电致化学发光碳点的生物传感应用研究进展

电致化学发光(Electrochemiluminescence,ECL)技术,具有可控性强、背景信号低、灵敏度高的优势,为生物标志物的痕量传感提供强有力的支持。然而,传统的电致化学发光体通常存在生物相容性差、价格昂贵和难以制备等缺陷。碳点(Carbon Dots... 电致化学发光(Electrochemiluminescence,ECL)技术,具有可控性强、背景信号低、灵敏度高的优势,为生物标志物的痕量传感提供强有力的支持。然而,传统的电致化学发光体通常存在生物相容性差、价格昂贵和难以制备等缺陷。碳点(Carbon Dots,CDs),具有生物相容性好、原料便宜、制备简单等优点,在电致化学发光生物传感器中引起广泛兴趣。基于此,本文综述了碳点的合成方法、碳点的表面掺杂/改性,并进一步探讨了碳点作为发光体、共反应试剂、共反应促进剂及其猝灭剂在电致化学发光生物传感器构建方面的应用。更为重要的是,本文综述了碳点在细菌检测、核酸检测、蛋白质检测及其细胞检测方面的应用,为碳点在分析检测方面的研究提供参考。 展开更多

CuZn-based catalyst is an attractive catalyst for methanol synthesis from CO_(2)hydrogenation,but it early deactivates and its methanol yield still needs to improve.In this study,Y_(2)O_(3)was introduced to Cu/ZnO using a one-pot hydrothermal method,and exhibits a synergistic effect of ZnO and Y_(2)O_(3)on enhancing methanol yield and the stability.We found that the interaction between Y_(2)O_(3)and ZnO results in abundant oxygen vacancies formation,thereby enhancing CO_(2)adsorption and activation.Kinetic analysis and in situ DRIFTS suggest that RWGS forming CO and methanol formation compete for a mutual intermediate HCOO^(*),and the introduction of Y_(2)O_(3)to Cu/ZnO raises the energy barrier for the CO formation but lowers that for methanol formation,thus enhancing the methanol yield on Cu/ZnO/Y_(2)O_(3). 展开更多

In this paper,we have successfully prepared an organic-inorganic hybridized Keggin-type Ruthenium-containing polytungsten oxide clusters that combines the organic ligand 2,2'-bipyridine(2,2'-bpy)with the noble metal ruthenium,formulated as H_(3)[{Ru(H_(2)O)(bpy)}_(2)O(PW_(11)O_(39))]·10H_(2)O.Title compound inherited the strong absorption in the visible and UV regions,providing a good basis for photocatalysis.The experimental results showed that it exhibited good photocatalytic activity in the visible-lightdriven reduction of nitrobenzene using N_(2)H_(4)·H_(2)O as a reductant with a yield of 98.1%(turnover number is 322.5,turnover frequency is 53.75 h^(-1)).Three cycles of experiments indicated that this compound was an effective and stable heterogeneous catalyst. 展开更多
