Objective:Previous research has demonstrated that pulmonary Daoyin could be an efficacious way to ameliorate the physical and psychological state of sufferers with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and bolste...Objective:Previous research has demonstrated that pulmonary Daoyin could be an efficacious way to ameliorate the physical and psychological state of sufferers with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and bolster the quality of life.However,the results are not consistent.Thus,the objective of this research is to assess the impacts of pulmonary Daoyin in individuals with COPD.Methods:Relevant articles were searched in Web of Science,Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMBASE,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP from database inception to January 2024.Results:There were a total of 15 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)included in this meta-analysis involving 1732 patients,of which 864 participated in the intervention group and 868 in the control group.When comparing with the control group,the COPD patients practicing pulmonary Daoyin demonstrated a significant improvement in 6 min walking distance(mean difference[MD]=24.53,95%confidence interval[CI][18.55,30.52],P<0.00001),forced expiratory volume in the 1 s(FEV_(1))(MD=0.39,95%CI[0.18,0.59],P=0.0002),percentage of FEV_(1)to the predicted value(FEV_(1)%)(MD=5.35,95%CI[3.22,7.48],P<0.0001),the forced vital capacity(FVC)(MD=0.39,95%CI[0.06,0.73],P=0.02),percentage of FVC to the predicted value(FVC%)(MD=7.52,95%CI[4.91,10.13],P<0.00001),the ratio of FEV_(1)/FVC(MD=4.95,95%CI[0.91,8.99],P=0.02),peak expiratory flow rate(standardized MD=0.98,95%CI[0.74,1.22],P<0.00001),modified Medical Research Council(mMRC)scale(MD=-0.47,95%CI[-0.89,-0.04],P=0.03),and Borg scale(MD=-0.65,95%CI[-0.75,-0.55],P<0.00001).Conclusions:Our findings may illuminate the influence of pulmonary Daoyin on exercise ability,breathlessness,and pulmonary function in COPD patients.More rigorous RCTs with larger samples and longer-term interventions will be required moving forward.展开更多

Purpose:To explore the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)regulates ferroptosis key genes in the occurrence and development of lupus nephritis(LN)based on biological information database.Patients and methods:Ferroptosis...Purpose:To explore the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)regulates ferroptosis key genes in the occurrence and development of lupus nephritis(LN)based on biological information database.Patients and methods:Ferroptosis related genes were identified based on FerrDb database and literature retrieval.Used the OMIM,Gene Cards,Drug Bank to obtain the targets of LN.Cytoscapes 3.8.2 software and STRING database were used to analyze protein-protein interaction(PPI)network.Metacape software and Weishengxin were used to analyze the gene ontology(GO)classification and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis.UniProt Database and Traditional Chinese Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform analysis platform were used to obtain the data table of key TCM and related targets.Cytoscapes 3.8.2 software was used to analyze the PPI network.Results:A total of 401 ferroptosis-related genes,361 LN related genes and 21“Ferroptosis-LN”intersection genes were obtained.Ferroptosis in the occurrence and prognosis of LN mainly involved the inflammatory response,cell activation,positive regulation of chemokine production and it was mainly involved in necroptosis,inflammatory bowel disease,ferroptosis and other pathways.A total of 412 TCMs containing key genes of“Ferroptosis-LN”were acquired.The most key genes were contained in Mahuang,Gehua,Baiguo,Chuanniuxi,Jinyinhua.15 key genes of“TCM-LN”were obtained.5 ferroptosis-related key genes in LN regulated by TCM were obtained,which were IL1β,TLR4,IFNG,STAT3 and HMOX1.Conclusion:TCM,such as Mahuang,Gehua,Baiguo,Chuanniuxi,Jinyinhua,may affect the occurrence and development of LN through the key ferroptosis genes,such as IL1B,TLR4,IFNG,STAT3 and HMOX1.展开更多

