Lymphoma, which is highly malignant, stems from lymph nodes and lymphoid tissue.Lymphoma cells express programmed death-ligand 1/2(PD-L1/PD-L2),which binds with programmed cell death 1 protein(PD-1)to establish inhibitory signaling that impedes the normal function of T cells and allows tumor cells to escape immune system surveillance.Recently, immune checkpoint inhibitor immunotherapies such as PD-1 inhibitors(nivolumab and pembrolizumab)have been introduced into the lymphoma treatment algorithm and have shown remarkable clinical efficacy and greatly improve prognosis in lymphoma patients.Accordingly, the number of lymphoma patients who are seeking treatment with PD-1 inhibitors is growing annually, which results in an increasing number of patients developing immune-related adverse events(irAEs).The occurrence of irAEs inevitably affects the benefits provided by immunotherapy, particularly when PD-1 inhibitors are applied. However, the mechanisms and characteristics of irAEs induced by PD-1 inhibitors in lymphoma need further investigation. This review article summarizes the latest research advances in irAEs during treatment of lymphoma with PD-1 inhibitors.A comprehensive understanding of irAEs incurred in immunotherapy can help to achieve better efficacy with PD-1 inhibitors in lymphoma. 展开更多

Diabetes mellitus is a common chronic disease. With the improvement of living standards, the prevalence of diabetes mellitus in China is increasing. There are now more people with diabetes in China(>100 million)than in any other country.About half of these people with diabetes need to undergo at least one procedure in their lifetime.Diabetic patients have a much higher probability of perioperative dysglycemia than the normal population, which has a great impact on their prognosis. In addition,non-diabetic patients may also have abnormal blood glucose levels due to various reasons during the perioperative period, which will also lead to a series of adverse consequences. This ar ticle reviews the perioperative blood glucose management of patients to provide a reference for improving their health status. 展开更多

AIM: To evaluate the role of probiotics in the standard triple Helicobacter pylori therapy. METHODS: In this meta-analysis, we investigated the efficacy of probiotics in a standard triple H. pylori therapy in adults. Searches were mainly conducted in MEDLINE/PubMed, EMBASE, and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials. Fourteen studies met our criteria, and the quality of these studies was assessed using the Jadad scale. We used STATA version 12.0 to extract data and to calculate the odds ratios (ORs), which are presented with the corresponding 95% confidence intervals (CIs). The data are presented as forest plots. RESULTS: The pooled ORs for the eradication rates calculated by intention-to-treat analysis and per-protocol analysis in the probiotic group vs the control group were 1.67 (95%CI: 1.38-2.02) and 1.68 (95%CI: 1.35-2.08), respectively, using the fixed-effects model. The sensitivity of the Asian studies was greater than that of the Caucasian studies (Asian: OR = 1.78, 95%CI: 1.40-2.26; Caucasian: OR = 1.48, 95%CI: 1.06-2.05). The pooled OR for the incidence of total adverse effects was signi.cantly lower in the probiotic group (OR = 0.49, 95%CI: 0.26-0.94), using the random effects model, with significant heterogeneity (I-2 = 85.7%). The incidence of diarrhea was significantly reduced in the probiotic group (OR = 0.21, 95%CI: 0.06-0.74), whereas the incidence of taste disorders, metallic taste, vomiting, nausea, and epigastric pain did not differ significantly between the probiotic group and the control group. CONCLUSION: Supplementary probiotic preparations during standard triple H. pylori therapy may improve the eradication rate, particularly in Asian patients, and the incidence of total adverse effects. Objective:To explore the clinical effect of perioperative nursing guided by the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery and summarize them. Methods:Pubmed,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Wanfang Database, and VIP Database were searched to obtain the relevant literature involving enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)guidance, obtain the effective clinical data, review the reports in literature, and obtain the effective scheme. Results:Compared with the traditional nursing program, perioperative nursing principles guided by the concept of ERAS provide more accurate nursing care to patients and reduce the occurrence of intraoperative stress events through comprehensive nursing measures such as preoperative pre-rehabilitation measures, intraoperative body temperature and fluid management, postoperative analgesia, prevention of nausea and vomiting, early mobilization, catheter nursing, and better out-of-hospital follow-up.Conclusions:Perioperative nursing principles guided by the concept of ERAS can significantly reduce the incidence of perioperative complications, shorten the hospital stay of patients, and promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients. The transformation and implementation of this concept can bring significant benefits to hospitals, medical care, and patients. 展开更多

Pancreatic cancer is a kind of highly aggressive malignant tumor of the digestive system. The treatment of local tumors is mainly surgical resection, but the indications are too harsh. For advanced pancreatic cancer, chemotherapy is the standard treatment, but patients have severe side effects and develop drug resistance.Tumor-associated macrophages in the tumor microenvironment of pancreatic cancer are the most abundant immune cells and play a very important role in tumor development and chemoresistance.Antitumor-associated macrophage therapy has shown some therapeutic potential. Therefore, this article reviews the mechanism of tumor-associated macrophages in pancreatic cancer and the progress of tumor-associated macrophage targeted therapy. 展开更多

The new conservative treatment methods of female stress urinary incontinence mainly include laser therapy, magnetic stimulation therapy and stem cell therapy. Laser therapy and magnetic stimulation therapy can improve the urodynamic parameters, clinical symptoms, quality of life and sexual life of female stress urinary incontinence patients, with higher compliance and less side effects. Stem cell therapy can improve histological changes, urodynamic parameters of stress urinary incontinence rats, and clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with stress urinary incontinence, but it has not been widely used in clinical practice, and the successful experience is mainly accumulated in the animal experiment stage. In order to make it easier for medical workers to understand and promote these three new conservative treatment methods, this article reviews the treatment principles and treatment effects of these new conservative treatment methods. 展开更多

TRNA m6A methylation is a kind of dynamic reversible modification commonly existing in eukaryotes. It is involved in three proteins, namely m6A methyltransferase, m6A demethylase and m6A binding protein, which regulate RNA shearing, transport, stability and translation into proteins. It is closely related to many physiological processes, especially in tumors. However, there are few studies on RNA m6A methylation in urogenital tumors. Therefore, this article reviews the role of RNA m6 A methylation in tumors and its research progress in the urogenital system. 展开更多
