Fast and high-throughput determination of drugs is a key trend in clinical medicine.Single particles have increasingly been adopted in a variety of photoanalytical and electroanalytical applications,and microscopic analysis has been a hot topic in recent years,especially for electrochemiluminescence(ECL).This paper describes a simple ECL method based on single gold microbeads to image lecithin.Lecithin reacts to produce hydrogen peroxide under the successive enzymatic reaction of phospholipase D and choline oxidase.ECL was generated by the electrochemical reaction between a luminol analog and hydrogen peroxide,and ECL signals were imaged by a camera.Despite the heterogeneity of single gold microbeads,their luminescence obeyed statistical regularity.The average luminescence of 30 gold microbeads is correlated with the lecithin concentration,and thus,a visualization method for analyzing lecithin was established.Calibration curves were constructed for ECL intensity and lecithin concentration,achieving detection limits of 0.05 m M lecithin.This ECL imaging platform based on single gold microbeads exhibits outstanding advantages,such as high throughput,versatility and low cost,and holds great potential in disease diagnostics,environmental monitoring and food safety. 展开更多

Objective: To describe the revolution and research status of Advances in Psychological Science.Methods: A total of 3060 articles published in Advances in Psychological Science from 1983 to 2014 were analyzed with the information visualization method using Citespace software from the aspects of publications, cited frequency and downloads, funding, organizations, authors and keywords.Results: The results showed that the amount of literature published annually had an upward tendency,and 49.4% of the papers were supported by national or provincial projects. Institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS) and the normal universities were rated in the forefront of the scientific research output. Xiting Huang, Hong Li and Yuejia Luo were at the top of the list of prolific authors.Conclusions: A new pattern of cooperative development of the theory and application in the field of psychological research is forming. 展开更多

Objective: The aims of this study were to understand the status quo of authors, collaborations between institutions, research hotspots,and research frontiers of fund-sponsored clinical nursing papers and to provide a reference for Chinese scholars to conduct clinical nursing studies in the future.Methods: The visualization software CiteSpace was used to analyze fund-sponsored clinical nursing papers published between 2012 and 2016 in 12 core journals of nursing.Results: In the clinical nursing field, there are many cooperative author groups; however, the collaborations between institutions are not close and exist mainly within the same province or city. High-frequency keywords have revealed the four clinical nursing research hotspots of population, diseases, nursing intervention, and others. Chinese medicine nursing, prevention, treatment and nursing, and new technology-aided nursing of ventilator-associated pneumonia are the study frontiers of clinical nursing.Conclusions: Clinical nursing studies are rich in content and cover a wide range of areas, and their hotspots and frontiers are closely related to the requirements of clinical nursing. Collaborations across regions, provinces, and cities are not adequate; there is an urgent need to strengthen the cross-regional exchanges and collaborations to promote the further development of clinical nursing. 展开更多

Taking 457 papers in core journals of Chinese waterfront landscape included in CNKI database from 2000 to the fi rst half of 2020 as samples,visualization analysis of the number of papers,research institutions,research authors,key words and spatial and temporal distribution of domestic research papers on waterfront landscape in the past 20 years were performed to grasp the dynamic process of the development of domestic waterfront landscape research and clarify the development context,so as to provide academic information with scientific basis and valuable theoretical reference for waterfront landscape related research in China.The results showed that the researches on domestic waterfront landscape presented a downward trend from prosperity to decline;research forces were mainly concentrated in colleges and universities,and most research institutions did not form cooperative relations with authors,and were still in a relatively isolated situation.At present,the research hotspots and frontiers of waterfront landscape in China mainly focus on urban waterfront,urban historical landscape,ecology,cultural landscape and plants landscape. 展开更多

