Through a systematic review of the relevant literature in recent years, this study evaluated the impact of different types of VR motion patterns on the elderly population. According to the existing literature, VR technology can not only provide a safe, controllable and personalized sports environment, but also significantly improve the interest and sustainability of the elderly. The cognitive challenges and social interaction elements incorporated into the VR experience have a positive effect on delaying cognitive decline and improving mental health. In addition, applications for specific health problems such as rehabilitation have shown promising prospects. However, the current study still has problems such as limited sample size and unclear long-term effects. VR technology provides new and effective exercise options for seniors, helping to overcome many of the barriers found in traditional exercise methods. Future research needs to further explore the optimal VR exercise scheme, and address practical issues such as cost-effectiveness and technology popularization, in order to promote this beneficial geriatric health management strategy more widely.展开更多

Traditional lasers have been used in gynecology for cutting, hemostasis and ablation, while newer lasers, such as CO2 fractional lasers and Er:YAG SMOOTH lasers, have been widely used in non-surgical treatments of gynecological tissues, such as the vulva, vagina, and pelvic floor dysfunctions, based on the principle of photothermal light, which promotes collagen neoformation and reorganization in tissues. This article summarises the progress of the application of new laser technology in gynecology, and provides new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases.展开更多
