To reduce the cost and increase the efficiency of plant genetic marker fingerprinting for variety discrimination,it is desirable to identify the optimal marker combinations.We describe a marker combination screening model based on the genetic algorithm(GA)and implemented in a software tool,Loci Scan.Ratio-based variety discrimination power provided the largest optimization space among multiple fitness functions.Among GA parameters,an increase in population size and generation number enlarged optimization depth but also calculation workload.Exhaustive algorithm afforded the same optimization depth as GA but vastly increased calculation time.In comparison with two other software tools,Loci Scan accommodated missing data,reduced calculation time,and offered more fitness functions.In large datasets,the sample size of training data exerted the strongest influence on calculation time,whereas the marker size of training data showed no effect,and target marker number had limited effect on analysis speed. 展开更多

Objective: To conduct a systematic review and network meta-analysis(NMA) for the comparison of the efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal injection(CHI) combined with Western medicine(WM) and WM monotherapy for chronic... Objective: To conduct a systematic review and network meta-analysis(NMA) for the comparison of the efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal injection(CHI) combined with Western medicine(WM) and WM monotherapy for chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods: Eight databases were searched from inception to August 30, 2022. Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) regarding the comparison of CHI-WM combination therapy and WM monotherapy were included. Literature search, risk-of-bias assessment, and data extraction were conducted by 2 reviewers independently. NMA was performed by Stata 14.0, R 4.0.4 software, and the latest risk of bias assessment tool 2(RoB 2).Results: A total of 53 RCTs were finally included, involving 4445 participants and 16 CHIs. RoB 2 showed that 2 of these studies had a high risk of bias. Tianqi injection(TQ) + WM was the most effective in reducing serum creatinine(Scr) level. Xingding injection(XD) + WM was the most effective in reducing blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and cystatin C(Cys C) levels. Guhong injection(GH) + WM had the highest endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr). Shuxuetong injection(SXT) + WM was the most effective in improving the clinical effective rate. Danhong injection(DH) + WM resulted in the lowest 24-h urinary protein quantity(24 h-UPQ), while Danshen injection(DS) + WM led to the lowest blood uric acid(UA)level. Shenfu injection(SF) + WM was the most effective in increasing hemoglobin(Hb) level.Conclusion: CHIs-WM combination therapy is more effective than WM monotherapy in treating CRF.Considering all of the indicators, SK + WM may be the optimal treatment option for improving renal function in patients with CRF. 展开更多

BACKGROUND The standard treatment for advanced T2 gastric cancer(GC)is laparoscopic or surgical gastrectomy(either partial or total)and D2 lymphadenectomy.A novel combined endoscopic and laparoscopic surgery(NCELS)has recently been proposed as a better option for T2 GC.Here we describe two case studies demonstrating the efficacy and safety of NCELS.CASE SUMMARY Two T2 GC cases were both resected by endoscopic submucosal dissection and full-thickness resection and laparoscopic lymph nodes dissection.This method has the advantage of being more precise and minimally invasive compared to current methods.The treatment of these 2 patients was safe and effective with no complications.These cases were followed up for nearly 4 years without recurrence or metastasis.CONCLUSION This novel method provides a minimally invasive treatment option for T2 GC,and its potential indications,effectiveness and safety needs to be further evaluated in controlled studies. 展开更多

Rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)harvesting method is critical since it significantly determines the seed yield,oil quality,and industrial efficiency.This study investigated the influences of harvesting methods on the quality of cold-pressed rapeseed oil of two varieties.Oil color,peroxide value(POV),tocopherol content,fatty acid composition,and polarity of total polyphenols(PTP)contents of two rapeseed varieties in Huanggang and Xiangyang were compared through artificially simulated combined harvesting and two-stage harvesting.Results showed significant differences in the quality of rapeseed oil between the two harvesting methods.The red value(R-value),POV,total tocopherol contents,linoleic and linolenic acid content,and PTP content of the pressed rapeseed oil prepared by the combined harvesting method were about 27.6,5.7,15.8,2.0,0.5,and 28.6%lower than those of the oil produced from the two-stage harvesting method,respectively.Xiangyang and Huayouza62 performed better in the two regions and two varieties,respectively.To sum up,the rapeseed oil obtained 41–44 days after final flowering of combined harvesting,35 days after final flowering,and six days of post-ripening of the two-stage harvesting had the best quality. 展开更多