The aim of the paper is to identify and explore leading thematic areas within the research field related to Business Schools Accreditation in China.Based on data from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,the keywords frequency was analyzed,and the theory of mapping knowledge domain was used to visualize the keywords co-occurrence network to make further research of the heated issues.The findings indicate that the research scope involved in business school accreditation research is broad,and research content focus on teaching,management,talent cultivation.According to the results of keywords co-occurrence analysis of different stages,AACSB,AACSB Accreditation,international accreditation,business school,AOL,internationalization,accreditation are the most important issues to business school research in China,given their position and role in the research network.The paper generates the added value mainly from the point of view of theory development. 展开更多

The aim of the paper is to identify and explore leading development situation within the research field related to student classroom engagement.Using knowledge mapping tools,this paper conducted the visualization analysis on internationalliteraturein relation to student classroom engagementfrom the Web of Science databases.By combination of the statistical data and visualizationmapping,this paper studied on the research relationship networks and status for the co-authors'countries/institutions,co-citation documents/journalsand co-occurring keywordsbased on the sample datafromliterature.The results indicate that the number ofpublished papershasincreased obviously and expanded graduallysince 2000.Main countries and institutions of researches were the UnitedStates,Australia,United Kingdom,Canada and China in order,and these countries had intense collaboration.The theoretical basis of the research come from education and teaching,psychology.The hotspots of researches fromthe global literature coveredvarious fields including achievement,motivation,behavior,education,performance.As a result of the multidisciplinary integration,many relevant internationalresearch constantly expanded the research scopes,which promoted the combination and development of theories. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the current state of research and areas of interest for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the field of colorectal cancer treatment.Methods:Related papers published between January 1,2012,and November 27,2021,were found using the Web of Science Core Collection Science Citation Index Expanded.Using CiteSpace's network map generation capability,we then determined the top writers,organizations,countries,keywords,co-cited writers,journals,references,and research trends.Results:This investigation yielded a total of 336 relevant papers.China is the most productive country.Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the leading institution.The journal with the most popularity and publishing volume is Evidence-based Complementary and Alternative Medicine.The author with the most citations and centrality is Lin JM.The terms"epithelial-mesenchymal transition,""cell cycle arrest,""apoptosis,"and"autophagy"are highly frequent and have a high betweenness centrality.Conclusion:According to the results,research on natural products,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)extracts,and the molecular mechanisms of TCM chemical constituents constitutes the primary focus within TCM cancer treatment investigations.In recent years,there has been a surge of interest in exploring the role of gut microbiota in TCM chemical constituents research,particularly in its ability to induce apoptosis and autophagy in tumor cells,thereby suppressing tumor cell proliferation,metastasis,and invasion.However,due to the intricate composition of TCM and existing technical limitations,the underlying principles guiding TCM's efficacy in treating colorectal cancer remain unclear and warrant further investigation. 展开更多

In recent years,RS and GIS technologies have played an increasingly important role in various aspects of rainfall induced landslide research.In order to systematically understand their application situation,this paper extensively used various visualization analysis technologies for in-depth analysis of 1,161 documents collected by the WOS data platform in the past 27 years by combining quantitative and qualitative methods.Then,this article focuses on sub domain analysis from four aspects:landslide detection and monitoring,prediction models,sensitivity mapping,and risk assessment.The study found that the number of literature in thisfield has steadily increased and is expected to continue to rise.This literature review has attracted widespread attention from the academic community,but it challenging to meet research needs.Frequent and effective cooperationis between countries,institutions,and authors is very beneficial for promoting progress in thisfield.The future development direction is a new intelligent hybrid model that integrates multiple research methods.This study can provide researchers in thisfield with the core research force,hot topic evolution,and future development trends of future rainfall-induced landslides and contribute to landslide prevention and control decision-making and achieving the United Nations’sustainable development goals. 展开更多

