随着现代生物医药产业的快速发展,对专业人才的需求也日益增长。产教融合作为一种创新的教育模式,对培养适应行业发展的高素质人才具有重要意义。本研究旨在探讨如何通过产教融合优化现代生物医药产业学院的课程设置,以提高学生的就业...随着现代生物医药产业的快速发展,对专业人才的需求也日益增长。产教融合作为一种创新的教育模式,对培养适应行业发展的高素质人才具有重要意义。本研究旨在探讨如何通过产教融合优化现代生物医药产业学院的课程设置,以提高学生的就业竞争力和职业发展潜力。本研究采用问卷调查、定性访谈和文献调研方法发现,目前生物医药产业学院课程设置存在的不足之处有:产教融合不紧密,课程设置未能以岗位胜任力为目标导向;课程体系落后、课程内容与产业实际需求脱节;实践实训课程比例不足,实践实训条件薄弱;课程思政环节薄弱,缺乏系统性;缺少岗位特异性的职业发展规划和就业指导课程。针对上述不足,基于产教融合背景,本研究提出了现代生物医药产业学院课程设置优化策略:以产业需求和岗位胜任力为导向进行课程设置,系统构建科学合理的模块化课程体系,系统构建产教融合的课程思政体系,拓宽优化实践实训基地,构建多元化的实践课程体系,建立完善的职业发展支持体系。实施这些策略进行课程设置优化有望提升教育质量,培养学生的岗位胜任力,满足现代生物医药产业对人才的多元化需求。With the rapid development of the modern biomedical industry, the demand for professional talents is also growing. As an innovative education model, the integration of industry and education is of great significance in cultivating high-quality talents that adapt to industry development. This study aims to explore how to optimize the curriculum of modern biomedical industry colleges through the integration of industry and education to improve students’ employment competitiveness and career development potential. This study used questionnaire surveys, qualitative interviews and literature research methods to find that the current deficiencies in the curriculum of the College of Biomedical Industry include: the integration of industry and education is not close, the curriculum fails to be goal-oriented towards job competency, the curriculum system is backward, the content of the courses is out of touch with the actual needs of the industry;the proportion of practical training courses is insufficient, weak ideological and political links in the curriculum, and there is a lack of job-specific career development planning and employment guidance courses. In response to the above shortcomings, based on the background of industry-education integration, this study proposes an optimization strategy for the curriculum of modern biomedical industry colleges: curriculum setting based on industry needs and job competency, systematically constructing a scientific and reasonable modular curriculum system, and systematically constructing industry-leading courses. The ideological and political curriculum system that integrates teaching and learning, expands and optimizes the practical training base, builds a diversified practical curriculum system, and establishes a complete career development support system. Implementing these strategies to optimize curriculum is expected to improve the quality of education, cultivate students’ job competencies, and meet the diverse needs for talents in the modern biomedical industry.展开更多

It analyzes the significance of scientific integrity for the development of the biopharmaceutical industry, highlighting that it is not only crucial for enhancing individual professional ethics and academic standards but also essential for driving innovation and safeguarding public health within the sector. A survey of the scientific integrity status among 84 students in pharmaceutical sciences revealed a basic understanding of scientific integrity but a lack of in-depth knowledge of research norms. In response to these issues, the article proposes five pathways for cultivation: strengthening scientific integrity education, establishing systems and oversight for scientific integrity, conducting practical activities to promote scientific integrity, reinforcing the responsibility of mentors, and creating incentives for scientific integrity. Luteolin have significant anti-tumor activity, and the specific mechanism of action mainly includes inhibition of cell proliferation, promotion of apoptosis, blocking cell cycle progression, inhibition of cell migration and invasion, inhibition of vascular neogenesis, and induction of autophagy. However, due to the low bioavailability of luteolin, this limits its clinical application. Therefore, it has become a research hotspot to obtain a series of derivatives of luteolin through chemical structure modification to improve their bioavailability and maintain or enhance their original antitumor activities. This paper reviews the research progress of luteolin and their derivatives, aiming at exploring the molecular mechanism of their antitumor effects and providing theoretical basis for drug design and structure optimization from natural products.展开更多

Rain classroom, as an intelligent teaching tool, brings new experiences to the reform of medicinal chemistry of natural products. The article analyzes the current teaching situation of medicinal chemistry of natural products, combined with the learning characteristics of pharmacy/pharmaceutical preparation undergraduate students in the continuing education college. Taking chapter five “flavonoids” of medicinal chemistry of natural products as an example, it explores the specific application of the rain classroom teaching mode in medicinal chemistry of natural products from the aspects of teaching content, teaching objectives, teaching design, and assessment evaluation, providing reference for the reform of other pharmaceutical professional courses.展开更多

In this paper, the pharmacological effects of phenolic glycosides and the methods of preparing liposomes, nanoparticles, emulsion delivery systems, phospholipid complexes and cyclodextrin inclusion complexes to improve bioavailability were summarized, in order to provide theoretical basis for the activity research and clinical application of phenolic glycosides.展开更多
