Effect of Storage Conditions on the Sensory Quality, Colour and Texture of Fresh-Cut Minimally Processed Cabbage with the Addition of Ascorbic Acid, Citric Acid and Calcium Chloride 被引量:2

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of storage conditions on the sensory quality, colour and texture of fresh-cut cabbage during the addition of ascorbic acid, citric acid and calcium chloride. Ascorbic acid maintained the overall quality for 14 days at 0℃ and 7 days at 5℃;no difference, however, was observed regarding browning of cut surface compared to the control sample at both storage temperatures. Calcium chloride maintained the overall quality and cut surface browning for 14 days at both storage temperatures. It was also found that citric acid 1% can be used for minimally processed cabbage. Soaking with citric acid helped retain the color and increased the overall acceptance and organoleptic quality of fresh cut cabbage;it reduced browning of the cut surface and protected against formation of black specks. Citric acid treatment combined with low temperature storage (0℃) prolonged the shelf life of minimally processed cabbage for 22 days, time sufficient for acceptable marketing of the product. The lightness of minimally processed cabbage decreased linearly from 70.94 ± 6 to 63.8 ± 8.5 - 61.3 ± 8 units for the chemical treatments during 22 days of storage at 0℃. Hue angle values during storage time were also significantly influenced by chemical treatments mainly at 0℃. 展开更多

Endoscopy is a widely used diagnostic tool to detect reflux esophagitis.Although its specificity was reported to be excellent at 90%-95%,its sensitivity was only 50%.Therefore,it is quite difficult to detect these lesions under the standard white light endoscopy especially in patients with minimal change esophageal reflux disease(MERD).In recent years,endoscopic technologies have evolved tremendously;these include high resolution and magnification digital chromoendoscopy.These technologies are useful practically for detecting various subtle lesions along the gastrointestinal tract starting from esophagus to colon.Currently,these technologies can be classified in 2 systems;pre-processed system(NBI,Olympus)and post processed system(FICE and i-SCAN,Fujinon and Pentax respectively).Over a few years,there have been many emerging publications on the benefit of these systems on MERD detection.The overall sensitivities to diagnose MERD were reported as much better than controls.However,large,multi-center and randomized controlled studies comparing these new imaging modalities with the conventional white light chromoendoscopy are warranted to validate its accuracy.Standard,simple and precise endoscopic reading criteria for the identification of MERD are also required. 展开更多

To solve the query processing correctness problem for semantic-based relational data integration,the semantics of SAPRQL(simple protocol and RDF query language) queries is defined.In the course of query rewriting,all relative tables are found and decomposed into minimal connectable units.Minimal connectable units are joined according to semantic queries to produce the semantically correct query plans.Algorithms for query rewriting and transforming are presented.Computational complexity of the algorithms is discussed.Under the worst case,the query decomposing algorithm can be finished in O(n2) time and the query rewriting algorithm requires O(nm) time.And the performance of the algorithms is verified by experiments,and experimental results show that when the length of query is less than 8,the query processing algorithms can provide satisfactory performance. 展开更多

The geometry of the phase interface in co-continuous piezoelectric composites is critical in improving their piezo-electric properties.However,conventional co-continuous piezoelectric composites are mostly simple structures such as wood stacks or honeycombs,which are prone to stress concentrations at the joints,thus reducing the fatigue service performance and force-electric conversion efficiency of piezoelectric composites.Such simple structures limit further improvements in the overall performance of co-continuous piezoelectric composites.In this study,based on the digital light processing 3D printing method,we investigated the influence of three dif-ferent structures-the gyroid,diamond,and woodpile interfaces-on the piezoelectric and mechanical properties of co-continuous ceramic/polymer piezoelectric composites.These findings demonstrate that the gyroid and di-amond interfaces outperformed the ceramic skeleton of the woodpile interface in terms of both mechanical and electrical properties.When the ceramic volume percentage was 50%,the piezo-composite of the gyroid surface exhibited the greatest hydrostatic figure of merit(HFOM),reaching 4.23×10^(−12) Pa^(−1),and its piezoelectric coeffi-cient(d_(33))and relative dielectric constant(εr)reached 115 pC/N and 748,respectively.The research results lay the foundation for the application of co-continuous piezoelectric composites in underwater communication and detection. 展开更多

