In this paper, the allergic proteins were identified with Western blotting, and the 32 kDa glycoprotein was purified with ion exchange chromatography and gel chr...Glycoprotein from Ginkgo biloba kernel may be allergic. In this paper, the allergic proteins were identified with Western blotting, and the 32 kDa glycoprotein was purified with ion exchange chromatography and gel chromatography. With Western blotting, there were 3 allergic proteins with molecular weight 21, 32, and 36 kDa. With SDS-PAGE analysis and measurements of the protein and sugar contents, the isolation and purification technology of 32 kDa was confirmed. Ginkgo crude protein extract was precipitated with ammonium sulphate (saturation gradient: 40-80%). The precipitate was purified by chromatography with DEAE-cellulose 52, then chromatography with Sephadex G-200 and the target glycoprotein was finally obtained. The analysis results showed the molecule of the glycoprotein was 32.12 kDa and the ratio of protein to sugar was 20.56:1. In conclusion, the purification method could be used in preparation of the glycoprotein, and the study could provide a basis for the further research of the glycoprotein.展开更多

Then the hydrolysis product(1-[bis(4-carboxylphenyl)methyl]-1,2,4-triazole, H2ltzda) reacted with Co(NO3)2·6H2O in the presence of different bipyridl-typed ligands under hydrothermal conditions. As a result, two new Co(Ⅱ) MOFs were obtained, formulated as [Co2(ltzda)2(bpp)2]n(1) and {[Co2(ltzda)2(bpy)]·4H2O}n(2)(bpp = 1,3-di(4-pyridyl)propane, bpy = 4,4’-bipyridine). Two MOFs have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis and magnetic measure. 1 displays a 2D metal-organic framework containing wave layers and 2 shows a pillared-layer structure existing in a 2-fold interpenetrated mode.展开更多

In the complex, deprotonated tdc2-dianions alternately bridge the adjacent Co^(2+) cations to generate chains, which are further connected by the flexible bimm ligands to form a 3 D structure containing adamantanoid-like subunits. In topology, the structure of 1 represents a 4-connected uninodal two-fold interpenetrated dia(66) topology. Although porphyrin-based metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been widely explored as photosensitizers for photodynamic therapy,how the size will affect the light-induced catalytic activity for generation of reactive ox...Although porphyrin-based metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been widely explored as photosensitizers for photodynamic therapy,how the size will affect the light-induced catalytic activity for generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)still remain unclear.Herein,we first report the size-controlled synthesis of two-dimensional(2D)porphyrin-based PCN-134 MOF nanosheets by a two-step solvothermal method to explore the size effect on its PDT performance,thus yielding enhanced photodynamic antimicrobial therapy.By simply controlling the reaction temperature in the synthesis process,the bulk PCN-134 crystal,large PCN-134(L-PCN-134)nanosheets with a lateral size of 2–3μm and thickness of 33.2–37.5 nm and small PCN-134 nanosheets(S-PCN-134)with a lateral size of 160–180 nm and thickness of 9.1–9.7 nm were successfully prepared.Interestingly,the S-PCN-134 nanosheets exhibit much higher photodynamic activity for ROS generation than that of the bulk 3D PCN-134 crystal and L-PCN-134 nanosheets under a660 nm laser irradiation,suggesting that the photodynamic activity of PCN-134 MOF increases when the size reduces.Therefore,the S-PCN-134 nanosheets show much enhanced performance when used as a photosensitizer for photodynamic antimicrobial activity and wound healing.展开更多

Upon blue light irradiation, they reached photostationary state within 2-5 s, as well as 100% conversion ratio and photocyclization quantum yield of > 0.70. Such fascinating photochromism were endowed by collaborative role of electron-withdrawing effect of BF_(2)bdk group to reduce HOMO-LUMO electronic gap for the open isomer, together with intramolecular hydrogen bonds and CH-π interactions favoring antiparallel conformation fixation. Moreover, they displayed specific discrimination and photoswitchable bacterial imaging for S. aureus.展开更多
