Angiogenesis plays a pivotal role in tumor growth and metastasis, with aberrant vascular formation being a key factor in the onset and progression of gastric cancer. In recent years, long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), which do not encode proteins but perform critical regulatory functions, have emerged as significant contributors to tumor angiogenesis. LncRNAs modulate angiogenesis in gastric cancer by regulating the Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) signaling pathway, vascular mimicry, and endothelial cell activity, thereby promoting tumor vascularization and progression. This review summarizes the research advances in lncRNAs in gastric cancer angiogenesis and explores the molecular mechanisms through which they influence gastric cancer through different mechanisms.展开更多
