Stannate enhances the inhibition of o-aminophenol and improves the activity of Al-alloy because of its reduction to tin. There is synergetic effect of stannate with o-aminophenol on the behavior of Al-alloy, and the inhibitive efficiency at 55℃ is better than that at 25 ℃.展开更多

In order to verify the feasibility of this type of electrode used as detecting electric field generated by vessels in seawater, its characteristics of DC resistance, low frequency AC impedance, and receiving impedance in artificial seawater have been studied by polarization measurements, low frequency electrochemical impedance spectra, the open and short circuit cell conditions. The results show that the electrode can keep a low resistance when it responses the weak electrostatic field in seawater. The AC impedance of the electrode decreases as the frequency of the signal increasing. The receiving impedance decreases when the frequency of external field increases too. The valid detection bandwidth is determined by the properties of the impedance and the reactions occurring on the surface of the electrode.展开更多

The samples were characterized by FTIR technology. The results show that the degree of microphase separation in the samples decreases with the decrease of the curing temperature. As far as the molar ratio of NH2 and NCO is concerned, the sample exhibits better graded morphology when the ratio is 0.95. The transparence of the samples prepared also changes gradually, increasing along the direction, in which temperature decreases.展开更多

The sound attenuation property was measured in sound tube. The results showed that the sound attenuation of the gradient polymer solution was larger than that of the uniform. Depending on the experimental result and the theory of sound wave propagation in layered medium, a mechanism of gradient water-soluble polymer solution was developed. This mechanism can be described as follows: a water-soluble polymer coating formed a concentration gradient layer when it was dissolved in water, This gradient layer led to multiple reflection and absorption of sound. Finally the sound energy was transferred into heat.展开更多
