The traditional air traffic control information sharing data has weak security characteristics of personal privacy data and poor effect,which is easy to leads to the problem that the data is usurped.Starting from the ...The traditional air traffic control information sharing data has weak security characteristics of personal privacy data and poor effect,which is easy to leads to the problem that the data is usurped.Starting from the application of the ATC(automatic train control)network,this paper focuses on the zero trust and zero trust access strategy and the tamper-proof method of information-sharing network data.Through the improvement of ATC’s zero trust physical layer authentication and network data distributed feature differentiation calculation,this paper reconstructs the personal privacy scope authentication structure and designs a tamper-proof method of ATC’s information sharing on the Internet.From the single management authority to the unified management of data units,the systematic algorithm improvement of shared network data tamper prevention method is realized,and RDTP(Reliable Data Transfer Protocol)is selected in the network data of information sharing resources to realize the effectiveness of tamper prevention of air traffic control data during transmission.The results show that this method can reasonably avoid the tampering of information sharing on the Internet,maintain the security factors of air traffic control information sharing on the Internet,and the Central Processing Unit(CPU)utilization rate is only 4.64%,which effectively increases the performance of air traffic control data comprehensive security protection system.展开更多
The combination of online teaching and traditional offline teaching can maximize the advantages of both.Based on the blended teaching of English Reading course,39 students were selected as the research subjects to stu...The combination of online teaching and traditional offline teaching can maximize the advantages of both.Based on the blended teaching of English Reading course,39 students were selected as the research subjects to study the relationship between their online learning attitudes and their grades in the final examination.Judged from the number of times for each student to download teaching resources,the number of assignments submitted online,and the quality of the submitted assignments,each student’s attitude toward online learning was examined comprehensively,and a correlation analysis was conducted through SPSS Statistics 21.0 to explore the influence of online learning attitude on English reading performance.Through data collection and analysis of the online learning attitudes over a 16-week period,a significant positive correlation was found between the online learning attitudes and the English reading grades,indicating that the online learning attitude in the blended learning model plays a crucial role in improving the English reading skill,and students should maintain a positive attitude toward online teaching in blended learning.展开更多
Having a universal, fair, democratic and practical higher education system plays a particularly important role in the future development of the country. However, the higher education system in various countries is une...Having a universal, fair, democratic and practical higher education system plays a particularly important role in the future development of the country. However, the higher education system in various countries is uneven. It is of great significance to establish a general evaluation system for the development of global education. In this paper, 23 indicators are preliminarily selected from the education data of Universitas 21 and Global Statistical Yearbook. After the gray correlation analysis, 12 indicators were selected. On the one hand, principal component analysis is used to reduce the dimension of these 12 indicators in 50 countries, and the first four principal components with cumulative contribution rate of 99% are finally selected as the input parameters of BP neural network. On the other hand, 12 indicators are divided into four aspects as the standard of scheme decision-making. Finally, a higher education quality evaluation and decision-making model based on BP neural network and analytic hierarchy process are established. Then eight countries are selected to use the model to evaluate their current higher education quality. Based on the input and evaluation results of the four aspects of higher education in various countries, the analytic hierarchy process is used to make program decision, and several improvement suggestions are put forward for the current education policies of various countries.展开更多
As nucleic acid-guided endonucleases,some prokaryotic Argonautes have been used as programmable nucleases.Natronobacterium gregoryi Argonaute(NgAgo)has also been proposed for gene editing,but this remains very controv...As nucleic acid-guided endonucleases,some prokaryotic Argonautes have been used as programmable nucleases.Natronobacterium gregoryi Argonaute(NgAgo)has also been proposed for gene editing,but this remains very controversial.Until now,the endogenous nucleic acids that bind to NgAgo in Natronobacterium gregoryi sp2(N.gregoryi sp2)have not been characterized.We expressed the conserved PIWI domain of NgAgo and used it to induce anti-PIWI antibody.We also cultured the N.gregoryi sp2 strain and performed immunoprecipitation,chromatin immunoprecipitation(ChIP),and RNA immunoprecipitation(RIP)assays.The nucleic acids that endogenously bound NgAgo in N.gregoryi sp2 cells were sequenced and analyzed.The results showed that NgAgo endogenously bound RNA rather than DNA.NgAgo-associated RNAs were mainly transcripts of genes that encoded tRNA,transcriptional regulators,RNA polymerases,and RNA-binding proteins.NgAgo mainly binds to the transcripts inside genes or in their upstream sequences.Interestingly,the top enriched motif of peaks was the same as that of miR-1289,suggesting that NgAgo may regulate gene expression post-transcriptionally.GO enrichment analysis showed that the peak-associated genes were enriched in transmembrane transport processes.These results revealed that NgAgo binds RNA and may function in post-transcriptional regulation in vivo.展开更多

Four groups of experiments are performed on typical contours to compare the contour in painting effect and the precision.
