近红外光谱分析技术在生物医学工程领域具有广阔应用前景。无创且持续性地测量能实时监控人体血糖水平,给糖尿病患者带来极大便利性、提高生存质量、降低糖尿病并发症发生率具有很大的社会效益。无创血糖监测的想法提出较早,但仍然存在... 近红外光谱分析技术在生物医学工程领域具有广阔应用前景。无创且持续性地测量能实时监控人体血糖水平,给糖尿病患者带来极大便利性、提高生存质量、降低糖尿病并发症发生率具有很大的社会效益。无创血糖监测的想法提出较早,但仍然存在预测精度低、预测值与标签值相关性不高等难点,至今没有达到临床要求。近年来,光谱检测技术发展迅猛且机器学习技术在智能信息处理方面具有明显优势,两者结合可以有效提高人体无创血糖医学监测模型的精度和普适性。提出了一种标签敏感度算法(LS),并结合支持向量机方法建立了人体血糖含量预测模型。使用近红外光谱仪采集了4名志愿者食指处动态血液光谱数据(每名志愿者28组数据),并使用多元散射矫正(MSC)方法消除了部分光散射的影响。考虑血糖对不同波长光的吸收有差异,提出了基于血糖浓度标签差的特征波长挑选方法,并构建了标签敏感度支持向量机(LSSVR)预测模型。设计实验,对比该模型与偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)和区分度支持向量机(FSSVR)算法。结果表明,LS算法的最佳特征波长数为32,经特征波长选择后的LSSVR表现最佳,其均方误差降低至0.02 mmol·L^(-1),明显优于全谱段PLSR模型,血糖浓度的预测值与标签值的相关系数提升至99.8%,预测值全部位于可容许误差的克拉克网格A区内。LSSVR模型的优异表现为早日实现血糖的无创监测提供了新思路。 展开更多

Many network presentation learning algorithms(NPLA)have originated from the process of the random walk between nodes in recent years.Despite these algorithms can obtain great embedding results,there may be also some limitations.For instance,only the structural information of nodes is considered when these kinds of algorithms are constructed.Aiming at this issue,a label and community information-based network presentation learning algorithm(LC-NPLA)is proposed in this paper.First of all,by using the community information and the label information of nodes,the first-order neighbors of nodes are reconstructed.In the next,the random walk strategy is improved by integrating the degree information and label information of nodes.Then,the node sequence obtained from random walk sampling is transformed into the node representation vector by the Skip-Gram model.At last,the experimental results on ten real-world networks demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has great advantages in the label classification,network reconstruction and link prediction tasks,compared with three benchmark algorithms. 展开更多

Reducing the error of sensitive parameters by studying the parameters sensitivity can reduce the uncertainty of the model,while simulating double-gyre variation in Regional Ocean Modeling System(ROMS).Conditional Nonlinear Optimal Perturbation related to Parameter(CNOP-P)is an effective method of studying the parameters sensitivity,which represents a type of parameter error with maximum nonlinear development at the prediction time.Intelligent algorithms have been widely applied to solving Conditional Nonlinear Optimal Perturbation(CNOP).In the paper,we proposed an improved simulated annealing(SA)algorithm to solve CNOP-P to get the optimal parameters error,studied the sensitivity of the single parameter and the combination of multiple parameters and verified the effect of reducing the error of sensitive parameters on reducing the uncertainty of model simulation.Specifically,we firstly found the non-period oscillation of kinetic energy time series of double gyre variation,then extracted two transition periods,which are respectively from high energy to low energy and from low energy to high energy.For every transition period,three parameters,respectively wind amplitude(WD),viscosity coefficient(VC)and linear bottom drag coefficient(RDRG),were studied by CNOP-P solved with SA algorithm.Finally,for sensitive parameters,their effect on model simulation is verified.Experiments results showed that the sensitivity order is WD>VC>>RDRG,the effect of the combination of multiple sensitive parameters is greater than that of single parameter superposition and the reduction of error of sensitive parameters can effectively reduce model prediction error which confirmed the importance of sensitive parameters analysis. 展开更多

It is a key challenge to exploit the label coupling relationship in multi-label classification(MLC)problems.Most previous work focused on label pairwise relations,in which generally only global statistical information is used to analyze the coupled label relationship.In this work,firstly Bayesian and hypothesis testing methods are applied to predict the label set size of testing samples within their k nearest neighbor samples,which combines global and local statistical information,and then apriori algorithm is used to mine the label coupling relationship among multiple labels rather than pairwise labels,which can exploit the label coupling relations more accurately and comprehensively.The experimental results on text,biology and audio datasets shown that,compared with the state-of-the-art algorithm,the proposed algorithm can obtain better performance on 5 common criteria. 展开更多

A fast label-equivalence-based connected components labeling algorithm is proposed in this paper.It is a combination of two existing efficient methods,which are pivotal operations in two-pass connected components labeling algorithms.One is a fast pixel scan method,and the other is an array-based Union-Find data structure.The scan procedure assigns each foreground pixel a provisional label according to the location of the pixel.That is to say,it labels the foreground pixels following background pixels and foreground pixels in different ways,which greatly reduces the number of neighbor pixel checks.The array-based Union-Find data structure resolves the label equivalences between provisional labels by using only a single array with path compression,and it improves the efficiency of the resolving procedure which is very time-consuming in general label-equivalence-based algorithms.The experiments on various types of images with different sizes show that the proposed algorithm is superior to other labeling approaches for huge images containing many big connected components. 展开更多