目的:分析AIDET沟通护理模式对微创阑尾手术患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年5月至2023年5月山东省济南市第七人民医院收治的接受过微创外科手术的患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予... 目的:分析AIDET沟通护理模式对微创阑尾手术患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年5月至2023年5月山东省济南市第七人民医院收治的接受过微创外科手术的患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予AIDET沟通护理模式干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)比较2组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁状态的改善效果,并比较2组患者的手术恢复情况。结果:干预后,观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组术后康复指标评,排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:针对微创治疗阑尾手术的患者采用AIDET沟通护理模式能让患者的睡眠质量得到提高,能够改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,加快康复进程,值得推广应用。 展开更多

MIPPO技术在胫骨干远端闭合性骨折急诊手术中的应用价值

目的观察微创经皮钢板内固定(MIPPO)技术在胫骨干远端闭合性骨折(AOOTA)患者急诊手术中的应用效果。方法该研究为前瞻性研究,经整体抽样法选择河南科技大学第二附属医院2020年1月至2023年1月期间收治的105例AOOTA患者为研究对象,基于数... 目的观察微创经皮钢板内固定(MIPPO)技术在胫骨干远端闭合性骨折(AOOTA)患者急诊手术中的应用效果。方法该研究为前瞻性研究,经整体抽样法选择河南科技大学第二附属医院2020年1月至2023年1月期间收治的105例AOOTA患者为研究对象,基于数字表法将其分为常规组(52例)和MIPPO组(53例),常规组实施急诊切开复位内固定治疗,MIPPO组实施急诊MIPPO手术治疗,治疗后均开展为期半年随访,比较两组患者的治疗、康复情况,手术应激情况,胫骨关节结构、功能改善情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果在不同治疗方案下,MIPPO组的术中透视时间、术中出血量、手术耗时、住院时间、骨折线消失时间分别为(13.36±3.27)min、(75.45±10.27)mL、(70.33±10.42)min、(10.24±2.25)d、(10.35±2.33)周,均低于常规组[(15.77±3.42)min、(80.44±10.38)mL、(75.45±10.26)min、(14.49±4.36)d、(12.77±3.41)周](P<0.05);MIPPO组的血清P物质(SP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)分别为(90.41±10.24)pg/mL、(145.33±20.62)pg/mL,低于常规组[(95.88±10.27)pg/mL、(160.33±20.72)pg/mL],超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)[(120.75±20.42)U/mL]高于常规组[(105.44±20.36)U/mL](P<0.05);MIPPO组的胫骨角、胫骨内侧平台后倾角、外侧平台后倾角分别为(95.22±10.36)°、(15.34±3.72)°、(13.36±3.25)°,均高于常规组[(90.27±10.26)°、(13.41±3.15)°、(11.45±3.36)°](P<0.05);MIPPO组术后3个月、6个月的膝关节Lysholm量表评分分别为(75.25±10.36)分、(84.39±10.29)分,均高于常规组[(70.33±10.62)分、(79.35±10.25)分],膝关节疾病严重程度(HSS)评分分别为(76.62±10.31)分、(85.61±10.23)分,均高于常规组[(71.44±10.21)分、(80.33±10.49)分](P<0.05);MIPPO组的术后并发症发生率[9.43%(5/53)]低于常规组[23.08%(12/52)](P<0.05)。结论MIPPO技术能有效改善患者的治疗效果并加快康复情况,对减轻手术应激、促进患者胫骨结构和功能恢复并降低并发症发生风险均有积极意义。 展开更多

In early 2018,the Boliden Garpenberg operation implemented an optimized control strategy as an addition to the existing ventilation on demand system.The purpose of the strategy is to further minimize energy use for main and booster fans,whilst also fulfilling airflow setpoints without violating constraints such as min/max differential pressure over fans and interaction of air between areas in mines.Using air flow measurements and a dynamical model of the ventilation system,a mine-wide coordination control of fans can be carried out.The numerical model is data driven and derived from historical operational data or step changes experiments.This makes both initial deployment and lifetime model maintenance,as the mine evolves,a comparably easy operation.The control has been proven to operate in a stable manner over long periods without having to re-calibrate the model.Results prove a 40%decrease in energy use for the fans involved and a greater controllability of air flow.Moreover,a 15%decrease of the total air flow into the mine will give additional proportional heating savings during winter periods.All in all,the multivariable controller shows a correlation between production in the mine and the ventilation system performance superior to all of its predecessors. 展开更多