BACKGROUND:Microalbuminuria(MAU) is a key component of metabolic syndrome(MetS) and is an early sign of diabetic nephropathy as well.Although routine Western medicine treatments are given to MetS patients to control h...BACKGROUND:Microalbuminuria(MAU) is a key component of metabolic syndrome(MetS) and is an early sign of diabetic nephropathy as well.Although routine Western medicine treatments are given to MetS patients to control high blood pressure,hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia,some patients still experience progressive renal lesions and it is necessary to modify and improve the treatment strategy for MetS patients. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of Yiqi Huaju Qingli Herb Formula,a compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine,in MetS patients with MAU when it is combined with routine Western medicine treatment. DESIGN,SETTING,PARTICIPANTS AND INTERVENTIONS:Sixty patients with MetS were randomized into the Chinese herbal formula group(CHF,Yiqi Huaju Qingli formula treatment in combination with Western medicine) and control group(placebo in combination with Western medicine).All treatments were administered for 12 weeks. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Urinary microalbumin(MA),urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio (UACR),24-hour total urine protein(24-hTP),body mass index(BMI),waist circumference (WC),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2-hPPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),blood lipid profile and blood pressure were observed. RESULTS:Compared with the control group,CHF treatment significantly decreased BMI (P<0.05),WC(P<0.01) and WHR(P<0.01).Both groups had significant decreases in FPG, 2-hPPG,HbA1c,HOMA-IR,MA,and UACR,with CHF treatment showing better effects on these parameters compared with the control treatment(P<0.05).Both treatments significantly reduced the levels of total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triacylglycerol(TAG),and a greater reduction in TAG was observed with CHF treatment(P<0.05).The level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol did not change in the control group after treatment(P>0.05),whereas it significantly increased with CHF treatment(P<0.01).Compared with before the treatment,significant decreases in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial blood pressure were observed in both groups(P<0.01).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSION:Combined treatment of Yiqi Huaju Qingli Formula and Western medicine significantly alleviated MAU,which may correlate with the improvement of insulin sensitivity and glucose and lipid metabolism. [Objective]According to the theory of blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine( TCM),the animal modeling method of hepatic fibrosis integrated with pathology and symptoms was explored and improved,to construct a n...[Objective]According to the theory of blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine( TCM),the animal modeling method of hepatic fibrosis integrated with pathology and symptoms was explored and improved,to construct a new type of rat model of hepatic fibrosis with blood stasis syndrome integrated with traditional Chinese and western medicine. [Method]The hepatic fibrosis model of blood stasis with blood stasis syndrome was constructed by jointing multi factors,including intragastric administration of ethanol,high fat and low protein feeding,joint injection of dimethylnitrosamine( DMN),bovine serum albumin( BSA) and norepinephrine( NE). The modeling method was further compared with traditional CC14 single-factor modeling method from the aspects of mortality,blood stasis syndrome of TCM,syndrome grading,general morphology of liver pathology,liver function changes,as well as expression levels of three kinds of collagen( type I and type III collagen,α-SMA) determined by immunohistochemical staining method,and four items of rat hepatic fibrosis( HA,P3 NP,LN,CⅣ content) determined by radio enzyme immunoassay. [Result]In blood stasis group,(1) the mortality of rats was 20%;(2) model rats appeared typical blood stasis syndromes of TCM such as ecchymosis,dark purple tongue,loose stool,and blood stasis syndrome grading was high;(3) fibrosis changes of liver such as dark white surface,dense gray nodules and brittle texture were observed in general morphological examination;(4) serological liver function tests found that ALT and AST of model rats,as well as TBIL,DBIL and IBIL contents increased significantly;(5) immunohistochemical staining demonstrated that the expression levels of three kinds of collagen(type I and type III collagen,α-SMA) increased significantly;(6) four items of rat serum hepatic fibrosis,HA,P3 NP,LN,CⅣ content,increased significantly;(7) the above results in blood stasis syndrome model group(except morality and liver function) were higher than those in CC14 modeling group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). [Conclusion]The new improved modeling method effectively reduces high mortality in traditional CC14 modeling method.In addition to low mortality,the model animal has dual characteristics of disease in western medicine and syndrome in TCM. It is consistent with the pathological characteristics of hepatic fibrosis in western medicine when according with the basic characteristics of blood stasis syndrome in TCM.展开更多

Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),TCM formula granules are made through the optimal process of extraction,concentration,drying,and granulation by combining modern new preparation technologies a...Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),TCM formula granules are made through the optimal process of extraction,concentration,drying,and granulation by combining modern new preparation technologies and pharmaceutical technologies.TCM formula granules are stable,safe,convenient,and effective.Compared with TCM decoction pieces,TCM formula granules can achieve the full process control of its industry chain from field to workshop and standardize the management of the origin of medicinal materials,processing of decoction pieces,processing technology,quality inspection,sales,and products distribution.TCM formula granules can partially replace Chinese patent medicines.Only available for around 800 common varieties of TCM,TCM formula granules cannot replace decoction pieces for many types which are not commonly used in clinical practice.A large number of formula granules are used in clinical and animal studies so that investigators no longer need to extract and control the quality of TCM decoction pieces.How to improve the production process,establish the quality standard,perfect the regulatory system,and expand the clinical application are the problems we need to solve as soon as possible for the better development of formula granules.展开更多

Objective:To study the application effect of the combination of special advantages of Zhuang medical technology for migraine patients.Methods:80 patients with migraine were selected and all were admitted to Mingxiu Br...Objective:To study the application effect of the combination of special advantages of Zhuang medical technology for migraine patients.Methods:80 patients with migraine were selected and all were admitted to Mingxiu Branch of International Zhuang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2020.Random number table method was used to divide patients into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.Among them,the patients in the study group were treated with the therapy combining characteristics of Zhuang medicine and superior technology,that is,Zhuang medicine meridian tendon therapy+Zhuang medicine lotus needle cupping blood stasis removal therapy+Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion therapy+Zhuang medicine acupuncture therapy;the patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine.The efficacy of the two treatments were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and integral improvement rate were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The onset time of action was statistically shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Zhuang medicine’s characteristic and superior techniques for patients with migraine has a significant curative effect.展开更多
Objective:To analyze the application effect of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its effect on the level of alpha-1 acid glycoprotein(alpha-1 AGP).Methods...Objective:To analyze the application effect of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its effect on the level of alpha-1 acid glycoprotein(alpha-1 AGP).Methods:200 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with manipulation+fire needling+cupping.The alpha-1-AGP levels before and after treatment,as well as the lumbar spine function and pain scores before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions occurred during treatment between the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in alpha-1 AGP levels,lumbar function,and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the lumbar function scores of the two groups were significantly increased,with the treatment group having higher scores than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.00%,which was much lower than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Appropriate application of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation can promote the improvement of alpha-1 AGP index level,reduce the pain degree of patients,and improve their lumbar spine function.At the same time,Zhuang medicine also has significant advantages in terms of safety,while ensuring the efficacy and safety of the treatment.展开更多

文摘Objective:Previous research has demonstrated that pulmonary Daoyin could be an efficacious way to ameliorate the physical and psychological state of sufferers with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and bolster the quality of life.However,the results are not consistent.Thus,the objective of this research is to assess the impacts of pulmonary Daoyin in individuals with COPD.Methods:Relevant articles were searched in Web of Science,Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMBASE,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP from database inception to January 2024.Results:There were a total of 15 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)included in this meta-analysis involving 1732 patients,of which 864 participated in the intervention group and 868 in the control group.When comparing with the control group,the COPD patients practicing pulmonary Daoyin demonstrated a significant improvement in 6 min walking distance(mean difference[MD]=24.53,95%confidence interval[CI][18.55,30.52],P<0.00001),forced expiratory volume in the 1 s(FEV_(1))(MD=0.39,95%CI[0.18,0.59],P=0.0002),percentage of FEV_(1)to the predicted value(FEV_(1)%)(MD=5.35,95%CI[3.22,7.48],P<0.0001),the forced vital capacity(FVC)(MD=0.39,95%CI[0.06,0.73],P=0.02),percentage of FVC to the predicted value(FVC%)(MD=7.52,95%CI[4.91,10.13],P<0.00001),the ratio of FEV_(1)/FVC(MD=4.95,95%CI[0.91,8.99],P=0.02),peak expiratory flow rate(standardized MD=0.98,95%CI[0.74,1.22],P<0.00001),modified Medical Research Council(mMRC)scale(MD=-0.47,95%CI[-0.89,-0.04],P=0.03),and Borg scale(MD=-0.65,95%CI[-0.75,-0.55],P<0.00001).Conclusions:Our findings may illuminate the influence of pulmonary Daoyin on exercise ability,breathlessness,and pulmonary function in COPD patients.More rigorous RCTs with larger samples and longer-term interventions will be required moving forward.