Sucrose nonfermenting-related protein kinase 1(SnRK1)is one of the critical serine/threonine protein kinases.It commonly mediates plant growth and development,cross-talks with metabolism processes and physiological responses to biotic or abiotic stresses.It plays a key role in distributing carbohydrates and sugar signal transporting.In the present study,eight SnRK1 coding genes were identified in sorghum(Sorghum bicolor L.)via sequences alignment,with three forαsubunits(SnRK1α1 to SnRK1α3),three forβ(SnRK1β1 to SnRK1β3),and one for bothγ(SnRK1γ)andβγ(SnRK1βγ).These eight corresponding genes located on five chromosomes(Chr)of Chr1–3,Chr7,and Chr9 and presented collinearities to SnRK1s from maize and rice,exhibiting highly conserved domains within the same subunits from the three kinds of cereals.Expression results via qRT-PCR showed that different coding genes of SnRK1s in sorghum possessed similar expression patterns except for SnRK1α3 with a low expression level in grains and SnRK1β2 with a relatively high expression level in inflorescences.Results of subcellular localization in sorghum leaf protoplast showed that SnRK1α1/α2/α3/γmainly located on organelles,while the rest four of SnRK1β1/β2/β3/βγlocated on both membranes and some organelles.Besides,three combinations were discovered among eight SnRK1 subunits in sorghum through yeast two hybrid,includingα1-β2-βγ,α2-β3-γ,andα3-β3-γ.These results provide informative references for the following functional dissection of SnRK1 subunits in sorghum. 展开更多

We demonstrate that the combinations of these harmonic mappings are convex in the vertical direction provided they are locally univalent and sense-preserving. Furthermore, we extend this analysis to a more general case by setting specific conditions. Additionally, we take some common parameters such as  as the dilatation of these harmonic mappings, and prove the sufficient conditions that their combinations are locally univalent and convex in the vertical direction. Accurate diagnosis of fracture geometry and conductivity is of great challenge due to the complex morphology of volumetric fracture network. In this study, a DNN (deep neural network) model was proposed to predict fracture parameters for the evaluation of the fracturing effects. Field experience and the law of fracture volume conservation were incorporated as physical constraints to improve the prediction accuracy due to small amount of data. A combined neural network was adopted to input both static geological and dynamic fracturing data. The structure of the DNN was optimized and the model was validated through k-fold cross-validation. Results indicate that this DNN model is capable of predicting the fracture parameters accurately with a low relative error of under 10% and good generalization ability. The adoptions of the combined neural network, physical constraints, and k-fold cross-validation improve the model performance. Specifically, the root-mean-square error (RMSE) of the model decreases by 71.9% and 56% respectively with the combined neural network as the input model and the consideration of physical constraints. The mean square error (MRE) of fracture parameters reduces by 75% because the k-fold cross-validation improves the rationality of data set dividing. The model based on the DNN with physical constraints proposed in this study provides foundations for the optimization of fracturing design and improves the efficiency of fracture diagnosis in tight oil and gas reservoirs. 展开更多

BACKGROUND An intradermal nevus is a common skin tumour,and the classical method of removal has a risk of recurrence and scarring.It is a challenge for dermatologists to treat eyebrow intradermal nevi quickly and efficiently.This study focused on investigating the efficacy and safety of shearing combined with electrocautery and curettage in the treatment of eyebrow intradermal nevi.CASE SUMMARY We describe two adult patients with eyebrow intradermal nevi treated by shearing combined with electrocautery and curettage.Both patients were followed up regularly after surgery.At follow-up,no recurrence of eyebrow intradermal nevus and no obvious scars or hypopigmentation were found in either patient.The results indicated that shearing combined with electrocautery and curettage could remove eyebrow intradermal nevus without side effects and confirmed the efficacy and safety of this modality for treating these skin lesions.CONCLUSION Shearing combined with electrocautery and curettage has superior merits,including simple operation,good cosmetic effects,and high patient satisfaction,presenting great application potential for treating intracutaneous nevus. 展开更多

We study the vortex dynamics of the polycrystalline superconductors in the presence of both random point defects and the generated grain boundary(GB) networks with Voronoi diagram. The synergistic effect of adjacent GBs on restricting the vortex motion in intragranular region is proposed and the corresponding intensity factor of the synergistic effect which characterizes the strength of the synergistic restriction of adjacent grain boundaries is also determined in the present work.The interconnected GBs offer easy-flow channels for vortices in addition to pinning effects on the vortices. The combined channels and the vortex flow patterns in the superconducting film are analyzed in detail from molecular dynamics simulations. Furthermore, it is discovered that the critical current increases with the decrease of magnetic field intensity,temperature, and the average grain size. The large number of vortices results in the enhanced repulsive interaction forcing the vortices to move out from the GBs. The thermal depinning from GBs leads to the lower Lorentz force range. The increase of the grain size causes the number of GBs to decrease. In summary, these effects leads the critical current to become a decreasing function of magnetic field, temperature, and grain size. 展开更多