Finite Element Model Updating of Bridge Structures Based on Sensitivity Analysis and Optimization Algorithm 被引量:6

The dynamic characteristics of bridge structures, such as the natural frequencies, mode shapes and model damping ratio, are the basis of structural dynamic computation, seismic analysis, vibration control and structural health condition monitoring. In this paper, a three-dimensional finite-element model is established for a highway bridge over a railway on No.312 National Highway and the ambient test is carried out in site, the dynamic characteristics of the bridge are studied using the finite-element analysis and ambient vibration measurements. Comparison between the theoretical and experimental results shows that the frequency differences of the modes range between 0.44% and 8.77%. If the measurement is more reliable, the finite element model updating is necessary. Thus, a set of de- sign variables is selected based on sensitivity analysis, then the finite ele- ment model of the bridge is updated based on optimization algorithm. The results of model updating show that the proposed updating method in this paper is more simple and effective, the updated finite element model can reflect the dynamic characteristics of the bridge better, the analytical results can provide the theoretical basis for damage identification and health con- dition monitoring of the bridge. 展开更多

To reduce the risk of mission failure caused by the MM/OD impact of the spacecraft,it is necessary to optimize the design of the spacecraft.Spacecraft survivability assessment is the key technology in the optimal design of spacecraft.Spacecraft survivability assessment includes spacecraft impact sensitivity analysis and spacecraft component vulnerability analysis under MM/OD environment.The impact sensitivity refers to the probability of a spacecraft encountering an MM/OD impact while in orbit.Vulnerability refers to the probability that each component of a spacecraft may fail or malfunction when impacted by space debris.Yet this paper mainly analyzes the impact sensitivity and proposes a spacecraft sensitivity assessment method under the MM/OD environment based on a panel method.Under this panel method,a spacecraft geometric model is discretized into small panels,and whether they are impacted by MM/OD or not is determined through the analysis of the shielding or shadowing relationships between panels.The number of impacts on each panel is obtained through calculation,and accordingly the probability of each spacecraft component encountering MM/OD impact can be acquired,thus generating the impact sensibility.This paper extracts data from the NASA’s ORDEM2000,the ESA’s MASTER8 as well as the SDEEM2015(Space Debris Environmental Engineering Model developed by HIT),and uses the PCHIP(Piecewise Cubic Hermite Interpolating Polynomial)method to interpolate and fit the size-flux relationship of space debris.Compared with linear interpolation and cubic spline interpolation,the fitting results through the method are relatively more accurate.The feasibility of this method is also demonstrated through two actual examples shown in this paper,whose results are close to those from ESABASE,although there are some minor errors mainly due to different debris data input.Through the cross-check by three risk assessment software-BUMPER,MDPANTO and MODAOST-under standard operating conditions,the feasibility of this method is again verified. 展开更多

Given a connected undirected graph G whose edges are labeled,the minimumlabeling spanning tree(MLST)problemis to find a spanning tree of G with the smallest number of different labels.TheMLST is anNP-hard combinatorial optimization problem,which is widely applied in communication networks,multimodal transportation networks,and data compression.Some approximation algorithms and heuristics algorithms have been proposed for the problem.Firefly algorithm is a new meta-heuristic algorithm.Because of its simplicity and easy implementation,it has been successfully applied in various fields.However,the basic firefly algorithm is not suitable for discrete problems.To this end,a novel discrete firefly algorithm for the MLST problem is proposed in this paper.A binary operation method to update firefly positions and a local feasible handling method are introduced,which correct unfeasible solutions,eliminate redundant labels,and make the algorithm more suitable for discrete problems.Computational results show that the algorithm has good performance.The algorithm can be extended to solve other discrete optimization problems. 展开更多

The base of this algorithm is Class of Services (CoS), and each packet entering the relative independent area (an autonomous system) would be labeled according to the service type or Quality of Service (QoS) in demand,and be scheduled and managed within the system (the system can be enlarged if conforming to the same protocol). The experimental results show that each of the stream rate in the integratedservices would converge to a stable value if the rates of transmitting converge to that of the receiving exponentially, that is, the effective traffic of each stream would be fair. 展开更多

Both the accuracy and rationality of theprediction results are required. The hierarchical belief rule base (HBRB)can initially provide a solution to low prediction accuracy. However, theinterpretability of the model and the traceability of the results still warrantfurther investigation. Therefore, a processor performance prediction methodbased on interpretable hierarchical belief rule base (HBRB-I) and globalsensitivity analysis (GSA) is proposed. The method can yield more reliableprediction results. Evidence reasoning (ER) is firstly used to evaluate thehistorical data of the processor, followed by a performance prediction modelwith interpretability constraints that is constructed based on HBRB-I. Then,the whale optimization algorithm (WOA) is used to optimize the parameters.Furthermore, to test the interpretability of the performance predictionprocess, GSA is used to analyze the relationship between the input and thepredicted output indicators. Finally, based on the UCI database processordataset, the effectiveness and superiority of the method are verified. Accordingto our experiments, our prediction method generates more reliable andaccurate estimations than traditional models. 展开更多

