The paper first analyzes the current situation of extracurricular activities in universities and the issues related to recording achievements, and then introduces the policy background of the “Second Classroom Transcript” and its application in other universities. This paper then proposes an overall design for the system of the second classroom transcript and its personalized design within a student community. This system helps to dynamically track student growth, improve work efficiency, and comprehensively promote student development, providing a scientific and systematic integrated management model for universities.展开更多