文摘[Objectives]To establish a TLC and content determination method of Pileostegia tomentellal,with umbelliferone as the indicator component.[Methods]TLC identification was performed by silica gel G thin layer plate with n-hexane-ethyl acetate(4:3)as the developing agent,and the plate was examined by UV lamp(365 nm).The umbelliferone content was determined by HPLC:Inertsil ODS-3 C 18 column(4.60 mm×250 mm,5μm);mobile phase acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid gradient elution;detection wavelength 320 nm,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,column temperature 30℃,injection volume 10μL.[Results]The chromatogram of P.tomentellal showed the same color spot in the same position as that of reference medicinal material,and the spot was clear with good specificity.Umbelliferone showed a good linear relationship when the injection volume was 2.63-131.27μg/mL(R^(2)=0.9997).The average recovery of umbelliferone in the low,middle and high adding groups of P.tomentellal was 99.57%and the RSD was 2.15%.[Conclusions]The method can effectively identify Yao medicine P.tomentellal and accurately determine the content of umbelliferone in medicinal materials,which will provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of medicinal resources of Yao medicine P.tomentellal.

文摘Purpose:To explore the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)regulates ferroptosis key genes in the occurrence and development of lupus nephritis(LN)based on biological information database.Patients and methods:Ferroptosis related genes were identified based on FerrDb database and literature retrieval.Used the OMIM,Gene Cards,Drug Bank to obtain the targets of LN.Cytoscapes 3.8.2 software and STRING database were used to analyze protein-protein interaction(PPI)network.Metacape software and Weishengxin were used to analyze the gene ontology(GO)classification and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis.UniProt Database and Traditional Chinese Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform analysis platform were used to obtain the data table of key TCM and related targets.Cytoscapes 3.8.2 software was used to analyze the PPI network.Results:A total of 401 ferroptosis-related genes,361 LN related genes and 21“Ferroptosis-LN”intersection genes were obtained.Ferroptosis in the occurrence and prognosis of LN mainly involved the inflammatory response,cell activation,positive regulation of chemokine production and it was mainly involved in necroptosis,inflammatory bowel disease,ferroptosis and other pathways.A total of 412 TCMs containing key genes of“Ferroptosis-LN”were acquired.The most key genes were contained in Mahuang,Gehua,Baiguo,Chuanniuxi,Jinyinhua.15 key genes of“TCM-LN”were obtained.5 ferroptosis-related key genes in LN regulated by TCM were obtained,which were IL1β,TLR4,IFNG,STAT3 and HMOX1.Conclusion:TCM,such as Mahuang,Gehua,Baiguo,Chuanniuxi,Jinyinhua,may affect the occurrence and development of LN through the key ferroptosis genes,such as IL1B,TLR4,IFNG,STAT3 and HMOX1.

