Objective:To build a set of teaching staff construction and teaching quality monitoring system suitable for clinical practice teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,achieve continuous improvement of clin...Objective:To build a set of teaching staff construction and teaching quality monitoring system suitable for clinical practice teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,achieve continuous improvement of clinical education and teaching level,and ensure the quality of medical education talent cultivation.Methods:A modern clinical practice teaching quality monitoring system is constructed based on organizational structure construction,teaching staff system construction,quality control system construction,and information platform construction,combined with external audit and evaluation.Results:The hospital has established a Faculty Development and Teaching Evaluation Office specifically responsible for the cultivation of clinical teachers and the evaluation and supervision of teaching quality.A relatively complete teacher construction and teaching quality monitoring system has also been established for clinical practice teaching,thus achieving integration with the school’s quality control system in terms of management mechanism.At the same time,a set of teaching quality control mode based on the“Internet+”platform has been created by means of informatization.At present,this mode has won three national computer software copyrights and two second prizes for school-level teaching achievements.Conclusion:Through five years of practice,an“Internet+”teaching quality evaluation and monitoring system with the characteristics of teaching hospitals affiliated to local medical colleges has been established.In order to further standardize the training system of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals,achieve self-monitoring and self-improvement in terms of teaching quality,and ensure the continuous improvement of clinical teaching quality,we will continue to promote the development of clinical teachers with quality and excellence,enrich the main team of quality monitoring,guide the transformation of the education mode from being“centered on teachers”to being“centered on students,”and realize the integration of internal and external quality monitoring systems.展开更多
This study aims to explore the relationship between the teaching environment and teaching quality in Inner Mongolia universities,analyze the characteristics and current situation of the teaching environment,and provid...This study aims to explore the relationship between the teaching environment and teaching quality in Inner Mongolia universities,analyze the characteristics and current situation of the teaching environment,and provide recommendations for improvement.Through a detailed analysis of the components,characteristics,and existing issues and challenges of the teaching environment,it is found that the teaching environment has an important impact on the teaching quality.It is suggested to increase investment in infrastructure,optimize the structure of the teaching staff,rationally allocate educational resources,and promote the balanced development of disciplines.At the same time,policy recommendations were put forward,including the establishment of a teaching evaluation system,strengthening teacher training and development,and promoting school-enterprise cooperation to improve the quality of teaching.Future research directions may focus on areas such as educational technology development,policy-level influences,and school management models to further expand our understanding of the relationship between teaching environment and teaching quality.展开更多

Crowdsourcing is widely used in various fields to collect goods and services from large participants.Evaluating teaching quality by collecting feedback from experts or students after class is not only delayed but also...Crowdsourcing is widely used in various fields to collect goods and services from large participants.Evaluating teaching quality by collecting feedback from experts or students after class is not only delayed but also not accurate.In this paper,we present a crowdsourcing-based framework to evaluate teaching quality in the classroom using a weighted average operator to aggregate information from students’questionnaires described by linguistic 2-tuple terms.Then we define crowd grade based on similarity degree to distinguish contribution from different students and minimize the abnormal students’impact on the evaluation.The crowd grade would be updated at the end of each feedback so it can guarantee the evaluation accurately.Moreover,a simulated case is shown to illustrate how to apply this framework to assess teaching quality in the classroom.Finally,we developed a prototype and carried out some experiments on a series of real questionnaires and two sets of modified data.The results show that teachers can locate the weak points of teaching and furthermore to identify the abnormal students to improve the teaching quality.Meanwhile,our approach provides a strong tolerance for the abnormal student to make the evaluation more accurate.展开更多