In this paper,a space-time adaptive processing(STAP)method is proposed for the airborne radar with the array amplitude-phase error considered,which is based on atomic norm minimization(ANM).In the conventional ANM-based STAP method,the influence of the array amplitude-phase error is not considered and restrained,which inevitably causes performance deterioration.To solve this problem,the array amplitude-phase error is firstly estimated.Then,by pre-estimating the array amplitude-phase error information,a modified ANM model is built,in which the array amplitude-phase error factor is separated from the clutter response and the clutter covariance matrix(CCM)to improve the estimation accuracy of the CCM.To prove that the atomic norm theory is applicable in the presence of the array amplitude-phase error,the clutter sparsity is analyzed in this paper.Meanwhile,simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method is superior to the state-of-the-art STAP method.Moreover,the measured data is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

Besides economics and controllability, waste minimization has now become an objective in designing chemical processes, and usually leads to high costs of investment and operation. An attempt was made to minimize waste discharged from chemical reaction processes during the design and modification process while the operation conditions were also optimized to meet the requirements of technology and economics. Multiobjectives decision nonlinear programming (NLP) was employed to optimize the operation conditions of a chemical reaction process and reduce waste. A modeling language package-SPEEDUP was used to simulate the process. This paper presents a case study of the benzene production process. The flowsheet factors affecting the economics and waste generation were examined. Constraints were imposed to reduce the number of objectives and carry out optimal calculations easily. After comparisons of all possible solutions, best-compromise approach was applied to meet technological requirements and minimize waste. 展开更多

为提升石化企业过程监测与故障诊断系统性能,满足化工过程故障诊断实时性、时效性的要求,提出一种基于过程历史数据驱动的最小一维卷积神经网络(mini-1D-CNN)的故障诊断模型。首先,通过一维卷积核学习和识别不同故障类型的数据特征,自... 为提升石化企业过程监测与故障诊断系统性能,满足化工过程故障诊断实时性、时效性的要求,提出一种基于过程历史数据驱动的最小一维卷积神经网络(mini-1D-CNN)的故障诊断模型。首先,通过一维卷积核学习和识别不同故障类型的数据特征,自动提取优势特征并进行故障分类;其次,通过逐步向后回归选择重要特征参数,优化模型结构。利用可实时获取的31个过程变量与操作参数,输入一维卷积神经网络(1D-CNN),监测与诊断田纳西-伊斯曼(TE)过程的主要故障。结果表明:相对于其他故障诊断模型,mini-1D-CNN模型在测试集上故障诊断率(FDR)较高,可达到96.50%;同时,mini-1D-CNN模型关注于TE过程故障诊断的重要特征参数,在降低参数量及降低训练和测试时间上具有显著优势。 展开更多

超声波辅助提取花生红衣工艺优化及抗菌抗氧化性能研究 被引量:3

花生红衣中含有多种多酚化合物,为进一步提高花生红衣的提取效率,优化其提取工艺,采用固-液提取技术(超声辅助)提取花生红衣提取物,使用响应面法优化了花生红衣的提取条件,并通过分析该提取物的主要化学成分,测定其最小抑菌浓度(minimal... 花生红衣中含有多种多酚化合物,为进一步提高花生红衣的提取效率,优化其提取工艺,采用固-液提取技术(超声辅助)提取花生红衣提取物,使用响应面法优化了花生红衣的提取条件,并通过分析该提取物的主要化学成分,测定其最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC)及抗菌效果。实验结果表明,花生红衣提取最佳工艺参数分别为超声时间40 min,超声温度60℃,料液比值为0.05 g/mL,乙醇体积分数为80%时,花生红衣提取物总酚含量为137 mg/g。花生红衣中主要活性化学成分为百里香酚与儿茶素,质量/电荷比(m/e)分别为7962.537与2607.77。花生红衣提取物对4种细菌的抑菌效果依次为鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(1.4 mg/mL)>金黄色葡萄球菌(1.4 mg/mL)>大肠杆菌(2.8 mg/mL)>单增李氏特菌(2.8 mg/mL)[以最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC)计]。 展开更多
