Bridge is an important part of the traffic lifeline engineering, and after the earthquake, if the bridge damage, that will hinder the timely disaster relief operations, increase secondary disasters, not only cause the direct or indirect losses of people' s life and property, also affect the post-disaster recovery and reconstruction. Therefore, seismic design of the bridges has been people' s attention. From the earthquake when the bridge failure mechanism and the failure process point of view, to adjust the overall layout design of bridge structure, fundamentally improve the structural seismic performance as a whole. Our research proposes the novel paradigm for the corresponding challenges that will be meaningful.展开更多

The essence of green building is to build a healthy and general environmentally friendly living environment under the premise of reducing the consumption of resources and improving the efficiency of resource utilization in the whole life cycle of construction activities. Green building bearing function is further diversified, integrated, and has a self-initiative. The development of the green building, local isolated from the original single building greening, greening, landscaping site platform, gradually developed for construction area and the surrounding green ecological system of comprehensive, three-dimensional stratified construction and network connection. Its model gradually shows the micro area of the construction of the ecological system and architectural space integration. This paper integrates the passive integrated energysaving technology to construct the novel construction paradigm.展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the tumor load and adverse reactions of nedaplatin combined with paclitaxel liposome and with paclitaxel treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 68 patients with advanced esoph...Objective:To evaluate the tumor load and adverse reactions of nedaplatin combined with paclitaxel liposome and with paclitaxel treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 68 patients with advanced esophageal cancer who were treated in our hospital between August 2013 and March 2016 were collected and divided into the paclitaxel liposome group (n=34) who received nedaplatin combined with paclitaxel liposome therapy and the paclitaxel group (n=34) who received nedaplatin combined with paclitaxel therapy according to the double-blind randomized control method, and both therapies lasted for 8 weeks. Before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment, RIA method was used to determine serum esophageal cancer-related tumor marker levels, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine serum angiogenesis index levels, and flow cytometry was used to measure cellular immunity indexes.Results: Before treatment, the differences in serum tumor marker and angiogenesis index levels as well as cellular immune function indexes were not statistically significant between the two groups. After 8 weeks of treatment, serum tumor markers CY211, CEA, SCC, CA724 and CA125 levels of observation group were lower than those of control group, angiogenesis indexes HIF-α, VEGF and MMP-9 levels were lower than those of control group, and peripheral blood cellular immunity indexes CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels were higher than those of control group while CD8+ level was lower than that of control group. Conclusion: Nedaplatin combined with paclitaxel liposome can more effectively reduce the tumor load, causes less adverse effects, and has good curative effect and security.展开更多

Methods: Female patients with infertility caused...Objective: To study the expression of mir-29c, mir-200a and mir-145 in endometrial tissue and analyze the downstream molecules in infertile patients with endometriosis. Methods: Female patients with infertility caused by endometriosis who were treated in Leshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital between May 2014 and February 2017 were selected as the infertility group of the research, and female patients with infertility caused by male factors over the same period were selected as the control group of the research. Endometrial tissue was collected to detect the expression of mir-29c, mir-200a, mir-145, HOXA-10 and HOXA-11 as well as downstream molecules and adhesion molecules. Results: mir-29c, mir-200a and mir-145 expression in endometrial tissue of infertility group were significantly higher than those of control group;HOXA-10, HOXA-11, integrin αvβ3, IGFBP-1, CD44V6, N-cadherin and FAK mRNA expression in endometrial tissue of infertility group were significantly lower than those of control group and negatively correlated with mir-29c, mir-200a and mir-145 expression while E-cadherin and FUT4 mRNA expression were significantly higher than those of control group and positively correlated with mir-29c, mir-200a and mir-145 expression. Conclusion:The highly expressed mir-29c, mir-200a and mir-145 in endometrial tissue can regulate the expression of HOXA-10 and HOXA-11 as well as downstream molecules and adhesion molecules, and influence the endometrial receptivity in infertile patients with endometriosis.展开更多
We have designed and developed an effective drug delivery system using biocompatible polymer of poly(ethylene glycol)-polyaspartic acid(mPEG-PAsp)for co-loading the chemotherapy drugs paclitaxel(PTX)and cisplatin(CP)i...We have designed and developed an effective drug delivery system using biocompatible polymer of poly(ethylene glycol)-polyaspartic acid(mPEG-PAsp)for co-loading the chemotherapy drugs paclitaxel(PTX)and cisplatin(CP)in one nano-vehicle.This study aimed to improve the anti-cancer effi-cacy of combinations of chemotherapy drugs and reduce their side effects.mPEG-PAsp-(PTX/Pt)nano-micelles disperse well in aqueous solution and have a narrow size distribution(37.863.2 nm)in dynamic light scattering(DLS).Drug release profiles found that CP released at pH 5.5 was signifi-cantly faster than that at pH 7.4.MPEG-PAsp-(PTX/Pt)nano-micelles displayed a significantly higher tumor inhibitory effect than mPEG-PAsp-PTX nano-micelles when the polymer concentrations reached 50 lg/mL.Our data indicated that polymer micelles of mPEG-PAsp loaded with the combined drug exert synergistic anti-tumor efficacy on SKOV3 ovarian cells via different action mechanisms.Results from our studies suggested that mPEG-PAsp-(PTX/Pt)nano-micelles are promising alternatives for carrying and improving the delivery of therapeutic drugs with different water solubilities.展开更多