We propose to summarize opinion data using new non parametric indexes able to exploit efficiently the ordinal nature of the analysed variables and to integrate different sources of data. In particular we show how web survey methods can improve the quality and robustness of collected data, especially when integrated with students career data. To enable the students to learn and make use of scientific knowledge better, the Special English Curriculum for MLS has been set up, which is very important to non-English-speaking students. However, there are many problems in the course of teaching, so the improved teaching quality of the curriculum is in demand. Approach: In this paper these problems are described and the corresponding advices are proposed from the perspectives of staff room, teachers and students, which are supposed to develop the curriculum for education of the medical laboratory scientists. Findings: To improve the teaching quality of the Special English Curriculum for MLS, the textbook should be appropriately selected or compiled, the novel teaching methods can be applied, and the modern multimedia teaching materials can be adopted.The teachers of the curriculum should be proficient in professional knowledge, English as well as the systematic and scientific teaching methods. The students need to have the courage and determination to overcome the difficulties when they learn the curriculum, and the students who have not did well in their lessons should learn to study by themselves. Based on the ideas and evaluation framework of Engineering Education Accreditation, adopting the merits of the traditional methods, a student-centered classroom teaching quality evaluation system is proposed to evaluate and continually improve the classroom teaching quality of Master of Software Engineering. The quality evaluation system covers teaching goals, teacher performance, student performance, teaching effect, supporting conditions and continual improvement totally six aspects. In addition, according to the notice on Solidly Promoting Labor Education into the "National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities" issued by the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, the introduction of labor education to the teaching of Chinese pharmacy majors will be a trend, and Chinese pharmacy professionals are required to achieve comprehensive and coordinated development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty, and labor. How to integrate labor education with high quality and high efficiency into the training of Chinese pharmacy professionals is a problem that major universities will think about.
文摘Xindi Applied Piano Pedagogy(XAPP)is one of the key achievements of Chinese music education reform in recent years,reflecting the booming of piano education in China.Twenty years after its establishment,the pedagogy has been widely accepted by society.Based on the PDCA(plan-do-check-act)cycle,the paper studies XAPP in relation to teaching quality management,hoping to achieve quality teaching results by improving teaching models and quality.In order to investigate the XAPP teaching process,a closed-loop management on XAPP’s teaching quality is formed,and the questions are divided into different modules:teaching team building,curriculum design,course in effect,teaching materials selection,teacher assessment and rectification,customer satisfaction survey,as well as teaching evaluation and feedback.The application of the PDCA cycle in XAPP’s teaching quality management is then analyzed,with an aim to optimize applied piano teaching management and improve XAPP’s teaching system,curriculum design,teaching materials,and theoretical framework.This paper also studies XAPP from a management perspective,which not only promotes the development of music education,but also expands the research field of music education management.

文摘The aim of this paper is to present a new proposal for the classification of Academic institutions in terms of quality of teaching. Our methodological proposal borrows concepts from operational risk, such as scorecard models, employed to assess University performances, on the basis of both the perceived and the actual quality. We propose to summarize opinion data using new non parametric indexes able to exploit efficiently the ordinal nature of the analysed variables and to integrate different sources of data. In particular we show how web survey methods can improve the quality and robustness of collected data, especially when integrated with students career data. Empirical evidence is given on the basis of real data from the University of Pavia.
文摘Phenomenon: Nowadays, with rapidly developing in medical laboratory science(MLS), new concepts, knowledge and technologies are constantly emerging, which requires medical students to continuously learn to grasp the new development trend and the latest research progress. To enable the students to learn and make use of scientific knowledge better, the Special English Curriculum for MLS has been set up, which is very important to non-English-speaking students. However, there are many problems in the course of teaching, so the improved teaching quality of the curriculum is in demand. Approach: In this paper these problems are described and the corresponding advices are proposed from the perspectives of staff room, teachers and students, which are supposed to develop the curriculum for education of the medical laboratory scientists. Findings: To improve the teaching quality of the Special English Curriculum for MLS, the textbook should be appropriately selected or compiled, the novel teaching methods can be applied, and the modern multimedia teaching materials can be adopted.The teachers of the curriculum should be proficient in professional knowledge, English as well as the systematic and scientific teaching methods. The students need to have the courage and determination to overcome the difficulties when they learn the curriculum, and the students who have not did well in their lessons should learn to study by themselves. Insights: The Special English Curriculum for MLS is very important to non-English-speaking students and is kind of difficult for them, the staff room, teachers and students should adjust themselves to teach and learn the curriculum better.

文摘Classroom teaching is a vital part of postgraduate education. The deficiencies of traditional classroom teaching quality evaluation methods for the postgraduate education of Master of Software Engineering in China are analyzed. The Engineering Education Accreditation and its education quality evaluation methods are introduced briefly, and the strengths of applying these methods for the classroom teaching quality evaluation are discussed. Based on the ideas and evaluation framework of Engineering Education Accreditation, adopting the merits of the traditional methods, a student-centered classroom teaching quality evaluation system is proposed to evaluate and continually improve the classroom teaching quality of Master of Software Engineering. The quality evaluation system covers teaching goals, teacher performance, student performance, teaching effect, supporting conditions and continual improvement totally six aspects. The advanced concepts and ideas of Engineering Education Accreditation and the merits of the traditional classroom teaching quality evaluation methods are both adopted in the proposed classroom teaching quality evaluation system.

Immersion teaching method is a relatively successful teaching method in the field of foreign bilingual teaching. It opens a new door for teaching Chinese as a foreign language and plays an important role in improving students' ability to use Chinese. This paper comprehensively evaluates the teaching of Chinese as a whole based on immersive teaching, and calculates the data after evaluation of the evaluation index system to ensure the scientific and accurate evaluation results. Finally, it is proposed that the countermeasures should be improved from the three aspects of classroom teaching, the quality of Chinese teachers and the overall quality of the team of Chinese as a foreign language.