文摘BACKGROUND:Microalbuminuria(MAU) is a key component of metabolic syndrome(MetS) and is an early sign of diabetic nephropathy as well.Although routine Western medicine treatments are given to MetS patients to control high blood pressure,hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia,some patients still experience progressive renal lesions and it is necessary to modify and improve the treatment strategy for MetS patients. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of Yiqi Huaju Qingli Herb Formula,a compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine,in MetS patients with MAU when it is combined with routine Western medicine treatment. DESIGN,SETTING,PARTICIPANTS AND INTERVENTIONS:Sixty patients with MetS were randomized into the Chinese herbal formula group(CHF,Yiqi Huaju Qingli formula treatment in combination with Western medicine) and control group(placebo in combination with Western medicine).All treatments were administered for 12 weeks. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Urinary microalbumin(MA),urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio (UACR),24-hour total urine protein(24-hTP),body mass index(BMI),waist circumference (WC),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2-hPPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),blood lipid profile and blood pressure were observed. RESULTS:Compared with the control group,CHF treatment significantly decreased BMI (P<0.05),WC(P<0.01) and WHR(P<0.01).Both groups had significant decreases in FPG, 2-hPPG,HbA1c,HOMA-IR,MA,and UACR,with CHF treatment showing better effects on these parameters compared with the control treatment(P<0.05).Both treatments significantly reduced the levels of total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triacylglycerol(TAG),and a greater reduction in TAG was observed with CHF treatment(P<0.05).The level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol did not change in the control group after treatment(P>0.05),whereas it significantly increased with CHF treatment(P<0.01).Compared with before the treatment,significant decreases in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial blood pressure were observed in both groups(P<0.01).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSION:Combined treatment of Yiqi Huaju Qingli Formula and Western medicine significantly alleviated MAU,which may correlate with the improvement of insulin sensitivity and glucose and lipid metabolism. 文摘[Objective]According to the theory of blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine( TCM),the animal modeling method of hepatic fibrosis integrated with pathology and symptoms was explored and improved,to construct a new type of rat model of hepatic fibrosis with blood stasis syndrome integrated with traditional Chinese and western medicine. [Method]The hepatic fibrosis model of blood stasis with blood stasis syndrome was constructed by jointing multi factors,including intragastric administration of ethanol,high fat and low protein feeding,joint injection of dimethylnitrosamine( DMN),bovine serum albumin( BSA) and norepinephrine( NE). The modeling method was further compared with traditional CC14 single-factor modeling method from the aspects of mortality,blood stasis syndrome of TCM,syndrome grading,general morphology of liver pathology,liver function changes,as well as expression levels of three kinds of collagen( type I and type III collagen,α-SMA) determined by immunohistochemical staining method,and four items of rat hepatic fibrosis( HA,P3 NP,LN,CⅣ content) determined by radio enzyme immunoassay. [Result]In blood stasis group,(1) the mortality of rats was 20%;(2) model rats appeared typical blood stasis syndromes of TCM such as ecchymosis,dark purple tongue,loose stool,and blood stasis syndrome grading was high;(3) fibrosis changes of liver such as dark white surface,dense gray nodules and brittle texture were observed in general morphological examination;(4) serological liver function tests found that ALT and AST of model rats,as well as TBIL,DBIL and IBIL contents increased significantly;(5) immunohistochemical staining demonstrated that the expression levels of three kinds of collagen(type I and type III collagen,α-SMA) increased significantly;(6) four items of rat serum hepatic fibrosis,HA,P3 NP,LN,CⅣ content,increased significantly;(7) the above results in blood stasis syndrome model group(except morality and liver function) were higher than those in CC14 modeling group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). [Conclusion]The new improved modeling method effectively reduces high mortality in traditional CC14 modeling method.In addition to low mortality,the model animal has dual characteristics of disease in western medicine and syndrome in TCM. It is consistent with the pathological characteristics of hepatic fibrosis in western medicine when according with the basic characteristics of blood stasis syndrome in TCM.

文摘The core of hepatic fibrosis is the activation of hepatic stellate cells.Through the lipopolysaccharide/TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB signal transduction pathway,the inflammatory response in the liver is directly enhanced,and then returns to promote the activation of hepatic stellate cells.And TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway can directly regulate the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome and is an important pathway for activating hepatic stellate cells.TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB/NLRP3 inflammasome pathway is regulated by upstream microRNAs.These miRNAs can significantly regulate the inflammatory response of the liver and the activation behavior of hepatic stellate cells,affecting the formation of liver fibrosis.Previous studies have found that the active ingredient of Guangxi specialty ethnic medicine,plumbagin,has a definite anti liver fibrosis effect,but its mechanism of action is not clear.This paper provides a review of the research progress on the above issues,and further research ideas have been derived from this,stating that"the anti liver fibrosis effect of plumbagin is achieved by regulating miRNA/TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB inflammatory pathway and activating downstream NLRP3 inflammasome".

