According to the training mode of international and domestic professional and technical talents and the status quo of professional and technical talents in the western region, the paper analyzes the problem of "urbanization" in vocational and technical education in western China, lack of vocational education system and education form for "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", lack of diversity and flexibility in the learning system. Serving the rural revitalization strategy, we must vigorously develop vocational education for rural areas, cultivate rural craftsmen and economic management talents, optimize the vocational education curriculum system, strengthen the construction of teachers, and create a diverse talent evaluation mechanism. This will help the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.

文摘Recently,great changes have taken place in the field of foreign language talents training in universities.Training of foreign language talents should take both national strategy and local development into consideration.Traditional skill-centered foreign language talents training model has been gradually taken place by“foreign language+”model which can better adapt to new social needs and sustainable development of the foreign language major.In a word,foreign language talents training requires not only the language skills,but also professional knowledge and other abilities so that they can develop in full scale and meet the needs of the social development effectively.
文摘In the development of recent years, colleges and universities have to face certain challenges and difficulties in the process of training artistic talents due to the influence of teaching conditions, teaching staff and other factors. In the 21st century, the competition for talents has become increasingly fierce. The training of applied talents is an inevitable trend of social and economic development. In order to enhance the core competitiveness of artistic talents in vocational colleges and universities in practice, it is necessary to explore a complete and scientific training system based on the characteristics of employment-oriented and comprehensive applied talents training. To alleviate the difficulty and pressure of the training of application- oriented talents in vocational colleges at present, it can provide an effective reference for the curriculum of higher vocational colleges and fundamentally enhance the core competitiveness of vocational colleges. Based on this, this paper makes a simple research and analysis on the training of art applied talents in vocational colleges and universities based on the perspective of employment.

文摘With the continuous development of China's education,the diversification of personnel training has gradually become an important part of China's social development and construction.As a new teaching mode in higher education,the university-enterprise collaborative training mode is an important guarantee for training high-quality,compound and practical professionals.Based on this,first of all,the current situation and problems of the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents based on university-enterprise collaboration and its causes were expounded;then a new innovative and entrepreneurial talents training system based on university-enterprise collaboration was constructed from four aspects of education,practice,training and guidance;finally,the guarantee mechanism of the system was proposed from the aspects of culture,system and law,so as to promote the development of education in China.
文摘Made in China 2025 Strategy requires a large number of high skilled talents,which the high-skilled talents are the core backbone of skilled workers and a significant force to promote technological innovation and realize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In this study,combined with automotive spraying industry characteristics,four cultivation strategies are established by the construction of the system of high-skilled talent formation,training mode of on-campus+on-job highskilled talents,the common trail of national certification and enterprise certification and the star system spiraling excitation in order to create a new growth path for the cultivation of high-skilled talents in automobile spraying.
