文摘In vocational education,teacher leadership is an important factor in promoting school development and improving teaching quality.Enhancing teacher leadership has practical significance for the connotative development of vocational colleges.It involves improving education and teaching quality,cultivating high-skilled talents,building excellent teaching teams,enhancing school governance systems,and other areas.The core elements include professional knowledge,teaching innovation,teamwork,and communication skills.The enhancement of teacher leadership can effectively enhance teachers’enthusiasm to participate in educational and teaching reforms as well as promote the overall efficiency of vocational colleges.In order to enhance teacher leadership in vocational colleges,it is necessary to achieve a breakthrough in institutional barriers,combine personal and external factors,strengthen institutionalized teacher leadership construction through a top-down design,and strengthen evaluation and feedback mechanisms to establish a scientific leadership evaluation system and improve teacher leadership cognition.

文摘The model of“post-course competition certificate”can be the basic model of Building Information Modeling(BIM)course teaching in vocational colleges in the new era,and many vocational colleges have also made attempts to construct and apply this model in BIM courses and other professional courses.Based on the application of methods such as literature review and observation,it can be found that it is highly feasible in theory and practice to promote the innovation and reform of BIM curriculum based on this model.However,there are more influencing factors at the practical level,which can easily lead to some problems.In this paper,we will analyze the corresponding problems and put forward a more effective reform strategy of BIM course education innovation in combination with reality.
文摘Engineering surveying is an important course for road and bridge engineering technology majors in higher vocational colleges.With the advancement of science and technology,engineering surveying technology is also constantly developing,so the theoretical knowledge and professional skills that students need to master are also becoming increasingly complicated.To stimulate the students’interest in learning the course,it is necessary to continuously introduce innovative teaching methods into the course.In this paper,the importance of teaching innovation in engineering surveying courses of road and bridge engineering technology majors in higher vocational colleges and the knowledge system that students need to master are analyzed.Subsequently,innovative strategies are proposed to help improve the students’mastery of engineering surveying.

文摘To concentrate on cultivating prefabricated construction talents for architectural design majors in vocational colleges in China,we should adhere to the basic principles of professional coordinated development and integration of production,teaching,and research to determine the teaching objectives and contents,set up a double-teacher teaching team,and provide sufficient resources and funds.Specifically,it is necessary to optimize the curriculum system with the guidance of professional groups,create teaching situations with information platforms,introduce Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology to connect with the actual situation,adhere to the combination of education and training to improve the practice mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,deepen the integration pattern of post-course certificate competition,and follow the ideological and political teaching route of professional course to realize the comprehensive improvement of students’knowledge,skills,and professional quality.
