PbZrxTi1-xO3(PZT)fims are fabricated on F-doped tin oxide(FTO)substrates using chemical solutions containing PVP polymer and rapid thermal annealing processing.The dependence of the layered PZT multilayer formation an...PbZrxTi1-xO3(PZT)fims are fabricated on F-doped tin oxide(FTO)substrates using chemical solutions containing PVP polymer and rapid thermal annealing processing.The dependence of the layered PZT multilayer formation and their optical properties on the Zr content x are examined.It is found that all the PZT films are crystallized and exhibit 110-preferred orientation.When x varies in the region of 0-0.8,the PZT films display lamellar structures,and a high reflection band occurs in each optical reflectance spectrum curve.Especially,those PZT fikms with Zr/Ti atomic ratio of 35/65-65/35 show clearly layered cross-sectional morphologies arranged alternatively by porous and dense PZT layers,and have a peak optical reflectivity of>70%and a band width of>45 nm.To obtain the optimal Bragg reflection performance of the PZT multilayers,the Zr content should be selected in the range of 0.35-0.65.展开更多

The field seismic data is disturbed by the interferential information, which has low signal to noise ratio (SNR). That is disadvantage for seismic data interpretation. So it is important to remove the noise of seismic...The field seismic data is disturbed by the interferential information, which has low signal to noise ratio (SNR). That is disadvantage for seismic data interpretation. So it is important to remove the noise of seismic data. Independent component analysis (ICA) can remove most of the noise interference. However, ICA has some defects in noise reduction, because it needs some conditions that seismic data is independent reciprocally for denoising. To solve these defects, this paper proposes an improved ICA algorithm to noise reduction. Through simulation experiments, it can be obtained that the best decomposition levels of the new algorithm is 3. At last, the proposed improved ICA is applied to deal with the actual seismic data. The results show that it can effectively eliminate most of seismic noise such as random noise, linear interference, surface waves, and so on. The improved ICA is not only easy to denoising, but also has excellent mathematical theoretical properties.展开更多

Phytoextraction is a promising option for purifying hexavalent chromium(Cr(Ⅵ))-laden wastewater,but the long remediation period incurred by poor growth rate of Cr hyperaccumulators remains a primary hindrance to its ...Phytoextraction is a promising option for purifying hexavalent chromium(Cr(Ⅵ))-laden wastewater,but the long remediation period incurred by poor growth rate of Cr hyperaccumulators remains a primary hindrance to its large-scale application.In this study,we performed a hydroponic experiment to evaluate the feasibility of promoting the growth and phytoextraction efficiency of Cr hyperaccumulator Leersia hexandra Swartz(L.hexandra)by inoculating plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)Bacillus cereus(B.cereus).In batch tests,the Cr(Ⅵ)removal rates of L.hexandra and B.cereus co-culture were greater than the sum of their respective monocultures.This was likely due to the microbial reduction of Cr(Ⅵ)to Cr(Ⅲ),which is amiable to plant uptake.Besides,the PGPR factors of B.cereus,including indoleacetic acid(IAA)production,1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid deamination(ACCd)activity,phosphate solubilization capacity,and siderophore production,were quantified.These PGPR factors helped explain the biomass augmentation,root elongation and enhanced Cr enrichment of the inoculated L.hexandra in pot experiments.Despite the increased Cr uptake,no aggravated oxidative damage to the cell membrane was observed in the inoculated L.hexandra.This was attributed to its capacity to confront the increased intracellular Cr stress by upregulating both the activities of antioxidative enzymes and expression of metal-binding proteins/peptides.Moreover,L.hexandra could always conserve the majority of Cr in the residual and oxalic integrated forms with low mobility and phytotoxicity,irrespective of the B.cereus inoculation.These results highlight the constructed Cr hyperaccumulatorrhizobacteria consortia as an effective candidate for decontaminating Cr(Ⅵ)-laden wastewater.展开更多

A type of Si-based blocked impurity band photoelectric detector with a planar architecture is designed and demonstrated by a modified silicon semiconductor processing technique.In this route,multiple ion implantation ...A type of Si-based blocked impurity band photoelectric detector with a planar architecture is designed and demonstrated by a modified silicon semiconductor processing technique.In this route,multiple ion implantation is utilized to ensure the uniform distribution of the P elements in silicon,and rapid thermal annealing treatment is used to activate the P atoms and reduce damages caused by ion-implantation.The fabricated prototype device exhibits an excellent photoelectric response performance.With a direct current(DC)bias voltage of-2.3 V,the device detectivity to blackbody irradiation is as high as 5×10^(13)cm·Hz^(1/2)/W,which corresponds to a device responsivity of nearly 4.6 A/W,showing their potential applications in infrared detection,infrared astrophysics,and extraterrestrial life science.In particular,the developed device preparation process is compatible with that for the CMOS-circuit,which greatly reduces the manufacturing cost.展开更多