Background A task assigned to space exploration satellites involves detecting the physical environment within a certain space.However,space detection data are complex and abstract.These data are not conducive for researchers'visual perceptions of the evolution and interaction of events in the space environment.Methods A time-series dynamic data sampling method for large-scale space was proposed for sample detection data in space and time,and the corresponding relationships between data location features and other attribute features were established.A tone-mapping method based on statistical histogram equalization was proposed and applied to the final attribute feature data.The visualization process is optimized for rendering by merging materials,reducing the number of patches,and performing other operations.Results The results of sampling,feature extraction,and uniform visualization of the detection data of complex types,long duration spans,and uneven spatial distributions were obtained.The real-time visualization of large-scale spatial structures using augmented reality devices,particularly low-performance devices,was also investigated.Conclusions The proposed visualization system can reconstruct the three-dimensional structure of a large-scale space,express the structure and changes in the spatial environment using augmented reality,and assist in intuitively discovering spatial environmental events and evolutionary rules. 展开更多

The Chinese traditional medicine,agarwood,is a commonly used medicine for regulating qi,which has many clinical applications because of its unique curative effect.In this study,CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the application and development trend of agarwood in the literature from CNKI website in the period of 2007-2022.The analysis results showed that the research on agarwood has basically formed core groups of authors,and universities and their affiliated hospitals are main publishing institutions.Moreover,in this study,several research directions of agarwood were also summarized,including clinical research,chemical composition,structural identification and quality standards,showing that agarwood has rich and flexible application prospects in many aspects.On this basis,several suggestions were put forward:strengthening the cooperation between universities and research institutes and building a scientific research cooperation community,and promoting the combination of clinical research and laboratory research. 展开更多

Aim The purpose of this study was to explore the application status of natural products in osteoporosis research and explore its research hotspots and future research directions by analyzing the literature in the field of natural products therapy for osteoporosis from 2000 to 2021.Method Publications on natural products in osteoporosis research were extracted from the Web of Science core collection database.Bibliometrics package in R language,VOSviewer and CiteSpace software were used for visualization analysis.Result From 2000 to 2021,the number of articles on natural products in osteoporosis research was 1596,and the total number of articles increased rapidly.China was the driving force in this field,and the top-contributing institution was Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.Most publications were published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology.While J.K.Xu and Y.Zhang were the most cited and co-cited author.Countries,research institutions and authors in different regions cooperate closely.The hot topics included osteoporosis,differentiation,expression,in vitro,cell,osteogenesis and osteogenesis were the research frontiers in recent years.Conclusion This study conducted a bibliometric visualization analysis on the research status,research hotspots and development trend of natural products in osteoporosis for the first time.In addition,this paper also puts forward suggestions and prospects for the future development of this field,which will help researchers to open up new directions for future research in this field. 展开更多

Objective:The objective of the study was to explore the research status and hot topics that are most studied about in Tai Chi Chuan(TCC)analgesia through a metrical and visualization analysis of the literature and provide some references for the experimental research on the analgesic effect of TCC and its clinical applications.Methods:The literature on TCC analgesia was collected from the Web of Science database,and the metrical and visualization analysis was performed using the Cite Space.5.6.R4 software in terms of publication outputs,countries,institutions,keywords,highly cited articles,and highly cited journals.Results:The number of annual publications gradually increased over time.The five research groups presented stable cooperative relationships and more publications.The authors ranked as top 1 were from America rather than China,which has more publications.The most common keywords were Tai Chi,randomized controlled trial,older adults,exercise,pain,low back pain,quality of life,management,etc.The literature on knee osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia had the highest citation frequency.The journals with high citation frequency included Cochrane Database System Review,Pain,and Plos One.Conclusions:Increasing attention has been paid to TCC analgesia.Randomized controlled trials,older adults,low back pain,and quality of life were found to be most studied in this field.Investigating clinical efficacy and conducting meta-analyses could be a promising direction in the future.The international cooperation and literature quality of TCC analgesia should be further strengthened. 展开更多