The Jing ethnic group is distributed in coastal and border areas of China, and after thousands of years of development, it has formed a rich marine-oriented medical system in the struggle against the environment and diseases, displaying unique medication characteristics and clinical efficacy. According to Jing Medicine, the human body is an organic whole that is unified with the natural and social environment. It believes that the heavens and earth are the spirits of all things, and all things possess spiritual energy, which is closely connected to the human body’s spiritual energy. The utilization of marine organisms in medicine is the greatest feature of Jing Medicine, and it is a common approach used by the local population for disease prevention and treatment. To further explore Jing Medicine, improve the repository of ethnic medicine culture, and address the insufficient understanding of Jing Medicine in traditional Chinese medicine culture, this article provides a comprehensive review of the distinctive diagnostic and therapeutic theories, techniques, and applications of internal and external treatments in Jing Medicine.

文摘[Objectives]To study the effect of Zhuang medicine Clerodendrum japonicum(Thunb.)Sweet on acute tonsillitis.[Methods]The antibacterial,antipyretic,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the extract of Zhuang medicine C.japonicum(Thunb.)Sweet were observed.[Results]Zhuang medicine C.japonicum(Thunb.)Sweet showed a good inhibitory effect onα-hemolytic streptococcus,β-hemolytic streptococcs,Staphylococcus citreus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Proteus and Escherichia coli;it showed a good inhibitory effect on the infection of Staphylococcus aureus andβ-hemolytic streptococcs in vivo;it could significantly reduce the elevated body temperature of rabbits injected with the triple vaccine and significantly increase the pain threshold of thermally stimulated mice.[Conclusions]Zhuang Medicine C.japonicum(Thunb.)Sweet has positive significance in the treatment of acute tonsillitis instead of antibiotics.

文摘The external treatment of Zhuang medicine is a treatment method commonly used from outside the human body.The advantages of external treatment methods are easy operation and small side effects.People are more familiar with medicated thread moxibustion,meridian tendon massage,and acupuncture therapy of Zhuang medicine.Although the curative effect of external treatment is significant,it is little known due to insufficient publicity and other factors.The purpose of this project was to comprehensively analyze and organize the latest relevant scientific and technological literature graphs in the study on clinical external treatment of Zhuang medicine using CiteSpace software and adopting the research method of visual literature graph search.Current research status and research development process of the external treatment of Zhuang medicine in Chinese literature were summarized,which has been able to present the current trends and future research prospects of the development and research of external treatment of Zhuang medicine in China in detail and comprehensively.Finally,307 papers were selected and included.Wei Yingcai and Pang Yuzhou were the authors with the largest number of documents and had formed a stable core research team.The analysis showed that Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine published the largest number of research documents,and there was less cooperation between institutions.At present,the research on the external treatment methods of Zhuang medicine is still in the development stage,which provides ideas and reference for quickly mastering the research hotspot of the external treatment method.
文摘Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),TCM formula granules are made through the optimal process of extraction,concentration,drying,and granulation by combining modern new preparation technologies and pharmaceutical technologies.TCM formula granules are stable,safe,convenient,and effective.Compared with TCM decoction pieces,TCM formula granules can achieve the full process control of its industry chain from field to workshop and standardize the management of the origin of medicinal materials,processing of decoction pieces,processing technology,quality inspection,sales,and products distribution.TCM formula granules can partially replace Chinese patent medicines.Only available for around 800 common varieties of TCM,TCM formula granules cannot replace decoction pieces for many types which are not commonly used in clinical practice.A large number of formula granules are used in clinical and animal studies so that investigators no longer need to extract and control the quality of TCM decoction pieces.How to improve the production process,establish the quality standard,perfect the regulatory system,and expand the clinical application are the problems we need to solve as soon as possible for the better development of formula granules.

文摘[Objectives]To establish a method for quality analysis of Medicine Pileostegia tomentella Hand.-Mazz.[Methods]According to the testing method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition),the water content,total ash and alcohol-soluble extract of P.tomentella Hand.-Mazz.were determined.[Results]10 batches of P.tomentella Hand.-Mazz.from different habitats and in different collection time in Guangxi all had the same plant morphology and medicinal properties.The experimental results showed that the water content was 7.92%-10.35%,the total ash content was 5.53%-6.62%,the acid-insoluble ash content was 0.59%-0.76%,and the extract content was 11.63%-16.12%.[Conclusions]The identification method in this study can be used for the quality analysis of P.tomentella Hand.-Mazz.,and the experimental results can provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of P.tomentella Hand.-Mazz.and the establishment of its quality standard.

