1 inhibited in vitro proliferation, migration, and invasion of BC cells and blocked BC cells in the G1 phase.CONCLUSION TM9SF1 may be an oncogene in BC. 展开更多

Background: bladder tumors rank 2nd among urological tumors in sub-Saharan Africa, particularly in Côte d’Ivoire. Objective: to report the results of transurethral resection of the bladder (TURB) for the treatment of non-muscle-infiltrating bladder tumors (NMIBT) in Bouaké. Patients and methods: we conducted a cross-sectional, descriptive study of transurethral resection of the bladder (TURB) for the treatment of non-muscle-infiltrating bladder tumors (NMIBT) between January 2022 and April 2023. All patients and their families were informed in advance and had signed an informed consent form. All patients with a non-muscle-invasive bladder tumor confirmed by an initial TURB were included, and patients with a bladder tumor infiltrating the bladder muscle were excluded. Diagnosis was based on cystoscopy and anatomopathological examination of resection shavings. Parameters studied were: age, sex, risk factors, reason for consultation, clinical signs, cystoscopy findings, stage, grade, Evolution. Results: 17 patients with a mean age of 53.7 years (22-73 years) underwent trans-ureteral bladder resection to treat a non-muscle-infiltrating bladder tumor (NMIBT). Male gender predominated with 88.23% (n = 15), the majority of patients came from the ME region with 47.05% (n = 8), farmers were the most numerous (52.94%;n = 9). The most frequent reason for consultation was macroscopic hematuria with 64.1% (n = 11), risk factors were dominated by urinary bilharziasis with 70.58% (n = 12), physical examination was normal in 47.05% (n = 8). Hemoglobin (HB) levels were between 7.5 and 8.5 g/dl in 52.94% (n = 9). On cystoscopy, the tumor was budding in 76.45% (n = 13), the localization was trigonal in 52.9% (n = 9) and the base of implantation was sessile in 70.52% (n = 12). On ultrasound, the tumor was 3 cm or larger in 70.52% (n = 12). Therapeutically, 82.35% (n = 14) of patients received a blood transfusion. TURB was complete in the majority of cases 88.23% (n = 15). Squamous cell carcinoma was the most frequent histological type with 76.47% (n = 13). PTa and PT1 grade accounted for 23.52% (n = 4) and 76.47% (n = 13) respectively. High-grade PT1 accounted for 64.70% (n = 11). Follow-up to TURB was straightforward in 94.11% (n = 16). At three months post-TURB, seven patients presented a tumor recurrence, with 41.17% (n = 7) requiring a second TURB. At 6 months, follow-up noted 14 patients free of any clinical or endoscopic signs of bladder tumors. Conclusion: TURB is a safe and effective means of treating non-muscle-invasive bladder tumors. 展开更多

As a worldwide public health issue, chronic kidney disease still lacks of effective therapeutic approaches due to the challenges in conventional organ transplantation and dialysis. Renal tissue engineering offers an advantageous therapeutic or regenerative option over typical donor organ. However, despite the great progress of decellularized extracellular matrix based scaffold for the renal regeneration, several safety concerns and complex composition still remain to be addressed. Herein, the extracellular matrix-mimicking hydrogel scaffolds were developed through covalent and physical cross-linking between swim bladder-derived natural collagen(COL) and anti-fibrosis chondroitin sulfate(CS) derivatives. The biomimetic hydrogels showed proper mechanical property, excellent thermal stability and high biocompatibility both in vitro and in vivo, by altering the mass ratio of COL and CS. When implanted in partially nephrectomized rat model, the 1 COL/2CS scaffold enable it recruit more native kidney cells, reduce the tubular damage, and even induce the regeneration of renal tubular-like tissue and restore renal metabolic function more effectively comparing with the pure 2COL and 2CS scaffold. These results suggest that the biomimetic scaffold is a promising functional platform for treating renal diseases. 展开更多

Background:Vascular cognitive impairment caused by chronic cerebral hypoperfusion(CCH)has become a hot issue worldwide.Aerobic exercise positively contributes to the preservation or restoration of cognitive abilities;however, the specific mechanism has remained inconclusive. And recent studies found that neurogranin(Ng)is a potential biomarker for cognitive impairment. This study aims to investigate the underlying role of Ng in swimming training to improve cognitive impairment. Methods:To test this hypothesis, the clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)-associated protein 9(Cas9)system was utilized to construct a strain of Ng conditional knockout(Ng cKO)mice, and bilateral common carotid artery stenosis(BCAS)surgery was performed to prepare the model. In Experiment 1,2-month-old male and female transgenic mice were divided into a control group(wild-type littermate,n=9)and a Ng cKO group(n=9).Then,2-month-old male and female C57BL/6 mice were divided into a sham group(C57BL/6,n=12)and a BCAS group(n=12).In Experiment 2,2-month-old male and female mice were divided into a sham group(wild-type littermate,n=12),BCAS group(n=12),swim group(n=12),BCAS+Ng cKO group(n=12),and swim+Ng cKO group(n=12).Then,7 days after BCAS,mice were given swimming training for 5 weeks(1 week for adaptation and 4 weeks for training,5 days a week,60 min a day). After intervention, laser speckle was used to detect cerebral blood perfusion in the mice, and the T maze and Morris water maze were adopted to test their spatial memory.Furthermore, electrophysiology and Western blotting were conducted to record long-term potential and observe the expressions of Ca^(2+)pathway-related proteins, respectively.Immunohistochemistry was applied to analyze the expression of relevant markers in neuronal damage, inflammation, and white matter injury. Results:The figures showed that spatial memory impairment was detected in Ng cKO mice, and a sharp decline of cerebral blood flow and an impairment of progressive spatial memory were observed in BCAS mice.Regular swimming training improved the spatial memory impairment of BCAS mice. This was achieved by preventing long-term potential damage and reversing the decline of Ca^(2+)signal transduction pathway-related proteins. At the same time, the results suggested that swimming also led to improvements in neuronal death, inflammation, and white matter injury induced by CCH.Further study adopted the use of Ng cKO transgenic mice, and the results indicated that the positive effects of swimming training on cognitive impairments, synaptic plasticity, and related pathological changes caused by CCH could be abolished by the knockout of Ng.Conclusion:Swimming training can mediate the expression of Ng to enhance hippocampal synaptic plasticity and improve related pathological changes induced by CCH,thereby ameliorating the spatial memory impairment of vascular cognitive impairment. 展开更多