Purpose:Nowadays,public opinions during public emergencies involve not only textual contents but also contain images.However,the existing works mainly focus on textual contents and they do not provide a satisfactory accuracy of sentiment analysis,lacking the combination of multimodal contents.In this paper,we propose to combine texts and images generated in the social media to perform sentiment analysis.Design/methodology/approach:We propose a Deep Multimodal Fusion Model(DMFM),which combines textual and visual sentiment analysis.We first train word2vec model on a large-scale public emergency corpus to obtain semantic-rich word vectors as the input of textual sentiment analysis.BiLSTM is employed to generate encoded textual embeddings.To fully excavate visual information from images,a modified pretrained VGG16-based sentiment analysis network is used with the best-performed fine-tuning strategy.A multimodal fusion method is implemented to fuse textual and visual embeddings completely,producing predicted labels.Findings:We performed extensive experiments on Weibo and Twitter public emergency datasets,to evaluate the performance of our proposed model.Experimental results demonstrate that the DMFM provides higher accuracy compared with baseline models.The introduction of images can boost the performance of sentiment analysis during public emergencies.Research limitations:In the future,we will test our model in a wider dataset.We will also consider a better way to learn the multimodal fusion information.Practical implications:We build an efficient multimodal sentiment analysis model for the social media contents during public emergencies.Originality/value:We consider the images posted by online users during public emergencies on social platforms.The proposed method can present a novel scope for sentiment analysis during public emergencies and provide the decision support for the government when formulating policies in public emergencies. 展开更多

[Methods] China National Knowledge Network(CNKI) database was used as the literature retrieval source to search the literature related to Wuling Powder in the treatment of nephropathy, and then the data visualization analysis was carried out by using the software citespace.5.7.R2. [Results] Through accurate retrieval, a total of 204 effective literatures were included. It was found that domestic research on the treatment of nephropathy by Wuling Powder was on the rise. From the analysis of knowledge graph, it was concluded that after long-term research and development, a relatively concentrated core research group had been formed in China, which mainly focused on "Wuling Powder", "chronic kidney disease" and "diabetic nephropathy". [Conclusions] The research on the treatment of nephropathy by Wuling Powder shows a good development trend, and the research content is constantly enriched, and this research is still the current and future research hotspot. 展开更多

[Objectives]Based on the related literature of benefit finding in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),this paper analyzes the research status,hot spots and trends in this field.[Methods]To search for the related literature on benefit finding in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and use Citespace software to visually analyze the number of papers,authors,institutions and keywords.[Results]A total of 204 related papers were obtained,and the annual number of published papers showed a gradual increasing trend.The authors of published papers were represented by Zhang Fenglan,Liu Zhunzhun and Zhang Ting,and the Nursing College of Anhui Medical University published the most papers.The research focus was on social support,coping method and other influencing factors,and qualitative research was the main research type.The key population was breast cancer,stroke patients and their caregivers,and the development trend focused on reliability and validity test and correlation analysis.[Conclusions]The field of benefit finding in China is in the initial exploration stage,and there is little cooperation and exchange between authors and institutions.In the future,academic exchanges and multidisciplinary assistance should be strengthened to promote the rapid development of this field. 展开更多

It is important to understand the research trends and hotspots of global soil nutrient migration and control. Based on the core collection of WOS (Web of Science), citespace knowledge map analysis tool was used to analyze the number of publications, cooperation networks, disciplines, research hotspots and frontier trends on nutrient migration in soil. The results showed that: the number of publications on the study of soil nutrient migration showed a good growth from 1990 to 2021. 173 countries had cooperative relationships. The number of articles published in the United States and China was significantly higher than that in other countries, while Chinese Academy of Sciences was the institution with the largest number of publications. It was a comprehensive system that permeates with agriculture, environmental science, botany and other disciplines. The research of nutrient migration in soil mainly focused on the measures of microbial community in different land types to promote nutrient transformation, improve soil fertility and reduce nutrient loss. In the future, the research trends will be the management measures of soil nutrient loss, the relationship between the change of soil nutrient and plant community diversity, and the remediation of agricultural contaminated soil. Through the above analysis, there was an overall understanding of soil nutrient migration. The research on nutrient migration may continue to increase in the future. It is suggested that Chinese research institutions, teams and universities need to strengthen international cooperation, and speed up their integration with the international community. 展开更多
