Using Digital Twin to Diagnose Faults in Braiding Machinery Based on IoT

The digital twin(DT)includes real-time data analytics based on the actual product or manufacturing processing parameters.Data from digital twins can predict asset maintenance requirements ahead of time.This saves money by decreasing operating expenses and asset downtime,which improves company efficiency.In this paper,a digital twin in braiding machinery based on IoT(DTBM-IoT)used to diagnose faults.When an imbalance fault occurs,the system gathers experimental data.After that,the information is sent into a digital win model of the rotor system to see whether it can quantify and locate imbalance for defect detection.It is possible to anticipate asset maintenance requirements with DT technology by IoT(Internet of Things)sensors,XR(X-Ray)capabilities,and AI-powered analytics.A DT model’s appropriate design and flexibility remain difficult because of the nonlinear dynamics and unpre-dictability inherent in the degrading process of equipment.The results indicate that the DT in braiding machinery developed allows for precise diagnostic and dynamic deterioration analysis.At least there is 37%growth in efficiency over conventional approaches. 展开更多

This paper studies the problem of finite-time synchronization for a class of heterogeneous complex networks which not only have node time-varying delays and coupled time-varying delays but also contain uncertain disturbance. An appropriate controller is designed such that this type of network can be synchronized within a finite time. By constructing a proper Lyapunov function and using the finite-time stability theory, the sufficient conditions for the network to achieve finite-time synchronization are given and the finite time is estimated. Finally, the conclusions obtained are extended to the case of homogeneous complex networks with time-varying delays and uncertain disturbance. 展开更多

Firstly, the design of the toll plaza is mainly through analyzing the daily traffic flow, different charging mode of construction cost and waiting time of the United States. Secondly, exploring traffic conditions is divided into two kinds, based on the traffic flow speed-density flow model. Then, a fuzzy-BP neural network model is constructed, with capacity, cost, and safety factor as the input layers and performance as the output layer. It is concluded that this scheme will reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents, so it is desirable. Considering that the increase in unmanned vehicles will lead to an increase in safety performance, we increase the number of electronic toll stations to improve security performance and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents. 展开更多

Echolocation clicks of Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins(Sousa chinensis)and East Asian finless porpoises(Neophocaena asiaeorientalis sunmeri)were recorded and analyzed to deepen our understandings on vocalizations variability of these two endangered species.Passive acoustic monitoring was used to record the clicks during boat-based field surveys in the Xiamen waters.Subsequent analyses show clicks emitted by Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins are characterized by short duration,high frequency,and broadband bandwidth.Comparatively,clicks of East Asian finless porpoise have a relatively longer duration,higher peak frequency,and narrower bandwidth.The duration,centroid frequency and-10 dB bandwidth of clicks are significantly different between these two species. 展开更多