Urothelial Carcinoma (UC) is one of the most frequent cancers worldwide. Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor (TURBT) is a standard treatment in the disease’s early stages, with bladder perforation being a possible and classical complication. However, extravesical tumor seeding resulting from perforation is a rare phenomenon. We hereby report the case of a 76-year-old man with a history of smoking diagnosed with high-grade T1 urothelial carcinoma. TURBT was performed and bladder perforation occurred during the procedure. Radical cystectomy after neoadjuvant chemotherapy failed to reveal an invasive tumor. However, the patient experienced peritoneal recurrence with liver metastasis 3 years following the operation. This case left physician wondering whether the bladder perforation and the resulting tumor seeding are the cause behind the late peritoneal recurrence of an early-stage urothelial carcinoma. 展开更多

This article reviews the research progress of rehabilitation treatment and nursing care of patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury,in order to provide reference for the rehabilitation treatment and nursing care of patients. We reviewed recent medical literature on patients with neurogenic bladder, focusing on neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury. We analyzed 30 recent of publications in patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury,in addition to reviewing and evaluating the commonly used rehabilitation nursing methods for neurogenic bladder.Psychological counseling is a vital aspect which cannot be neglected in the process of neurogenic bladder rehabilitation.Hitherto, the commonly used drug and surgical treatments may have negatively impacted the mental health of patients in varying degrees. However,in clinical practice, applying intermittent catheterization in patients who have neurogenic bladder with spinal cord injury may help improve patients’life quality, mitigate psychological burden, and reduce negative emotions. 展开更多

Objective:Guidelines for muscle-invasive bladder cancer(MIBC)recommend that patients receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy with radical cystectomy as treatment over radical cystectomy alone.Though trends and practice patterns of MIBC have been defined using the National Cancer Database, data using the Surveillance,Epidemiology, and End Results(SEER)program have been poorly described. Methods:Using the SEER database,we collected data of MIBC according to the American Joint Commission on Cancer. We considered differences in patient demographics and tumor charac-teristics based on three treatment groups:chemotherapy(both adjuvant and neoadjuvant)with radical cystectomy, radical cystectomy, and chemoradiotherapy.Multinomial logistic regression was performed to compare likelihood ratios.Temporal trends were included for each treatment group.Kaplan-Meier curves were performed to compare cause-specific sur-vival.A Cox proportional-hazards model was utilized to describe predictors of survival. Results:Of 16728 patients,10468 patients received radical cystectomy alone,3236 received chemotherapy with radical cystectomy, and 3024 received chemoradiotherapy.Patients who received chemoradiotherapy over radical cystectomy were older and more likely to be African American;stage III patients tended to be divorced.Patients who received chemotherapy with radical cystectomy tended to be males;stage II patients were less likely to be Asian than Caucasian.Stage III patients were less likely to receive chemoradiotherapy as a treatment op-tion than stage II.Chemotherapy with radical cystectomy and chemoradiotherapy are both un-derutilized treatment options, though increasingly utilized.Kaplan-Meier survival curves showed significant differences between stage II and III tumors at each interval.A Cox proportional-hazards model showed differences in gender, tumor stage, treatment modality, age, andmarital status. Conclusion:Radical cystectomy alone is still the most commonly used treatment for muscle-invasive bladder cancer based on temporal trends.Significant disparities exist in those who receive radical cystectomy over chemoradiotherapy for treatment. 展开更多

Non-muscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC)is a major type of bladder cancer with a high incidence worldwide, resulting in a great disease burden.Treatment and surveillance are the most important part of NIMBC management. In 2018,we issued“Treatment and surveillance for non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer in China:an evidencebased clinical practice guideline”.Since then, various studies on the treatment and surveillance of NMIBC have been published. There is a need to incorporate these materials and also to take into account the relatively limited medical resources in primary medical institutions in China.Developing a version of guideline which takes these two issues into account to promote the management of NMIBC is therefore indicated. We formed a working group of clinical experts and methodologists.Through questionnaire investigation of clinicians including primary medical institutions,24 clinically concerned issues, involving transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT),intravesical chemotherapy and intravesical immunotherapy of NMIBC,and follow-up and surveillance of the NMIBC patients, were determined for this guideline.Researches and recommendations on the management of NMIBC in databases, guideline development professional societies and monographs were referred to,and the European Association of Urology was used to assess the certainty of generated recommendations. Finally,we issued 29 statements, among which 22 were strong recommendations, and 7 were weak recommendations. These recommendations cover the topics of TURBT,postoperative chemotherapy after TURBT,Bacillus Calmette–Guérin(BCG)immunotherapy after TURBT,combination treatment of BCG and chemotherapy after TURBT,treatment of carcinoma in situ, radical cystectomy, treatment of NMIBC recurrence, and follow-up and surveillance. We hope these recommendations can help promote the treatment and surveillance of NMIBC in China, especially for the primary medical institutions. 展开更多
