The shortage of personal protective equipment and lack of proper nursing training have been endangering health care workers dealing with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).In our treatment center,the implementation of...The shortage of personal protective equipment and lack of proper nursing training have been endangering health care workers dealing with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).In our treatment center,the implementation of a holistic care model of time-sharing management for severe and critical COVID-19 patients has further aggravated the shortage of intensive care unit(ICU)professional nurses.Therefore,we developed a short-term specialized and targeted nursing training program to help ICU nurses to cope with stress and become more efficient,thus reducing the number of nurses required in the ICU.In order to avoid possible human-to-human spread,small teaching classes and remote training were applied.The procedural training mode included four steps:preparation,plan,implementation,and evaluation.An evaluation was conducted throughout the process of nursing training.In this study,we documented and shared experiences in transitioning from traditional face-to-face programs to remote combined with proceduralization nursing training mode from our daily work experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic,which has shown to be helpful for nurses working in the ICU.展开更多

文摘The structural scarcity of international talents in tourism industry has become the bottleneck restricting tourism cooperation community of“the Belt and Road”countries and regions,and“the Belt and Road”regional tourism cooperation community has forced the cultivation and promotion of tourism management professionals.Therefore,the research on cultivation and promotion path of international tourism management professionals in“the Belt and Road”regions has become a hot topic in theoretical and practical circles.“The Belt and Road”initiative is put forward to force the innovation of international talent training mode of tourism management major.After investigation,the existing problems in the development of tourism management undergraduate major in colleges and universities are accurately grasped.Eventually,the international talent training mode of tourism management major in“the Belt and Road”regions is innovated from the following aspects:reforming mutual recognition credit system and international enrollment system,innovating the concept of personnel training,reforming practical talents system,innovating curriculum system,and establishing cultivation and promotion path platform for international talents.

文摘Based on the concept of outcome-based education (OBE) and the existing OBE training mode, this paper puts forward the training mode of "three-quality talents" as a supplement. This mode effectively helps Chinese application-oriented colleges and universities to improve the training quality of application-oriented talents, is an effective way to train application-oriented undergraduate professionals, and has a certain promotion and application value.
文摘Inquiry training model gives children directions to explore the new areas effectively which can help students develop the intellectual discipline and skills necessary to raise questions and search out answers stemming from their curiosity. Applying this model in teaching, process skills of the students can be improved, like observing, collecting, organizing data, identifying and controlling variables, formulating and testing hypotheses, and inferring. Besides, students will develop logical thinking and they will form the attitude that all knowledge is tentative.

文摘Based on credit bank,the"1+X"certificate system is a"flyover"for learners to interchange between the academic and vocational education.It is a significant innovation to promote high-quality vocational education development and enhance the influence of national vocational education.Vocational colleges can implement"1+X"certificate system via the credit bank and in turn,the popularization of the"1+X"certificate system would enrich and improve the former.China's development of the credit bank and the existing research on the"1+X"certificate system are analyzed to look for a way in the collaboration of credit bank and the T+X"certificate system.The firm collaboration as well as the connection and optimization between government,schools,and enterprises as one body form a new talent training mode with the"1+X"certificate system that integrates academy and certificates as well as involving both,schools and enterprises according to China's credit bank concept.

文摘With increasing global exchanges and cooperation,there is an increasing demand for foreign language interdisciplinary talents.The cultivation of interdisciplinary foreign language talents is a long-term,complicated methodical endeavor,which requires constant exploration by experts in foreign language circles.In order to cultivate compound foreign language talents in colleges and universities,it is important to change the educational concept,enhance the teaching staff,and innovate the talent training mode.In the training of compound foreign language talents in colleges and universities,a compound talent training model of“foreign language+major or direction”should be established,and beginning from the actual situation of the major,the bold exploration and implementation of the transformation of the concept of compound foreign language talent training should be followed through,while strengthening the construction of teaching staff,optimizing the professional curriculum,updating the teaching content,as well as enriching the methods and measures of teaching.
文摘Since Jimei navigation College of Fujian Province started five-year junior college education in 1984,five-year higher vocational education has become one of the important forms of Higher Vocational Education in China.In the 1960s,with the rapid development of Japan's economy,there was a shortage of technical personnel.In order to cultivate a large number of technical personnel in a short period of time,Japan's specialized colleges and universities recruited junior high school graduates,studied in school for five years,and obtained an associate's degree after graduation,which provided a large number of technical personnel for the development of Japan's basic industry manufacturing industry.By combing the development process of Japan's colleges and universities,this paper studies Japan's colleges and universities from the aspects of school running subjects,talent training objectives,training methods and evaluation methods.It can provide the basis and implementation methods for China to better promote the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education,strengthen the training of secondary and higher vocational education,and provide theoretical basis and practical experience for improving the quality of five-year higher vocational education.

文摘The shortage of personal protective equipment and lack of proper nursing training have been endangering health care workers dealing with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).In our treatment center,the implementation of a holistic care model of time-sharing management for severe and critical COVID-19 patients has further aggravated the shortage of intensive care unit(ICU)professional nurses.Therefore,we developed a short-term specialized and targeted nursing training program to help ICU nurses to cope with stress and become more efficient,thus reducing the number of nurses required in the ICU.In order to avoid possible human-to-human spread,small teaching classes and remote training were applied.The procedural training mode included four steps:preparation,plan,implementation,and evaluation.An evaluation was conducted throughout the process of nursing training.In this study,we documented and shared experiences in transitioning from traditional face-to-face programs to remote combined with proceduralization nursing training mode from our daily work experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic,which has shown to be helpful for nurses working in the ICU.