Aiming at the problems of large-scale wind and solar grid connection,how to ensure the economy of system operation and how to realize fair scheduling between new energy power stations,a two-stage optimal dispatching model of wind power-photovoltaic-solar thermal combined system considering economic optimality and fairness is proposed.Firstly,the first stage dispatching model takes the overall economy optimization of the system as the goal and the principle of maximizing the consumption of wind and solar output,obtains the optimal output value under the economic conditions of each new energy station,and then obtains the maximum consumption space of the new energy station.Secondly,based on the optimization results of the first stage,the second stage dispatching model uses the dispatching method of fuzzy comprehensive ranking priority to prioritize the new energy stations,and then makes a fair allocation to the dispatching of the wind and solar stations.Finally,the analysis of a specific example shows that themodel can take into account the fairness of active power distribution of new energy stations on the basis of ensuring the economy of system operation,make full use of the consumption space,and realize the medium and long-term fairness distribution of dispatching plan. 展开更多

天然气中硫化氢含量及硫同位素联测方法

我国含硫化氢天然气勘探潜力巨大,硫化氢成因、来源、形成机制为石油工作者所关注。硫化氢含量及硫同位素是两项常用且重要的判识指标。因硫化氢的强毒性,国内很多实验室较少检测或取消了此类检测项目。通过前处理流程优选硫化氢转化试... 我国含硫化氢天然气勘探潜力巨大,硫化氢成因、来源、形成机制为石油工作者所关注。硫化氢含量及硫同位素是两项常用且重要的判识指标。因硫化氢的强毒性,国内很多实验室较少检测或取消了此类检测项目。通过前处理流程优选硫化氢转化试剂,同时通过改进同位素质谱仪配套设备——调试硫同位素法拉第杯离子束聚焦等参数,安装特制色谱柱、特氟龙管路、硫反应管等,搭建了硫化氢含量及硫同位素联测技术平台;其次将高纯二氧化硫标准气替换为低浓度、低压力、小体积的工作标准气,通过系统条件实验探索(稳定性,标样分析等),确定最优实验条件;最后将反应生成的固体沉淀物送入质谱仪中进行硫同位素组成信息的检测,通过与标准纯含硫物质同位素组成的信号对比,计算出待测气体中硫化氢含量。用该方法对鄂尔多斯盆地大牛地气田、富县气田、鄂西渝东红星地区部分含硫化氢天然气进行硫化氢含量和硫同位素测试,所测结果稳定、精度良好,同时与外部实验室比对结果吻合。与传统方法比,该方法一次进样可得到硫含量和硫同位素数值;优选醋酸银试剂一步化学法一次性转化,减少同位素分馏;另一方面将硫化氢转化为固态硫化银,与标准物质硫化银硫同位素直接对比,同位素溯源结果更具可靠性;以低浓度、低压力、小体积的二氧化硫作为工作标准气,降低了实验室安全风险和仪器损害,满足环保安全需求。 展开更多

PCT、CRP、IL-6、SAA在恶性肿瘤患者血流感染中的诊断效能分析

目的探讨降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(serum amyloid A,SAA)4种血清学感染指标对恶性肿瘤患者血流感染的诊断效能。方法选择120例临床确诊血... 目的探讨降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(serum amyloid A,SAA)4种血清学感染指标对恶性肿瘤患者血流感染的诊断效能。方法选择120例临床确诊血流感染且血培养阳性恶性肿瘤患者作为观察组,100例同期血培养阴性恶性肿瘤患者作为对照组。记录并比较2组血清PCT、CRP、IL-6、SAA水平,绘制受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operator characteristic curve,ROC curve)对4种感染指标进行诊断效能分析,计算单项检测与多项目联合检测水平的灵敏度、特异度及约登指数。结果观察组血清PCT、CRP、IL-6、SAA浓度水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);ROC曲线显示PCT的曲线下面积较大(0.935),最佳截断值0.594 ng·mL-1,此时的特异性和敏感度分别是96%、83%,具有一定的诊断价值,但不具备足够的敏感度;PCT、CRP、SAA、IL6联合检测曲线下面积最大(0.981),敏感度达到了92%,诊断效能最佳,对恶性肿瘤患者血流感染具有较高的诊断价值。结论恶性肿瘤患者普遍年龄较大并伴有基础疾病,机体抵御病原菌侵袭的能力下降,更容易发生血流感染。PCT、CRP、SAA、IL6联合检测在早期诊断血流感染方面具有较高的应用价值,可以在一定程度上提高临床诊断准确度,改善患者的预后、降低病死率。 展开更多