文摘In a broad sense, ethnic medicine includes Han traditional Chinese medicine, folk medicine and ethnic minority medicine;ethnic medicine in a narrow sense refers to ethnic minority medicine. It is a medicine developed by ethnic minorities in order to survive and reproduce and in the process of fighting diseases. Culture, based on its own language, life experience and cultural traditions, has its own understanding and theoretical system of disease naming, etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principles and treatment methods, which is a major feature of my country’s medical care. Among them, ethnic medicine has unique advantages and good clinical efficacy in the prevention and treatment of cholelithiasis. Therefore, this paper focuses on summarizing the characteristic theories and diagnosis and treatment experience of Tibetan medicine, Mongolian medicine, Miao medicine, Yao medicine, and Beijing medicine in ethnic medicine by sorting out and summarizing the relevant materials in this regard, so as to provide new ideas for improving the treatment of cholelithiasis and enriching clinical drug selection.

文摘The undergraduate education of nursing science produces higher practical operational talents to the society,and the importance of experimental teaching cannot be ignored in the training of nursing students.The basic experimental teaching method of undergraduate nursing has been explored and reformed by the College of Basic Medicine of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine.After the reform,the experimental teaching adopts the teaching method of PBL mode,and the experimental course is composed of several specific and important medical problems.The specific tasks involved in each problem include relevant morphological knowledge,functional knowledge,diagnostic and laboratory knowledge,and clinical medical knowledge.It makes the teaching content of experimental course more comprehensive,and leads to the transition from basic medicine to clinical medicine.This has gradually and effectively improved the practical ability,scientific research thinking,clinical comprehensive ability and learning interest of undergraduate nursing students.

文摘Objective:To study the application effect of the combination of special advantages of Zhuang medical technology for migraine patients.Methods:80 patients with migraine were selected and all were admitted to Mingxiu Branch of International Zhuang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2020.Random number table method was used to divide patients into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.Among them,the patients in the study group were treated with the therapy combining characteristics of Zhuang medicine and superior technology,that is,Zhuang medicine meridian tendon therapy+Zhuang medicine lotus needle cupping blood stasis removal therapy+Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion therapy+Zhuang medicine acupuncture therapy;the patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine.The efficacy of the two treatments were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and integral improvement rate were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The onset time of action was statistically shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Zhuang medicine’s characteristic and superior techniques for patients with migraine has a significant curative effect.

文摘Objective:To analyze the application effect of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its effect on the level of alpha-1 acid glycoprotein(alpha-1 AGP).Methods:200 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with manipulation+fire needling+cupping.The alpha-1-AGP levels before and after treatment,as well as the lumbar spine function and pain scores before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions occurred during treatment between the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in alpha-1 AGP levels,lumbar function,and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the lumbar function scores of the two groups were significantly increased,with the treatment group having higher scores than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.00%,which was much lower than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Appropriate application of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation can promote the improvement of alpha-1 AGP index level,reduce the pain degree of patients,and improve their lumbar spine function.At the same time,Zhuang medicine also has significant advantages in terms of safety,while ensuring the efficacy and safety of the treatment.

文摘Ganoderma lucidum,one of the most well-known edible fungi,is believed to be very beneficial for longevity and vitality.A long usage history suggests that G.lucidum has various clinical therapeutic effects.And experimental studies have confirmed that G.lucidum has multiple pharmacological effects,including antitumor,anti-microbial,anti-HIV protease,and antidiabetic activity and so on.With the deepening of research,more than 300 compounds have been isolated from G.lucidum.There is an increasing population of G.lucidum-based products,and its international development is expanding.Currently,G.lucidum has drawn much attention to its chemical composition,therapeutic effect,clinical value,and safety.This paper provides a comprehensive review of these aspects to enhance the global promotion of G.lucidum.
