This paper firstly introduced the value of development and utilization of M. oleifera in nutrition,medicinal,industrial,greening,etc. Then,focusing on the current development status of M. oleifera industry in Guangxi and combining Guangxi's resource conditions,it came up with recommendations for the comprehensive development and rational utilization of M. oleifera. Agricultural products that meet various functional needs such as nutrition,health care and safety are increasingly favored by the general public. Se,one of the trace elements necessary for the human body,has begun to be applied and developed in medicine and other life sciences. Developing Se-enriched agricultural relying on Guangxi's unique Se-enriched soil resources is of great significance to enhance people's quality of life,increase the added value of agricultural products,and promote the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture in the region. Starting with the development status and advantages of industrial development of Se-enriched agriculture in Guangxi,the main problems existing in the current industrial development of Se-enriched agriculture in Guangxi were summarized,and specific countermeasures were put forward in this paper,so as to provide theoretical support for the development of Se-enriched agriculture in Guangxi. 展开更多

为开发利用辣木资源,探讨饲粮中添加不同水平辣木叶提取物对广西麻鸡的屠宰性能、器官指数、肉品质和肠道形态结构的影响。以辣木叶粉为原料制备辣木提取物,采用单因素完全随机设计,选取720只28周龄广西麻鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,... 为开发利用辣木资源,探讨饲粮中添加不同水平辣木叶提取物对广西麻鸡的屠宰性能、器官指数、肉品质和肠道形态结构的影响。以辣木叶粉为原料制备辣木提取物,采用单因素完全随机设计,选取720只28周龄广西麻鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只。对照组麻鸡饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组广西麻鸡分别在对照组的基础上添加100、150、200 mg/kg的辣木叶提取物,预试期1周,正试期8周。结果表明:(1)试验Ⅰ组腹脂率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组腹脂率显著低于对照组、试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05);(2)试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组脾脏指数显著高于对照组、试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),不同水平辣木叶提取物对其他器官指数无显著影响(P>0.05);(3)试验Ⅰ组胸肌系水力、腿肌系水力显著高于对照组、试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组胸肌剪切力显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组胸肌肉色、腿肌肉色显著高于对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05);(4)试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组空肠绒毛高度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组空肠隐窝深度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组十二指肠绒毛/隐窝值显著高于对照组、试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。综上所述,广西麻鸡饲粮中添加不同水平辣木叶提取物可以提高脾脏指数,改善腹脂率、肉品质和小肠形态结构。在28周龄广西麻鸡母鸡饲粮中添加150 mg/kg辣木叶提取物具有更优效果。 展开更多

Se intake is insufficient in 2/3 region of China,which seriously affects health of local residents. Therefore,the research of Se-rich fertilizer and the development of Se-rich product become the research focus in food science,medicine and other fields. There are rich marine resources in Beibu Gulf waters of Guangxi,and much carapace organic waste is generated. These carapace waste not only has high Se content but also is composed of a lot of Ca. The preparation of Se-rich & high-Ca fertilizer by these carapace waste not only reaches the target of recycling and environment friendly but also increases the yield of agricultural products,reduces diseases and pests,improves quality,increases the added value of agricultural product,which brings better economic benefit and meets people's demand for healthy food. 展开更多

为开发利用辣木茎秆,探讨菌酶联合发酵对辣木茎秆粉营养成分及植酸含量的影响。以辣木茎秆粉为原料,以黑曲霉(H)、枯草芽孢杆菌(K)、酿酒酵母(N)与植酸酶(Z)进行协同固态发酵,分别在第1、2、4、6、8、10 d测定其粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维(N... 为开发利用辣木茎秆,探讨菌酶联合发酵对辣木茎秆粉营养成分及植酸含量的影响。以辣木茎秆粉为原料,以黑曲霉(H)、枯草芽孢杆菌(K)、酿酒酵母(N)与植酸酶(Z)进行协同固态发酵,分别在第1、2、4、6、8、10 d测定其粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗脂肪、植酸含量。结果表明:从发酵第8 d起,Z+K+H、Z+H+N、Z+K+N、Z+K+H+N组与不加菌酶、Z、Z+K、Z+H、Z+N组比较辣木茎秆粉中粗蛋白和粗脂肪的含量显著提高(P<0.05),ADF、NDF、植酸含量显著降低(P<0.05),且Z+K+H+N组效果最佳。综上所述,混菌加酶发酵比单菌加酶发酵具有更优的效果。选用枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉、酿酒酵母三菌与植酸酶协同发酵的第8 d效果最佳。 展开更多