本文面向汽车电子电气架构中的时间敏感网络(TSN)流量调度问题开展研究。针对实际应用需求,提出一种车载TSN网络拓扑建立方法。针对网络中多类型信息流调度问题,提出一种基于时间感知整形器(TAS)机制的流量调度策略并建立相应的数学模型... 本文面向汽车电子电气架构中的时间敏感网络(TSN)流量调度问题开展研究。针对实际应用需求,提出一种车载TSN网络拓扑建立方法。针对网络中多类型信息流调度问题,提出一种基于时间感知整形器(TAS)机制的流量调度策略并建立相应的数学模型,在降低网络总延时的同时,兼顾高优先级信息流的时间敏感性和低优先级信息流的数据完整性。为解决模型中信息流转发过程复杂导致求解效率不稳定和流量调度方案众多导致寻优困难的问题,提出一种改进的遗传算法(IGA),从设置自适应交叉概率公式、引入禁忌搜索变异、多种群联合3个方面进行了优化。实验结果表明,本文所提出的算法在端到端延时优化方面提升了43.47%,在生成方案稳定性方面提升了76.96%,该算法可得到低延时、高可靠的车载TSN流量调度方案。本文的研究成果为智能网联汽车领域的研究和车载网络通信算法的优化提供了思路。 展开更多

基于遗传算法的时间敏感网络调度方法

随着网络技术的进步,车载网、工业物联网以及5G超高可靠低时延通信(uRLLC)等应用都需要时间敏感网络(TSN)来保证超低延时的确定性数据传输。TSN流量调度需要快速且精确的调度算法,现有的精确式求解方法复杂度高,在大规模联合调度时无法... 随着网络技术的进步,车载网、工业物联网以及5G超高可靠低时延通信(uRLLC)等应用都需要时间敏感网络(TSN)来保证超低延时的确定性数据传输。TSN流量调度需要快速且精确的调度算法,现有的精确式求解方法复杂度高,在大规模联合调度时无法满足实时性。文中设计了一种性能更优的路由优化遗传算法(Routing-GA),结合路由和流量调度约束,能通过优化路由来提高调度算法求解效率,为链路负载均衡调度提供服务。该策略增加了调度的求解空间以及求解灵活性,具备元启发式算法的快速求近最优解特点,能够简单有效地处理大规模TSN路由约束联合调度问题。Routing-GA以时间敏感流最小端到端时延作为优化目标,联合考虑路由和TSN约束,并针对TSN传输问题特性提供一种低复杂度、高效率和高拓展性的遗传算法编码方式。此外,为了提高调度算法的性能,提出针对路由长度及链路负载均衡进行优化的交叉变异机制。实验结果表明所实现的Routing-GA能有效减少端到端时延,显著提高求解质量,进化率可以达到24.42%,平均只需要传统遗传算法(GA)迭代运行时间的12%,从而有效提高了算法的求解性能,满足TSN调度的约束要求。 展开更多

为提高真伪卷烟商标纸鉴别的准确性和效率,降低鉴别的经验要求和主观性,提出一种基于特征点配准的真伪卷烟商标纸鉴别方法。使用一致的标准扫描采集卷烟样品图像,基于尺度不变特征转换算法提取图像特征点,通过特征匹配和基于单应性变换... 为提高真伪卷烟商标纸鉴别的准确性和效率,降低鉴别的经验要求和主观性,提出一种基于特征点配准的真伪卷烟商标纸鉴别方法。使用一致的标准扫描采集卷烟样品图像,基于尺度不变特征转换算法提取图像特征点,通过特征匹配和基于单应性变换的图像配准获取判别预测变量。采用逻辑回归、梯度提升分类决策树算法构建二元分类模型对图像样本进行训练和评估。在64个卷烟规格、2 918个样本数据集上进行实验,该方法准确率高于95%。通过对比实验验证了该方法的稳定性和有效性。 展开更多

随着工业控制和信息网络的快速融合发展,基于以太网的时间敏感网络受到了广泛关注。时间敏感网络采用时间触发通信调度来保证数据传输的确定性。然而,现有调度算法难以快速计算大规模周期性流量的调度表。因此,设计了基于带权重的最早... 随着工业控制和信息网络的快速融合发展,基于以太网的时间敏感网络受到了广泛关注。时间敏感网络采用时间触发通信调度来保证数据传输的确定性。然而,现有调度算法难以快速计算大规模周期性流量的调度表。因此,设计了基于带权重的最早截止时间-最大传输时间优先的启发式调度算法,通过灵活适配流量排序权重以及回溯增强等方法,可以在较短时间内解决工业自动化场景中大规模流量的调度问题。实验结果表明,相比经典整数线性规划方法,带权重的最早截止时间-最大传输时间优先的启发式调度算法能更快地计算出大规模周期性流量调度表的较优解。 展开更多
